Rochestown Lodge Hotel

Jeśli wystarczy Ci tutejsza, przyjemna restauracja albo masz auto - to zignoruj ten problem;)

Great hotel, well kept and friendly staff, breakfast delicious.

Nothing!

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and atmosphere, great location for the race meetings very clean and good food

I was given a disabled room and I asked for a different room after. The receptionist would not offer me another room saying that’s the room I booked I didn’t . I booked a nice room and he told me he couldn’t change the room as he’d have to wipe the system, I sent in a complaint and no one had responded to me. I left the hotel straight after. Very bad customer service. I’m still awaiting a refund .

Everything was good.

N/A

The room was spacious & the food was good.

It was small enough but had everything

The glass door in the rooms bathroom !

Ruhig und zentral gelegen

Clean and friendly

Nothing

Very welcoming, comfortable, and good facilities.

The food and drink could be improved. Also the restaurant staff were friendly but a little disorganised and lacked knowledge of the menu and how to make certain drinks, etc.

Cleanliness

The woman in the gym was very rude and un helpful. We paid a lot of money and wasn’t even allowed in the pool because she said she didn’t want an audience of parents. There was only 2 other parents in the pool. The people in the room next to me was up making noise at 4am. I rang down to the reception and there was no answer. I walked down there and he was asleep

Sauna and steam room Breakfast was great

The staff was very courteous. The room was a nice size and it was clean and well maintained.

It was a little away from everything, but there is are bus stops very close and there is a Circle K right across the street so it was manageable.

The staff were so warm and friendly. The room was lovely and cosy and the tv had Netflix which is always an added bonus. The free swimming facilities was a lovely added bonus for my daughter too.

I ordered waffles for breakfast and was only served one. The value didn't seem equal to my partners big fry he got. An dtach of waffles would have been preferable

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean.

Perhaps larger cooked breakfast

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing, everything was good.

La atenciión de todo el personal. Muy educados, muy alegres, muy amables y rapidísimos atendiendo en el bar y en el restaurante.

Everything- the staff; the welcoming, and caring& helpful required my needs; people the food; the ambiance; the location & decore ; their facilities and amenities - pool gym & sauna a Jacuzzis definitely most cosy ;;

Nothing

Free parking. Helpful staff.

Over priced

Welcoming when we turned up late at the last minute. Clean, comfortable and offered a great breakfast

Felt we needed air conditioning

Bedden

Wel wat duur

Fantastic breakfast, staff were unbelievable nice could not have asked for better, breakfast was superb and when I asked for more tea it was on the table in a blink of an eye in fact the staff could not have been more helpful even telling us how to get to places we wanted to visit

Wasn't much we didn't like apart from some kids in an adjacent room making a lot of noise and slamming doors but front of house moved us to another room without batting an eyelid

The pool facilities we really enjoyed, up for a swim before breakfast, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and breakfast staff were so helpful and attentive. We will definitely go back.

I just found 1 particular bar man rude, his name was Alan, other than that everything was perfect for our stay.

Staff were excellent. Service in the bar was on the ball, dinner was basic wholesome grub, location perfect for touring the local and wider area, clean well equipped room with a good shower.

The quality of the cooked breakfast on the second morning was significantly inferior to the first morning.

Staff could not have been nicer, lovely place to stay

Food was nice enough

Room was not clean at all, we stayed with a double pram and our room was between 2 floors with 4 stairs and no lift had to carry the pram up and down the stairs each time, not great. Pool doesn't stay open late for children

Staff were great

The bedroom loo did not flush so it was stinky after my kids had a poo. Also the sink was incredibly slow to empty.

Convenient, good parking. Nice hotel

Maden var god, sengen og værelset behageligt og personalet fantastisk søde.

Man skulle have badehætte på i poolen og vidste man ikke det, så kunne man købe og der måtte ikke engang kigges på ens telefon i pool området🤔

Our stay was made very comfortable by exceptional staff, very clean room, and delicious breakfasts.

