The resort looks absolutely stunning — it really feels like a little piece of paradise. The breakfasts were delicious, with a large and varied buffet offering plenty of choice. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist.
There are a couple of things that could be improved. One of the main issues was that guests would reserve sun loungers by the pool very early in the morning and then not actually use them for several hours, which made it difficult to find a free spot. Another downside is the soundproofing in the rooms. Unfortunately, you can hear people quite clearly from the corridors and neighboring rooms, which can be disturbing, especially in the evening or early in the morning.
An excellent resort with plenty of pools, entertainment options, restaurants, and bars. Some indoor common areas could use a fresh coat of paint.
The hotel was amazing. Like the pictures. Huge and incredible. African vibes and with the “pool river” in the middle. Super cleaned room, super diverse breakfast, lots of activities. We loved every moment. And the magic show was out of this world!
The swimming pool opens too late (10am - at 8/9am it’s already super hot) and closes too soon (6pm, it should be like 8pm); The lifeguards start asking people to leave the pool before the closing time; close to the restaurant’s closing time, the staff also will not allow you to eat there (e.g., we arrived at 8:35pm and they told us that we could not eat at one of the restaurants because it would close at 9pm). That’s not okay; The restaurants close too early for dinner (one at 9pm and another at 9:30pm). It should be until 10:30pm. In addition, when you pay for lunch/dinner be careful because drinks are not included (and that information was never passed to us!) when the price is already quite expensive. Drinks should be already included. Plus, you have to pay for the drinks before you finish your own dinner. For us it was a bit rude that our dinner was interrupted to pay for the drinks; The gym does not have AC or it’s not working properly. It’s really difficult to work out there because it’s too hot; Finally, some people make a lot of noise at night and hit their doors really hard (but that’s not the hotel’s fault, of course); Ah, and one time we did not want our room cleaned and we left the “Do not Disturb” warning hanged and the cleaning ladies still cleaned it. Also, a heads-up to the fact that all the loungers around the “river pool” to be super full even before the time the swimming pool opens. You have to put your towel there before but then the staff gives you a warning which does not make sense since it’s impossible to get a place… Just an info: if you’re not having dinner all days in the hotel, you have to go every day to the reception to say want to have dinner there on that day. It’s a bit annoying and sometimes the queues are big.
Impressive hotel, great room, food choices and friendly, efficient staff. Design/aesthetics and multiple pools a real plus. Nice resort location. Previously stayed at the Lopesan Melonaras and really enjoyed both, we particularly loved the African vibes of the Baobab though. There is a wow factor from the minute you arrive and check in. Only minor niggle was to be by the large lazy river pool you have to reserve beds fairly early, appreciate it was peak season though and we did see staff leaving notes re this. Really enjoyable stay, would return!
The Lopesan Baobab is an excellent family friendly hotel and has a very easy going atmosphere. The location is very good if you want to leave the hotel with a number of shops and bars very close and the shopping centre and seafront only a couple of minutes walk. The theme of this hotel is possibly its greatest attribute and you genuinely feel like you are in a far flung destination. The staff are very friendly also and very friendly with kids. Although the buffet is very good it can become very competitive if you are staying for two weeks and I would highly recommend the half board premium as it allows you to use the al la carte restaurants in the baobab and also the neighbouring Lopesan hotels which adds great variety. The rooms are of a good standard and kept very well by the housekeeping staff but probably a little bit dark but again this is part of the theme of the hotel so can’t really be criticised. The tvs in the room are outdated however and it would be great if they were upgraded to allow the use of Disney+, Netflix etc as you would expect from a 5 star hotel if you do want to put a movie on for the kids to relax. Another item that could be improved is a slightly more expansive offering at the pool bars. All in all an excellent resort and well worth visiting.
We have reterned again! The hotel has not changed one bit since we last came back. Food great lots of options and you can book to eat at sister hotels like Costa Melanores that we ate at. The food was as good maybe better. The rooms were lovly and we got a swim up and it was a lot of fun. The pools were amazing the lazy river is our favourite. A few things that where a little bit dissapointing... In the room some of our wooden panels were stained black due to water staining through from the shower room. Also in the family room you had 1 bedside table so you had to use chairs as them. At the pools some tiles have fallen off and need replacing and you can cut your fingers. All of this can be easily changed and didnt impact our holiday. The panchi shows are great for young audiences along with the main show after for older children. I really recommend this to you as it is a great hotel. I will be comming back.
We ate at La Brasa del Pili and were served by the amazing Pablo and Marty ! They were lovely and the food was outstanding! Definitely worth the visit
Great architecture. Food good. People great. Entertainment for kids and adults not really good.
1st full day in the hotel and had a lit if money go missing from our bag. Only cleaners been in the room. Arranged flight to go home as no enough left to stay and no trust.
Overall we had a great 10 days at the Baobab. If I could give it a 4.5 I would, but there’s a few bits just holding it back compared to other 5* resorts we’ve stayed at. 5* worthy: - stunning African themed buildings and interiors - excellent varied food in the buffet - fantastic lazy river pool - great cocktails (and reasonable prices ~€10-13) - very friendly staff - largely good entertainment in the evening, the circus act was great! Not quite 5* worthy: - not enough sun loungers (we arrived after our 9am breakfast on our first day to find no spare loungers. From then on it was the dreaded routine of one of us being up at 8 to save some. Really didn’t want to, management left notes to discourage it, but there wasn’t an alternative - so it really was a case of if you can’t beat them, join them. Lots of hotels suffer from this but there’s got to be a better system to avoid me getting up at 7.30 every day on my holiday). We also found the loungers really tightly packed, not much space to spread out. - collecting payment for drinks when I’ve just started eating! Every day at the buffet restaurant, the waiting staff came for payment 2 mins after bringing the wine, I was usually mid-eating and hadn’t even tasted my wine! Felt rushed and intrusive (although staff were always courteous and friendly) and not like a 5* meal experience. Just come at the end like a normal restaurant?! - no à la carte restaurants included in half board (don’t think this was clear when booking via our agent). Luckily the buffet was fairly varied, and great quality, but we did miss some à la carte nights to mix it up. - room was ok but no more. Very dark and had a bit of a damp smell. Only 2 balcony chairs in a room for 4. Would definitely recommend a pool view room vs those looking out to the road! - Pools were great but had quite a few missing tiles and lots of sand in them from the faux beach parts of the pool areas. Overall we don’t regret staying, had a great time, was pleasantly surprised by the really nice promenade in Meloneras, and there’s no doubting it’s a stunning bit of hotel design. But there were enough gripes that we probably wouldn’t return.
