The hotel is really nice and is great for a relaxing stay in Giardini Naxos. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Pool area and private beach were exceptional.

Per accedere al parcheggio bisogna suonare un campanello e attendere che vengano ad aprire la sbarra manualmente, basterebbe dare un codice/telecomando per semplificare il tutto. Struttura un po datata che necessiterebbe di una sistemata

Sehr schönes Hotel von innen und aussen. Der Empfangsbereich ist wirklich sehr schön dekoriert, riecht immer gut und ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Wir bekamen noch ein Upgrade und hatten ein Zimmer mit direkter Meersicht und einem grossen Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und immer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Es gab Pancakes, feines Brot (für Italienverhältnisse), Müsli, frische Früchte, Käse & Fleisch wie auch Speck und Rührei. Der direkte Strandzugang war natürlich ideal, sowie das man Liegen & Sonnenschirme ohne weitere Gebühr nutzen konnten. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder wählen oder weiterempfehlen.

Was etwas störend war, den lauten Ton beim Öffnen der Zimmertüre. Sowie wenn man das Auto parkieren wollte, musste man immer jemand vom Hotel anrufen, damit sie uns die Barriere öffnen. Die Zimmer sind etwas kahl eingerichtet, etwas Farbe oder Dekoraktion würde die Zimmer noch einladender machen.

La struttura è davvero bellissima, con una piscina e una spiaggia splendide. La camera era perfetta, pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente e colazione davvero completa, con tantissima scelta. Una menzione speciale va al personale, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale, soprattutto al receptionist Tonino, che ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e attenzione. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole e sicuramente tornerei volentieri!

Beautiful property by the beach. Quiet and a perfect place if you want to rest.

Shower is very small, my husband is tall so he could barely fit there. Sea is deep immediately so while this is a good place for adults who can swim, not the best beach for kids.

Tonino at the reception was absolutely wonderful to us. He was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and we were very satisfied with his service.

Parcheggio a pagamento a 15€ al giorno è eccessivo. Soprattutto xchè per entrare ed uscire bisogna aspettare l operatore che apra la sbarra. Operatore che non è sul posto ma è da chiamare.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hellenia Yachting Hotel was below our expectations, especially considering the price and category of the hotel. On the positive side, our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was good. Breakfast was decent, but exactly the same every day and with limited variety. The main issue was our room. Although it was advertised as having an “inner garden view”, our window actually overlooked a technical area with a large water tank, air-conditioning equipment, pipes and other installations. The area was also extremely noisy, both during the day and at night, and the noise could still clearly be heard with the windows closed. This seriously affected our sleep. We believe guests should be informed in advance if they are going to be accommodated in such a room, nr. 7. We were also uncomfortable with the way payments and access to hotel services were handled. At breakfast, after being asked for our room number, we were also asked to show our room key card, apparently to verify that we were hotel guests. Even when paying immediately by card at the bar, our orders were written down on a sheet of paper and we were asked to sign. At checkout, there was also an unnecessary issue regarding paying the city tax in cash, which made us feel uncomfortable. Taken together, these situations gave us the impression that there was a lack of trust towards the guests. Overall, while the location is beautiful and the room was clean and spacious, the constant noise, the misleading “garden view”, the outdated condition of the property and some interactions with the staff made the experience disappointing. We would not return or recommend the hotel at its current price and standard.

Private beach, good location near the bus station

They put us in a room where the air conditioner didn't work. We asked several times for it to be fixed until they finally said it was too late to take care of it because of the time (even though we had notified them much earlier and they said it would be taken care of). The next day they moved us to another room after we complained again, but it still feels like they knew the air conditioner in the room wasn't working and let us sleep there overnight anyway to see if we complained. The new room had a working air conditioner but no WIFI.

Ideale per rilassarsi. Staff gentile e cordiale soprattutto Marinella (MITICA). E poi c'è Tonino... la ciliegina sulla torta! Ti fa sentire a tuo agio già non appena varchi l'ingesso!

Tutto organizzato e personale gentilissimo.

1. Come si evince dalla foto in allegato, il parcheggio non risulta a pagamento ma in realtà costa 15€ al giorno. 2. Molto fastidioso il passaggio costante tutto il il giorno dei venditori ambulanti sotto gli ombrelloni che non si allontanato fino a quando non si dice “NO GRAZIE”.

Una nota negativa il parcheggio con un costo ma non custodito e il fatto che bisogna chiamare una persona ogni qual volta si ha bisogno di accedervi o uscire.

The hotel is quite comfortable and has great location only a couple minutes away from the bus stop. It offers everything you might need for a comfortable stay - sunbeds included in price, beach towels that can be rented for a small price, good breakfast and a super clean beach. A bonus is the view from the rooms - you either get a seaview or a view of Etna, and either way it is gorgeous :)

Please check carefully the bill that you pay at the end of the stay, as all extra meals and drinks that you get at the hotel during your stay are charged directly to your room (you can’t pay for those after each meal) and unfortunately on the final bill we were wrongly charged for a meal we didn’t have. The manager helped us on the spot to resolve the issue and made a return of the payment, but it extended our checkout by an extra 30 minutes.

