This is my 4th stay at this hotel and the worst experience ever! First of all the payment method, my debit card work everywhere in Seoul only in there hotel it doesn’t! Second I told them I’ll pay cash but cash is in the luggage can I bring it after check in? They said no! They wanted me to open my luggage in front of all people to take the cash! Unprofessional? Third when I start making payment they told me their rate is higher than in booking even tho I booked by booking.com! Forth when they have the keys I went to the room which was on 14th floor and it was standard can you imagine for that high price they gave me standard room! I called them and said I won’t stay at this room it’s not clean and I paid for deluxe! Ok then they changed the room for the one I stayed before when I was in Seoul Fifth! In the morning when I start packing they called me and rush I told them I’m packing give me sometime like 10mi utes but they said quickly because it’s already the time ! Are you serious?? You can’t make 10 minutes for the person who is paying your hotel to stayvvv Never ever I’ll stay and recommend this hotel ever After I checkout and gave the keys in the lobby the staff start laughing - on what on me??? Worst hotel ever! I. Seoul and customer service and staff in the lobby sppeciqlly their manager

The prices of coffee and the restaurants were exorbitant I would not recommend. The he facilities was all with a fee

식사 퀄리티가 너무나도 좋았습니다. 그 외의 직워분들의 서비스도 맘에 들었구요. 다음에 또 갈 의사가 있습니다 : )

화장실이 다소 아쉬운 느낌은 있었으나, 크게 문제가 될만한건 없습니다.

We had the room that included lounge access which meant we could eat breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the buffet. The views were great. The hiking trails were fun too.

Sometimes the line took a while to catch a taxi. Might be easier to use an app to book.

A gracious, refined atmosphere.

The hotel stank quite a bit. A felt a bit sick by the end of my stay. The pizza was simply the worst imaginable. What was that?

チェックインの時に、クレジットカードで支払を保証したのに、現金で支払を言われ支払いました。ところが、チェックアウトの時に、支払の記録が無いとのことで、再度支払いました。

Magnificent hotel and VERY expansive grounds.

Too far from town. No brochure or listing offered for the many food offerings in a complex of several hotels.

Difficult to eat when you want. Restaurants are all on schedule Need to have a coffee shop with simple food. Tried to get into Pizza Hill all week I was there but always booked. And we only had 2 persons

깔끔하게 정리된 침구와 부대시설 또한 대만족. 생파하려고 더뷔페 레스토랑 갔는데 주방장님께서 생일상 한상 차려서 가져다 주셔서 완전감동이요!

조명이 전체적으로 어두워서 살짝 아쉬움.

3월 30일 오후 3시 20분 공항리무진을 탑승하려는데 시간이 촉박했어요. 호텔리어 남자분이 무거운 수트케이스를 들고 같이 뛰어주셔서 잘 탑승했습니다. 감사합니다! 버스 기사님은 정각에 탑승했음에도 '좀 더 일찍 오지 그랬냐'고 하셔서 기분은 좋지 않더라구요. 그러나 바쁘신 일정은 이해하기에 컴플레인하지 않았습니다. 앞으로 이런 상황에 더 나은 서비스를 위해 호텔리어와 기사분이 무전연락이 된다면 떠나실까봐 전전긍긍하는 불안한 마음은 없을 것 같네요. 전반적으로 호텔 지원분들이 모두 적극적이시고 친절하셔서 서비스가 훨씬 좋게 느껴졌습니다. 감사합니다!산뷰도 나쁘지 않았습니다

세면대 일부가 페인트 벗겨지듯 일어나있었고, 샤워커튼, 배스텁 마개등의 청결도는 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

아침안먹고 나가야하는 일정. 하지만 로비 시설은 좋았다.

체크아웃할때 직원의 응대가 별로 였다. 전화를 받으면서 한손으로 내 룸키를 받았다.

Hotel needs some makeover.

Great location. Upmarket. Smell in reception was fantastic from their robotic diffusers.

Room was a little in basic side for a high-end property but still comfortable and clean. Definitely no complaints.

난방이 아쉬움 부킹닷컴에서 예약하면 늘 후진 방에 배당됨 추웠다

식사 맛있고 위치랑 산책로 너무 좋고 로비랑 도서관도 너무 좋았어요

시설이랑 규모에비해 방에서 약간 담배인지 하수구인지 약간 냄새나는게 아쉬웠어요. 창문열면 괜찮은데 추워서 난방하니까 더 심해지던듯.
