The Classic 500 Pentaz Executive Residence

すごく広い素敵なお部屋で、家族4人そろって過ごすことができて本当に素晴らしい体験でした。冷蔵庫（家庭サイズ）もレンジも洗濯乾燥機も備わっていて、暮らすように過ごすことができました。スーパーも近いし、とにかく絶対にまた行きます。

シャワーの使い方がちょっと難しかったこと。シャンプーがはじめからあまり入ってなくて、その後も補充されなかったこと。

I was initially wowed at the size and layout of the unit but put off by the wear and tear observed everywhere. But I quickly grew to appreciate the facilities here and extended my stay because the hotel was so comfortable and convenient. The suite was so large it felt luxurious, had washing machine (albeit no detergent) and an open-concept kitchen. Gym was very nice. Pool was available for a charge. Airport limousine bus stopped right in front of the building, and Seoul subway line 2 station was so close as well. A department store with food court in the basement, emart, movie theatre, coffee shops, ATM, restaurants and eateries were all very close. It was ultimate in convenience! Staff were responsive and professional. Can also walk to Hangang Ttukseom Park in about 15 minutes, too!

Facilities showed their age. Bedroom and living room floor had lots of dark scuff marks from luggage wheels; white sofa was grey from prior use and sticky and stretched out. Drawer front on the bathroom vanity had corners protruding from veneers peeling off; cracks and mouldy stain near the faucet, dishes were old-looking and scissors had sticky residue; kitchen cabinets showed obvious signs of grease stains in high touch areas; shower stall was mouldy and the plastic shower ceiling tile was cracked and had lots of little bugs that had died; bathroom tile floors were cracked and stained. Blinds in the bedroom had holes and stains in several spots. I submitted my feedback the first morning and a whole army of housekeeping and maintenance staff came and glued the bathroom vanity peel, cleaned the bathroom floor, and changed the shower head. Nothing could be done about the embedded moulds, cracks, and stains but I very much appreciated such quick and earnest response. Everyone was so respectful. The regular housekeeping lady for our unit was so pleasant!!

Il nostro appartmento era molto spazioso e pulito, sempre rifornito di acqua, caffé e thé tutti i giorni, quando venivano effetuate le pulizie, accappatoi, ciabatte e smart toilet, due televisori. Nonostante fosse situato al 18° piano, l'ascensore è sempre stato molto veloce. Intorno all'hotel ci sono un sacco di posti dove fare colazione, convenience store, Olive Young, ect.. La zona è tranquilla, ma d'altro canto in Corea del Sud ti senti sempre tranquillo. Il personale è stato sempre cortese. E' un pochino decentrato, ma comunque è fattibile raggiungere i punti d'interesse facilmente e i taxi arrivano all'hotel in tempi rapidissimi. E' un hotel che ci è piaciuto molto e ci ritornei sicuramente.

Location was excellent near Konkuk University station, with plenty of cafes & restaurants walking distance nearby. Also airport bus stop was a couple minutes away. Room & Facilities (fitness centre) were excellent.

ماعجبني انه ادوات الاستخدام الواحد مثل فرش الاسنان وصابون غسيل الملابس بمقابل مادي وان كان المقابل بسيط لما احجز فندق 4 نجوم من المتوقع انه هذي الاشياء تكون من ضمن الاشياء الي تكون مقدمه

The rooms are the same as 8 years ish ago, but now run down a bit. The showers water pressure was also weak

Location was right beside a train station so easy to access, it is at the end of seongsudong but not overly central. Room was amazing, very large and comfortable. Did not have breakfast there.

Storleken av rummet samt närheten till tunnelbanelinje 2 (grön linje). Möjligheten att tvätta, mycket förvaringsutrymme och kök ifall man vill äta på rummet. Min fru tyckte om sminkhörnan och det stora badrummet.

Svårt att släcka alla lampor, på/av knappar är ologiskt placerade i lägenheten. Dessutom svårt att reglera kyla och värmen. Lite slitage här och där. Lägenheten kan behöva lite mer kärlek men i det stora hela ett prisvärt hotel beläget nära Konkuk universitet. Området erbjuder mycket liv och rörelse.
