머무는 동안 넓고 편안한 객실도 좋았지만, 무엇보다 직원분들의 친절하고 세심한 응대에서 5성급 호텔다운 서비스를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 특히 아침마다 즐겼던 조식은 오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 다양하게 준비된 인도 음식 하나하나가 정말 맛있었고, 덕분에 매일 아침이 기다려질 정도 였습니다. 다시 이곳을 방문하게 된다면 망설임 없이 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

We had a very pleasant short stay . Very beautiful property. Food was amazing. But the thing I would like to mention here is my daughter lost her gold chain in the pool n we dint even notice for abt 3 days after we checked out. On checking the pictures we were quite sure it must hv been lost in the pool. I msged them and by the next day after full details n description of the chain I was informed that it was in their lost n found department. We were thrilled as expected. Ever grateful to the whole team for the effort. Thank u for the wonderful stay n the service later.

Trident Gurgaon is a nice property in the heart of Gurgaon. It has become a bird sanctuary with wonderful bird life. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great food and great health facilities. This hotel will give you a truly refreshing experience.

I just returned from a three-night family stay at Trident Gurgaon. The property is beautiful — elegant architecture, immaculate gardens, and a tranquil setting, complemented by exceptional hospitality. We had a truly enjoyable stay. Special thanks to all who made our stay memorable. At the restaurant, chefs Shubhankar and Suman run operations with care and professionalism. The seamless coordination between kitchen and service reflects strong leadership and clear communication. All restaurant staff including Ayush, Mayank, Pavani, and Apeksha were warm, prompt, and happy to accommodate special requests. All housekeeping, staff including Meherhoni and Saurav, kept our rooms and the hotel spotless; they were hardworking, courteous, and respectful. I was especially impressed by the personalized service — the team remembered our family’s tastes and preference. Thanks to everyone at Trident Gurgaon for their genuine care and professionalism. I recently stayed at Trident Gurgaon during a business trip while also celebrating a special occasion, and it turned out to be one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Over the years, I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels across India and internationally. Until now, my benchmark for exceptional hospitality had been Taj Exotica Maldives. Remarkably, Trident Gurgaon managed to surpass even that in several aspects of service. What truly makes this property exceptional is its people. Every single team member—from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant and pool staff—was consistently warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Even while simply walking through the corridors, every staff member greeted us with a smile. Those small gestures create an atmosphere where you immediately feel welcomed and valued. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were thoughtfully curated—not excessively large, but perfectly balanced with enough variety that you genuinely want to try everything. The emphasis is clearly on quality rather than quantity, and it shows. During our stay, a few colleagues joined us for dinner, and one of the wonderful advantages of staying here is that the Trident and Oberoi properties are interconnected. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy an excellent meal at Oberoi’s 361 restaurant while continuing to experience the seamless hospitality of the Trident. Whenever we needed assistance, it was handled immediately. We had a minor issue with the television, which was resolved promptly. What impressed me even more was that a manager later personally checked in with us to ensure everything was working perfectly and apologized for the inconvenience. That level of proactive service is becoming increasingly rare. The swimming pool and landscaped gardens deserve special mention. It is incredible to find such a peaceful, resort-like environment—with reflecting pools, fountains, and lush greenery—in the heart of Gurgaon. Once you’re inside the property, it’s easy to forget you’re in the middle of a bustling city. The team also made our celebration memorable by beautifully decorating our room and surprising us with a delicious red velvet cake. At checkout, the Rooms Manager personally came to ask about our stay and presented us with a thoughtful gift, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture. One experience, in particular, stood out. We had charged our lunch and dinner to our room, only realizing later that I could have booked the restaurants separately using a 25% dining offer through Swiggy, Zomato, or EazyDiner. I mentioned this at reception without expecting much, and after a quick discussion with the manager, they happily honoured the same discount on the room bill. That level of flexibility and customer-first thinking is something I have rarely experienced. Everything about this property—from its beautifully maintained resort-style architecture to its flawless service culture—feels effortless and genuinely guest-centric. I have never experienced such a seamless operation combined with such a tranquil resort atmosphere in the middle of Gurgaon. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Trident Gurgaon team for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.

Dubious system at spa, hard to locate spa reception, no sun umbrella at pool, limited pool bar food and drinks , Service crew tend to loiter around the breakfast buffet creating a sense of being watched...

The property is a respectful take on Indo-Saracenic architecture. That said, it is the staff that makes a truly good hotel. You have both!

