La atención del personal, concretamente Eaw, que llevaba las maletas, es la persona más alegre y que contagiaba energía que hemos conocido. Solo teniéndolo a él te daba una alegría inmensa. Además de ser súper atento y profesional.

Lo único que no tenía enchufe en las dos partes de la cama.

とにかく立地が素晴らしい。 目の前にビーチが広がりずっと眺めていた。 雨季で湿気があったが美しい夕日や朝の虹を楽しめた。 また、朝食が非常に美味しく、海を見ながらの朝食が毎朝の楽しみだった。 プールサイドやビーチ沿いでのランチも素晴らしかった。 建物は若干古さもあったが清掃が行き届き清潔だった。

プールデラックスルームを予約していたが、最初の日は予約と異なりデラックスルームに案内された。 違うと訴えたが空いていないため1日その部屋に泊まり2日目からプールデラックスルームへの宿泊となった。 2階のデラックスシービュールームへの無料アップグレードも提案されたが、そもそも何も伝えずダウングレードされたことに非常に失望した。 プール、レストラン、清掃の人達の感じも良かったにも関わらず、 最初にその対応があったことでせっかくの素敵な滞在に影を落としてしまったことが本当に悲しい。

The location is perfect—literally just a few steps away from everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Aum and Dang for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They made us feel valued and ensured that every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend Beyond Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I look forward to staying here again.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is located right on the beach (second floor). There is a large variety to choose from, both Thai and American.

They have a great pool bar with swim up seats. There is no music so the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel in general is very quiet which could be a huge bonus as you are surrounded by a very busy area. Very vibey, lots of restaurants, bars, beach clubs and shops.

Als we aankwamen in het hotel werden we gelijk geholpen . We kregen gelijk een verwelkomingsdrankje . Onze kamer was eerder klaar dus konden gelijk naar onze kamer . En dan ...Het zicht vanuit onze kamer . Het was net een prentje zoals in je droom . Mmmm het groot bed , lekker zacht . ruime badkamer . gezellig terrasje . kortom gewoon perfect . En dan de bediening , je werd er bediend als een koning . Mr Pol voor de cocktails . Miss Pheung en Mr Nihorn voor de bediening in't restaurant en het ontbijt . Ja gewoon .... we missen ze .

The location was ideal and the fact that Beyond Karon was ‘child-free’ made it a very peaceful and quiet resort.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, every room has an awesome view of the beach. Breakfast buffet it fantastic. Plenty of variety of food. Surrounded by great restaurants. We have stayed at about 5 times. Will be back next year

Perfect Location and right on the beach. Adults only (no screaming kids). Excellent bed and room cleaning. We prefer grounf floor room for accessto pool/breach. Close to shops, restaurants, toru guides, massage, kata night market etc etc. Breakfast location overlooking beach is superb but lacks some variety and healthier options. Easy scooter parking. Beach out front has some fun surf.

Restaurant, pool bar and spa lack atmosphere and therefore we went out for all these services. Beach gets lots of plastic polution on the wind/tide, but thankfully they claean it up every morning. Beach is not safe unless strong berach swimnmer/surfer. No gym but we use Beyond Kata gym for free.

Breakfast ends promptly at 10. Water was not replaced each day. Looking very tired could do with some renovations. The path along the bottom rooms facing the pool and beach needs to be replaced.

The hotel is on a perfect place, at the end of Karon on the beach, very close to Kata and Karon restaurants, ATM, tourism places.

The Thailand people are not good in foreign languages, especially in English.

Great location, right on the beach, and even better having sun beds on our patio (room B0115). Lovely pool, plenty of choice for breakfast. Would easily stay there again.

Two minor things. There were no USB charging ports which most resorts have nowadays, what with a couple usually having 2 phones, 2 Kindles, and a couple of tablets/laptops, and we only had one travel adapter. Not the end of the world though. And our shower seemed to have a mind of its own, one minute the right temperature, and the next really hot, and then back to normal.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, inklusive Sicherheitspersonal. Tolle Lage am Ende des Karon Beach. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem war es ruhig.

The location was amazing. The beach being so close was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable.

This hotel is by far one of the best we've ever visited. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was first class in every department. Staff, rooms, breakfast, dinner and facilities all exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Special thanks to Kiat & Siree for helping in every way possible.

Beyond Karon is all about the location. So close to the beach and outside are some really good restaurants.

Large room , beautiful seaview all rooms having a terrace . Did not eat at hotel so no opinion possible. breakfast options with fresh juices & barista preparing your favorite coffee. Not cheap for a well kept but slightly outdated building and pool area

Pool area : too many chairs present , no space no privacy . Clientele mainly 60+ , no offence but no young , hip vibe

Allt! Rummen rena och fina. Vi valde ett rum på bottenvåningen vilket var perfekt för oss. Bra frukost med många valmöjligheter inklusive thaimat.

Perfekt läge, lugnt men ändå precis på stranden. Klart vatten och möjlighet att snorkla precis nedanför.