*Wi-Fi très instable dans la chambre : la connexion se coupe régulièrement. Pour pouvoir l’utiliser correctement, nous devions nous installer à la réception. * Sèche-serviettes éteint à notre arrivée. Il fallait demander à la réception pour qu’il soit allumé. * Parking peu pratique : le portail ne s’ouvre pas automatiquement et il faut attendre qu’une personne de l’établissement vienne l’ouvrir. De plus, la personne chargée de l’ouverture n’était pas particulièrement patiente. * Télévision non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée : le câble d’alimentation était débranché derrière la télévision. Nous avons dû la brancher nous-mêmes. * Lavabo peu fonctionnel, avec notamment aucun espace prévu pour poser nos affaires de toilette. * Absence de butée à la porte de la salle de bain, ce qui est peu pratique. * Travaux bruyants pendant le séjour, sans avoir été préalablement informés. * Carrelage endommagé dans la piscine : je me suis blessé au pied en marchant sur une partie de carrelage arrachée. C’est un point particulièrement préoccupant concernant la sécurité des clients.

Mooie omgeving, prachtig zicht op zee. De gemeenschappelijke delen zoals lobby, gang etc zien er mooi en verzorgd uit. Avondeten in restaurant was lekker en verzorgd.

Zeer gebrekkige communicatie, verouderde kamers / er was veel niet in orde (koelkast, douche), top dat je tegen betaling kan parkeren maar de gate moet handmatig worden geopend en de persoon die dit doet moet geroepen worden. Je kan er makkelijk 10 minuten staan wachten. Terras en kamer op de foto kwam niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Op de foto stond een zetel in de kamer en op het terras stonden ligstoelen. Deze waren niet te zien.

La struttura in sé offre davvero molti servizi tra spiaggia, piscina e le nunerose camere vista mare. Anche la camera che ci è capitata è stata un upgrade di quella prenotata, quindi sotto questo punto di vista l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Al contrario lo staff di sala non era per niente all'altezza. Ad eccezione della ragazza che era a capo del personale di sala, per il resto i camerieri erano molto confusionari e si vedeva la loro inesperienza. Hanno fatto confusione addirittura con soli 3 tavoli occupati non sapendo parlare inglese con alcuni e scambiando le comande. Peccato per questo neo visto anche l'importante cifra che si paga a notte.

Personal sehr unwillig bis unfreundlich (ausgenommen das Zimmermädchen), Frühstück einfallslos, jeden Tag das selbe, wenig Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse, kein guter Kaffee (Vollautomat) und an manchen Tagen viel zu laute Klaviermusik, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten und wurden direkt über dem Speisesaal untergebracht, was ab 06:30 zu einer erheblichen Lärmbelästigung führte.

Struttura un po’ datata anche se le camere , almeno quella scelta da me e’ stata rinnovata , ma l’arredo e’ molto minimal . La qualità dei prodotti per la colazione di livello medio basso e senza un minimo di servizio ai tavoli. Area attorno alla struttura , un tempo molto viva , adesso devo dire abbastanza desolata . Il mare è il vero tasto dolente: chiazze di liquami , verosimilmente fognari che si presentavano di frequente, ma questo problema affligge tutta costa Jonica della Sicilia orientale e mi chiedo come la gente può fare il bagno in un mare con scarichi fognari.

Keine Reservierung von Parkplätze möglich. Wenn jemand vom Ausland oder längere Anfahrt hat wird keine konkrete und sichere Antwort fur eine Reservierung gegeben. Man erhält nur die Antwort wenn Parkplätze frei sind und das auch mehrere Wochen vorher! Check-in verspätet um 15:00 Uhr, da noch nicht alle Zimmer geteinigtvund frei waren. Obwohl auch hier das Personal achon 2 Wochen vorher angeschriebeb wurde ob wir etwas früher den check-in machen können waren die Zimmer nicht mal zur offiziellen Uhrzeit 14:00 fertig. Für das Preis-Leistingsverhältnis schlechter Service.

La Piscina sarebbe da rifare tutta. La zona idromassaggio non funzionava ed erano presenti diverse mattonelle rotte. Bisognerebbe fare un restyling. Altra nota negativa erano alcuni escrementi di uccelli che erano presenti nel balconcino della camera. La camera era molto pulita ed in ordine, ma sicuramente le inservienti non escono a visionare il balcone, visto che si sarebbero accorte della presenza degli escrementi

Posizione eccellente per una vacanza estiva, tutto il personale impeccabile e disponibile, sopratutto la signora Veronica sempre puntuale e precisa nelle indicazioni e gestione della reception. Consigliato!

