Nice spacious room, clean, comfortable. Good base to explore the area and visit Etna and the gorge. Nice big pool. Great views of Etna especially as it was active/ erupting . Breakfast and dinner were both good - lots of variety and good for vegans. Made us a special pasta one evening as there was nothing vegan on the menu.

Concierge service - the women were not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. Better to use google or AI.

Die Unterkunft ist elegant, schön und sehr gepflegt. Die riesige Gartenanlage ist beeindruckend. Es gibt’s mehrere Swimmingpools und eigenen Strand mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen, alles sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Strand ist aber bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, kein Sand sondern Kieselsteine … Die Unterkunft hat auch eigenen bewachten Parkplatz! Für touristische Zwecke sehr gute ausgangs Lage. Verpflegung im Restaurant auf einem guten Niveau und beim Dinner gibt’s Mineralwasser und alkoholische Getränke inklusive. Das ganze Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend somit ist auch die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und entspannt!

Идеальное расположение как по отношению к пляжу, так и в целом на острове: удобно добираться от аэропорта, потрясающий вид на Этну, рядом в 15 минутах езды прекрасная Таормина. Территория отеля большая, красивая и очень ухоженная. Пляж великолепный, чистый, удобные лежаки, мелкая галька. Лежаки платные на первых линиях, бомже к началу пляжа бесплатные, нас это абсолютно устраивало, поскольку все равно на пляже не было посторонних вещей, очень безопасно, спокойно могли оставить свои вещи и купаться. Завтраки очень скудные, выбор маленький: омлет, бекон, сосиски, мюсли. Зато ужины превзошли все ожидания: всегда большой выбор горячего (мясо/морепродукты), вкуснейшие пасты и ризотто, и десерты, которые покорили нас:) Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый. В отеле брали 2-часовую морскую прогулку, остались очень довольны, бонусом встретили дельфинов. Море в сентябре идеально теплое, погода роскошная - приятная жара.

Наш номер выходил на территорию за отелем, а эта сторона облюблена голубями:) Они буквально живут на этих балконах, и каждый день оставляли у нас свои «отходы». Персонал заботливо вымывает балконы, и в целом это не испортило впечатление, но в первый день, конечно, было для нас неприятным сюрпризом.

Huge parking area which can be a hassle if you are parked far away from reception. Breakfast could run a little later, had to hurry down a couple of times which was not convenient.

Il luogo dove è situata la struttura, tutto il verde che lo circonda, l'ambiente, la spiaggia privata, la bellissima piscina olimpionica, la variazione del cibi ne i vari ristoranti, l'intrattenimento serale con musica, teatro e altro. E soprattutto dal personale dalla reception, al concierge, alle cameriere dei vari ristoranti, e ancora altri di varie mansioni sono stati veramente deliziosi

Gli ascensori devono essere rinnovati

Notte da incubo e personale impertinente. Servizio pessimo.Siamo stati alloggiati nelle villette del villaggio anziché nella struttura principale. La notte siamo stati letteralmente assaliti dalle zanzare. Nonostante avessimo segnalato il problema, ci hanno portato le piastrine solo il mattino dopo alle 9:00, quando ormai eravamo pieni di morsi e gonfiori. Come se non bastasse, quando siamo andati a protestare in reception, la ragazza ha pensato bene di fare la spiritosa dicendoci che "siamo in mezzo alla natura". Sarà anche vero, ma è altrettanto vero che esistono le disinfestazioni e che una struttura seria ha il dovere di organizzarsi per tempo. Una notte terribile e una gestione del cliente inaccettabile.

Asukoht on hea, mõnusalt Recanati bussipeatuse lähedal. Hommikusöök on hea, laia valikuga. Toad on päris suured ja rõduga - ruumi jagub. Voodid on mõnusalt tugeva madratsiga, hea uni. Heli isolatsioon on koridori poole pealt hea. Rand on mõnus ja maksumuse sees on ka rannatool ja päikesevari. Sportimisvõimalusi on väga palju erinevaid.

Töötajate suhtumine oli veidi ülbe. Ranna äärse restorani toit oli kõikuv ja kummalisel kombel toa arvele panna ei saanud - pidid kohe ära maksma kaardiga. Hommikusöök päevade lõikes ei varieeru - kui terve nädal järjest olla, siis läheb raskeks. Paar korda nädalas on basseini ääres õhtuti korralik pidu, võib häirida varajasi magama minejaid. Rand on kivine ja vajab ujumisjalatseid.

Ottima struttura, con piscina olimpica molto pulita e ben organizzata. Il resort gode di ampi spazi per adulti e bambini, tutto è coordinato in modo eccellente. Vacanza da ripetere!

Upgrade a blue naxos che permette di accedere ai ristoranti per colazione e cena a la carte durante il soggiorno di ottimo livello. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se non sempre informato. Comoda la navetta per taormina che va però prenotata con anticipo.

