I asked for 4 th floor beachfront and they put me on 2nd floor. Walk to the beach on that sand is horrible carrying your belongings, yall should consider upgrading walkway. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Consider upgrading beds and linens.

Nice clean room, wonderful breakfast and easy access to beach.

The bed was very hard and pillows were thin. Faucets need to be updated, two handle sink faucets are so old and difficult. Shower was nice! Too many dogs, we heard dogs barking.

Me encantó la conexión que tiene a la playa y el poder regresar a la alberca antes de llegar a la habitación. El servicio de toallas y la limpieza, estuvo super bien! En todo momento nos sentimos cómodos y con ganas de regresar a descansar después del día lleno de actividades.

We loved that it was exceptionally clean. Not just the room but the halls, the dining room, the lobby, everywhere we walked, the staff was always cleaning. Very impressive. The breakfast selection was great as well!

We didn’t like that we could smell marijuana coming in through the vents 2 nights in a row. Our room was a no smoking room and it was coming in so bad it reeked. Also, the toilet wasn’t flushing well. We had to flush twice each time we used the bathroom. The bathroom sink and shower faucets need to be upgraded as well. Very old fashioned.

The fact that we paid almost 100 dollars just for parking was ridiculous. Staff was rude and judgmental. We wont be staying here again which is sad because this is where we stayed every time we visited the island, which was 3ntimes a year.

The location was great, the property was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The pool area was nice, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

la distancia entre el hotel y la playa es algo larga, si consideras que debes de cargar muchas cosas, tampoco me gusto que me cobraran estacionamiento una vez que pague estadia, creo que es un servicio obvio que debes de brindarle a tus huespedes

Maybe the room wallpaper decoration, but besides that everything was just great!

Property was clean and very comfortable. Pool area was enjoyable and relaxing. I liked that they have an order window for food and drinks and also a walkway to the beach.

It was sometimes hard to find parking. I know the hotel has nothing to do with it but I didn’t like that people were rinsing their feet in the pool instead of using the shower area.

The hotel was clearly understaffed, we did not get room service for two days and that was after several requests. It was clear providing customer service was not a priority.

Nothing the hotel or its staff provided or influenced. My wife and I got along well, as always.

We did not learn until Friday evening that, having checked in on Thursday, we would receive no housekeeping service until Saturday. On Sunday we learned that housekeeping was provided only on alternating days. Not all of the staff was sullen, but none were pleasant either. The lack of a concierge was unforgivable.

El check inn decía que era a las 3:00 pm y nos dieron la habitación hasta las 4:00 pm lo cual nos hizo perder casi todo un día de playa, no fueron a hacer limpieza en la habitación, las albercas tenían mal olor, al ser hotel en zona de playa deberían incluir el servicio de sombrillas y camastros pero solo las tienen disponibles a la renta de $45 USD, la chica responsable de rentar las sombrillas en la playa fue muy grosera, solo nos pidió retirarnos de una manera grosera, el desayuno tiene horario hasta las 10:00 am pero para las 9:40 am ya se había terminado casi todo y ya no surten más, al contrario a esa hora ya empiezan a retirar todo.

The room was spacious and meet our needs. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff was nice, not out right friendly but nice when you spoke to them. Access to the beach was a plus. Walking distance to the restaurants next door.

There was a smell in the hallway. Our entire stay was very noisy. We heard everything and everyone on your floor. There were kids running around at all hours. Every time neighboring doors opened and closed, it sounded like someone was trying to open our door. The pool was extra crowded everyday. The parking area was small/tight. We paid 10$ a day but one night there wasn't any space left for us to park.

El wifi imposible conecten la habitación. La televisión no funcionaba, señal de celular adentro de la habitación imposible. Larguísimo fila para el check in, 4 horas de retraso para ingresar a la habitación. El parking es pago y es imposible estacionar lleno siempre incluso en el estacionamiento para personas discapacitadas turistas normales estacionados. El desayuno muy pobre y sin calidad. La piscina llena de gente con alcohol adentro y entre niños. La rampa para ir a la playa con una gran escalera al final lo que no permite el acceso con un carro de playa ni personas discapacitadas. La ducha de baño casi no sale agua. Los ruidos de los turistas del piso de arriba era insoportable avisé a recepción y no hicieron nada. 1 lavadora y 1 secadora de pago para todo el hotel. Siempre ocupado. Y puedo seguir todo el día detallando errores. Muy mala experiencia primera y última vez que voy con mi familia.

I didn’t like NOT having DAILY maidservice. Although the front desk was able to supply clean towels for us when we asked, I still wanted someone to come pick up our daily trash, make the beds, and clean the bathroom. The maidservice came only once every 2days. For me, that doesn’t work.

I like the access to the beach and the restaurant.

