Location was excellent. Walkable to village and restaurants & bars.
Alles prima.
Large suite with balcony. Location.
Not a very welcome reception at check in.
Location was amazing. The 2 bedroom room was spacious and accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
The location was really good, close to everything in the village including the gondolas, but also slightly to the side away from all the noise. Excellent mountain views as well.
If the 2 Bed apartment had included its own washing machine/dryer that would have been an added bonus.
Kostenloses Upgrade und sehr bemühtes Personal. Pool beheizt und schöne Sauna. Sehr gutes Frühstück, landestypisch. Kamin im Zimmer. Pay TV.
Küche im Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Klimaanlage/ Heizung sehr laut und veraltet.
Central location in Whistler village right next to shops, bars and the lifts The apartment was very spacious for 5 of us and the complimentary breakfast made it good value. The kitchen facilities were excellent. The beds large and comfortable (even the sofa bed) with a TV in each room.
The heavy parking charge at 35 CAD for each 24 hours. Too many prepacked products at breakfast in plastic containers.
We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, we had everything we needed, well stocked with all the essentials. Right in the heart do the village. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Staff were great. Breakfast was a perfect addition (16 days in Canada and this was the only place with breakfast and we made the most of it)! Great selection of continental and cooked.
There wasn’t anything we disliked.
The bed is clean
Room too dark, breakfast ok, can be improved.
Perfect location for exploring Whistler on foot. Decent breakfast and the pool, hot tubs, and dry sauna were the perfect way to end the day.
Large room - more like a suite with separate living room and bedroom. Kitchen wasn't used by us but was suitable for meal preparation. Buffet breakfast excellent
Cleaning staff arrived every morning as we were preparing to go out thus disrupting our preparation.
Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel
Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit separaten Schlafzimmer. Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer. Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen.
Very spacious and well equipped suite, great to have the pool and hot tub in the heart of Whistler Village.
Close to village
Very aged , needs up grading as it is a great location!
La ubicación en el centro del pueblo y el tamaño y la limpieza de la suite
Wonderful staff. Courteous, accommodating and very friendly.
Room was little beaten up with many scratches. This was offset by gracious staff. People made the difference
L’emplacement la piscine
L’aménagement intérieur un peu vieillissant
The location was fantastic. Staff exceptionally helpful.
Great location and spacious room. The laundry room was really convenient. My child enjoyed the swimming pool.
The breakfast room got very busy with not enough staff to keep on top of cleaning the tables and keeping the food and cutlery topped up.
Locations amazing
Tv is a bit outdated and the curtains are terrible
Amazing location in Whistler Village. Close to everything.
Nothing
The street appeal of the hotel was pleasing to the eye. The location was perfect as it was in the centre of the village.
The treat received from Pan Pacific was deplorable.
Location
Knowing we have children, we were given room 2214 right beside the door that opens and slams close all day. Our shower had mold, we asked for someone to clean it. She came and did nothing so my wife had to attempt to clean it
The room was spacious and had everything we needed
Location, spacious, clean value for money
No variation in the breakfast menu, it is exactly the same everyday
Espacioso y cómodo. Muy bien ubicado.
El desayuno siempre era el mismo. Deberían variarlo.
L'hébergement impeccable, le calme, l'emplacement par rapport au centre et aux activités possibles.
Great location equidistant between whistler and blackcomb mountains. We had a one bedroom suite on 3rd floor which was great. Complimentary breakfast was good. Outdoor pool and hot tub was lovely at the end of a hot day hiking the mountains. Go up whistler mountain taking the peak express chair all the way to the top of the mountain. Views are spectacular. If you’re brave, walk the Cloudraker Skybridge.
This is a very comfortable hotel right in the middle of Whistler. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable and well equipped with a proper mini kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely having two balconies looking out over the mountain. Breakfast was limited in terms of options but we did still appreciate being able to have food before going hiking. We found all staff we dealt with very friendly, particularly front of house staff who had a smile when you came into the hotel. We would happily return.
Excellent location in the centre of town short walk to everything Whistler has to offer with the Pan Pacific comfort & service to match.
Room
Breakfast could be better but I’m nit picking. Price
Great location and large room with balcony (upgraded for small fee)
Nothing
The location
Limited breakfast selection. The A/C wasn’t working properly and the chromecast function didn’t work on the TV in the bedroom.