Aday was great at the Akara restaurant tonight
It’s beautiful
Nothing
This is our second time returning, we love it here, the staff are all fantastic and enthusiastic which really adds to the feel of the place. They work hard to be efficient and create a seamlessly perfect environment for guests at all times. The setting makes it feel like a relaxed nightclub retreat without the nightclub, mood lighting, waterfall sounds, it’s such a vibe. Then during the day I can’t help but have the Jurassic Park theme in my head with its gran entrance. We stayed in a standard room and requested to be facing the sister hotel by email in advance (aim for the 3rd floor!), these rooms don’t count as a view but in my opinion they are better than the view ones which face inwards and cost more. You can see the see and the other hotel has a pretty entrance. Plus you get a decent amount of sun on the balcony. Food I’ve seen some mixed reviews, which personally I don’t get. With all inclusive it’s always tricky trying to please everyone. There is always a superb range to choose from, everything actually has flavour too, nothing is bland, great salads, fresh meat cooked in front of you, fresh fish choices every day. If you aren’t impressed I’d be surprised. The smoked salmon at breakfast when it’s there is delicious 😋 The only change I would like to see brought in is tea and coffee be available at every meal not just breakfast. This would be a huge benefit to guests and I strongly think it’s something that should be reviewed. I see a lot of negative reviews about no drinks included (except breakfast) and this would be such a quick win for the hotel to have the machines out at all meals to remedy it. We took part in a new activity which was fabulous, wine and painting (Thursday 3pm - you have to sign up in advance), it was no extra cost and great fun. The staff and everyone had great fun, so well done for introducing something different. Even better yet my mother and I won best paintings and got a free cocktail each! I nearly forgot to mention there are also resident terrapins in the hotel, pop by and see them just up past the hotel shop after the bamboo arches! Can’t wait to come back here again 😃
I booked this for my 50th, with high expectations. On arrival the entrance is beautiful, but lacks signage or staff to welcome you as found ourselves wondering which way to go to reception. Checked in then dragged our cases a good 10min walk to our room. Our Room was nice and spacious with view of the relaxed pool at the back, which was nice. We booked half board premium. Which lets you use the al a cartes to. We had a lovely holiday, but wouldnt go back, to many negatives for us. Weve been far nicer 5 star hotels, the staff, service and food let it down. Cons Rooms very dark, no full length mirror. Food at buffet luke warm, altho good variety. Staff not the friendliest, hardly interacted. Pools spread out so you dont know whats going on and where. Towel patrol. Like wardens removing peoples towels and belongings. Al la cartes alot of supplements if on half board premium. Sides not included and limited menu. Altho we did enjoy meal at pil pil. Nicer to eat out. Entertainment very amateur. Altho dj on in Burton bar ...no atmosphere Overall no atmosphere on nigghtime Pros Lovely setting lots of photo ops. Lazy river lovely. Pool bars lovely. Nice cocktails Good location Breakfast nice Friendly staff at pool bar,. Sioux city nearby worth a visit. Wouldnt go back
Aesthetics - The look and feel of the hotel is as you would hope it would be. Very pleasing on the eye, if a little bit dark throughout but I think this definitely helps with the ambiance, theme and ability to stay cool of the hotel. There are some lovely touches around the hotel in keeping with the African theme such as terrapins, birds etc. Location - The location of the hotel could not be more perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms - we had a deluxe unique room with private plunge pool. We found the room to be very nice and the plunge pool was a god send due to the heat. It also allowed for some quieter relaxation time in a pool without being surrounded by others. Food - This is where the hotel really lets itself down. The food was of poor quality and there is very little choice of hot food at meal times so it became very samey and many of the dishes were tasteless. The fruit at breakfast was frozen or tinned which for a 5 star hotel is unacceptable especially in a country where fruit is both plentiful and juicy. If you are not a lover of fish, your options are greatly reduced. Saw many kids eating plain pasta because there was really nothing else for them. The sister hotel across the road had a vastly different buffet with a fantastic array of choice and theme which only serves to baffle me further as to why the baobab was more reminiscent of a basic catering offering rather than the cuisine you would expect. We had paid for all inclusive so it really stuck in our throats to have to pay again to eat out as the food was so poor at baobab. The food is the sole reason I would not return.
A stunning African paradise with gorgeous pools, delicious food, and incredibly warm staff. The perfect resort for a dream vacation!