I did not like the lake of parking space. I did not like the breakfast options. For someone that doesn't eat eggs I expected more options and more breakfast meats like bacon and sausage.

Our room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was perfect walking distance and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, so many great options, everything was flavorful and our favorite thing was the burritos and waffles topped with strawberries and whipped cream, yum.

I had received an email that my check in is at 3pm. So we get there 15 minutes before but upon my check in the young lady tells me she can pre check me in at 3pm but that I would have to wait around due to my check in not being until 4pm. Luckily I had the email that stated my check in was at 3 and she honored it but said she could not give me my key until 3 and that I had to wait 5 minutes.

It is all made of tile, making it very loud. You can hear everything from the hallway and up above you. The hotel is very outdated. Our shower had black stuff around the drain and the shower curtain holder was pulling away from the wall. The pool is extremely small for the amount of people the hotel can hold. The breakfast is less than a Holiday Inn, using all paper products and having you eat in a loud dining hall with plastic lawn chairs. And it was expensive.

Everything, we love it. We have stayed there whenever we go to the coast.

My husband and I stayed at La Copa Beach Inn for three nights in mid-July. The location is convenient as it is very close to the entrance to the island and faces the gulf. Parking is adequate but you may need to circle the long, narrow lot a second time to find the closest spot. Our room was fine with two double beds and a comfortable couch. Shower worked well. We were there when lots of families were visiting so the free breakfast on the 4th floor was very crowded. We only tried that once. Access to the beach is via a wooden walkway and this is the hotel's main selling point to us. We enjoyed early morning beachtime to avoid the worst of the heat. The bar is a walk-up window at the pool; there is no actual bar seating space as in other hotels. There is a snack bar attached to the bar window with some seating but the smell of fried food was a bit much. The hotel worked for us on this visit but we probably would not book here again.

Pet friendly and very clean. The staff worked constantly to keep the property clean. We booked the room to see a rocket launch and the beach provided a good location for that with our dog.

Pool area/patio is too small for the number of guests. We didn't even try to use it b/c it was always super crowded. There were also a lot of extra fees for basic amenities like parking.

The hotel was generally clean both in the public areas as well as the rooms. The beds were very comfortable.The hotel’s complementary breakfast included eggs to order. The omelettes were very good, the breakfast tacos were OK. In general, the hotel seemed clean, the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The on-site restaurant was casual, the staff is very friendly and the food was very good. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

I wouldn’t return simply for the complementary breakfast. The area where we prepared our plates was very small and congested. They were no takeout coffee cups with lids, and the buffet was scant. They didn’t serve an assortment of breakfast meats. However, there was some meat mixed into the scrambled eggs. We don’t feel we received value for the money we payed for the inclusive meals and drinks. One of the restaurants that honored inclusive coupons was actually on the property, however, the other restaurants were as far away as 4 to 5 miles, which means we either had to drive, or use an Uber. The pool was strictly for children. It was loud, noisy, congested, and teaming with small children. It was essentially a kiddie pool that was only 4 feet deep. We didn’t appreciate the parking arrangements because although we paid $30 for parking, we were not guaranteed a reserved space. Also, there was no mention of a parking fee until after I made my reservation. The hotel sent an email indicating that it was advisable to pay for parking at the rate of $10 per night in advance. However, the parking lot filled up very quickly and if you went out and did not return until late at night, it was quite possible that you wouldn’t have a space even if you’ve paid for one. We wouldn’t return to this facility. The beachfront was much further away from the hotel than we imagined, and the $50 they charged for two chairs, and an umbrella was exorbitant, to say the least. Chairs and umbrellas were picked up at 6 o’clock every day irregardless of whether you rented them at 10 in the morning or three in the afternoon. The hotel did not sponsor any organized activities or entertainment.

This place is a well-oiled machine! There is plenty of busy staff bustling about all the time and to have so many children present, they did a great job keeping things safe and clean. The large rooms were a bonus. Beach access was wonderful. The only headache was the parking lot, it is slim and the spaces are tight with all the large trucks squeezing in.

Parking is a task. I was afraid my car was going to get scratched as the spots are small. Parking seems like a premium amenity in general in this area, so I understand why we had to pay $10 per night for it.

Beach access and pool were great. The rooms were clean and the hotel smelled very clean and nice.

The parking gets super full but they don’t have strict rules about it. It is paid parking though.

The pool was hot just like a hot tub it was brown looking it felt dirty when we got in so we spend more time in the beach then the pool I wish it was colder to enjoy when coming back from a long day walking around.

I had a fantastic stay at La Copa From the moment I checked in, the service was great and the staff was incredibly welcoming.Our room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining it daily. We enjoyed the beach, breakfast and the pool area. Its location was perfect. We had an amazing vacation, and definitely will stay at La Copa again