Excellent property with amazing location
Breakfast options for vegetarians could be improved
The room size was exceptionally large. The location was right in the heart of the village. The staff assisting with breakfast were efficient and friendly.
The location was great, as was the accommodation. The staff were very courteous.
The breakfast was adequate - very little variety.
Great location, great staff.
My room "with a mountain view" was mostly a view of another building's roof.
Great place! has a swimming pool and a breakfast buffet too! We found Roxy very sweet and helpful and she added charm to the place! The breakfast buffet though is same everyday and needs a bit of variety The two room apartment was perfect and the toiletries provided excellent ! If you are visiting no need to carry your own! the front desk personnel were friendly as well!
We were travelling with an infant. The staff accommodated all our requests. The location is ideal for village stroll and closer to all attracations.
Excellent location. Very spacious and well appointed suite. Very good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff
Parking was quite pricey
location was perfect
Breakfast is nothing to shout about. It was decent.
There were some errors in overcharging my credit card and it took awhile to get it resolved.
Fantastic location. Lovely big rooms. Excellent house keeping. Friendly staff.
Nothing. It was all great.
Outside pool and rooms has kitchen
החדר היה מצוין הצוות אדיב ונעים ארוחת בוקר מצוינת
Excellent accomodation
Lift out of action upon arrival
Great location, clean and spacious rooms.
Bed was way too soft, property a bit dated.
Great location. Would love to come back in the winter
Bedroom very small and no room for suitcase
How close it was to our event and town center.
The bed wasn't comfortable.
space
none
Location was great. Breakfast room in the morning was terrible for a 450 dollar room. Toast in one room jam and peanut butter in overflow room. Both rooms too small
Great location in heart of village, close to everything. 1 bedroom suite is large with fireplace and balcony and full kitchen. Stay comes with hot breakfast. Beds are comfy. Facility is nice with clean pool and hot tub.
Check-in process: staff at check in was brusque, not friendly. The bell person, who was not busy, did not offer assistance until asked, though he was very helpful after we asked. I had booked an upper floor 1 bedroom suite with the hopes of a nice view, but my view from the balcony was mainly of a conical roof. When I checked my reservation to be sure I was in the correct room category, I learned that there was free breakfast, which no one had informed me during check in.
This hotel disappointed on every front. Prior to our visit, I called on three occasions, trying to get information about guides and experiences. I spoke to two different concierges (whoever answered the mainline each time I called claimed to be one). I was shocked to find the concierges spoke down to me, failed to listen to me when I was asking for information - substituting instead their assumptions of what they thought I was going to ask for, and insultingly tried to explain to me how websites and phones worked. In addition, they appeared to lack any independent knowledge about who to contact for what. Instead, they would refer me to Google. Had Google answered my questions, I would not have had to call the concierges in the first place. Twenty-four hours before we were to arrive, we learned we could not travel to Canada because our 4.5 month old puppy would not be allowed back into the US until she was 6 months old. I tried to find puppy care on this short notice, but could not. I immediately called bookings.com for help, and they said they were happy to refund me, but Pan Pacific approved it. Bookings.com wrote and asked for the refund the day before we were to arrive. In addition, I personally called and emailed Pan Pacific that afternoon and again the following morning, asking to cancel with a refund or reschedule for July or August when our pup would meet the US’s 6month age requirement. The following day, I received a email from Pan Pacific refusing to refund my prepayment - even though we would not be able to come. They also falsely characterized my request as a same day cancellation. This is not some small B&B or family-owned hotel that may not be able to handle cancellations or for whom a cancellation of a three stay in their cheapest room class could have serious financial consequences. The Pan Pacific Hotels Group has a multitude of hotels in at least thirteen countries and advertise on their website that there are more coming soon. I can’t think of a single reason why they wouldn’t just let me postpone my reservation to later in the summer if they couldn’t afford to simply cancel and refund my $700US and change (the total cost of all three nights). Also frustratingly, after refusing to refund my money for a room I couldn’t use, they said they would provide me the “courtesy” of adding my family members’ names to the reservation. My reservation was for myself, my 12 year-old, and our puppy - all of which was disclosed to them upon reserving the room. Clearly putting the room in my child’s or puppy’s name accomplishes nothing. And since I paid for the room, shouldn’t they be required to let my designee stay in it? Is that really a courtesy? In my opinion, their “courtesy” was a meaningless, valueless platitude that felt and was intended to feel dismissive and rude. I truly miss the days of customers being valued and treated with a modicum of respect - or at the very least treated with the intention of creating customer goodwill and /or repeat business. Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre really appears not to care at all about their customer experience. And if that’s true, wouldn’t it be far better to stay at and support a hotel that does?
