Pas grand chose, séjour gâché et présentation trompeuse

Nous avions réservé une suite de 35 m², présentée sur photo avec terrasse, deux espaces séparés et lits jumeaux. À l’arrivée : une simple chambre avec lit double, sans terrasse ni séparation. La chambre proposée ne dépassait pas les 15 m2. Malgré cela, l’établissement a maintenu qu’elle faisait 35 m². Il suffisait pourtant de regarder la chambre pour constater l’absurdité de cette affirmation. Par ailleurs, les joints de la salle de bain étaient moisis et nous avons trouvé un insecte mort, ressemblant fortement à un cafard dans la douche. Autre élément trompeur : le canapé-lit n’en n’était pas un, ils ont ajouté un lit d’appoint à côté, avec un « matelas » dur comme de la pierre et fin comme du papier… Le petit-déjeuner est également décevant : portions rationnéesx œufs OU toast, impossible d’avoir les deux, et certains produits pourtant inclus sont régulièrement « oubliés » lors du service. Cela donne une impression très désagréable de restriction systématique pour faire des économies... Clou du spectacle : la piscine et son eau stagnante dégageait une forte odeur désagréable… Nous ne nous y sommes pas baignés de la semaine. Nous avons alerté l’hôtel et Booking pendant le séjour, sans solution satisfaisante de la part de l’hôtel qui a préféré nous ignorer. Même le personnel était gêné pour nous, mais le patron qui devait nous rencontrer s’est caché toute la semaine pour ne pas affronter ses responsabilités. Je réserve une cinquantaine d’hébergements par an, notamment avec mon travail qui implique des déplacements, et je n’avais vu une telle arnaque. Beaucoup d’autres hôtels existent à Ibiza, ne vous faites pas avoir. 1 439 € pour un hébergement qui ne correspond pas à celui réservé : inadmissible. Entre présentation trompeuse, mauvaise foi et service médiocre, nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement.

Hotel voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer eenvoudig maar schoon en een prima bed en elke dag opnieuw netjes verschoond. Ontbijt prima geregeld.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I had such a wonderful experience, and a special thank you to Miguel at the reception, who was incredibly nice, kind, and welcoming to me. He really made me feel comfortable and made my stay even more enjoyable. I also completely fell in love with Ibiza and had an amazing time there. I’m already thinking about coming back next year, and I would definitely consider staying at the same hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful memories! ❤️

My wife and I were treated amazingly by everyone in the property. It is a small place but very organized. The breakfast is simply amazing! They will serve you well and fast and with absolute great food always. The location is also very hard to beat. Very close to bus stop and restaurants and walkable distance to the old town. We loved it. We had a problem with our AC one night and the next day they already had someone booked to look at it and got it fixed.

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel prenotando la sera stessa poiché il volo di rientro era stato cancellato, ho condiviso la camera con altri due amici prendendo una suite. Dato il rapporto qualità prezzo, la pulizia nelle stanze e la cortesia dello staff, posso consigliare la struttura. Non ci soggiornerei per trascorrerci le vacanze, perché il livello è buono ma non alto come quando posso scegliere meglio le strutture.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté impeccable de l’hôtel, tout était parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel était également très accueillant et attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Je n’ai pas vraiment apprécié le déjeuner : j’aurais préféré un buffet, avec plus de choix. Et il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre, ce qui aurait été pratique pour garder des boissons au frais.

I honestly would give a higher score if I could, the hospitality,the location, the comfort, the absolute amazing supportive staff always happy too be helpful at the hand off you, (you must try the coffee too!) absolutely everything was perfect couldn’t off asked for a better stay, even helped us too store our luggage because our flight was later on than check out time always happy too help couldn’t off been happier with the experience! 11/10 🥰🫶🏻❤️

I had a one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and in line with my expectations. The price felt to me to be reasonably expensive but I believe that the pricing would have been competitive with other hotels close by which had similar offerings. I have no complaints at all.

It was everything perfect!!! Clean big room and nice bathroom..The price,the breakfast and the area is so good.its all nearby..the bus station is 70meter..and JAIRO is soo cool and helpful at the reception .He told us everything and tips about clubs etc 🙏🙏ANYTIME I WILL BE BACK I WILL STAY THERE!!!!!💪💪💪

The location is convenient and the room itself was spacious. The staff initially responded quickly and acknowledged my complaint.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the floor in our room was still wet. The biggest issue was the presence of crickets inside the room. We spent two consecutive nights unable to sleep because of the loud noise they made throughout the night. We eventually found one in the bathroom and another one the following day. We also requested housekeeping, but our room was not cleaned as requested. We reported everything to the hotel’s Quality Control department and provided photos and videos as evidence. They confirmed that they were investigating the case, but despite this, I have not received any update or resolution. This is not the level of comfort or service I expect from a hotel.

Staff were very friendly and did their absolute best to keep the busy hotel running along, always providing service with a smile. Overall cleanliness was very good outside of the hotel rooms in the common areas, and acceptable in the rooms themselves (we had a back patio garden which was covered in bird droppings, but otherwise the room was tidy). Room service was available every day which helps too. Simple but yummy brekkie (think self-use coffee machine, small menu to pick your meal from). All in all the hotel is a good choice for anyone wanting to stay in Ibiza on a relatively reasonable budget in decent lodging close to bars/restaurants and the beach in Ibiza Town, but also no more than 10 minutes away from the party/club strip.