Ok let's start with the positives. The hotel is absolutely beautiful , it's African themed, it's a huge hotel with 9 pools, the lazy river is lovely and relaxing. The tropical beer is lovely and there's a drink called Irish dream, it's baileys with cream and caramel. Plenty of sunbeds to go round. The pool near the Richard Burton bar is lovely for having a swim, it's a suntrap there for sunbathing, so remember to put plenty of suntan cream on, but the pool is full of posers, Instagramers just standing in the pool taking selfies, it's open so you get more sun there. The Richard Burton bar is absolutely beautiful inside, all African themed, but it's sad because the place should be packed and it's not, we went in 3 times and there's just no atmosphere in there, maybe look at karaoke or a live band playing in there, there's just a DJ. The pool near the bar is nice to play with your kids in, but swimming again your better going to the Richard Burton bar pool , there's another pool for kids with inflatables in. The pools aren't massive but ok. Rooms was ok and nice size balcony with 2 chairs and a table even though there was 3 of us. There's a lot of trees near the other pools so you lose the sun and can be quite breezy out of the sun, so again if you like sunbathing stick to the Richard Burton bar pool it's all open so you get more sun. Now the negatives. The hotel seems to be all about money, you pay at lot to get here then at reception when you arrive they try to upgrade you to a unique room, this involves a wristband were you get extras in your room and your own pool. Absolutely ridiculous. They divide the hotel, you can't use there pool, but they can use anything., I've never been to a hotel before were you don't get a kettle, long standing mirror, the fridge topped up, no sunbeds on the balcony unless you pay extra. But the main thing for me like while your trying to have a shave is that ist just completely to dark all through the hotel there's no good lighting. You even have to pay to weigh your luggage, ridiculous. Shower not very powerful. And for a Married couple there's no double bed, unless you upgrade to unique it's a pull out bed for my daughter and 2 single beds pushed together which comes apart, ridiculous. There was topless sunbathing, which was off putting and a lot of girls with g sting bathing suits on. Its a family hotel with little kids, don't wanna see bums everywhere of all sizes. Let's get started on the entertainment , for a five star hotel it was like Butlins, amitutre at best, it was shocking, again little kids about and one woman who thought she was better than she was, showing all her knickers. The band was ok that was on not brilliant acts for a five star hotel . Entertainment staff was none existing, didn't see them apart from the aqua aerobics which in my opinion was to much. They didn't walk round to get to know you are asking if you wanna take part in anything it should be part of there job. Not a lot going on round the pools for entertainment not even music if you like that sort of thing. If you go out the hotel you can go to a shopping outlet, with designer shops if you like that sort of thing. It's about 5mins walk. There's nice cafes and bars you can go in for something to eat or drink. There's a nice Italian called maximillion just on the front, it's nice if you like Italian. Not a nice beach all pebblely. Nice walk on the front though. We went half board plus which means you get breakfast and tea and 2al a cart restaurants free. I personally didn't like the food here ordered a steak in one restaurant and not a patch on miller and carter. My gum was hurting after I get medium rare, suggest you order medium. The buffet restaurant was limited, more or less the same food ,meat was too chewy and no mash always fries. Breakfast was ok, omelettes nice they was the only thing that stayed hot by the time you got to your table it was warm at best, the tea here was disgusting especially in the lobby bar even the coffee. Desserts were horrible, looks lovely but not, I stuck to fruit to be safe. I prefer sitting were I like, but you had to wait to be seated. Again very very dark in the restaurant, better to sit outside, there's 2 buffet restaurants. Found the staff here not very friendly apart from the cleaners, who do a fantastic job by the way. Unless you are a unique board. Didn't see any guess relatetions walking round asking if your ok having a nice time, again it's part of there job. Some pools are man made beach, but it's not, it's gravel what really hurts your feet even in the water with beds plonked on it. Be aware of the traffic wardens 😂 when you get a bed in the morning you get 45 minutes to have your breakfast or your belongings will be taken and bagged up so it you disabled or all of you want to look round or go in the pool it could take longer, so be aware, absolutely ridiculous, never known it before , they watch you as well, a little bit of common sense here is needed in my opinion. The price you pay here isn't cheap . It's dearer than a all inclusive hotel. Yet you still or limited, we love turkey all inclusive which works out a lot cheaper with food and drinks, entertainment, food everything, this hotel is no comparison to an all inclusive hotel in Turkey. The best thing for me was the souix park cowboy show , I do recommend this, it was absolutely fantastic if you like that sort of thing, it gives you an insight as to the wild west, with live shows , shoot outs and a barbaque at the end, brilliant. It's all day but brilliant, you can book it and it's about40 euros there and back, takes about 20min, better taxi than bus which takes an hour. We had a nice time, but won't be coming back, rather go to Turkey for all inclusive.
Amazing hotel! Lovely pools, tree's plants flowers & bamboo, a very calm atmosphere buetiffuly designed, great cocktails, breakfast & dinner, just a few things to mention, to high hooked hangers in the wardrobe as I suffer from arthritis this did hurt my arm! The fridge was hardly cold & no ice tray, as a five star hotel I would have expected a coffee pod machine & tea maker as I had to order room service for my morning coffee which cost 5 euros for tray service & then the charge for the coffee!
This is by far the best hotel we've ever visited. I have to search for a downside but cannot find any. Very beautiful, large, clean hotel and hotel room. The people working at the hotel are helpful and very friendly. The food choice in the restaurants is enormous yet not subject to a less quality. Lots of pools to choose from when you want to go for a swim. We will definitely come back in the near future.
My wife has already left a review of our stay, but there were several additional issues that were not mentioned and, taken together, reinforced why we would never return to this hotel. On arrival, we arrived after dinner service had ended. Rather than receiving the usual lunch voucher for our final day, we were told that a meal had been provided in our room instead. When we got to our room at around midnight, we found a warm tuna and egg salad with stale bread rolls and no butter for our family of four. Two of us tried it but couldn't eat it. Many people would not want to eat at midnight, and tuna and egg salad is certainly not a meal that appeals to everyone. This appeared to be another cost-cutting exercise. Instead of offering the lunch voucher that had previously been provided, guests were given a basic cold meal left in their room, regardless of the time they arrived or whether it was something they could actually eat. On the day of departure, we were not asked how our holiday had been or whether we had enjoyed our stay. We were simply told there was nothing to pay, as we hadn't charged anything to our room. We then had to ask about storing our luggage, as our transfer was not until 5:30 pm. A simple question about our experience before we left would have shown a much greater level of care and customer service. The on-site shop was also extremely expensive, with many items priced well above what you would reasonably expect. It gave the impression that it was another opportunity to extract as much money as possible from guests, with prices that felt excessive for everyday items. Unfortunately, our overall impression was that this hotel is now more motivated by maximising revenue than by providing the quality 5-star experience its guests should expect. We will now spend our hard-earned money elsewhere, choosing a hotel that genuinely delivers the 5-star experience, service, and attention to detail that guests should expect.