Spiaggia a pagamento che va prenotata, gratuite solo le ultime due file che vanno prenotate di giorno in giorno. Pulizia non all'altezza, noi abbiamo trovato una maglietta di ospiti precedenti nell'armadio e sporco in stanza. Alcune stanze sono molto lontane e bisogna camminare parecchio per arrivare in piscina/mare/ristorante con anche diverse salite quindi poco adatto per chi ha difficoltà di mobilità. Struttura un po' vecchia che andrebbe rimodernata, almeno per la nostra stanza (villetta borgo). Animazione poco attenta, parlavano solamente con gli stranieri, in 4 giorni non ci hanno mai invitato a partecipare o detto il programma.

It is a resort, so you have a mini city at your disposal and you can basically use it for your entire holiday given the presence of the private beach (which you can access for free, of course with not the best seats in the house )

Checkout times, staff was amazing allowing me an hour extra but 10 AM is really too early especially for a one night stay , still that’s on me for not checking properly. Also, the detached villa is none other than a room at the end of the day

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero bellissimo! La struttura è stupenda, molto pulita, curata e soprattutto super accogliente. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti a casa. Una menzione speciale va a tutto lo staff, che è stato davvero eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile, sorridente e pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. Una gentilezza e un’attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche il ristorante è davvero molto bello e la cucina è buonissima, con una grande varietà di pietanze e proposte per tutti i gusti. Per quanto riguarda i nostri amici a quattro zampe, il cane è ammesso nella villa indipendente, mentre non è consentito nelle camere della struttura centrale. Per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, anzi la villa era comodissima e tutto era facilmente accessibile. La spiaggia è semplicemente meravigliosa: accessoriata, enorme, ventilata, con acqua bellissima e, cosa per noi molto importante, con cani ammessi. L’unica cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è che, avendo scelto la mezza pensione, i cani non fossero ammessi all’interno del ristorante. Essendo una famiglia, abbiamo però scelto personalmente di alternarci a coppie durante i pasti, così da non lasciare il nostro cane da solo nella villa. Non è stato quindi un vero problema, ma è l’unico aspetto che avremmo preferito fosse diverso. Per il resto, tutto davvero bellissimo. Struttura, accoglienza, staff, ristorante e posizione: un soggiorno che ricorderemo con molto piacere e che consigliamo assolutamente!

Struttura immersa nel verde, curatissima e pulita. Staff cordiale, disponibile e preparato. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villetta indipendente, sia la camera che il bagno sono molto ampi e dotati di tutti i comfort . Letto matrimoniale molto grande ( la bimba neonata ha dormito tranquillamente insieme noi). Cibo ottimo, specialmente al ristorante Stella di mare.l, che si affaccia sulla spiaggia. Spiaggia ampia , è presente il lido privato, ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti. Piscine molto comode con tanti ombrelloni e lettini . Consigliatissima!

Ci è piaciuto tutto. La struttura, il personale accogliente. Il cibo ottimo sia che mangi a colazione o a cena. Il mare frontale alla struttura, pulito e bellissimo.

מלון אחלה ממש, חנייה בשפע, הרבה פסיליטיז כמו חדר כושר, 2 בריכות וכמה מסעדות. יש חוף פרטי ממש שווה שזאת הייתה הסיבה העיקרית שרצינו את המלון הזה. ממוקם במרחק נסיעה של בערך 20 דקות לחניונים בטאורמינה.

היו דברים שהיה צריך לשמור מראש או לשלם עליהם כסף, למשל מקומות בחוף ומגבות וכו. גם השער בכניסה לא עבד והיינו צריכות תמיד לעשות סיבוב לשער השני או לרדת מהרכב כדי לצלצל להם באינטרקום. חוץ מזה הכל היה אחלה

Meravigliosa sorpresa ed esperienza all'Una Hotel di Naxos. Albergo villaggio in un meraviglioso parco a verde con distese di prati verdissimi immersi tra gli alberi, la spiaggia attrezzatissima a pochi metri dalla struttura, 4 piscine di cui una olimpionica e due carinissime per bambini di ogni età, lettini comodissimi per tutti, negozietti con oggettistica, prodotti personali, costumi ed abbigliamento, materassini e giochi per la spiaggia, servizio parrucchiere, bar, spettacoli serali davvero belli e musica dal vivo mai invadente anche per chi magari dopo cena vuole gustare un drink oppure ritirarsi serenamente in camera... Bellissima visuale dalle camere del plesso centrale, fronte mare e parco... Elasticità totale sia per gli orari di check out, che per la gentilezza di lasciar portare via qualcosina della colazione... Possibilità di usufruire della spiaggia sia con i posti free che pagando per lettini più grandi ed ombrellone proprio a ridosso del mare... Personale sempre pronto ad ogni evenienza, tantissimi giovani tutti gentilissimi, dai manutentori ai ragazzi del parcheggio con le navette... Tutto fila alla perfezione, rendendo piacevole e confortevole al massimo la permanenza. Per ultimo, la chicca assoluta, ottima colazione e cena con la mezza pensione, tutto SQUISITO, dalle paste con sughi di pesce, a pietanze adatte ad ogni palato, per non parlare poi dei dolci BUONISSIMI, ricchissima scelta di pietanze calde e fredde, con verdure cotte e crude di ogni tipo e frutta a volontà di ottima scelta, tutto a buffet e gestito da personale in sala sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile... Non mi sono mai rilassata tanto quanto in questa struttura che sconoscevo assolutamente ma nella quale tornerò prima possibile!