The Trident in Gurgaon is an experience to be treasured. Not only are the surroundings exquisite, thanks to the beautiful architecture of Lek Bunnag from Thailand, the staff provided outstanding service. From the professional expertise at the Front Desk to the quality of the dining staff in the restaurant (Cilantro) and the skill of the Fitness Centre manager, the Trident Hotel offers a wonderful taste of the magic that is India. I cannot praise the hotel highly enough. It contributed to an outstanding holiday which has imprinted itself securely in my memory.

Hospitality coupled with superb service and amenities make it a perfect stay. It is an excellent property spread across and is very nicely located, nearer to the Airport and to the city centre of Gurugram.

Beyond the stunning property and the wonderful stay, the staff at Trident, Gurgaon went out of their way to provide an incredibly welcoming experience. Every single request we had was met with a positive response, and they truly did everything in their power to make it happen. I originally booked this hotel to spoil my son, at the end of a long trip, and the team made sure he was treated like royalty. They graciously accommodated a very early check-in for him so he could rest. Since he had an early morning flight out of Delhi, they even agreed to shift his included breakfast to his day of arrival instead of his departure day. On top of that, completely unprompted and without us even asking, they prepared a lavish packed meal for him to take on his flight! Beyond this unmatched hospitality, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, the food is excellent, and its close proximity to the Delhi airport is a massive advantage. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Oasis of relaxation in one of the noisiesr cities on the planet. Airco that‘s easy to operate. No annoyingly complicated tech anywhere. Stylish settings. Lovely floral smell im the lobby..Not too cold. Well maintained facility. Great pool, both optically as practically and intended for swimming.

Le service est excellent et tout le personnel fait le nécessaire pour que vous soyez bien installé et ils sont au petit soin. J ai adoré l endroit qui offre un très beau cadre romantique et j ai eu droit à une superbe surprise pour mon anniversaire.

Pas assez de restaurant car il était fermé le soir de notre arrivée. Mais nous avons pu tester leur bar qui propose une carte et une ambiance très sympa. Par ailleurs, ils peuvent nous réserver des restaurants dans l hôtel qui est collé à leur hôtel. Donc ce n est pas très grave. Un peu loin de New Delhi avec les bouchons.

Booked pool view 2 rooms for my family. Hotel provided adjacent rooms which was fantastic. As I was attending a 4 days course at DLF phase 2, the location was perfect amid the working hours traffic. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Many western and Indian options at breakfast buffet with good though some of the à la carte items can be slow. Great pool. But no separate children’s pool. Dinner at Saffron was great with good music. The best part of the hotel were the staffs. The hospitality provided by each and everyone, from the concierge, receptionist, restaurant waiters and managers were exceptional 11/10. Nurul and Monica at reception were so welcoming. Palak, Raosan and many more at the restaurant were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend Trident Gurgaon 200% and will surely return in the future.

- уютные, комфортные номера - достаточно места разложить на полу чемоданы - все необходимое а номере в ванной комнате - тихая хорошая вентиляция с охлаждением без сквозняка - удобная кровать с хорошим постельным бельем - достаточно питьевой воды и яблоки на приветствие - быстрое заселение - была засорена раковина, пока ужинали, все починили - ужин в индийском ресторане Ziya с прекрасным интерьером восхитителен. Предупреждайте, если не едите очень острую еду - завтраки не пробовали - просили разбудили в 3:30, позвонили в номер минута в минуту - персонал работает слажено - красивое здание отеля со множеством водных пространств, забываешь, что ты в районе возле аэропорта

I had quite a few dietary requirements which the hotel staff (Chef: Archit Mathur; Waiter: Sahzeb) catered to exactly. All staff were very professional and hotel was very clean.

Excellent location,immensely clean and very comfortable hotel with great food ,comfortable rooms with beautiful pool and garden views. There is no urge to leave the hotel boundary walls as the Trident has Lyrah an open air bar and great sounds, as for the Oberoi hotel adjoining the Trident minutes walk away ,has a excellent bar and cocktails venue called Lord Vespers as well an amazing restaurant Madam Chows run by head Chef Mr Wong , which does excellent brunch menus, the Dim Sum is to dye for,both venues have great views and a huge water feature reflecting the lights coming from the Oberoi hotel glass and steel structure ,i was very impressed,a great photo opportunity to remember a stay,dinner or an event at the hotel.

Kids love the atmosphere, staff is really nice, love the breakfast 😀 😋.. Hope to visit again sometime.
