Pěkný moderní pokoj s pohodlnou postelí, smart TV a koupelnou s walk in sprchovým koutem. Výhodou je lokalita, hotel se nachází u moře a v dobré vzdálenosti od přístaviště, hlavní pláže či Platja d’en Bossa.

Jedinou nevýhodou byl nepohodlný podlouhlý polštář. Ocenil bych větší či vícero polštářů.

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were great and the location was spectacular.

Struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Situata in una zona centralissima, vicino al porto e a pochi chilometri dalle migliori discoteche di Ibiza .

Staff gentilissimo, soprattutto Giovanni che ci ha dato tante informazioni per vivere al meglio Ibiza. Pulizia eccezionale. Posizione perfetta, sul mare ed a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Torneremo di certo.

I did not sleep well because the only thing they have on the bed is a flat sheet and you can add a throw on top if needed. At this price I expected a proper duvet

Albergo bello e nuovissimo,il personale molto gentile e parlavano anche italiano.

Qualche macchietta su asciugamani e lenzuola,vista orribile sul palazzo adiacente a pochi metri e piccolo inconveniente con addetto alla manutenzione che abbiamo trovato in camera che armeggiava con l'aria condizionata senza averlo chiamato.

Lovely staff, welcoming, kind and lovely sea view room. Location is so close walk to beach and restaurant. I would definitely recommend.

Camera molto piccola, senza balconi o spazi esterni per poter prendere una boccata d’aria o stendere panni bagnati. Personale poco disponibile a richieste che non fossero nell’esatto protocollo. Un dormitorio più che un hotel.

Over het algemeen was de service erg vriendelijk. De kamer was vrij nieuw ingericht vergeleken met veel andere hotels.

De kamer was erg gehorig. Ik kon verstaan wat ze in de kamer naast mij zeiden. Als iemand in de gang s'nachts terug kwam werd je wakker door de knal van de deur. De kamer was, zeker voor het geld, erg klein en beperkt. Met 35 graden buiten mag je ook best een watertje op de kamer verwachten als je 250+ euro per nacht betaald. De airco stond recht op het bed gericht. Het bed was echt veel te hard en oncomfortabel. Het ontbijt was ruim opgezet maar kwalitatief erg slecht.

L'hotel è molto bello e situato in un'ottima posizione. La struttura è pulita e offre una colazione ricca e ben rifornita. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare un ringraziamento speciale va al concierge Giovanni per la sua grande professionalità.

Nulla da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato perfetto.

Location of the hotel was great, a short walk to restaurants and the beach as well as many minimarts. Staff were friendly and hotel felt safe with a security guard at night. The taxi rank close to the hotel was a bonus!

There was no house keeping during our stay, however not a major issue.

Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista, probabilmente una delle peggiori mai avute con una struttura ricettiva. Il servizio clienti è praticamente inesistente: ho avuto diversi problemi con la prenotazione e, nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contatto, non ho mai ricevuto una risposta, un chiarimento o la minima assistenza. Ho inoltre provato più volte a effettuare autonomamente la prenotazione, ma ogni volta veniva cancellata senza alcuna spiegazione. Una gestione completamente disorganizzata, poco trasparente e per nulla professionale, che mi ha fatto perdere tempo e mi ha causato stress e continui disagi. La cosa ancora più grave è che, dopo tutte queste difficoltà, mi sono ritrovata comunque a pagare per una struttura decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. I servizi offerti sono scadenti, l’organizzazione lascia molto a desiderare e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente inaccettabile. Non ho riscontrato alcuna attenzione verso il cliente né la volontà di risolvere i problemi segnalati. L’intera esperienza è stata frustrante dall’inizio alla fine: dalla prenotazione, gestita in maniera assurda, fino al soggiorno, che non ha minimamente compensato i disagi subiti. È davvero difficile trovare qualcosa di positivo da segnalare. Una struttura che, a mio parere, non merita né il prezzo richiesto né la fiducia dei clienti. Assolutamente sconsigliata: eviterei senza alcun dubbio di prenotare nuovamente.

Die Lage war ein Traum !

Das man um zum Pool zu kommen durch die Lobby musste, und es keine Pool Handtücher gibt. Desweiteren war es sehr schade das wir keinen Balkon hatten, obwohl es laut der Buchung über Booking com anhand der Fotos so aussah. Dieses Problem besteht laut der Unterkunft schon länger und Booking com ändert die Fotos (Beschreibung) leider nicht.