Alcuni spazi comuni un pò datati, ma mai trascurati. Sala ristorante, nella parte interna forse un pò anonima e freddina. Insonorizzazione tra le stanze, da "irrobustire". Bagni vicini alla piscina olimpionica, vecchiotti ma sempre pulitissimi. Bar piazzetta un pochino agè. Ma i servizi e la gentilezza del personale, riescono ad azzerare totalmente anche quelle poche cosette che andrebbero rinnovate...

L’angolo dedicato al glutine (essendo io celiaco) era scarno e con pochissimi prodotti per la colazione, e nel 2026 e’ vergognoso visto che ho pagato la colazione come tutti. In più se di sera si usciva con la macchina al ritorno era sempre complicato trovare un posto

I will tell you what I didnt like, when at 11pm my husband daughter and myself were asleep and a staff member and guest just entered our room knowing that it was occupied as he told me its ok I work here! And we were goven a “different” breakfast we had to use and a 1 lunch meal free which we didnt even use to make up for it and Im sprry the mistake is too big to just cover with a linch meal i was in my underwear! Ofcourse asleep in our room!!

Cet hôtel est incroyable avec 3 piscines dont une olympique extérieure ! Accès direct à la plage avec les transats et les parasols installés. Plusieurs écrans géants et boutiques dans le complexe : tout y est ! La salle de sport est incroyable avec les mêmes machines que les bonnes salles de Fitness sur le continent ! Depuis le toit du dernier étage nous avions une vue incroyable la nuit sur le volcan en éruption ! Quelques points à améliorer : Waze nous a fait arriver par la porte arrière de service, le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu + de variété et un panneau pour trouver les toilettes de la piscine olympique ne serait pas de trop !

En general esta bien

Las habitaciones estaban muy lejos de la playa, piscina y ademas servicios. La playa es de piedra y la zona de baño es algo incomoda para entrar y salir, no solo por las piedras sino por la profundidad y las Corrientes. La zona deonde esta el.hotel es feita.

Hotel má skvělou polohu přímo u moře, přibližně hodinu jízdy autem od letiště v Catanii. Celý areál je velmi hezký, rozlehlý, plný zeleně a dobře udržovaný. Pláž je oblázková, ale do moře se dá bez větších problémů chodit i bez bot do vody. Moře bylo krásně čisté a velkým bonusem je nádherný výhled z moře směrem na Etnu. Přímo u pláže je také bar. Snídaně nabízí opravdu bohatý výběr, je ale potřeba počítat s tím, že jde o velký hotelový komplex a tomu odpovídá i atmosféra – pokud očekáváte klidnou, komorní snídani, tady ji spíše nenajdete. Večeře hodnotit nemohu, nevyužívala jsem je. V areálu probíhají také animační programy, těch jsem se ale neúčastnila, takže jejich kvalitu nedokážu posoudit. Velmi jsem ocenila soukromé parkoviště pro hotelové hosty, protože jsme měli po dobu pobytu půjčené auto. Personál byl příjemný a vstřícný. Samotný pokoj ve vilce už na mě udělal podstatně obyčejnější dojem než areál hotelu. Podle popisu měl být na pokoji set pro přípravu kávy a čaje, ten ale chyběl. „Minibarem“ je v praxi pouze malá prázdná lednička. Po zapnutí klimatizace byl v pokoji znatelný zápach vlhkosti a v koupelně byla vlhkost cítit prakticky neustále. Bohužel jsme měli také velmi hlučné sousedy, což komfort pobytu snižovalo. Celkově bych hotel doporučila především kvůli krásnému a udržovanému areálu, poloze přímo u čistého moře, výhledu na Etnu a pohodlnému parkování. Ubytování ve vilkách a celkový standard pokojů ale podle mé zkušenosti za kvalitou venkovního areálu poněkud zaostávají. Pokud máte malé děti, mohlo by se Vám zde líbit skrze uzavřený areál, bazény a animační programy.

Tvarkingi kambariai, valomi kiekvieną dieną, patogios lovos, didelė teritorija.

Buvome apsistoję 5 naktims ir pusryčiai kiekvieną rytą tie patys. Iš karštų patiekalų pasirinkimui buvo tik vienos rūšies virtos pieniškos dešrelės, virtas kiaušinis, kiaušinienė, pakepta šoninė ir daržovės. Keitėsi tik desertai. Tad po kelių dienų net nebesinorėjo eiti pusryčiauti. Vaikams praktiškai buvo sunku ką ir rasti pavalgyti. Taip pat nustebino tai, kad vienam žmogui per parą suteikiamas tik vienas buteliukas vandens, o papildomą vandenį reikia pirkti. Kambariuose trūksta garso izoliacijos. Gultai prie jūros taip pat yra mokami – apie 36 Eur už dieną. Įvertinus visus šiuos papildomus mokesčius ir paslaugų kokybę, mūsų nuomone, viešbučio kaina tikrai neatitinka to, ką už ją gauni.