When we first settled into our room, we heard a nearby door constantly slamming. After an hour of the noise I went to reception to report it and the receptionist was very helpful and gave us an alternative room on another floor. Thankyou very much for that, as I had been considering whether to mention it or not but I'm so glad I did.

We liked the sucuzy and steam room.

My sister and I stayed with our partners whilst on a sight seeing trip and to see our grandfathers birth town along with his parents grave in Bray. We found the hotel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that could be felt throughout—from the gym areas to the bar. The other guests seemed just as happy to be there as we were, which added to the overall experience. We were especially pleased with our room and the high standard of cleanliness across the hotel. The gym was well equipped and the pool area highly maintained (No sign of foam in hot tub) Although our stay was short, we will definitely be returning to this lovely little gem in the heart of the Emerald Isle.

Nothing it was like an oven

The room was too hot we could not sleep in it

Beautiful room and the vegan breakfast was lovely

Nothing

Very nice men at the reception desk. I stayed there multiple times in the past few weeks. They were very kind to upgrade my room to another with walk in shower, when it was available of course, due to me being on crutches, which was more of the convenience to me. I also ordered room service and the food was great. The rooms were clean. I’d definitely recommend

Great location. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly.

Everything was perfect

Really centrally located, nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast available.

No airconditioning available and with the room on the sunny side it was close to being uncomfortable. Also the bathroom was dated and provided not enough lighting to comfortably handle my contact lenses at the mirror above the sink.

Lovely bar, room was a great size, bed was extremely cosy, and the bathroom was exceptional. Everything was spotless.

Staff really friendly, that's the most important thing..place is lovely and had a lovely jacuzzi, pool Steam room sauna etc all included

Good hearty breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping in rooms was good.

Indifferent attitude of reception staff, could be improved with some customer care training. Small double beds and not the best mattresses.

Works being carried out in the hotel at 8.30am!! No advance notice

Very friendly staff. Beautiful spacious room and very clean and modern. Great bed.

Steam room at pool needs a revamp/repair.

The room is very clean and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and beautiful. The staff is very polite and friendly. The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its underground parking.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we only stayed one night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Location was good rooms were nice and place waa clean

Didnt like the womens attitude at check in..didnt like a staff member at breakfast found her quite rude an older women. My kids were old enough to go out and get a drink /cereal alone my oldest is 12 so that rule is just plain silly . My shoes got robbed i left them at the pool side and they were gone if u are staying at a hotel last think u should be in need of stealing is a pair of flip flops they were the only shoes i took with me on my stay then to be told camras wouldnt pick that area up right where u enter the pool what a joke of a place pool was freezing and no kids pool should be a separate area for kids thats less then 1.4 metres . I also had given my card details on booking .com so i didnt see the problem paying the next morning i drove from.cavan and a forgein man told me it would be fine then id to pay 100 deposit i wasnt told about either a joke when they had my card details what happens if somone didmt have it do they turn people away ?i was aftter travelling 2 hours . Rooms was made up far too late in the day and didnt even give freash towels or soap steak sandwhcih only came with ome piece of bread u normally get two hence the name steak sandwhich then 6 euro extra for room service and 2 something tax disgracefull

On a coach tour of Ireland. This Lodge is situated in the middle of a housing estate. Nice rooms, although ours had a awful view. If you want peace and quiet this is not for you, as its seems to be used a the locals drinking pub. Although football was on, but very noisy.

Everything

Nothing

Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Auswahl etc. Ohne Beanstandungen.

Staff are a credit to the business. Not just the staff you meet. Chef food fab. Cleaners of the room fab. Bar staff just always going the extra few steps to help.

Pool and other facilities are clean and tidy.

Fantastic breakfast 100% Spacious room with comfortable beds and big bathroom , Staff at the reception and breakfast were exceptionally welcoming .

The staff in the restaurant didn’t seemed very welcoming ,rushing and quite forgetful bout our the orders. Staff in pool area were using quite rude tone towards guests with special needs. No air conditioning but we opened all the windows even in the bathroom so it’s was ok then .

I suffer from breathing difficulties

No air conditioning