Some areas for improvement, but all in all, we had a really enjoyable stay. Party: 2 Adults + 16 Year old Duration: 7 nights Board : half board premium unique Room : Junior suite First impression of the hotel was grande. Check in was swift with a welcome drink. Staff was attentive. Room - spacious and clean. - Towels are good; bathrobe are clean but worn; slippers provided. - Balcony was big with two sun loungers, a parasol, table and two chairs. View was great. - Plenty of storage space. However, inside the wardrobe was very dark. Can do with better lighting. - Bed comfy and clean - Bath : no privacy if you want a bath, there’s no door. Not convenient if you are sharing the room. - Shower: good but dark with little lighting. - Hairdryer didn’t work very well. - Air con was faulty on arrival. Reported to reception and they sent an engineer to fix it relatively quick. They offered to change the room but the engineer managed to fix the air con before we had to move everything. Wasted about an hour of our time trying to sort but the hotel staff was helpful and was trying to resolve the problem. No problem with the air con after it was fixed. - Bottles Water was replenished daily. - There’s kettle in the room - Room was cleaned daily. Pools - pools are plentiful and clean - there are missing tiles around the pool that should be addressed - No sun bed wars for us. - There’s water and fruits in the Unique area if you are on the Unique package. - Staff are helpful - Pool bar seems to be very popular Food - breakfast in the main restaurant is very standard. There’s the usual sausages, eggs, beans, pancakes, churros, fresh fruits, breads, salads, etc buffet style. - As part of the Unique package, we had breakfast at their Pili Pili restaurant where hot items are ordered and served at the table. There’s also a selection of cold items where you self serve. - As part of the Unique package, it also includes an area where you can grab some snacks and drinks between breakfast and dinner. Only light snacks like sandwiches, ready salted crisps, sweets, nuts, muffins, cookies, various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks plus hot beverages. - Dinner buffet at the Boabab restaurant was good. It’s a grill restaurant. Grill steaks, pork, fish, burgers, turkey, chicken, etc was plentiful. Salads and breads were also plentiful. I thought soft drinks and juice were a bit pricey but the beers and wines were reasonably priced. Staff were attentive. Queues can be long for the buffet. There’s more than one grill station. Salads, breads, fruits, desserts are plentiful. Pasta, chips, nuggets, pizzas, are also available. - Dinner at Pili Pili was good. Really enjoyed it. - Buffet dinner at Lopesan meloneras was good. Seems to have a wider choice than Boabab. However, we preferred the grilled meat/fish from Boabab. Gym - small but the equipment was ok. Spa/massage at Lopesan meloneras hotel - spa and massage was good. Worth visiting. Walking distance to promenade and sand dunes. Restaurants are plentiful outsides of the hotel. Inside the hotel is quite dark. The stair wells are not well lit. Hope this helps.
Writing this review is incredibly disappointing because we have been returning to this hotel over the past ten years. We have always enjoyed this property and continued to come back because it once provided a great holiday experience. We were loyal guests, always happy to recommend this hotel to others, and although there were always a few small things that could have been improved, the overall experience previously made those issues easy to overlook. Unfortunately, over our last two visits we began noticing a huge decline. However, our most recent 11-night stay was by far the most disappointing and has left us with no intention of returning. This hotel used to be great. Sadly, the standards, attention to detail and overall experience that once made it great have now declined significantly. Rooms And Facilities The rooms have always had one minor issue: the dark décor and poor lighting make them quite impractical. There is no full-length mirror, which has always made getting ready unnecessarily difficult, especially when dressing for dinner. However, these were small inconveniences that we accepted because the rest of the hotel previously made up for them. Unfortunately, the condition and facilities within the rooms have now deteriorated considerably. Items that were previously provided as standard, including shower caps, body lotion, exfoliator, mini sewing kit etc have all disappeared from the rooms. The only toiletries now available in the shower are shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, all supplied through refillable dispensers. These dispensers looked old, worn and tired. The hand soap dispenser was only partially filled, showing that products were simply being reused between guests rather than maintained to the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The minibar has also been completely removed, leaving nothing but an empty fridge. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were particularly disappointing. The ceiling inside the shower cubicle was covered in a significant amount of black mould, not just a small area of staining. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, especially one marketed as five-star, and raises serious concerns about cleaning and maintenance standards. The cleanliness issues were not limited to the shower area. The toilet also had a persistent smell of urine, which further added to the impression that the room was not being cleaned and maintained to the standard expected from this level of hotel. The furniture throughout the room was heavily worn and damaged in places, making the room feel tired and neglected. Food And Dining Experience Food used to be one of the highlights of our stays. Breakfast and lunch previously offered an extensive selection with plenty of variety, while the themed evening meals gave dinner something different to look forward to each night. Sadly, this has declined year after year. The breakfast selection has gradually become smaller, and during our last two visits the quality of the hot food has fallen significantly. The food was, at best, lukewarm, with baked beans often barely warm enough to eat. This is not the standard guests should expect when paying for a five-star experience. Dinner has suffered the same decline. The choice is now extremely limited, many dishes taste almost identical, and the overall quality has dropped dramatically. Even the potatoes were so heavily salted that they were almost impossible to eat. A particularly concerning food hygiene issue we witnessed involved serving utensils. We observed the same tongs being used for raw chicken and then used to serve cooked beef. This presents an obvious risk of cross-contamination and is extremely concerning. This is not a practice you would expect to see in any professional kitchen environment, particularly not in a five-star hotel. Food safety procedures should be followed strictly at all times, and this incident added further concerns regarding hygiene standards in the dining areas. The themed evening meals that were once a highlight have also disappeared, and the variety and quality of food no longer resemble what we experienced during previous stays. The breakfast service was also disappointing. The member of staff serving the hot food never interacted with us throughout our entire stay. Not once did she greet us, smile or say a single word. Every morning we said “please” when ordering and “thank you” when our ‘hot’ food was served, yet we received no acknowledgement or response. This complete lack of basic courtesy felt extremely unfriendly and was not the level of service we would expect from any hotel. Serious Breakfast Hygiene Concerns The most concerning issue during breakfast was the presence of birds inside the dining area. Every morning we arrived at around 7:00 a.m., among the first guests entering the restaurant, and every morning we witnessed small birds flying around and landing on food items including bread rolls, baguettes, fruit, meat, biscuits and cakes. On the first morning, we saw two small birds positioned between crusty loaves of bread, pecking directly into the middle of the bread. The following morning, I returned with my phone to take photographs because I could not believe what we had witnessed. After the birds flew away, unsuspecting guests began cutting slices from the same bread, completely unaware that birds had just been walking over it and pecking into it. At no point did we see any staff member try and prevent the birds from entering the breakfast area or eating the food. In our opinion, this represents a serious food hygiene and health and safety concern that should be addressed