La gentilezza, la cortesia e l'efficienza nell'esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. A cominciare dalla reception fino a tutto il personale di servizio. Struttura ben sorveglianza, soprattutto nelle varie piscine e al mare. Perfettamente gestito il trasporto dal posto auto alla struttura compreso i bagagli, nonostante i pochi metri. Cibo eccellente e illimitato. Ci sono diverse attività d'intrattenimento, live musicale, e attività sportive. Le camere ben pulite e fornite da dei set di cortesia per gli ospiti. Un'esperienza davvero unica e da ripetere con loro.

I greatly enjoyed everything about this hotel - it was situated right on the beach, the premises were very green, full of different plants and flowers, the villa we stayed at was quiet, comfortable and very clean, the staff was super friendly and polite, there were all kinds of entertainment, the food was delicious... We would definitely visit this hotel again!

Excellent place for families with kids

Le grand choix de bassins est impressionnant. L'arborisation et la végétation est luxuriante et bien entretenue. Le buffet au petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Les petits magasins dans l'enceinte affichent le triple du prix des commerces avoisinant le complexe. Lors de grandes affluences au Check in, l'accueil pourrait être renforcé. Le Wifi ne permet pas de surfer correctement, la 5G est bien plus rapide et précise.

The breakfast - at the entrance of yhe restaurant, a personel greets you and each morning you have to tap your room card, otherwise they don’t let you in. The breakfast is very limited, the hall is just like a school canteen. If you want eggs other than scrambled (which is quiet bland) or boiled, you have to pay extra. The rooms - we stayed at the villas, the size is good but the bathroom is very old, the shower is clogged and the shower head was filthy. No idea what they clean it with, but once the housekeeping team leaves the room, it doesn’t smell nice but pretty bad. During our 7 day long stay, they haven’t changed the bed linen. The toilets in the reception area - smells just like public restrooms on the streets. The staff - except for the lady working as the life guard at the swimming pool, they are quiet rude. The seaside - They charge you €36 if you want to sit at the first 2 rows by the sea. The towels are also €2 and each time you want to change them, you have to pay €2. General - There are not enough shaded areas in the hotel, especially by the seaside. As a resort that big, there are not too many alternatives to have lunch at.

Piscina principală, un bazin semiolimpic, a fost foarte curată, iar apa excelentă. Organizarea activităților, divertismentului și evenimentelor este un alt punct forte; se vede implicare reală. Grădina este foarte frumoasă și atent întreținută.

Mâncarea a fost de departe cel mai slab aspect. Micul dejun a fost sărăcăcios, banal și repetitiv, fără diversitatea și calitatea așteptate. La demipensiune s-au repetat aceleași două-trei feluri, prezentate neglijent și deloc apetisant. În aceste condiții, demipensiunea nu își justifică prețul. Vila și zonele comune pe care le-am folosit erau vizibil învechite, prăfuite, murdare și uzate. Sunt necesare renovări serioase. Aspectul este auster, rămas în altă epocă, și nu corespunde nivelului așteptat de la o proprietate de 4 stele. În câteva interacțiuni, tonul unor angajați a fost arogant, deși acestea au fost cazuri izolate; restul personalului a fost în regulă. Parcarea este foarte prost organizată. Am fost nevoiți să facem mai multe ture pentru a găsi un loc, iar de acolo se poate ajunge la aproximativ zece minute de mers pe jos până la vilă. Există buggy-uri electrice, dar în timpul sejurului nostru am reușit să le folosim numai la check-in și check-out. A doua piscină, cea de dimensiune medie, era murdară, iar șezlongurile erau vechi și murdare. Prosoapele pentru piscină se oferă numai contra unei taxe suplimentare de 2 €. La tariful plătit pentru un sejur de patru-cinci zile, această taxă este greu de justificat și sub nivelul serviciilor așteptate de la 4 stele. Nu ni s-a pus la dispoziție un fier de călcat, nici la cerere și nici contra cost. Singura soluție oferită a fost serviciul de spălătorie, cu o durată de o zi, complet inutil pentru o nevoie urgentă. Grădina și piscina principală sunt reușite, dar nu compensează mâncarea foarte slabă, uzura proprietății, curățenia neuniformă și serviciile insuficiente. Raportul calitate-preț a fost foarte slab, iar experiența a rămas mult sub așteptările create de clasificarea de 4 stele.

Schönes Zimmer, ein für italienisches Frühstück grossartiges Genusserlebnis. Auch das Abendessen war grossartig. Alle Speisen für sich waren perfekt gekocht und zubereitet. Breite Möglichkeiten für alle Geschmacksvorstellungen. Und toll: Die Küche schaut darauf dass typische italienische, ja sizilianische Spezialitäten angeboten werden. Hier muss es wirklich grossartige Köche geben, die ihr Handwerk nicht nur verstehen, sondern auch lieben. Grossartig auch der Olympiapool

Der Olympiapool mit der Länge von 50 m war grossartig. 3 Bahnen waren gesperrt für Schwimmer, die einfach ungestört ihre Längen schwimmen möchten. Die anderen 70% des Pools war für die Kinder und plantschenden Erwachsenen, die auch mal Wasserball machen oder einfach so plantschen. Doch dauernd gingen nicht nur Kinder, auch Erwachsene in diesen Schwimmbereich, platschten dort und versperrten den Pool für die Schwimmer. Und die drei Swimguards intervenierten nie. Entweder quatschten sie miteinander oder liefen durch die Liegestuhlzone und schauten, ob dort nicht verbotenerweise Gläser liegen. Mir schien es, dass sie mehr Glaspolizisten waren als auf die Sicherheit im Pool schauten. Und die Schwimmer hatten das Nachsehen. Ja, diese Swimguards taugten absolut nichts. Der einzige Schwachpunkt im Hotel.

