Мы останавливались здесь уже ранее, и были если честно, в восторге от отеля, именно поэтому мы выбрали его в этот раз. Но в этот раз впечатления не самые радужные: очень странное позиция ресторана на завтрак – ты приходишь в 07:40, а тебе говорят, что в эту волну вы не попали, и нужно приходить вторым этапом, которые начнётся через 15-20 минут. И всех, кто приходил в этот момент разворачивали обратно. Это очень – очень странно, я впервые сталкиваюсь с таким, хотя я очень часто путешествующей человек. Не припомню, чтобы такие правила были ранее. Вы понимаете, что это реально портит настроение с утра и человек испытывает негативный гостевой опыт? По качеству еды – как будто бы есть изменения, раньше все было вкуснее, сейчас все посредственно. Также не понравились номера люкс: окна смотрят в стену черного здания, там всегда очень темно, никогда не бывает солнца, чувствуешь себя как в подвале. Также очень странно было то, что шторы были не выглаженные, а новые, прямо с этикетками на каждой шторе, и их повесили просто на окна – они все были в квадратик, видимо как были сложены новые, так и повесили. Очень странно. Сам люкс удобный, но второй раз я бы в отель именно из-за этих двух негативных моментов однозначно не вернулась. К сотрудникам претензий нет, всегда все очень вежливо и корректно. Считаю, что отелю необходимо пересмотреть политику на завтрак.

Tres bien situe, jolie vue, Très confortable, luxueux et plein des choses a faire dedans et a proximité. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement le resto Fait Maison ...le personnel, la propreté et le calme, mes enfants Lotte World qui est a proximité.....joli fin des vacances avant retour

Peut-être l accueil initial ( attitude désagréable de la premiere réceptionniste contrastant avec ses autre collègues). L'absence de gel de douche et shampoing dans la salle de bain, ( baignoire ) la premiere jour, qui c est vite corrigé après signalement.

The position near the lake

During The Weekend they organize the breakfast but 3 slots and you have to queue to enter. And also for swimming pool you have to reserve only for 1 slot during the day. I understand they have high occupancy during weekend but is an hotel problem not of a client that pay quite good amount of money to be in this type of hotel.

체크인을 4시경 하는데 너무 밀려서 당황했습니다. 덤으로 방이 준비가 안되어있어서... 더더욱... 연휴라 체크인이 밀린 거 같지만 빨리 빨리 빠지지 않아서 서서 대기하는데 힘들었답니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. During our family trip, we stayed at three different hotels, and Sofitel was definitely the best of them all. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the hotel was for our family and children. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and Lotte World nearby. Thank you to the entire Sofitel team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. If we return to Seoul, we would definitely choose Sofitel Ambassador again. Highly recommended for families!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was fantastic. We stayed as a family of four, two adults and two kids, in the Family King Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi that the kids loved, with no issues about them accessing it. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall, which came in handy as this was our first stop after arriving in South Korea. A walk around the nearby lake was lots of fun, and there is a street nearby with many restaurants, which was fantastic as we could try different places while fighting jetlag. Highly recommended.

Sofitel was a fantastic stay for a family of 4 with young children. We stayed in a suite and what set the room apart was the fully functional kitchen and laundry(!) that made our week long stay so convenient and easy. The breakfast buffet was highly enjoyable and the staff were notably professional, friendly, and warm. A great perk was the hotel's own kids' playroom, which provided solid entertainment for the young ones. Lastly, the location is great if you are staying south of the Han River where traveling all over the city is more challenging with young children. It's right next to the Lotte World Mall (with a great food court), subway station, Lotte World Adventure, and Kidzania. And we were able to enjoy lovely walks along the lake, which is right outside the hotel. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Seoul.

It's the way the hotel was built so it is what it is but the elevators are unnecessarily complicated with the required transfers and sometimes long waits when the hotel is busy.

Sauberkeit, Komfort und Lage.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten und großen, super sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gibt auch ein fantastisches Fitnessstudio, das 24 Stunden benutzt werden kann. Auch der Pool war toll. All in all: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet, dass in-room toiletries inkludiert sind. Dem war aber nicht so- bis auf Duschgel und Shampoo, aus dem großen Spender- mussten Q-tips, Wattepads usw. extra bezahlt werden. Eine entsprechende Preisliste hing im Badezimmer und erinnerte an die Minibar. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.