immediately. Restaurant Service Issues The service throughout the hotel was inconsistent. On one evening, we were asked whether we wanted to sit inside or outside for dinner. We requested the outside dining area but we were then told that it did not open until 7:00 p.m., despite it only being 6:30 p.m. We accepted this and were seated inside, only to notice other guests being seated in the outside area less than five minutes later. On another evening, we arrived for dinner at 8:24 p.m. and were told that the restaurant was closing in five minutes and that we should go to the other restaurant instead. However, the information provided by reception when we arrived a few days earlier clearly stated that this restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m. The conflicting information was frustrating, especially as we were in high season. Even the small details that previously contributed to the luxury feel of the hotel have disappeared. The white linen napkins provided during previous visits have now been replaced with paper napkins, which makes the dining experience feel much less premium. Pool Area And Sunbed Issues One of the biggest disappointments of this holiday was the way the pool area was managed. We paid a considerable amount for two garden/pool-view rooms for four people and expected to be able to enjoy the pool facilities throughout our stay. As we had during previous stays. We spent every day at the pool and did not leave the hotel grounds once during our entire 11-night stay. This could easily be verified through hotel CCTV if required. The issue began when, on one morning, all of our towels were removed despite us actively using the pool area all day throughout our stay. We had only been away from our sunbeds briefly because we stopped to watch the England World Cup highlights that we had missed the previous night. The match had been shown at around 2:00 a.m. and was not available on the hotel room television, so we took the opportunity to watch the highlights before returning to the pool. Despite only being away for a short period, all our towels were removed. We were not guests who had disappeared for hours or left the hotel; we were a family of four making full use of the facilities we had paid a lot of money for. The situation escalated further when staff attempted to remove our daughters’ towels from the sunbeds next to ours simply because they had gone swimming. We explained that they were using the pool and would be returning shortly, but the way this was handled felt intimidating and confrontational. We reported our concerns to reception because we felt the behaviour of the pool staff was unacceptable. Unfortunately, after making this complaint, it felt as though we were constantly monitored for the remainder of our holiday. We became worried about allowing our daughters to leave their sunbeds even to swim or get lunch because we feared their towels would be removed again. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the pool, we felt uncomfortable and constantly aware that we were being watched. What made this even more frustrating was the complete lack of consistency in how the rules were applied. After reporting our own experience, we informed reception that we had seen other guests leave towels on sunbeds from around 9:00 a.m. and not return before we left the pool at approximately 3:30 p.m. We also witnessed staff leaving notices on sunbeds stating that guests had 45 minutes to return before their towels would be removed. However, on these occasions where more than two hours had passed and there was still no sign of the guests, the towels remained in place. The policy itself was not the issue; it was the inconsistent enforcement. Some guests appeared to be allowed to reserve sunbeds for hours without consequence, while our family was challenged despite actively using the pool area or leaving the hotel throughout our stay. Other Observations The drinks prices were excessive, with a single Bacardi and Coke costing €9. The plastic wine glasses provided around the pool were in a very poor condition, heavily scratched, marked and unpleasant to use. This is not something you would expect from a five-star hotel. Communication With Reception One point worth mentioning is our experience when trying to communicate our concerns through the hotel’s app. When we submitted complaints and replies through the app, we noticed that a couple of our responses appeared to have been deleted, meaning we had to submit them several times before they appeared. Interestingly, non-complaint-related messages appeared to go through without any issues. Final Thoughts It is genuinely heartbreaking to see how much this hotel has changed. After ten years of loyalty and many great memories, we never expected to leave feeling extremely disappointed. The decline in food quality, hygiene standards, room condition, service levels and overall guest experience is significant. We have also heard a lot of other loyal guests say the same. The hotel no longer feels like the five-star property we once enjoyed and happily returned to. Sadly, after this visit, we will never return. Photographs of issues pointed out have been attached to this review.
Great hotel. The pools are amazing, and so are the facilities- really beautiful setting.
The room was a bit tired for what you pay for, the door handle to the bathroom was broken and the hotel was quite loud on the lower floors. Overall a lovely stay though.
My honest review of Lopesan Baobab Resort! More of a family based resort! After spending a week here with my boyfriend, On arrival this hotel is very much aesthetically pleasing most beautiful hotel. The check in staff were very kind and welcoming. However, I would like to start with breakfast every morning you will have to que to get seated despite there being multiple tables available you also cant sit where you want you get told where you can sit even though plenty of free tables. I definitely wouldn’t return just because the lack food choices and not the best taste. I also asked for a coffee one morning (9:50am) and the waitress had told me the coffee machine had already closed. We chose the bed and breakfast option thinking that there would be options for lunch everyday but we only had found one pool bar which actually got our order wrong (human error this happens and is completely normal) and the food was a ham and cheese toastie but the cheese hadn’t even been melted for a luxury resort you would think you have better options for guests who pay as you go. We also got the chicken noodles which was literally just like pot noodle. The pool situation, Unfortunately here you do have a major issue with sunbed wars.. People will wake up early put a down multiple towels and not return till midday. I would also say that the sun loungers are extremely cramped and your sitting ontop of strangers. One morning I found a quiet spot in a corner and came back 20mins later and a family of 6 had moved my two sun loungers into the shade (at 8:30am) which is fair enough but I didn’t want to sit in the shade and not to mention as the sunbeds are so cramped if someone puts an umbrella up next you to you have to sit under it as no room to move. The pool temperature is great.. If your thinking of sitting round the pools where it has the sand like area.. The pool will be filled with rocks at the bottom and they get extremely hot during the day so not great to walk on as they are more like little stones rather than sand. Luckily I done some research and found a small quiet pool tucked away at the back of the hotel where space and loungers were not an issue. I would also say this hotel needs an adult only pool as every pool has children jumping in or splashing which I have no issue with but when your trying to relax on a child free holiday reading a nice book in the sun you will not get that here it is very much a family friendly child resort which i cant complain about as this is fully advertised. But as a young couple this is very much needed. The rooms are lovely and spacious very clean, The cleaners would mop your bedroom everyday. However, we was on the second floor and would get woken up at around 7am of banging and the people above walking around.. No fault of the hotel but this is what we had experienced. Not to mention the constant banging of doors outside. The area where the hotel is located is great about 20min walk directly to beach and shops and restaurants, But if your looking for somewhere to grab a quick light lunch we found there wasn’t much options so stuck with the local supermarket l. I have travelled to 13 countries stayed in family friendly and adult only hotels so this is just my personal / honest review as a 26 year old. I wouldnt return just based on the quality of food and ease of ordering food.