Загалом ми добре відпочили, ми задоволені! Залишилося двояке відчуття, половина персоналу були милі і корисні, а друга половина персоналу неохоче допомагали. В номері не було можливості підключити чайник, шнур був за коротким щоб поставити чайник на столі, і тоді треба було б відключити телевізор. Чайник стояв на підлозі. Ніхто з персоналу не вирішив цього питання. В номері чисто . Сніданки одноманітні, дуже скромні, звичайно голодним не будеш, але знову ж не рівень готеля 4*. Ввечері більше блюд, десертів, але все якесь одноманітне. Багато фруктів, це плюс. Повторюся, голодним не залишишся. Персонал в їдальні також поділений, одні були милі, привітні, гостинні і усміхнені, інші ніби за кару працюють. На території є піцерія, доречі піцца була смачна. Є кав'ярні, бари, можна перекусити, з'їсти морозиво, холодні напої, кава. Також на території є ресторани. Щодо території, вона велика, доглянута , багато зелені, багато локацій зі столиками, стільцями, як в тіні так і на сонечку. Дуже зручно. Шикарна територія. Видно вулкан Етну . Великий олімпійський басейн, чистий, меньші басейни також доглянуті. Є басейн для дітей. Навколо достатньо лежаків. Приватна пляжна територія, останні ряди лежаків безкоштовні, пляжний рушник 2 ₴ . Берег в дрібних камінцях, рекомендую спеціальне взуття, можна купити в магазині на території. Хороша програма як для дітей, так і для дорослих, дискотека на пляжі. Можливість займатися спортом, якщо є бажання. Є бус який возить до Таорміна і з поворотом, що було зручно. Є можливість поїхати на екскурсії. Не звертайте увагу на дрібниці, насолоджуйтеся відпочинком. Це місто в місті, там все є для хорошого відпочинку! Чи ми б повернувся? Думаю, так. UNA Hotels Naxos Beach Sicilia Успіхів вам!

La struttura è immersa nel verde e molto curata nei dettagli. La cena offre una vasta varietà di cibo di ottima qualità. Molto comoda anche la spiaggia privata, con la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente i lettini (escluse le prime file). Staff gentile e disponibile.

La colazione è sempre la stessa e poco varia. Il caffè delle macchinette è davvero imbevibile e l'animazione serale assente.

Tra le cose che abbiamo apprezzato c'è la posizione, ottimale per visitare Taormina e dintorni, e la cura della struttura. Belle sia la spiaggia che le piscine, entrambe tenute bene. Colazione Al Massaro buona.

Struttura un po' troppo dispersiva, al check in non ci sono stati indicati i servizi e le attività proposte. Avrei gradito che mi fosse consegnata una piantina per muovermi meglio, così come una brochure con le attività in programma e opzionali. Cibo mediocre, nulla di eccezionale, ma non in linea con un quattro stelle. Personale a tratti "scocciato" e stanco, più volte mi è capitato di vederli sbuffare, affermare di essere stanchi e parlare male dei clienti tra loro. Un hotel pensato per un turismo di stranieri. Villetta indipendente per tre persone con spazi un po' ristretti, non c'era molto spazio per posizionare le valige di tutti e tre. Riassumendo: rivedrei un po' di cose.

Le cadre, les restaurants et les bars, le fait de pouvoir avoir gratuitement un parasol et des transats à la mer ( sur base d'une réservation journalière), la gentillesse du personnel, la tranquillité, le changement journalier des draps et serviettes, les services proposés, le tour en bateau ( payant)

Il y avait seulement une penderie dans la chambre (quelques étagères ou planches en plus auraient été plus pratiques).

A szálloda nagyon szépen rendbentartott parkkal és tengerparttal rendelkezik. A reggeli a Casa del Massaroban kiváló volt. Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel, a közelben kb minden megtalálható.

Esténként szinte közvetlenül a szobánk (különálló villa) előtt volt zenés program, ami eléggé hangos volt, amig véget nem ért szinte lehetetlen volt aludni (utána kicsit távolabbról szólt már csak a zene). Illetve a szobánkban sok hangya volt, amik a ruháink közé is bemásztak.

Heerlijk hotel met prive gedeelte aan het strand, verschillende zwembaden, keuzes uit restaurants met lekker eten, met een golfkarretje naar de kamer gebracht en weer opgehaald op het einde van de vakantie. Savonds gezellig chillen met muziek. Geven tips voor excursies of boeken ze voor je.