Месторасположение - одно из лучших в Сеуле. Устройство самого отеля неудобное, чтобы подняться в номер нужно ехать на 2-х разных лифтах, а это всегда ждать сначала один а потом и второй. У меня был номер с видом на Скай, это действительно хороший плюс, но и цена не маленькая.

the elevators were confusing

The property was super nice. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. Huge bathtub, roomy shower, comfortable beds. Blackout curtains were great as well. The location was very convenient.

This property had no downsides that we noticed.

We loved the apartment itself. It was very spacious with the separate living room and kitchen area. They were great with setting up the cot. They provided high end branded cots, high chair and a baby bath which we appreciated. The hotel is next door to the mall which was handy for meals if not wanting to travel too far. The location is also right on the lake so great for little strolls in the evening. We had a baby so the hotel was in a quieter neighbourhood which we appreciated. The beds are also super comfortable.

The elevators. They were a nightmare. The elevators from the ground floor you had to take to a certain floor and switch to get to the rooms. There was only ever one elevator out of the three picking people up. That should be sorted asap as hoards of people would congregate at the bottom and it would take ages for us to get one during certain parts of the day. The staff on the ground level were abit aloof and not always that attentive. Breakfast set up is also very silly with ‘sittings’. You end up with breakfast being extremely full when it opened for each sitting. Vs just letting people flow in and out as needed.

What I loved most about our stay at Sofitel was the overall experience. From the luxurious atmosphere and exceptional amenities to the convenient location and genuinely friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The value for what we received was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again!

The room was cozy with nice views

The whole hotel attitude. a ripoff on everything related to food. An espresso for 12 dollars

We liked the location and proximity to Lotte world mall and the nearby lake and garden, especially with kids. The room was big and modern, my kids liked having Jenie there. The beds were comfy and very quite. We didn't try the swimming pool but it looked very nice.

The lifts can be confusing but there was always someone there to guide the guests. The breakfast was good but needs more varieties and the service there can be a bit better. . But overall it was an enjoyable stay.

숙소에 들어갈 때부터 나올때 까지 모든 것들이 좋았습니다. 시설의 깔끔함부터 물 흐르는 듯한 응대까지 모든게 좋았습니다.

Très bel hôtel, déco raffinée - Accueil très professionnel, le personnel est au petits soins. - Chambre confortable avec une grande salle de bain, bonne insonorisation, excellente literie.

Un peu compliqué de s’y retrouver avec les changements d’ascenseurs pour accéder à la réception et aux chambres. Le dimanche créneau horaire à respecter pour les petits dej.

The lights inside the room were very dim, they charged for the toothbrush even though it was a suite room.

The room wasn't clean; I think they hadn't cleaned it, there were probably underwear left from the previous person's stay. We were disappointed. They even charge for a toothbrush.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious enough and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

Weekend breakfast schedule is terrible. We had long que to enter the breakfast. First time I have seen in my entire life of such breakfast que on sunday. The hotel must review their weekend breakfast scheduling.

I get the rood service but get poison from seafood but they didn’t care

This is one of the best five star hitels we have ever stayed in. Excellent location, superb staff, beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and a great breakfast.

Nothing - I can't fault this hotel at all. Those who want to be really central may not wish to be located here but the local area is fantastic with loads of restaurants and shops so if you don't mind a 30-45min metro journey then it's not a problem.

Breakfast is too chaotic. Booking requirements for swimming pool is weird. Reception team not very helpful. Elevator process is confusing not enough signs. Breakfast experience was the most negative

The location is next to mall and the view of the lake

It’s far from city center.

The location was great, right next to Lotte Mall and a beautiful lake. We walked around the lake in the morning and it was lovely. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and attentive. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable as well.

Great amenities however it seems like everything is charged extra, from renting swim caps, and any extra items in the room. It would be nice if those amenities were included in the price of the room. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay and were very comfortable.

Location near world mall, a lot of cafe, restaurants, shops. Lake, local Disneyland. Staff was amazing!

Breakfast a bit not international, more Korean, a bit cheap for this category of hotels.

My stay was one of the most comfortable ones in a really long time. Service was impeccable, food was amazing, the views were mesmerizing. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Seoul.

Magnifique hôtel aménagé avec plein de goût et avec une vue époustouflante sur la Lotte Tower. Excellent petit déjeuner!

Le Rooftop Bar à moitié vide nous oblige de nous mettre au bar pour boire du champagne. Pour une petite table, 200 $ de consommation minimale.