Wow... where do I begin? Whatever reviews you may have read, our experience at Lopesan Baobab Resort was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning African-inspired architecture, beautiful gardens, and the relaxed atmosphere. Every corner of the resort is breathtaking, especially at night when the lighting transforms it into something truly magical. The pools are amazing, with plenty of space to relax, and the whole resort is spotlessly clean. The staff were warm, friendly and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect too—just a short walk to the Meloneras promenade, beach, shops, restaurants and the lighthouse. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained, and we slept so well every night. For us, this holiday was everything we hoped for and more. It was peaceful, luxurious and the perfect place to unwind and make wonderful memories. Thank you, Lopesan Baobab Resort, for such a fantastic holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway. We can't wait to come back! 🌴☀️🌊💙
Food is awful-I was laughed at -At breakfast time for being pregnant and what i was wearing and to top it off pics below show the fridge in the bedroom
Second time here and another fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is immaculate and very atmospheric; a lovely exotic scent greets you in reception! Good, spacious rooms and a well laid out pool area; the lazy river is particularly enjoyable. Food - what can I say? A superb choice of well cooked dishes; buffets can be a bit samey at some hotels but not this one; there is plenty of variety. I see some negative reviews and these surprise me as they don't match our experience; I guess you can't please everybody! We've just booked our third visit here so that tells you something.
We ate in the Akara resturant. The food was lovely and Aday gave us lovely, friendly service. Thank you Aday.
Thank you so much to the entire team at Lopesan Baobab Resort for another fabulous holiday! This was our second stay at the resort and our third holiday with the Lopesan brand, as we also visited the Dominican Republic at Christmas. Every member of staff is so lovely, friendly, welcoming, and can’t do enough for you. The reception manager was especially wonderful, and it’s clear their leadership inspires such a positive attitude throughout the team. It was also so nice to see some of the same familiar faces from our visit last year. We had a small issue during our stay, but the team did everything they could to resolve it and make sure we had a fantastic holiday. They genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and that level of care really stands out. Our children had a fabulous time especially our autistic son. Thank you once again to everyone at Lopesan Baobab Resort for another unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to return! With love, The Harnett Family Checked out: 5th June
3 star max. It took two days and 6 phone calls to get an iron sent to our room despite being told it was being sent ‘right away’ each time. The room comes with basically nothing compared to much cheaper hotels I’ve stayed in. No kettle, no tea or coffee, even no soap. Even travelodge comes equipped better than this place. The pool that looks like a lazy river is surrounded by sand, meaning that the bottom off the floor is bitty and quite sharp in places. The lift is tiny, always broke, and takes forever to come every single time. We were asked if we wanted a welcome drink upon arrival, which we obviously said yes to! Then the guy serving us sent us on our way to our room and we never got it. There was no one to take our luggage which I don’t care too much about but I know it would be a struggle for some people as it is a very big hotel. They charge €45 per person per meal. There are some amazing restaurants nearby where you will spend half of that amount! Breakfast was mediocre, fried eggs were sat there for so long that they were crispy on the bottom and overall there’s not much choice. Crepes with Nutella were obviously amazing for breakfast. I also emailed prior to the holiday to say it was mine and my partners first anniversary together in hopes to do something special for her. They said they would be happy to help and asked for our reservation details. Upon sending these, I never got a response. Honestly wouldn’t bother spending your money on this place. It was pretty but that’s about it.
todo es increíble
todo de maravilla
We arrived later in the evening and walking into the hotel was amazing, it was all lit up and took your breath away. Check in was very quick, we were offered welcome drinks by the gentleman on reception. He explained how to find our rooms as this hotel is massive! Our rooms were spacious and clean, included dressing gowns, shower gel and shampoo and a hairdryer. Safe and small fridge are inside a wardrobe - no tea/coffee making facilities though. The bed was huge, and not 2 singles pushed together. Balcony was rather small with a table and 2 chairs, we had a view of the back road towards the RIU hotel - quiet at night though, no car noise etc. You can hear other people unfortunately, and our upstairs neighbour seemed to like rearranging furniture on a daily basis by dragging it around the room. We could also hear babies crying. The pool areas are spread out across the site- the first day there were no sunbeds available anywhere, apparently the hotel do remove towels if not being used after a certain length of time. 2nd day it was quieter and there were plenty of beds. We especially loved the lazy river, so stayed around that area in the day. The pool toilets were kept immaculate throughout the day. We stayed B&B and the breakfasts were fantastic - fresh fruit, cheeses, bacon, eggs, different breads etc and a cheeky little glass of Cava/prosecco as well! We've never stayed in a 5 star hotel, but this was an amazing holiday, even our 19 year old son enjoyed it, we wished we'd booked 2 weeks, will have to go back!
Amazing holiday - our second visit and it won’t be our last. Everything is immaculate and the staff are wonderful. The entertainment team couldn’t do enough for both adults and children. I’d particularly like to thank Rachel who stayed after her shift had finished to provide me with some information I had asked for. Also a big shout out to the staff in the restaurant at breakfast - again impeccable service, always smiling and a shout out to Patricia MZ for her absolute enthusiasm and happiness day after day. You have wonderful staff - thank you for an absolutely lovely holiday.