Voor de beste zitjes op het strand moet je betalen. Wij lagen rustig achteraan en daar moest je niks bijbetalen. Stenen op het strand, slippers of waterschoenen kunnen handig zijn

We had a great time at the hotel. Beach was great and clear water but make sure you bring or purchase beach shoes as it’s stony/rocky. Good atmosphere with entertainment and plenty on. Could probably do with some more fun evening entertainment although nice to sit out by the beach area in the evening. Lots of restaurants a short walk away for the evening if you go B&B. It about a 20 min walk into Giardino Naxos and there is a shuttle service to Taormina from the hotel.

Ottima struttura, pulizia top, cordialità del.personale, tranquillo adatta per riposare, animazione non invadente per chi come noi cercava solo relax e tranquillità.

Devono rivedere la qualità del cibo proposto, soprattutto al.riatorante self, avremmo voluto trovare maggior cura per l'ospite Italiano, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che si cercasse di accontentare maggiormente l'ospite straniero, pochi prodotti e cucina tipica siciliana, a volte proposta ma in varianti adattate agli ospiti stranieri. Abbiamo provato la cena al ristorante Stella di Mare una chicca dell' hotel posto stupendo, ma alcune scelte di menù vanno riviste, idem i prezzi ....un po esagerati per il.cibo offerto...

Where do I start with this awful place. Very worn out facilities, very unhelpful staff, rooms are beyond basic,tarnished and stained furniture. Charge for towels in a 4 star hotel? No room tidy offered or done. Arrived very late due to airport closure not offered even a drink for my child when we got there at 3am obviously looking exhausted. Basic human kindness shown is zero. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Awful hotel.

We came here for our family holiday and have to say we would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in one of the Villas and it was great. It was clean, well kept and stocked with new towels everyday. The pools were great and we specificllay liked the Olympic pool. The access to the beach was amazing too and we had a couple of days there enjoying the sea although the sandy pebbly beach gets extremely hot! Would definitely go for the beach slippers if going at the hottest time of year. The restaurant choice was amazing too had great food every night and the breakfast buffet selection was also great without being spectacular. All in all we would rate this hotel very highly and you will not be disappointed if you stayed here. Brilliant.

Doručak i večera su bili sjajni, ponuda hrane raznovrsna, isto tako i voća i povrća. Hotel je bio prepun u periodu u kome smo boravili ali to nije uticalo na divnu sliku o hotelu. Imali smo sobu sa frontalnim pogledom na more, veoma prostranu i dobro opremljenu. Odlični sadržaji i za decu i za odrasle. Olimpijski bazen je izuzetan a prilaz plaži jednostavan, kroz lepo uređeni park. Osoblje u svakom delu resorta je bilo veoma ljubazno i predusretljivo. Čistoća na zavidnom nivou. Hotel predstavlja pravu zelenu oazu, travnjaci su besprekorno odžavani a na travi je postavljen veliki broj stolova i stolica za odmor. Bili smo smešteni u glavnoj zgradi hotela ali su i vile koje se nalaze pored glavne zgrade hotela veoma dobro održavane. Plaža hotela je u najvećem delu šljunkovita sa mestimično veoma oštrim kamenčićima pa je korišćenje patika za vodu prosto neophodno. Plaža je sve vreme bila veoma čista a spasilačka ekipa na plaži je stalno bila prisutna. Neki delovi plaže su svakog dana bili slobodni za iznajmljivanje (uglavnom poslednji redovi na plaži) dok se ostatak suncobrana iznajmljivao uz naknadu.

Nije mi se dopao sistem rezervisanja ležaljki na plaži, često je bilo gužve ispred ofisa za rezervisanje suncobrana i ležaljki kao i za iznajmljivanje peškira. Peškire si mogao da zameniš svakog dana ali bi ih sutradan ponovo morao platiti. Na plažnom baru je gotovo uvek bilo gužve ali je osoblje bilo veoma ljubazno i profesionalno. Postojala je mogućnost plaćanja sobnom karticom (ključem) ukoliko je na aparatu uz plažni bar dopuniš novcem. Cene u baru su uglavnom bile visoke ali su bile očekivane s obzirom da se radi o Italiji i o udarnom periodu letovanja. Cene taksi prevoza u hotelu su veoma visoke ali je autobuski prevoz veoma čest i sa prihvatljivim cenama. Obična voda se u sobama naplaćuje i potrebno je da naglasite da vam se voda ne donosi u sobu (mi na to nismo obratili pažnju pa smo platili 100-ak eura za vodu). Mini bar se svakog dana dopunjuje i uglavnom je veoma skup. Ipak, sve ovo nije moglo da utiče na sveukupnu pozitivnu ocenu hotela i sdadržaja u njemu.

