The fire alarm going off for 3 hours and starting at 2 am. Had to leave building at 2 am for security and fire truck. Let us go back in within 20 mins. But the alarm went off until almost 5 am. Very upsetting 😡💔😡.

Rooms a bit dated, but clean. TV's had 3 remotes and didnt really work.

Great location, great amenities. However the villas are in desperate need of renovations. We had power outage issues, the fridge had a drip in the ice-maker, and the showers were frequently cold. I would stay at reunion again, but not in the villas. This was our first time in the villas because we normally rent a house. We'll be going back to the houses, which are more beautiful and more up to date. Also, the golf cart rentals are highly-overpriced. Just take the shuttle.

Excellent place to sped time with the family. Safe, clean, family oriented. The show of fireworks for the 4th of July was amazing. The 3 bedroom apartment was great, clean, spacious. A lot of things to do, mini golf, water park, many pools to go to. Food was incredibly good.

Very nice for children to play the restless great and having security at gate was very nice. We see ourselves staying again

The two bedroom suite at the Grande Tower was superb. The beds were comfy and the fully equipped kitchen made for a relaxing weekend. Our golfing experience was great but we were disappointed that the Watson Course was closed during our stay. We were lucky to have only one rain delay over the course of four days. The nineteenth hole at the Jack Nicklas Traditions was refreshing after a challenging round. Dining experiences at the Clubhouse and Chop House were exceptional, the food was delicious. The fireworks display and dining at the roof top Eleven on the 4th was fabulous. Overall, we had a great time and looking forward to our next visit to the Reunion Golf Resort.

The pools and water park were great. I had an exceptional stay, and I would like to commend the outstanding staff.

I was not pleased that it rained for the majority of my stay, but otherwise, the trip was amazing.

Great resort, lots to do for all ages. We loved the villas and the pools. It would have been better if we had been able to bring snacks to the pool for the 3 toddlers we had with us. I understand not wanting outside food, but a few bags of cookies and crackers for children under 3 should have been allowed.

For the amount of money it was a very nice, comfortable, and clean place.

The water park was packed, and it kept reaching capacity.

OMG I been I haven’t been to reunion in a few years. Our last visit was in 2019 before my dad passed and we used to be to reunion maybe three times a year prior to that I hadn’t been. I’ve been going on different to different places with different people and I would tell them this is nothing like reunion. You guys have to wait to go to reunion and oh my gosh, we went this past week for a week and I was still embarrassed taking them there. It was a wreck. They need a serious upgrade. The housekeeping needs an upgrade. We kept calling asking for stuff. They wouldn’t bring it when they did bring stuff. They bought the wrong items. They had the maintenance working on rooms on the side of us on top of us early in the morning, banging banging banging it was just horrible. The room to need to be remodeled there’s cracks in the ceiling cracks in the floor. Looks like the ceiling is about to cave in. It was just a bad experience overall and I was very much embarrassed. Even my kids were like Mom this isn’t the same reunion we used to come to.

It was beautiful. Quiet and relaxing.

The Villia was beautiful but the beds were too hard.

It could have had more towels and wash clothes at the unit. The unit was upstairs and not ground level.

The experience overall was very enjoyable.The staff was AMAZING even the people I spoke to over the phone multiple times to make my reservation and kept in constant contact with leading up to the days and hours of check in. The resort catered our family reunion and most thought the food could have been better. The restaurant food was also subpar. The drinks were a 10/10.

This is a beautiful resort that has everything you need on vacation if you're eating in....kitchen is well stocked with utensils, glasses and kitchen gadgets. The pool outside our room had several small slides for the little ones, not to mention the water park! Very comfortable beds and pillows, A/C was stellar and the 3 bedroom unit was gorgeous!

View of just trees from balcony was terrible and i didnt even get to enjoy pool or even take a peak at the lazy river it was closed everyday. Just expected more for the amount of money i paid.😢

My family and I had a wonderful time at the resort. The room was exactly as I remembered it from the last visit. The staff was super courteous and helpful. The exterior doors showed signs of wear/rust and made the appearance of the property a bit less appealing, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The layout is very thoughtful and works well. The location is super convenient and feels very safe. A little paint on the exterior doors/ attention to the curb appeal and i would give the resort a perfect rating.

Resort was very clean and staff was very friendly. Rooms were very spacious, but the refrigerator Ice machine or water didn't work. Also had no hot water twice. But the mechanic came right away to fix the hot water and brought us a case of water and 5 lbs bag of ice.

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff, great food, and challenging courses on site. We played the Watson and Palmer and they both were challenging and very well maintainted.

The whole team at Reunion Resort handled our group of 75 golfers with class. Excellent housing and top notch golf couses! Would definetely return!

