Fabulous service and a super hotel.

The pool was lovely but not on the same site as the hotel. It’s only a 100m walk but still a shame it wasn’t just outside the door.

В настоящий момент отель стал моим фаворитом в разряде "цена/качество". Останавливаюсь сейчас здесь регулярно и каждый раз уезжаю с хорошими впечатлениями, очень радует работа персонала, команда дружная, в общении приятная, каждый на своем месте, никто не грубит, работают очень ответственно, всё на высоте! Номерной фонд свежий , мебель новая, спать одно удовольствие, матрасы новые, если кровать "King-size", то матрас один сплошной а не два сдвинутых. Климат система работает отлично, и принимая внимание жару в номере даже при её отключении прохладно. Завтраки приличные, что-то готовят на заказ, приятный интерьер ресторана, лучше приходить часиков в восемь, будет самое оно, почти никого нет. Отличная ежедневная уборка в номерах,и в отеле везде чисто и красиво. Есть бассейн, иногда в нем проводят занятия аква-аэробики с фитнес инструктором, бассейн большой и не глубокий, что хорошо для безопасности, есть шезлонги, зонты, а недавно установили две кабинки(шатры), в которых есть столик и диванчики. Вкусно готовят в ресторане, есть лобби бар. В общем и целом очень зорошие впечатления от отеля, смело рекомендую!

Я бы разнообразил меню ужина в условии "Полупансион". Очень нехватает wi-fi в зоне бассейна.

Останавливаюсь здесь не впервой, всегда с удовольствием, без прекрас. Особым вниманием хотел бы отметить работу всего персонала отеля, сотрудники работают от души, всегда улыбаются, никаких конфликтов, нет грубости или нежелания помочь, всегда открыты для решения любого вопроса. Отличный сервис, есть лобби-бар, ресторан, в котором вкусно готовят. Ежедневная уборка, мебель в номерах новая, новые матрасы(сплошные, а не два сложенных вместе), климат система, проживать одно удовольствие. Есть бассейн с очень комфортной по градусам водой, бассейн не глубокий, что безопасно. У бассейна есть шезлонги, зонты, столики и кресла, сейчас установили две кабинки а-ля шатёр с диванчиками и столиком, в которых можно укрыться от полуденного зноя. В бассейне иногда проводятся с фитнес инструктором аква аэробика, единственный минус, это нет коннектора межлу отелем и бассейном, необходимо идти 200-300 метров по улице или отель любезно предоставит авто. Еще отмечу отличный завтрак, если приходить часов в восемь, будет спокойно и приятно провести завтрак , в девять уже большое (относительно) количество людей.

Брал полупансион, ужин скудноват по выбору, мало позиций и только курица фигурирует, это надоедает. Подается меню на одном листе, из него и предлагают выбрать. Я предполагал "шведский стол", на будущее брать не буду, скучное меню. Обязательно берите с собой беруши, могут попасться такие соседи, что не дадут усгуть до трёх ночи. Вокруг меня поселили на уик-энд три семьи, три номеоа, слева, справа, напротив, и вот эти три номера" ходили на ушах" две ночи подряд, им без разницы было что кто-то спит, отдыхает, что у кого-то утром дела, я пытался им в полночь объяснить это, им всё равно. И как в данной ситуации повел себя администратор ресепшена, когда знают, что я просил тихий номер, но мне подселили этот балаган. В следующий раз буду принципиален в данном вопросе. И, кстати, я не выспался из-за этих соседей и не пошёл на завтрак. Так что тут без беруш никак, имейте это в виду.

Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз, всё понравилось, комфорт, действия персонала, сервис,качественная внимательная уборка, отель точно соответствует уровню 4 звезды и может дать фору некоторым отелям Индии с пятью звездами. Очень мне нравятся завтраки, выбор достаточный, приятная спокойная атмосфера, с удовольствием ходил на них. Также отмечу ресторацию, заказывал неоднократно в номер ужин, очень вкусно готовят, и быстрая подача заказа. Вернусь сюда обязательно!

Att hotellet valt att spela hög ”hissmusik” i korridorerna utanför gästernas rum. Detta upphörde efter mitt klagomål.

Your attentive caring and professional staff. Your attention to detail and the festive atmosphere that was created during the Christmas season.

The lovely temple behind the property, is in a state of disrepair. I would urge your organization to take this up as a CSR project. Undertake some one time expense, some essential clean up and painting, and then do some on going maintenance of their garden and the facility, because several of your rooms over look this temple. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS ADJACENT PROPERTY get a make over.

The receptionist and the service were so bad ..👎 The service at the reception was extremely poor. The hotel was not clean, and there was smoking in the corridors, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience

I took the half board formula with breakfast and dinner. Both are very tasty, healthy and high quality - enough choices of vegetables, fruit, fish & meat dishes. The whole hotel is very stylish with high ceilings. Staff are welcoming and super helpful.

here's a swimming pool but I had no time for it as apparently you need to walk or take the hotel's taxi on demand there. The neighbourhood is pretty rough, you can't walk to DLF safely from here, as there are no pavements. The hotel can't help it, this is India! T

Hotel ubicado cerca del aeropuerto de Delhi, que era lo que buscábamos.instalaciones muy modernas y limpias. Restaurante muy bonito y buena comida. Habitación muy limpia y cama cómoda.

El servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel nos pareció bastante caro. Se puede ir mucho más barato utilizando Uber. Y la piscina del hotel se encuentra en otro complejo, tienes que salir a la calle y caminar.

The room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It had a good WIFI, which meant that I could work from the room as it had a desk facility on certain days/evenings. The service in the Restaurant and food were exceptional. It also had a good bar area. There was a pool facility close by and a Gym in the main hotel.

It was close to a busy road junction in a residential area and the road noise was obvious at peak times. That was really the only negative.

Excellent property. Rooms were nice. Staff were excellent.

Good, comfortable and not very expensive hotels. Not the first time I’m staying here, hope not the last one. Regards
