Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Eine Föhnreparatur war schnell erledigt, aber die Nachtlampen habe bis zum Schluss nicht funktioniert. Das 'Hotel' ist in die Jahre gekommen, ist leicht abgewohnt und bei der Reinlichkeit im Sanitärbereich nicht wirklich gut. Da Frühstück hat Alles geboten und war sehr gut.
Das Hotel kommt in die Jahre und eine Teil-Restaurierung im Sanitärbereich wäre kein Fehler.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026L'emplacement : le coin est animé et propose beaucoup de restaurants sympathiques le long de la digue. 2 superettes juste en face de l'hôtel et des agences de location de véhicules si besoin. Le petit "port" de Figueretes pour les points de RDV aux excursions est à moins de 10min à pied. La terrasse du restaurant face à la mer, le personnel (ménage et restaurant). Petit balcon de notre chambre sur le côté de l'hôtel mais nous avions une vue sur la mer, ça à rattrapé le niveau de la chambre.. Petit-déjeuner simple et peu varié mais il est bon.
Extrêmement déçue par l'hôtel au vu du prix déboursé pour notre semaine de vacance ! (300€ la nuit 😲) La chambre était petite, sans aucun équipement qui justifierait son prix (pas de mini frigo par exemple). Le bruit des chambres voisines, les murs sont tellement fins. On entendait les portes de balcon se fermer, les voix de la chambre voisine et celles dans le couloirs, nuit et jour. L'équipement de la Salle de Bain était vétuste. La baignoire était comme râpeuse et jaunie. Seule une petite piscine intérieure présente sur place. J'avais séjourné dans l'hôtel voisin l'année précédente à la même période, pour un budget équivalent alors que c'était un 4*. Je m'attendais à une qualité équivalente. Ça n'était pas du tout le cas. Un hôtel 3* ne peut pas se permettre de monter ces tarifs de la sorte alors que la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous

El Hotel es pesimo, la habitacion tenia las paredes de papel, escuchabamos todo el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas y el restaurante del hotel, mesas platos, gente gritando, las puertas del balcon no aislaban nada el sonido, fuimos para trabajar y la primera noche no pudimos dormirnos hasta las 3 de la mañana debido al ruido. el baño estaba horrible, lleno de humedades y hasta la puerta tenia un hueco, daba verguenza. pagamos este hotel a precio de 5 estrellas la noche y nos encontramos un albergue con una recepcion bonita...

A relação preço/qualidade/ oferta bastante dispropocional, o quarto não tem frigorífico, não tem ventilador na casa de banho, a mesma é muito peque na e a torneira do duche tinha fuga de água. O serviço de limpeza é péssimo. O espaço onde eram servidas as refeições tem uma esplanada lindíssima com vista para o mar, contudo este espaço está destinado apenas para os clientes que nao estão hospedados, tendo deste modo mais privilégios quem consome uma refeição do que quem opta ficar alojado no hotel.

Aus dem Nachbarzimmer ALLES GEHÖRT Man durfte als Hotelgast nicht draußen sitzen, da die Terrasse zum Restaurant gehört! Das Restaurant war aber auch zuständig für das Buffet der Hotelgäste - nur wenn man von der Karte bestellte, durfte man draußen sitzen.

Prijs voor het hotel tot wat ze aanbieden qua faciliteiten en sfeer.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe & auch die wunderschöne Altstadt von Eivissa ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war in der obersten Etage mit Meerblick. Jeden Morgen draußen zu frühstücken quasi direkt am Meer war fantastisch. Das gesamte Hotelteam ist super nett & professionell. 2 Mitarbeiter bekommen 11 Sterne :)) Juan an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, er spricht u.a. perfekt Deutsch und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für all unsere Fragen während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Professionell, sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Adrián, der im Hotelrestaurant arbeitet, hat uns jeden Morgen mit seinem strahlenden Lachen zum Frühstück empfangen. Super freundlich, professionell, warmherzig und mit seinem tollen Humor hat er uns oft zum Lachen gebracht. Herrlich (ich sag nur la paloma, Duo Lingo & 508!)! Muchas gracias Juan & Adrián - ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt definitiv verschönert!

For 250 euros I expect a high standard of service. This place everything was self service, even dragging a heavy case as a woman down a flight of steps to store it. The rooms are tired and small. It was a really bog standard room that until recently you would have paid less than 100 for. Really terrible value. Location alone does not justify the exorbitant cost