It’s a huge resort and a great choice for families with kids. If you enjoy resort-style vacations, it’s an excellent place for a family getaway. The pools are excellent, while the restaurants are fairly average but very reasonably priced. The outdoor areas are thoroughly cleaned and watered every night, and the lawns and gardens are beautifully maintained. The resort is close to Taormina, but you’ll definitely need a car. There’s a large parking garage at the top of the mountain called Porto Catania, where you can park and exit directly into Taormina’s old town. The parking fee is a little high, but it’s manageable for a day trip. The drive to Taormina isn’t too bad, but keep in mind that the road is a winding, narrow, two-way road along the edge of the mountain. The Porto Catania parking garage also has very tight spiral ramps, which may feel a bit unnerving if you’re not comfortable with narrow parking garages. The resort has a bus service to Taormina but there’s a €5 charge including return. So if you have larger family then

This is a huge, typical beach resort aimed primarily at families. It’s a great choice if you prefer spending most of your time at the resort, enjoying the pools, poolside bars, and snacks. However, it may not be the best choice if you’re looking for pristine beaches and prefer the beach experience over swimming pools and poolside facilities. We had a two-bedroom family villa as well as a double-room villa. The family villa was quite dated, with an older bathroom, and the children’s bedroom didn’t have air conditioning—only a fan. The double-room villa had no windows, just a patio door, which made the room feel quite dark. The rooms were cleaned every day, but I think they could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updating. The main dining areas are huge and very much in keeping with a typical family resort. They can be quite noisy and busy, especially in the mornings. The restaurant at the top of the resort is much smaller, quieter, and more intimate, making it a nicer option if you prefer a more relaxed dining experience. One thing I didn’t like was that, despite being a beach resort, there are only a few areas where the beach chairs and umbrellas are free. The remaining areas require an additional charge, and the price varies depending on the location. You also have to pay to use the beach towels, which I found disappointing for a resort of this type.

Sjajan hotel, ukusna hrana,čisti bazeni sa vodom koja se greje, ljubazno osoblje, puno zelenila i prostora za šetnju, izuzetni sadržaji za decu, gotovo svako veče zanimljiv program za najmlađe, isto tako i provod za odrasle, bio je to jedan predivan odmor. Posete Etni, Taormini i Izola Beli su bile pun pogodak.

Sistem rezervacije suncobrana i ležaljki na plaži, kao i svakodnevno naplaćivanje peškira, visoke cene hrane i pića na planom baru i na barovima pored bazena, naplaćivanje obične vode u sobama (morate naglasiti da vam spremačice ne donose vodu). Visoke cene hotelskih tura, kao i taksi prevoza. Sve u svemu to nije uticala na izuzetno pozitivnu ocenu hotela.

Went to the Olympus bar in the hotel several times and Santos and Gianni gave us excellent service and excellent cocktails the atmosphere was excellent. The view overlooking the olive trees and everything including the vibe was completely spectacular. Will be spending several evenings here.

Locația, grădina

The gardens are very well maintained and there is an Olympic sized swimming pool. The breakfast was good, albeit the setting was like being in a school cafeteria.

This may be a four star property, but the facilities were very tired. The bathroom shower had a cheap plastic barrier, the faucets were stained. There were no cups in the room except for two cardboard cups which were never replaced after the first night. No coffee or tea in the room. We were given conflicting advice about which of the restaurants was our breakfast place, and were not told you needed the key card to enter. The place is massive - a ton of people. The hotel beach is nothing special. I would not recommend this place. It was a long and pretty unpleasant walk to the restaurants in the harbor.

A reggeli a Casa Massaroban volt. Bőséges és kiváló volt. A tengerparti szolgáltatások is kiválóak. A személyzet figyelmes és segítőkész. Változatos programok.

A szobában időnként kellemetlen szag jött valahonnan. A klímat nemigazán tudtuk szabályozni csak ki és bekapcsolgattuk. Másodszor voltunk itt , mindezek ellenére nem csalódtunk, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Questa è la terza volta che siamo ospiti della struttura, é sempre accogliente e ben tenuta anche se questa volta, purtroppo, non eravamo in albergo ma in una villetta un po distante...piscina splendida anche se l'acqua era molto calda(poteva aggiungersi di tanto in tanto un po di acqua cosi da renderla piu piacevole). Dobbiamo ringraziare e fare un plauso alla signora MELINA del ristorante Oasi per la sua gentilezza e professionalità, ad ogni nostra richiesta sempre disponibile, persona squisita e di grande tatto, una struttura cosi deve andare fiera di personale come lei!!!

Spent a week here with the family, including 3 late teens / early 20s. We were disappointed that the kayaking advertised on the TUI website wasn’t available due to the hotel being between contracts with watersports providers. The tennis and padel courts went some way to making up for it. Good points were the Olympus bar from early evening and the Olympic-sized swimming pool. The snacks at the various bars were good quality and predominantly Italian with a choice of arancini and focaccias. We loved the friendly service from Daniela at the Olympic swimming pool bar and were relieved this opened for the start of the summer season, just after we arrived. The villas were set in lovely grounds with turtle ponds and flowers. The views of Mount Etna throughout the hotel were spectacular and the beach was so near, with most sun beds free for AI. The gelato station in the Calypso bar was excellent and we went there daily. A special mention for Simone M there who was very friendly. There are a few restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel and we especially loved the brilliant meal outside we had at ‘La Spelonca’. Naxos town is a 10 minutes’ taxi or bus ride away. You need to book a couple of days ahead for the hotel bus to Taormina. It was booked on the day we wanted to go so we walked 15 mins to the nearest bus terminal at Recanati and took a fascinating uphill 30 minute bus ride there instead for €1.80 per person each way. Taormina is well recommended, especially the main shopping street and square, and the ancient theatre. We also took the spectacular cable car to quaint Mazarro beach and you can get the bus back to Reconati from there. Not so good was the general unfriendly manner of a lot of the staff and the seemingly petty rules around the hotel. Rather than a wristband, used at many hotels, here you needed your room card for ordering food by the pool and one for each drink ordered. This often led to a confrontation as early on it was not clear what bar food what was available on AI. There were two or three staff that seemed to be laughing and talking in Italian about us during the confusion. Water was usually given in small glasses and bottles were chargeable on AI. There was nowhere provided to fill up water bottles. Food was slightly limited with only two hot stations and both required food to be served to you, as did the very limited hot breakfast in the mornings. Unfortunately one evening a yoghurt from the fridge had mould on the top. It was pointed out to staff but there seemed to be a lack of accountability. The evening entertainment was fairly low quality.