Wonderful stay, hotel was clean, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Hotel was very quiet, very little noise. Only downside was the one elevator not working, but we were on a lower floor so wasn't a big deal. Also was nice to be able to use the pool/fitness room at the other Pan Pacific- nice perk. Also room could use more plugs/ USB hookups- definitely would add to the stay.
Sehr komfortable Suite, tolles Frühstück, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal! Wir haben unsere Tage in Whistler sehr genossen!

Room was quiet spacious clean. Bed was fabulous
Breakfast. Small breakfast room. Needed crowd control. Couldn’t get near buffet or toaster. We didn’t go back for breakfast a second time. Terrible coffee
Great location, helpful staff. The complimentary shuttle was a real bonus!
The sofa bed was your typical sofa bed and not very comfortable.
the location was good as it was the end of the season with no snow in the village. The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The breakfast was below average for a hotel of this standard.
The breakfast was limited and ordinary.
A friend recommended the Pan Pacific, and it was good advice - I enjoyed staying there. The room was clean and quiet. The employees were nice. And it was centrally located. I would definitely stay there again.
Localização, vista do quarto, tamanho e comodidade do quarto.
Great location and value for the heart of Whistler! Really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service which took us to the spa and back!

A great location and very dog friendly
Parents should not be allowed to leave teenagers unattended in rooms I was woken up at 10:pm40 with bunch of girls hitting my door not once but twice and throwing things against the door
Great service at the front desk, the staff were friendly, and very helpful.
There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom sink plug was broken, not a big deal to be honest,
Staff friendly, large rooms, clean.
Some renovations were happening so we heard a lot of construction noise. I wish we were notified from the start.
Great room amenities Clean and comfortable Fantastic location in village
Wish parking was included in hotel cost
Location - amazing. Front desk - brilliant. Housekeeping - outstanding. The defining reason we return is frequent upgrades through loyalty program membership. Our 3rd consecutive year staying here, so we must be happy.
Breakfast is the only let down at this hotel. Unsatisfactory, especially compared to the Pan Pacific in Vancouver and London. Not sure why it can't be improved, I'm sure there's a reason because everything else is really well run.
Very clean and comfortable
Nothing
We enjoyed the incredible location that is a short walk from the Whistler Gondola, right in the heart of the village. Buses to and from Vancouver drop off in a convenient location close to the hotel as well. Access to ski lockers at the Mountainside hotel was a nice touch. Having breakfast included in our room rate was very much appreciated. Pool, spa, hot tubs and sauna were all great. Customer service is good. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the mountains - high floor. Perfect room for our family of four with nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen.
We left before breakfast on our last day to catch an early bus and were not allowed to access a self service coffee machine. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly in that interaction.
Great hotel in a very central location.
Interior was dated and breakfast options were limited.
Amazing family visit. Accommodations were clean and perfect for our needs, with a lovely view. Breakfast was sufficient and consistent, and the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoons were a hit with the family. We used the laundry multiple times as well. The shuttle service is convenient (it is an SUV, and you have to sign up for it in the lobby based on the time you will need it.) Every staff member we came in contact with was courteous and acted as if it was truly their privilege to serve us! Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We will return.
The location, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very professional and helpful.
Location, pleasent staff
Being charged $32 a day for parking. The breakfast selection was poor, only scrambled eggs, poor quality sausages, no berries for granola/ yoghurt, no chef in attendance, no pastries on one morning of our stay and restaurant space could be better managed
Location, stuff
Location, clean, comfortable
Zimmer super,
Früstück is a joke, Essen und Ambiente schlecht
Location and clean
Lift not working
Excellent location. Great breakfast with the bonus of the daily apres ski hot chocolate and cookies. Rooms were spacious, views amazing. Pool and hot tube were fab. All staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Able to have a later checkout at no cost which was much appreciated with an evening flight.
Location is great
Everything: location, size of the 2 bedroom apartment, staff actitud..
We had a great experience, I can’t remember anything we didn’t like