Great lodging accommodations. All employees from the resort and golf courses were cordial and made me feel welcomed! The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners provided were delicious. The golf courses were well kept and played very well.

We loved many things about this resort. The main building is very beautiful. It was a big downgrade going to our villa on the outside. But when we entered the villa it was very homey and yet modern and nice. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Our biggest issues were No Carts to bring up your stuff. That's huge for our family because we have a lot of crap 😅 only other thing was we didn't get any towel switch or cleaning done half way? And checking in was very confusing and I had to deal with a sales rep. The water park was awesome, especially for kids. Would come again, but would be better prepared.

We had two families, 6 adults & 7 kids sharing two three bedrooms and everything about the experience was exceptional. The rooms are fabulous and the property has everything - pools, golf, food all within a short distance from everything Disney. Couldn't have asked for more!

This was our second time at Reunion and it did not disappoint! The condo was very clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun. The pool was relaxing. The staff was very nice. Lots of stores in the area. We have been to Orlando at least 15 times and this is the best resort. Thank you!

House was great except for broken dryer. Had to cart wet clothes across resort to another property, then call to be let in to use dryer. 13 of us so...... Very inconvenient. Was told by management co. They didn't know when new dryer was to arrive. Ridiculous. Have ordered many appliances, always have a scheduled delivery date. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Stayed at this beautiful resort. It is in a large gated community with many amenities to choose from. The unit itself was clean, spacious and updated. Cannot complain about one thing.

8 of us went to Reunion and loved the accommodations and golf courses! Played the Watson and Nicklaus courses and both are beautiful and challenging. Nicklaus course is definitely the most challenging.

The golf courses were in excellent condition and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like we owned the property. Staff were courteous and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The rental was clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was over the course and was a nice place to sit and have breakfast. The only downside was the water from the sink and showers had a slight odor maybe of sewer. However would highly recommend this for couples or families.

Fantastic resort, fantastic golf courses, fantastic accommodations. And, best of all, the price was right! We’ll be back.

Golf is good-very good (best is Nicklaus). Food is good (vg at Eleven). Hospitality is average. Accommodations are average (Villas). Good place to go to focus golf, but feels less cohesive than other large resorts.

Everything was great. From the staff to the waterpark. We come here all the time. Great place for families.

DO NOT STAY IN THE GATHERING LUXURY at Reunion! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The pool and hot tub was never heated during our entire stay(even though they charged us to heat it), despite multiple calls and requests to have it fixed. No one followed through, and we received no resolution. When we arrived, the house was in a shocking state. It was clearly not cleaned at all. Some of the beds didn’t even have sheets on them. Several toilets had visible urine and feces in them—even though they had stickers claiming they had been cleaned. One toilet had what appeared to be pubic hair all over the seat when we opened it. The floors were filthy and had not been swept or mopped. The plates that were set out looked like they had already been used and never washed. Outside, the garbage cans were overflowing, with trash scattered all around the side of the house. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, especially for a paid stay. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The location and the amenities

The customer service was spot on. Our AC was broken the day we checked in. After 2 hours I went to the front desk and said this isn't cutting it and they switched right away. Juan (maybe the name was Jose) at the front desk is amazing!

The hot tub was very low and I told them. After 3 days it was not even covering the 2nd step. They have more but it was a longer walk.

Worst reservation service of anyone we go to by far. Communication between departments is very bad so much stuff was not taken care of. Accommodation s and golf courses are great, but all the mistakes and dealing with such bad service from reservations for a second year in a row made checking in for the 20 of us a hassle once again

Beautiful layout and amenities

Could use a few more dining options with more food choices for kids. However, what we did have was pretty great at times.

Fantastic two-bedroom villas, friendly and helpful staff, great food, and challenging golf. Only 40 minutes from MCO. We're coming back next year.

The condo was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The water pressure was good and the towels were thick and fluffy. Lots of parking available. The pool near our condo was very refreshing, although there could be a bit more shade. The pro shop took wonderful care of our clubs and everything was where it was supposed to be on the days we were golfing. The practice facilities were good. The provided breakfast was fine. The restaurants at the main pro shop and Traditions had a nice selection for both lunch and dinner. The servers in the breakfast and at lunches were particularly wonderful and attentive. The people in the pro shop and the golfing area were also very nice and helpful, and asked our group multiple times if everything was OK. I would recommend reunion resort.

We rented a 5 bed/bath house with a pool. It was clean and had everything we needed in working order. We went through Reunion, so we got exactly what we expected. The pool overlooked the golf course and the sunrises were spectacular. The only amenity we used was the resort pool one day. My granddaughter had a great time playing on the water slides, we used the lazy river. We were given towels when we arrived at the pool. The resort is convenient to anything you could need. We will definitely be back, we are already looking forward to it.