The newly renovated beach bar and Stella di Mare restaurant are fantastic additions, offering spectacular sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. We also loved the evening entertainment by the beach bar. One of our favourite nights was listening to the live band playing Latin music—it created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. UNA Naxos Beach Sicily has become one of our favourite holiday destinations, and we have returned many times over the years. Our visit this July was especially meaningful, as we were able to celebrate with our newlywed daughter and her husband. It made our family holiday even more memorable. This certainly won’t be our last visit—we can’t wait to return! Nice hotel with a very huge Olympia pool. Not crowded at all even though the hotel is large. Buffé restaurant can be very noisy and busy.

Struttura molto grande e ben curata, con un bellissimo parco, piscine, patio e spiaggia privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in una villetta immersa nel verde, in una zona molto tranquilla e rilassante. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato l'upgrade offerto per la colazione presso il ristorante Casa del Massaro, situato proprio di fronte: ampia scelta di prodotti, personale molto gentile e ottimo caffè preparato al momento al bar.

Gli aspetti meno positivi riguardano il bagno, che dopo la doccia perdeva acqua lasciando il pavimento costantemente bagnato. Inoltre, il terzo letto non era un vero letto ma una struttura con un materasso appoggiato sopra che era estremamente morbido, scomodo e deformato. Ci si sprofondava completamente e dormire era praticamente impossibile. Per una struttura che ospita tre persone adulti, una sistemazione del genere è assolutamente inadeguata.

Zeer mooi hotel, je hebt direct een vakantiegevoel. Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, en heel mooie kamers. We hadden het geluk, dat wanneer we ‘s ochtends onze gordijnen openden, we de Etna perfect konden zien. Prachtig beeld! De prijzen van het eten en drinken vallen ook zeer goed mee voor de niet all-in gasten! Hebben meerdere avonden kunnen genieten van overheerlijke cocktails en mocktails. Er zijn meerder restaurants voor zowel ontbijt, lunch alsook diner. Echter vonden we het buffetrestaurant wat beperkt in keuze. Elk restaurant is zeer specifiek in het aanbod, niet zo veelzijdig. Wanneer je weinig lust, moet je dus buiten het hotel gaan om te lunchen. Ook een heel gezellige beach bar! Er is ook een grote fitness met heel veel kwalitatieve apparaten, voor de sportievelingen. Het hotel heeft ook een zeer grote parking ter beschikking dat aangenaam voelt om je auto te parkeren met een gerust gevoel. Ook in de buurt heb je leuke en gezellige restaurantjes waar je voor weinig geld lekker kan eten of drinken.

A causa della cancellazione del nostro volo abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno e ci è stata assegnata una camera all'interno di una villetta. La stanza era pulita, recentemente ristrutturata e dotata di un balcone. Il terzo letto era un divano letto singolo che, contrariamente alla precedente sistemazione, è risultato piuttosto comodo.

L'aspetto più deludente è stata la colazione. Durante il nostro primo soggiorno avevamo fatto colazione presso Casa del Massaro, un ambiente molto curato con un bellissimo patio immerso nel verde, ampia scelta di prodotti e cibo di qualità, personale molto gentile e ottimo caffè preparato al momento al bar. Questa volta, invece, la colazione era servita nell'edificio principale e il livello è stato nettamente inferiore, sembrava una mensa. Molti prodotti presenti nella precedente struttura erano assenti, tra cui salmone, mini viennoiserie come i pain au chocolat, una buona varietà di torte e una scelta adeguata di frutta fresca. Anche il caffè, erogato da una semplice macchina self-service, era di qualità decisamente scarsa. Nel complesso, la colazione non era assolutamente all'altezza degli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle.

Loved that I was close to beach, and pools and all the restaurants. This is a beautiful resort if taking your family. A lot of activities for adults and children. Loved it. The beach was beautiful with tiny rocks....must wear water shoes. Chairs and umbrella are free or a fee with having service to your chair. You can book excursions through the hotel and they provide $5.00 Euro Round trip transportation to go to Taormina with the cable cars. Breakfast was also excellent and restaurant on the last day in hotel with the seafood buffet was magnificent, chefs cooking outdoors in front of you Fish of your choice and desserts were amazing. Also had a massage which was so relaxing. Staff were very nice as well. Will be returning.
