Well located for the train station and the Metro system. The bedroom was huge, as was the bathroom. It was cool and quiet as it is tucked back from the road. The reception staff were lovely.

The furnishings are a little tired in places but serviceable.

Mooie ruime kamer met airco, koffie/thee en minibar. Goede verduisterende gordijnen, geen geluiden van buiten. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne badkamer.

Personeel onpersoonlijk, ongezellige ontbijtruimte. Parkeren in zeer krappe parkeergarage. Onhandig dat je 2 exact dezelfde pasjes krijgt. De ene is voor de lift, de andere voor je kamer maar je kunt het onderscheid niet zien.

Schöne große Zimmer Sehr nettes Personal. Am Frühstück war Cindy sehr nett und aufmerksam. Immer mit ein schönes Lächeln.

1. Rooms were HUGE, which made it super suitable for big family. 2. Breakfast was nice (but no variety though, same food everyday). 3. Location is 6 mins walk from central station but google maps can be tricky, but once you figured out the location, there will be no problem. 4. Beds are super comfortable.

1. We asked for a kettle, and when it was delivered to our room and we opened it, I noticed walking worms in it which was super gross and thanks god that I noticed it before drinking tea because this could gave caused gastroenteritis which could have ruined our whole trip. (Disgusting) 2. The fire alarm was on for 45 minutes straight during one night at 4:00 AM!!!!! And no explanations were given to us (because it kept working on and off). We were super tired the following day. 3. Staff (waiters in the bar, in the restaurant and housekeeping) are SUPER RUDE, like literally I was asking one night for 3 forks from the bar tender and he was like (no only two!!! In a very rude way). SUPER RUDE. 4. The housekeeping didn't seem to care enough to replace empty shower jel nor the toiletries.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Overall, I have always had a good impression of this hotel, which is why I have chosen to stay here several times. This was actually my fourth stay. We booked two rooms this time, and the room for our children was very good and met our expectations.

Unfortunately, the second room, which was for my wife and me, was disappointing compared with my previous stays. The room appeared to be designed as an accessible room for guests with mobility needs, and the layout and very limited space were not suitable or comfortable for us. More importantly, the condition and cleanliness of the room were below the standard I expected from this hotel. Some of the furnishings looked old and worn. The bathroom had visible stains, and the area underneath the bidet was not properly cleaned and had unpleasant dirt and marks. The rubber/sealing around the shower door was damaged, and there were also noticeable stains and discoloration on parts of the walls. Considering that we paid approximately €140 per night for each room, I expected the room, furnishings, bathroom condition, and overall cleanliness to be of a much better standard. This was particularly disappointing because my previous stays at this hotel had been positive.

I liked how the hotel followed my request for having a low floor and how the room was big and clean. There was also free snacks, and a coffee machine, it was very much appreciated.

We couldn't turn off the AC so it was a bit cold in the room. But it's our gault we didn't request help.

Aamiainen oli kattava. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin ilmastoitu. Hotellin sisustus ja siisteys oli ihan kunnossa.

Kuntosali puuttuu, hissit ja ovien avaukset olivat äänekkäät ja vastaanoton henkilökunta aika totista. Astiat loppuivat aamupalalla joka aamu.

De hotel had geen parkeerplaats en locatie heel moeilijk te vinden .heeft geen eigen toegang zelf .jij moet via André bedrijven binnen te gaan Ontbijten slecht Ik adviseren niemand daar te gaan Ik geef 2 sterren dat hotel .

הברז במקלחת לא היה משהו אבל האמת שלא התקשרנו כדי שהם יטפלו.

Cannot fault this hotel. Pleasant friendly & helpful staff who go out of there way to help you. Room was spacious with TV kettle & coffee machine. Depending on your fitness Centrale train station and Metro is only 5-10 minutes walk away. Overall 100% and would stay again.

Rooms were very nice, modern, clean, air conditioned. Location was very convenient for the station and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Check-in process was very slow and when we came down later to try and fix an issue with our key there was a long queue. Activating the key seemed to require going to a different computer so seems like the computer systems are quite old and out of date

离火车站真的近，就是谷歌地图有问题会往小门带，明明从火车站出来走到正门就很近🥲 住的房间有大浴缸挺意外的，房间很大 一切都看起来很干净，每天都有打扫

離米蘭火車站走路約5分鐘的距離，在台灣駐米蘭辦事處隔壁棟，覺得安全又方便，價位又合理，下次會再選擇住這裡。

建議Espresso咖啡杯要用瓷器。

La ubicación a 5 minutos de la estación central y el desayuno. Creo que para viajes de trabajo es perfecto.

