Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar

Liked the room upgrade I got as I checked in. The cleanliness and prompt services are worth mentioning. My stay is always comfortable at Raddison Udyog vihar. The staff is very courteous.

We stayed 2 times in the hotel during our visit to india this year, The room was spacious and had all the ameneties it should have, even after an extra bed for my daughter we had enough space to open our 3 stroller bags. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we enjoyed all the indian foods along with continental and bakery items. They also had live counters which was nice.

I twould have been better if there would be bathrobs in the room. Also, since the hotel is located on the Gurgaon-Delhi expressway during peak hours its very hard to find the taxi and most of them reject coming for pickup.

Staff giving hourly staying customers more priority than general bookings. Ground staff asking for tip was also not so good. We would’ve given tip to them for carrying our luggage anyway but asking makes it look bad for a brand like Radisson

Everything was perfect. Staff. Cleanliness. Food. Facilities all perfect. Receptionist Suraj was excellent.

Towels looked old and a bit dirty. The hotel needs new good quality towels. Restaurant area was a bit not maintained and organised properly. Tables were not perfectly maintained

We stayed here with my family for two nights. The reception staffs are very friendly and nice. The food and restaurant people are extremely good and friendly and helpful and caring. They make our stay homely by preparing meals as per our choices. I have been staying this hotel for last few years for our vacation in India. I highly recommend this place for self or family. I had an excellent stay at the Radisson Gurugram. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and my room was comfortable. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is another great advantage, close to New Delhi and surrounded by all the conveniences of a modern business district. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Food prices are too high to afford. Although I reached around 11 AM, however breakfast items were offered with a very high prices- which I had to take.

Het restaurant was heel fijn en goed eten.

We boekten dit voor het zwembad maar het bleek dicht voor een huwelijk zonder vooraankondiging. Niet heel schoon, we moesten vragen opnieuw schoon te maken na inchecken. En we hadden een extra bed gevraagd en dit was vergeten.

Whole experience was really nice. Security and Valet was good as well.

I did like the personal service given to us.

The breakfast on Sunday morning was not up to the mark. Due to the heavy rush, the staff seemed insufficient and not adequately trained to handle such a large crowd efficiently. The quality of the tea was particularly disappointing, as it appeared to have been kept in a container for over an hour and the same stale tea was being served to guests.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Radisson Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, and one aspect that truly stood out was their in-room dining service. The food was way beyond my expectations. A special mention to Mr. Bhuwan from IRD, who took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. He was always helpful, courteous, and ensured that every dining experience was perfect. The Chef Mohan Singh also left no stone unturned to satisfy my taste buds with consistently delicious meals. A special compliment for the Chicken Cheese Grilled Sandwich – it was absolutely outstanding and one of the best I've ever had. As a frequent traveller, I have experienced in-room dining at numerous hotels, but the quality, taste, and service here exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the entire IRD team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was curtious as expected. Room was not clean walls behind sofa were stained. Sofa was dirty. Furniture worn out and outdated.

Frankly room looks ie, old funiture, stained walls and cluttery room look like 2.5-3k/night hotel room. Doenst go with image of redisson. I have stay in Redisson red Mohali, Redisson Agra and more. Rooms are always much better.

I visited Brew Bar yesterday for coffee and snacks, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I entered, the cleanliness and beautiful aesthetics immediately caught my attention. As soon as I took my seat, a staff member warmly greeted me, took my order, and introduced me to the Brew Bar and the hotel's services with a genuine smile. He kept the conversation engaging until my coffee arrived, and I didn't even realize how quickly the time had passed. The exceptional cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and courteous staff made my visit truly memorable. If this experience reflects the entire team, I'm sure every guest is in great hands. Had a pleasant stay at hotel Radisson for 2 months. Housekeeping staff does exceptional work, very prompt and neat room cleaning. Special mention for Ms Aarti and Mr Jashan for the great service. Food largely at the hotel is below average, especially all the Indian food.

Very good service of the housekeeping team. Really want to appreciate Ajay from housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless clean. We really loved the way rooms are kept neat and tidy. Overall a very comfortable and good stay.

Dinner was good

There was air conditioning in the lifts or common areas - this while the outside temperature was 36 -46 degrees - not acceptable that it was so hot in these areas . I complained and nothing was done . That’s why I cancelled the other days booked . Taps in rooms are not cleaned

Rooms are clean and staff is good

I love this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms superb. The food too is excellent. Aakanksha, Sonu and chef Manmohan have been very helpful and extra caring.