Buona esperienza, con qualche aspetto da migliorare. Mi sono trovata bene durante il soggiorno. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura, nel complesso, è in buone condizioni e la stanza è stata sempre trovata pulita, ordinata e ben sistemata. Il vero punto di forza è sicuramente la spiaggia privata con accesso diretto dalla struttura: un servizio davvero impagabile, che rende il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole e rilassante. Da migliorare invece la piscina, che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione: il fondale in mosaico presenta diverse mattonelle rotte e meriterebbe sicuramente un intervento di manutenzione. Nel complesso, comunque, l'esperienza è stata positiva, soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia della camera e, soprattutto, per la splendida comodità della spiaggia privata.

Nota dolente il parcheggio: il costo di 15 euro a notte mi è sembrato un po' elevato, considerando che si trova in un terreno sterrato di fronte alla struttura. Inoltre, per entrare o uscire, bisogna chiamare telefonicamente la reception per far aprire la sbarra e attendere l'intervento di un addetto.

We originally booked Hellenia Yachting Hotel & Spa for 10 days, but enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another four days. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, which was one of the highlights for us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a large selection and plenty of choice. We had a very relaxing two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The fact that we extended our stay probably says it all. We would happily return and definitely recommend the hotel.

Modern. Big rooms. Big balcony and sea/pool view. Private beach and big pool. Comfy bed, clean bathroom (except shower is small and is leaking at the door). Still a great choice!

No hotel slippers, floor is all ceramics… breakfast is not that rich, parking is extra, you cannot turn off the light on balcony and wifi is poor 😂

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, ma il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tonino: super disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con il sorriso. La sua attenzione e premura hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo di cuore a tutti!

Jeg likte alt,selve hotellet er veldig rent og pent,personale er utmerket,nærheten av stranden,nyyyydelig havet,vann er krystallklar og passe temperatur.Mange fine restauranter i nærheten,og en kjempehyggelig sentrum ca 15 min gange fra hotellet med enda mer tilbud. Buss som kjører til Taormina er tilgjengelig hver kvarter og man må dra ditt! Alt i alt en av de beste oppholdene og hotellene så langt. Elsker Sicilia og Italienerne!🐠☀️💃🏻

El año pasado estuvimos en este hotel, por eso decidimos volver, pero nos encontramos con la mala suerte que cambiaron sus dueños y con eso cambió todo para peor. Muy mala atención, muy sucio todo, el personal muy mal educado, no te asisten en nada, no te cambian las toallas de los baños, la limpieza diaria después de una hora ya no te la hacen, en definitiva un desataré este hotel, no vuelvo más

Reggeli széles választékban. Szuper a saját tengerpart a napozóágyakkal, gyorsan mélyülő kavicsos, de így nagyon tiszta a part. Kedves személyzet. A közelben jó éttermek vannak. Közel a buszmegálló, így inkább buszoztunk, mint autóztunk (elkerültük a nehéz parkolást). Kedves fiatal hölgy programokat kínált és jó tanácsokat is kaptunk tőle.

Remek, hogy van saját parkolója, csak kicsit körülményes a ki és beállás. Manuálisan egy kedves hölgy nyitotta a lakatot és zárta.

Il mare sporco per due pomeriggi. Ma la colpa non è della struttura sicuramente.

L'hotel est idéalement situé en bord de plage. Il y a plein de restaurants pas loin. La plage privée est un atout, nous avions toujours de la place. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables. L'hotel est classe, beau, certainement le plus beau à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était superbe, il y a du choix, avec les tables exterieures vue sur mer. La gentillesse du personnel. Nous recommandons vivement.

Franchement pas grand chose à dire, c'est l'un des meilleurs hotels dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Peut être mettre la musique live un peu moins fort le soir pour les gens qui veulent se coucher plus tot.

Beetje vreemd dat er geen toilet bij het zwembad was. Het is niet toegestaan om met natte zwemkleding naar binnen te lopen om naar het toilet te gaan. Het gebrek aan een toilet voelde onhygiënisch

Atención lenta y no muy amable. Lo peor es el parking. Es absolutamente indescriptible que para entrar y salir del parking un empleado/a del hotel tenga que quitar un candado y levantar una valla.

No trash can in the room (only in the bathroom). Everytime we go out of the parking we had to waiting some minutes for somebody to open the parking gate. The beach attendant was a little rude to me.

La localisation et les équipements de l’hôtel sont très bien

Le parking n’est pas accessible seul il faut tout le temps appeler l’hôtel pour ouvrir et nous avons oublié des affaires on a pas pu les récupérer, donc n’oubliez rien dans votre chambre

The beach was great and well organized. The parking service was good and Ms. Nicoletta was very friendly and professional.

The room located at level 0 was very small and dark. The bathroom was not very clean at our arrival and they kept a high-level cleaning throughout our stay.