Leider wenig. Das Hôtel verdient keine drei Sterne.

Bei diesem Hotel wurde bei der Renovation nur Make up gemacht. Es gibt keine Schallisolation zwischen den Zimmern. Man hört die Nachbarn rechts und links sowie jene im oberen Stock als wären sie im selben Raum. Absolut inakzeptabel! Das zu einem Preis von ca. 300.- Euro pro Nacht! Ich erwarte hier noch eine schriftliche Stellungnahme von den Verantwortlichen. Die Leute an der Lobby sind mässig freundlich und wenig motiviert.

Stanza troppo piccola

Die Lage ist super. Allerdings sind wir den Bildern nach davon ausgegangen dass wir in erster Reihe am Meer sind bzw. unverbauten Blick aufs Meer haben. Hotel ist in der zweiten oder dritten Reihe und den Meerblick hat man nur auf der Dachterrasse. In der Nähe sind Bushaltestellen was ein absoluter Vorteil ist, zu Fuss in die Altstadt ist es ein ca 1/4-stündiger Spaziergang. Hotel ist sauber, Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut nur hatten wir in unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock keinen WLAN Empfang. Apropos Zimmer: das war sauber, Einrichtung gut aber sehr klein. Leider auch nicht das was wir erwartet hatten aber für ein Wochenende war es ok.

kein WLAN Empfang (1. Etage) was aber nicht so tragisch war WIFI Zugangsdaten wurden uns beim Einchecken nicht gegeben bzw. keine Info im Zimmer

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza con balcone, ci hanno dato una stanza con una finestra con affaccio su delle abitazioni fatiscenti. Soggiorno di tre giorni con le tende chiuse

The hotel is clean and very well-located - 20 metres from a supermarket, 100 metres from the beach and an array of restaurants and bars. It is healthily staffed day and night and there are snacks readily available. The rooms were recently renovated when we visited, they were fairly basic but exceptionally clean and well-presented.

It has the feel of a 2-3* hotel, which is fine, but the price we paid in high season is astronomical for the product you get. I understand this is essentially a post code tax - people pay premium money to stay in Ibiza and we chose to do that when we booked it - but you could stay in a 5* hotel in most major cities across Europe for what we paid to stay here and it's difficult, therefore, not to feel like you are overpaying. Also, some of the twin rooms vary in size, so be careful with what you book. The superior rooms, though costlier, are much more pleasant.

Petit déjeuner correct. Salle de petit déjeuner propre et agréable. Petit frigo dans la chambre , très pratique et appréciable.

The hotel is ideally located if you're looking for some peace and quiet, yet it's not far from popular clubs if you want to go out. It's just a 15-minute walk to the old town. The Superior room features a large balcony with panoramic ocean views. The cozy lounge is the highlight of the room. Very friendly staff; I received a warm welcome from Giovanni. He’s very helpful and makes sure you have everything you need.

One minor drawback: the elevator is very slow. To get to the pool, you might have to take two elevators. It’s not very convenient, but it’s okay.

Nous avons voulu remplir une gourde d'eau, cela nous a été refusée par une employée.

Hotel is nog geen 200 meter van het strand, 10 minuten lopen van Ibiza centrum. Het Personeel is klantvriendelijk. Je kan alleen ontbijten maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Want je vind alles om wat je nodig hebt binnen loopafstand van het hotel.

As instalações eram novas e bastante confortáveis. O quarto e banheiro eram grandes e com decoração moderna. O atendimento foi muito bom, com a recepção falando diversos idiomas. Por fim, a localização era muito boa.

O elevador extremamente lento.

Posizione a pochi metri spiaggia, anche se molto frequentata, essendo unica nella città molti ristoranti e bar, anche se io scelgo questa posizione come base per poi visitare con scooter altre spiagge e locali

No entendí que la piscina abra solo de 10:30 a 18:30 . Y menos todavía que vengan operarios a cambiar los ventanales en ese horario, haciendo el ruido lógico del trabajo. No pueden hacerlo antes o después?

Es war sauber und alles neu

Einzelzimmer beklemmend, Pool katastrophe Lage schlecht, Bett war unbequem, Trotz Vorhang schien die Sonne morgens direkt in mein Gesicht da das Bett direkt unter dem Fenster zum heruntergekommenden Innenhof lag.