Главное - это очень грязные бассейны, залезали в них 1 раз в день приезда и более не заходили. Они отключают циркуляцию бассейнов днем для экономии электричества, как следствие бассейн мутный и с грязью, вода не пополняется. Включают циркуляцию только ночью и чистят в 7 утра. Поэтому если хотите искупаться в бассейне, то это можно сделать нормально только сутра до 11 часов, далее он уже не пригоден. Плохая уборка в номерах, пол или не моют, или моют плохо. Плохо, что нет спортзала в отеле.

Zbyt małe zaplecze, brak możliwość skorzystania z aktywności i brak dostępności siłowni na miejscu. Zbyt ubogie śniadania oraz wysokie ceny w barze.

Отличное месторасположение. Единственный отель прям на пляже. Удобно, вышел, искупался и назад. Без дорог, тягания вещей и тд. Неплохие завтраки. Меняю раз в 3 дня глетто ассортимент. Рядом все есть, кроме 7/23))) но есть другие магазины. Куча ресторанов и всего прочего. Напротив можно сдать вещи в стирку. У нас изначально попался номер с видом на барную крышу. По просьбе, поменяли на второй день. Номера да и сам отель немного уставший, но это все мелочи просто не замечаются благодаря виду на океан. Отель не лакшери конечно. Но следующий раз приедем только сюда.

The room was great, but the bathroom has a see through wall and it's audible from the bed. Best if you're familiar with the person you're travelling with.

Ontzettend mooi en leuk hotel in zuid Phuket. Geweldig gelegen aan een mooi zandstrand. Als je de lobby uitloopt, loop je zo het gezellige dorp in met veel keuze aan restaurants, barretjes en winkels. Dit verblijf was bij ons beide favoriet.

The location is amazing. Loved the pool and the ability to go to the beach as well. Transport to sight seeing and local areas very easy. Food was excellent and the staff, especially, Nikoyn, Tod, Aum and Kiap were all exceptional. The staff made my birthday celebration very special. Thank you to all.

I did not like been ask if I wanted coffee. I'd prefer self-service for my drink because the coffee was constantly delayed and served cold.

Déplacement sur la terrasse, piscine… parfois délicat à cause de beaucoup de marches. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas des transats de l’hôtel sur la plage.

Завтрак очень хороший- шведский стол. Персонал постоянно следит за тем, чтобы все было в наличие. И еще персонал очень квалифицированный - прекрасно помнит привычки гостей. Например: я пью черный кофе с лимоном, так вот персонал это помнит еще с прошлого года :), когда мы там жили, в этом году принесли лимон в первый же наш завтрак, даже просить не пришлось. Горничная тоже очень быстро поняла наш распорядок жизни и убирала так, что мы и не замечали, когда именно она это делала. И еще (что так же говорит о том, что персонал очень квалифицирован) - горничная не переставляла и не перекладывала наши вещи, справедливо полагая, что раз мы так положили, значит нам так удобно. Убирала номер тщательно, настройки кондиционера не меняла - нам это очень понравилось.

Воду в ногомойке (при входе с пляжа) меняют раз в день, к вечеру там уже не вода, а сплошной песок.

The hotel is beach front. It's excellent for beach goers who love to dip in the ocean and sun bathe on the hot sand Well, some staff were great, but not all.

Didn't like the fact that this hotel mostly caters to seniors. As an adult only hotel, and beach front, I expected more young couples, but the guests were mainly old European seniors. It made me feel like I was at a care home. The guests were pretty rude is a sense that they'd go take up the lounge chairs by the pool from early on, leave their towels on there all day long regardless of them actually being present there or not. Security was rude. We had my sister & her husband & 5 yr old child come to our hotel for a visit so that from there we could all go to dinner, but security rudely stopped them and denied them entry in that heat. The front staff as well. It was very frustrating because they were only visiting! The breakfast was limited selection and flavorless. I believe they catered to the senior taste, all their food lacked salt & seasoning. The coffee machine was one of those automated digital one. But they had an older male staff assigned to the station, who made coffee ready for grabs, but by the time guests were ready to ask for coffee, it was already cold. And when we asked for a fresh, hot brew, the staff member rudely said something under his breath in Thai language Overall, I'd not recommend this place to people even though it's beach front.

The breakfast was great! Location is excellent- first line sea, the sand is white and soft as flour. There are nice restaurants and shops around. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, always ready to help. I would like to thank Siree, Dona and Kiat for their warm attitude and responsiveness.

The only criticism we have is that the sunbeds around the pool were 'busy' all day and largely underused. It would have been better if a member of staff were to police the 'If the sunbed is not used in an hour you lose the sunbed' policy.

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and located right by Karon Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The pool area and facilities are also great for relaxing.

The beach area in front of the hotel needs more attention. The sea brings in a lot of plastic and debris, and unfortunately it is not cleaned regularly, so to get to the water you have to walk through litter.