Don't ignore the negative reviews and don't be swayed but the number of positive ones. I was, and the negative ones were all accurate. Very disappointed and will never return. We booked this family trip via Jet2 for our engagement celebration and babymoon for our second baby (the hotel couldn't care less). We couldn't decide between this hotel and the sister hotel a short walk away - Lopesan Costa Meloneras. The only reason we ended up going for this one was because the decor seemed a bit more interesting for my 4 year old son but my goodness did we make the wrong choice. Price wise there was little difference, too. We regretted our choice hugely but as soon as we went across the road to see the sister hotel, we regretted it even more!! The sister hotel was gorgeous, service was good and the ambience is a different class. If you are undecided between the two, definitely don't book here. The reviews on here saying the hotel is dark and miserable was absolutely accurate. You go away for some sun and a bright, mood lifting break but this hotel was depressing. I was so pleased to leave. Also, it is increasingly annoying that these hotels advertise themselves as 5 star! What does that even mean anymore?? It was definitely not a 5 star with proper 5 star service. It's a 4 star at best. The reviews mentioning the lack of full length mirror, low lighting and lack of kettle and tea and coffee facilities in rooms being annoying are absolutely true. It drove me mad. You put everything away in the wardrobes and you can't see anything! Can't see your chosen outfit and can't enjoy early mornings. A pointless cost saving exercise that seems low impact but makes a huge difference on one's holiday. How is this hotel advertised a 5 star hotel without a kettle and tea and coffee in the morning?! Madness. Our room was ok; the balcony and view was sizeable and nice but the shower drains stunk and it was overall very tired. Again, definitely not the standard of a 5 star and definitely not like the pictures on their website. Beds were just ok.... Food - adequate. Again, absolutely NOT 5 star. Breakfast buffet was mayhem and small. Boring choices and ok at best. Food round the pool, the same. The hotel staff - OK. Not particularly personable or attentive. Not a 5 star check in experience... not enough staff and without even a queue of people I was stood there for at least 15 mins waiting to check in. Other 5 star hotels I have visited, even if there is a wait time, you are taken over to a lounge area, provided with a complimentary drink while you wait for check in. This check in experience completely epitomized the service - stand and wait and we will be with you when we are free. Not good. Oh and to top it all off. The pools are in a dire state (every pool, including the children's pool). The pool tiles are coming off left, right and centre; they even come off in your hand. My husband runs leisure centres all over the UK and if the pools were in that state, they would be closed indefinitely on the same day. My 4 year old son gashed his leg open on the broken tiles in the children's pool and so did my husband in the lazy river. My son refused to get back into the pool for the remaining 2 days of our holiday (Which ruined our holiday) and the staff were slow to respond and offered us pointless resolution options that did nothing to save our experience. The hotel Manager didn't even bother to speak with us, come to see us - nothing. Disgusting level of careless service. Again, far from a 5 star experience. I took many pictures and have formally complained - not that that has got me anywhere. Again, another representation of service and no doubt nothing will be done. The hotel admitted they are undertaking an extensive pool maintenance programme (which says it all and admits fault) but no doubt barely anything will be done and the number of positive reviews will continue to carry the declining service this hotel provides. Overall, we hated this hotel and couldn't wait to leave. Our whole experience ruined our celebratory trip and we are frustrated that our experience has been totally ignored. Please don't ignore the negative reviews and keep researching!! Over time, the tide will turn with more negative reviews.
Stunning hotel… the scenery and surroundings are fabulous, there is something new around every corner. Great pools and choice of sunbeds, perfect for families, the lazy river is awesome! Loved the pool bar under the waterfall as well. Lovely helpful staff, room cleaned daily, food was fantastic and I really cannot fault this hotel.
The tiniest thing that would’ve been helpful would be a full length mirror!
I don’t write TripAdvisor reviews often but this resort absolutely deserves one…My partner and I chose to visit Gran Canaria specifically so we could stay at the Lopesan Baobab Resort, and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! We were celebrating my belated 30th birthday and also our 5 year anniversary, which I had mentioned in the notes while making the booking. The team at Hotel Baobab gave us a gorgeous room with a view, and there were chocolates and sparkling wine in the room on arrival with two separate personalised letters of congratulations to us both. And that was just our arrival! We couldn’t quite believe the scale of the resort, and it took us at least two days to get the lay of the land and to be able to navigate through the outdoor areas, including the pools, restaurants, bars and other amenities. The lazy river pool was so much fun and the food/drink prices at the pool bars were beyond reasonable (€7.50 for a large delicious Sangria!). However, we found our favourite spot within the first 24 hours and that was the chocolate pool located at the back of the resort. This pool had direct sunlight all day long and was a lot quieter and more relaxing than the other main pool areas. Yes, kids were allowed in this area but it never felt noisy or too busy. It became our go-to tanning spot and we even became friendly with some of the other regulars who also kept choosing that area! That says a lot when you have 7 pools to choose from but you keep going back to the same one. The landscaping and vegetation across the resort is truly something to behold. The grounds were kept in immaculate condition and we could see the gardening team out every morning gathering leaves, branches and other debris off the paths. Every day my jaw dropped as soon as I stepped outside because of how beautifully maintained the resort is. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping couldn’t be farther from the sound of city traffic in the UK that we were used to! It felt like we were in paradise every single day. I’m not normally an early riser but I didn’t want to miss a second of being in this resort so we were up by 8am every morning. To be fair, having a huge breakfast buffet waiting for us downstairs was all the motivation we needed!! The housekeeping team were so friendly and our room was refreshed every try single day with clean towels and anything else we needed, which we massively appreciated. They even mop the bedroom floors on a daily basis! We also had excellent service from the room service team (we ordered at least 3 times during our stay). The food was reasonably priced, very tasty, we were given massive portions and it always arrived on time/early. On the two occasions that we did leave the resort, we were less than a 10-minute stroll from the prominade and main restaurants/shopping areas in Meloneras. We were also only a 12-15 min stroll from the dunes which were unbelievable at sunset. One of the most important things for my partner and I was feeling safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and I can’t thank the staff at Hotel Baobab enough for their hospitality. As a young queer couple, we often feel judged or perceived differently and this was something I worried about a lot before our trip. I actually have no words for how completely at ease and safe we both felt throughout the entire week and every single staff member contributed to this. Whether it was the housekeeping team greeting us in the hallways, the breakfast buffet staff welcoming us each morning, or the gardening team waving and smiling each time they walked past. This was hands down the best experience of my life as a queer woman, and I cannot recommend Hotel Baobab to other LGBTQ+ visitors enough. I could write an entire book on how amazing this resort was for us and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family for years to come. I was very emotional when we were leaving the resort and expressed my gratitude to the reception team on checkout. I still can’t believe we were so lucky. We’re already planning a trip back in October and can’t wait to be back in paradise! Thank you so much Hotel Baobab.
The hotel grounds and architecture were breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool areas were beautiful and sunbeds were always available. The drinks were also reasonably priced, taking into account the standard of the hotel, and breakfast had plenty of options. The room itself was also very spacious and lovely.