Una limpieza profunda en el baño, había suciedad incrustada en la zona de la grifería y la mampara. La zona tampoco me gustó mucho.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Unglaublich sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erkunden, und sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof von dem aus man zum Lake Como fahren kann.

Great location with seamless check in. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Great value for money considering the location and time of the year.

Lots of space, lovely room. Air conditioining very welcome as it was 35 all day. Check in was easy. We stayed at another hotel the following week and for around the same price and comparing it to this one I wish we had stayed here twice.

We appreciated being given a late checkout and being able to leave our bags for a few hours as our flight had been delayed. We also appreciated being able to wait in a comfortable lounge area while we waited to catch a very late plane. We also enjoyed breakfast and the spacious room.

Do not trust the front desk at this hotel!! We should have learned when they had significant issues checking us in when we first got to Italy (7/16). We liked the area and thought we would book them again for our last night (7/25). I asked them about availability for that night when I checked if they resolved the check-in issue (they said our card was not going through, so had to keep trying). I let our travel agent know and she booked us for that night (7/25). I did not know that the hotel also decided to book us, but under my husband’s name. Anyway, after a long, last travel day in Italy taking two trains and a bus to return to Milan, they checked us in under the booking they had created unbeknownst to us. We had already paid for the travel agent booking. Once home, we figured out we were charged twice for the same night. They denied my requests, our agent’s requests and the travel agency management’s request to make this right. I disputed the charge with my cc, but since the charge is listed differently when it was booked through the agency, the hotel made a case to the cc card company that I had not paid twice. So shady!

The bed was incredible, very comfortable and big. When in Milano I always stay here as the rooms are clean and very big which I tend to prefer. The rooms have a good lighting easy to use and manage. Easy to reach by foot from train station.

The room had a bathtub instead of a shower.

호텔이 오래되어서인지, 예전에 비하여 가국등이 많이 노쇄화 되었습니다. 특히 마지막말 전체 전기가 단전이 되어서 매우 불편하였고, 복전후에 장시간 동안 수돗물서 녹물이 계속나와서 매우 더운 여름에 샤워등을 할 수 없어서 매우 불편했슴

Very clean rooms and very modern. The reception staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a better room without asking, and placed us in a higher floor for a better view of Milan.

Es una muy buena opción, para cuando tu paso por Milán sea transitorio, y debas trasladarte temprano en tren a otra ciudad. Queda a walking distance de la Estación Central, no encima de ella, pero a 6 o 7 minutos caminando. Eso es muy cómodo, porque además el acceso al Metro está ahí mismo. Y para moverte por la ciudad funciona impecable. Además, el desayuno es muy bueno y completo. La habitación, Executive, para dos personas es de un excelente tamaño. Quizás la recepción no esta tan bien lograda, pero eso se suple con la amabilidad del personal. Muy buena opción precio-calidad-servicio-ubicación.

Al llegar, antes de la hora del check-in, el trato y facilidades disponibles para cambiarse de ropa y asearse no son cómodas.

A localização também é muito boa e toda a equipe foi atenciosa. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel e recomendo a quem visitar Milão.

Amazing hotel and great value for the money! Clean and huge rooms. The breakfast was soo good and varied. Also the location is really good close to Milano Centrale and Bosco Verticale you can walk till the metro and get anywhere in the city.

Close to Milano central station. We missed the last train to our destination due to delayed flights and needed accommodation fast. This apartment was perfect for a 1 night stay.

The hotel was very pleasing to the eye, the chairs in reception were very comfy, the room was a good size & cleaned each day, great choice at the buffet breakfast, the staff were very polite & friendly

We decided to walk the 6 minutes from Milan Centrale station to the hotel, however, we had no wfi once out the station so although we went in the right direction we did go round a very long way. Found it very easy thereafter

Localização excelente, com transporte para qualquer lado a "walking distance". Quarto de excelentes dimensões. Bom pequeno almoço. Restaurante "simpático"

We were outside of the busy part of town, but not so far that we couldn't walk there. It was quiet at night, which was great.
