Eu achei um prédio antigo e as coisas velhas. Televisão nao funcionava direito, sem opcao de streamer ou conexao de YouTube. TV antiga, canais locais. Ficamos no terceiro andar e algo ficava batendo no teto gerando um incômodo. O que nao compete ao hotel, nao gostei muito da região, lugares sujos e com muitos mendigos, sensação de insegurança. Nao ficaríamos lá novamente.

Dovendoci fermare solo per una notte, poichè avevamo uno scalo lungo, abbiamo preferito una soluzione centrale ma senza spendere troppo. Infatti l'albergo è datato, così come le camere, ma confrontando le altre strutture in zona, questa aveva recensioni migliori. Abbiamo usufruito anche del deposito bagagli gratuito. Personale disponibile. Quindi il soggiorno ha confermato le nostre aspettative.

There are plenty of bars etc in the area and old Montreal is a very small walk away. Fantastic, welcoming and affordable hotel! And I can’t say how comfortable the bed is - I’ll be thinking about it in my own bed!

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was not made up one of the days. And the coffee mugs, soap, shower gel, etc. were not replenished so we had to go to reception for supplies twice.

Allocation d'une chambre qui n'était pas celle réservée soit disant "surclassement" mais même dimension et pas de divan... Un peu pris en otage après notre installation malgré leur proposition de changer suite à mon mail du lendemain. Chambre vieillotte et rafistolée (cf photos). Quartier certes central mais des travaux et une certaine fréquentation pas top top ... Je ne recommande pas.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026This hotel is in an excellent location, near many restaurants, the metro and bus lines (including the route 747 bus to/from the airport). It is in a vibrant university and theatre area and within an easy walk of Old Town. The hotel itself is older, but well-maintained and with nice windows that can be opened (so rare now). The 24hr desk is a good feature. The double window panes keep the room quiet (which was great as there was construction across the street). I will definitely stay here again.
Minor issue but the shower curtain for the tub is set too far in towards the back wall, meaning the shower curtain keeps billowing in and sticking to you when taking a shower.

The room is large and well furnished, with a minifridge and coffee machine, as well as an air conditioning unit on the wall and blackout curtains on the window. Housekeeping came by every day and did a great job keeping the place clean.
I think that for the price of the hotel it would have been nice to include breakfast. It was not a cheap stay by any means. Effectively paid 200 bucks a night for a bed. There was also barely a lounge area to speak of, with only a few chairs in a room towards the rear of the reception area, so if you're looking to hang out at the hotel you are limited to your room, and that means housekeeping will not come in.

Alcune persone dello staff molto scortesi Ho soggiornato all' inizio e alla fine della mia vacanza Nel primo periodo ho dimenticato una cosa in camera e appena accortamene ho contattato la struttura per farmelo conservare e lo avrei preso al mio ritorno Ma mi hanno ignorato e quindi è andata persa Inoltre la sera del secondo arrivo avevamo un problema col frigo e abbiamo chiesto al responsabile in quel momento di verificare e si è infastidito quando abbiamo insistito Comunque l' albergo è molto datato e mal messo non c'è manutenzione il bagno della prima camera era abbastanza accettabile, c'era una zona water e una zona doccia non male ma comunque grandezza cabina telefonica. Mentre la seconda camera era tutto insieme ma la grandezza non cambiava. Praticamente quando ti sedevi sul water le gambe erano nella doccia. Capirete che per quattro persone non è il massimo. Quindi sinceramente non mi sento di raccomandarlo Ripeto posizione ottima ma per il resto 👎

La fermata è uno snodo di 3 linee, per cui sei collegato bene con la città. Per finire, poco vicino c'è anche la fermata per il pullman dell'aeroporto. Struttura complessivamente discreta, ma le camere risultano datate e, soprattutto, i bagni avrebbero bisogno di essere rimodernati.
L'atteggiamento del ragazzo alla reception è apparso piuttosto disinteressato mentre molto accogliente la ragazza del mattino successivo. Parcheggio presente, ma a pagamento e da raggiungere soprattutto di sera con attenzione è in vicolo, vicino all’albergo, ma molto mal frequentato al costo di circa 20 dollari canadesi.se si trova parcheggio in strada di fronte all’albergo e non ci sono lavori e divieti particolari ed una assicurazione completa consigli parcheggio in strada. la macchina del caffè a pagamento nella hall sarebbe meglio essere gratis considerato l'impatto economico per l'albergo e la qualità delle macchine presenti in camera, meglio una comune ottima che in camera e non buona.

La struttura è molto vecchia e anche la facciata e i locali sono molto meno accogliente rispetto a quanto mostrato in foto. La pulizia della camera era sommaria, soprattutto del bagno dove abbiamo trovato capelli sia nella vasca che sugli asciugamani. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, anche se all’interno ci sono posti che l’hotel ha riservato per gli ospiti. Di per sè è ok solo se ci si ferma di passaggio e non con molto aspettative

There is coffee and water in lobby 24X7 (coffee was paid). We could spend some time watching TV on the comfortable couches in lobby while checking in and out. We could walk to downtown and there were coffee shops, restaurants nearby which makes the location excellent. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay!
1. There is only paid parking nearby and it is not recommended to street park. So consider that an additional expense for the trip. 2. There is some construction work right opposite to hotel - it doesnt disrupt anything but there could be some noise as you're stepping in and out of hotel or if you open your windows.

Il personale molto gentile, ho apprezzato anche la possibilità e l'organizzione della custodia dei bagagli. Per finire, ma non con meno importanza, la posizione della struttura è perfetta. È a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Old Montreal e a 3 minuti dalla metro. La fermata è uno snodo di 3 linee, per cui sei collegato bene con la città. Per finire, poco vicino c'è anche la fermata per il pullman dell'aeroporto. Per me tutto ciò è stato un confort notevole ed è un punto da non sottovalutare, soprattutto perché nel mio caso ero da sola. Inoltre la zona è piena di locali sia per la colazione che per la cena.

TV, clim", baignoire, linge, lits, oreillers, mobilier, ascenseur, accueil, localisation, chambre spacieuse, pas de menace pour la caution, rue tranquille, face à la fac du Québec, personnel très agréable, y compris le personnel de ménage, très sympathique. Un charmant hôtel de taille humaine. Aucun souci à l'horizon : foncez. Pas de p'tit-déj, moi cela ne me dérange pas. Le prix est raisonnable. Ce serait mieux encore moins cher pour les portefeuilles pas trop épais, mais je ne voudrais pas que le personnel, si sympathique, en subisse les conséquences.

Stanze datate, soprattutto i bagni andrebbero rimodernati. Il lavandino della nostra stanza era otturato e nonostante abbiamo segnalato tre volte l’anomalia non è stato risolto il problema. Il ragazzo della reception sembrava quasi non curante. Inoltre, nella prenotazione era indicata (inclusa nei servizi) la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto ma appena arrivati ci è stato indicato un parcheggio nelle vicinanze al costo di 17 dollari al giorno.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La Posizione é in pieno centro e comodo per visitare Montreal senza prendere la macchina. A due passi c'è il quartiere Latino pieno di bar e ristoranti, se siete in astinenza di Pizza, alla pizzeria dei Compari ne trovi una decente..... attenzione decente! Il parcheggio a 10€ al giorno nel Parking UQAM dell'università é un'ottima e economica opportunità. Letto comodo, stanza ampia e pulizia alta.
Nella via del parcheggio si aggira qualche "sbandato" ma sono innocui e non fanno molestie .

La habitación necesita una puesta a punto con una renovación de muebles y baño. La habitación daba a un patio interior con poca luz.