The hotel was on the pricier end considering the standard, but we did stay in high season so this was to be expected. Breakfast food options were fairly limited, but yummy and we didn't mind.

The room doors slam very loudly (almost like fire doors), and I kept waking up because of them. Overall, the walls are very thin. Conversations in the hallway, furniture scraping across tile floors, other rooms... just thin walls and no insulation.

The team was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and in general the stay was amazing value for money. Location very close to the beach and we were able to take buses to reach other parts of the island.

We would have liked a fridge in the room.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vibra Lei! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. A special thank you to Sara and Miguel, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Завтраки. Это не шведский стол, это полноценные завтраки из меню и порции достойные.

Определено цена. Цена выше чем условно в Сингапуре, однако на всей Ибице все цены такие, потому не сильно удивляйтесь. В остальном все неплохо. Если ищите гостиницу с бассейном, то этот я не рекомендовал бы, так как здесь он очень маленький, зато с тенью.

Riassumo: 1 la stanza nemmeno in collegio…porte sfasciate e montate male e a livello acustici inesistenti con 1 cm di spazio sotto…lo stabile dietro faceva lavori edili e alle 8 trapanavano…ho messo non disturbare e gli uomini delle pulizie hanno sempre bussato per tre giorni svegliandomi 2 sabati tredici pomeriggio il segretario maleducato e indisponente e cambiava i prezzi al bere a piacere quando eravamo in piscina…al limite di mani addosso 3 a 200 a notte una stanza così un furto e sn 15 anni che vengo a Ibiza

They charged my card separately one on the website and the other in person. Why not just card the whole thing on the booking website if the had my card information linking to it. The breakfast was not good the fruit bowl

El hotel está bien. No es de esos hoteles para quedarse y disfrutar las instalaciones sino más bien para ir a dormir y ya. El desayuno es rico pero acotado. Destaco la atención del personal, sobre todo la de Jordi.

La zona no es fea pero tampoco es linda. La habitación que nos dieron tenía una especie de patio o terraza que estaba detrás de la pileta así que cualquiera que estuviese allí nos podía ver (incluso dentro de la habitación). Además, nos dieron dos camas individuales en vez de una grande.

Struttura semplice ma nuova, pulita e staff gentilissimo. Posizione perfetta se si vuole restare in centro ad Ibiza a pochi passi da tutti i servizi e dai locali del centro. Miguel e Sara della reception sono stati molto cordiali, gentili e super disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Viešbutis įsikūręs patogioje vietoje. Kelios minutės iki jūros pėsčiomis. Arti maisto parduotuvės, restoranai. Viečbučio personalas - Sara ir Migelis - labai draugiški ir paslaugūs. Pusryčiai labai skanūs, viskas gaminama čia ir dabar, platus psirinkimas, apelsinų sultys - tiesiog tobulos. Nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you like both the beaches and town life. Room for one person was very ok, all was new. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was super good. Room was very silent to rest. Very good value for money.

Un hôtel idéalement situé, sur le front de mer et à deux pas de la vieille ville. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables, très propres. Le personnel est à l’écoute et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner super !

La camera sufficientemente comoda, ma il bagno emanava uno sgradevole odore di fogna tanto da costringerci a trattenere il respiro per tutta la permanenza ai servizi igienici. Inoltre è stata deludente la colazione sia per la qualità del cibo, rigorosanente confezionata che per la frutta non fresca. Ci aspettavamo la colazione a buffet e non su richiesta; caratteristiche poco coerenti con un hotel a 4 stelle.

Frühstück war okay, wenn es kühl ist, wirds unangenehm, weil es outdoor stattfindet. Besonders hervorzuheben die Betreuung an der Rezeption, einzigartig hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ausstattung ist schon recht einfach. Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Bitte NICHT täglich die Handtücher wechseln, ist nicht nötig!

Location was great, breakfast healthy for me, no kettle or tea in the room i had to pay €2.50 for green tea when cold. The place was noisy, room 1 was noisy, banging upstairs, noise all around me, lots of banging and talking could hear people talking making it not best place to rest or room to rest. The noise was unsettling for me.

Szép, tiszta, frissen festett szoba. Szeretném kiemelni, a takarítás diszkrét és igényes volt. A saját összeállítású reggeli (étlapról) nagyon jó ötlet! Közel a part, de nem zavaró a tömeg. A repülőtéri busz közel áll meg, jegy a sofőrtől vehető hitelkártyval.

The hotel felt like I was at home. Of course the location is perfect and the staff is all very friendly. Giovanni from the reception was really nice and supportive and I have to say, Miss Wisal from the buffet is such a sweet girl and I’m so happy that I got to know her.

Just the noise from the other rooms.. and maybe more variety for breakfast would be nice like brown bread, more cheese options, olives and maybe some cake or small tart :)

Ottima posizione, hotel molto pulito e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, in particolare il Sig. Giovanni che mi ha permesso di tenere le mie cose in hotel e restare in piscina un po’ più a lungo mentre aspettavo il mio volo che era stato posticipato.

L'hotel è moderno, pulito e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi la città, il porto, la stazione dei bus, spiaggia a due passi, zona ben servita da ristoranti e market. Staff gentile e disponibile soprattutto le ragazze della reception e Giuseppe che ci hanno fornito info preziose su come muoverci al meglio! Super consigliato!