Our bedroom was located at the opposite end of the hotel to the beach exit, which made walking there quite long. I appreciate the grounds encouraged wildlife, however it was extremely loud with birds outside of our room except for when it was dark outside and we were woken most mornings by the birds. We were also next to a stairwell and the rooms were not very soundproofed which meant we were woken up most mornings by people on the stairwells and cleaners, as well as the birds. In the future, I would ask to stay in a different area of the hotel.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hotel That Listened, Improved, and Delivered an Outstanding Experience This was our third visit to the Lopesan Baobab Resort in Maspalomas, and I felt it was important to write this review because credit should be given where it is due. During our previous stay, we experienced a number of issues, including dirty towels, an unmade room on arrival, faulty electrical sockets, stained pool towels, and even a cockroach sighting in one of the dining areas. We had also booked a double room but were provided with two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing for a couple on holiday. Because of those experiences, we arrived this year with a degree of apprehension and uncertainty about what we might encounter. What we found was a hotel that had clearly listened. The management team recognised the concerns that had been raised previously and, to their credit, took them seriously. We were kindly upgraded, but more importantly, the overall standards throughout the resort were exceptional. The difference was remarkable. The food was outstanding, with an excellent variety available every day. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and regularly replenished. Whenever a dish ran low, it was replaced within minutes. The restaurant operation was incredibly efficient, and any spills or messes were cleaned almost immediately. The service throughout the resort was first class. We were not treated differently because of our previous feedback—in fact, nobody knew who we were. We were simply another couple enjoying a holiday, which made the experience feel genuine and authentic. What impressed us just as much was the attention to detail throughout the resort. The gardening and maintenance teams work incredibly hard behind the scenes. On windy days, leaves from the palm trees would naturally be blown across pathways and public areas, yet by the following morning everything was immaculate once again. It was a pleasure to watch the staff at work each day. Grounds staff, cleaners, and maintenance teams could be seen early in the morning ensuring the resort was spotless before guests began their day. The gardeners kept the grounds looking beautiful, window cleaners regularly removed fingerprints and marks from glass surfaces, and the cleaning teams worked tirelessly to keep walkways, pool areas, and communal spaces free from debris. There was a clear sense that cleanliness, presentation, and guest safety were taken seriously throughout the entire resort. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone involved: the management team, housekeeping staff, gardeners, maintenance personnel, pool attendants, waiting staff, chefs, cooks, cleaners, and all the behind-the-scenes employees who contribute to making this resort run so smoothly. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, courteous, and genuinely willing to help. Our room was immaculate, with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable large double bed, beautiful bathroom facilities, and consistently high housekeeping standards throughout our stay. The resort itself remains one of the most impressive family destinations we have visited. The choice of pools is fantastic, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and there is something for everyone, whether you are travelling as a couple or with young children. Most importantly, this review recognises something many businesses struggle to do: listen to feedback, learn from it, and improve. Lopesan Baobab Resort has done exactly that. Many companies become defensive when criticism is offered. In contrast, this hotel appeared to reflect on the feedback, address the issues, and raise its standards. That deserves recognition. Based on our experience this year, I can confidently say that it fully deserves its five-star rating. We have had a wonderful holiday, created some fantastic memories, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you to everyone at Lopesan Baobab Resort for restoring our confidence and providing such a memorable holiday. Keep doing what you’re doing—it is noticed and appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros - Multiple Pools, plenty of sunbeds - Excellent hotel aesthetic - Great central Location in Meloneras - Hotel Pili Pili Restaurant top Quality Food - Excellent Spacious Standard Rooms (Massive Bath, Shower Wet Room) - Hair Dryer in Room - Infant Cot present in room on arrival - Room Luggage Service - Decent free Wifi around the hotel -Hotel Gym Free however Titan Gym also on site for €35 for the week (recommend) - Stay includes access to other local Lopsan Hotels (Costa & Villa Del Conde) Buffets and Night Show Entertainment - Kids Baby Pool -Infant highchairs readily available in restaurant Cons - Cleaners entered room with do not disturb tag on handle - Fresh bedsheet had brown stain on it - Cleaners left our ground floor balcony open twice -Even with half board you’re required to pay for water/soft drinks at restaurant dinner? -Hotel onsite shop items are almost double the price you would regularly pay. - Main Lifts were annoying, they’d either be out of order or you’d be waiting for 10 minutes for it to arrive and when it did it would be full. We had a pushchair, but there were alot of lazy guests using the lift instead of the stairs to go up or down 1 or 2 floors. - I wasn’t aware of ‘Premium Half Board’ when booking which means you can use the main Lopsan hotel restaurants. Standard halfboard meant we were stuck with the buffets. Neutral - Buffet food quality was 6/10, breakfast was repetitive with the same options everyday and there is little variation at dinner.
The place is very beautiful. I think it needs some repairs, but overall it’s very nice
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and was very noisy. The room was never cleaned, and the sink was leaking water
We had a verry Nice time !!! It was amazing.
Impressive buildings!
Our room view was weak.
Nice hotel with interesting decor, comfortable room, large outdoor area with multiple pools. Very family orientated so not as relaxing as hoped (lots of loud kids, even around the smaller pools), they should make one of the pools adult only - if staying as a couple would recommend the Lopesan Costa Melonoras over the road. Breakfast was okay but didn’t have the “extras” expected at a 5*. Be aware late checkout is available (at a cost) but only if the room hasn’t been booked afterwards. Instead they offer another room to shower but only in 30 min slots per room which we felt wasn’t enough time for 2 people.
EVERYTHING!
Beautiful entrance.
Reception very dark..check in was very slow the night we arrived .. Buffet breakfast very busy Buffet dinner extremely busy ..poor choice of food ..
The design of the hotel is impressive. The reception staff are polite and friendly.
For some reason, an area around one of the pools was closed off, reducing the amount of available sunbeds for 4 days. The closed area was unavailable to all guests. A guest was assaulted following a dispute over sunbeds.

Variety of pools and location.
Our room had Cockroaches and a bad smell
Atmosphäre geht so.
Velký areál, spousta bazénů, palmy a příjemná atmosféra po celém resortu. Pokoje byly prostorné, čisté a pohodlné. Personál byl milý a lokalita je super - Celkově velmi hezký hotel a zajímavý zážitek.
Jediné větší mínus bylo za nás jídlo. Výběr nebyl špatný, ale oproti Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa nám přišlo znatelně slabší a méně výrazné. Jinak jsme byli spokojeni. A fronty u baru a vsude
