Perfecte locatie vlakbij kaoson road en rambutriroad. Veel op loopafstand en tuktuks kn de buurt. We voelden ons direct chill, rustige vibe, relaxt zwembad en goede kamer.

Sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage war ruhig obwohl mitten im Geschehen. Alles erreichbar in wenigen Schritten was man so braucht. Tolle Badewanne. Aber ein Badezimmer mit Wänden wäre eher mein Vibe gewesen.

Wir hatten ein Hotel mit Pool gesucht um die ersten Tage nach Landung zu entspannen. Der Pool war kaputt, dies wurde erst bei Ankunft kommuniziert. Wir konnten zu dem Zeitpunkt dann nicht stornieren und auch nicht ins Partner Hotel switchen. Das ginge wohl nicht. Der Pool befand sich in einer groß Reparatur.

La zona y alrededores...no me parecio de las mejores zonas de Bangkok aunque hay calles importantes y templos destacados.

Purtroppo dopo più anni di soggiorno in questo albergo 4 stelle questa volta non ci siamo trovati bene!!andavamo li principalmente per colazione e posizione ma la colazione è stata deludente qualità bassa per la prima che era ancora a buffet dopodiché il secondo giorno arriviamo e troviamo tutto vuoto dato che cominciava settembre e la bassa stagione colazione alla carta e ok va bene fin lì lo posso anche capire anche se sarei dovuta essere informata prima in ogni caso seleziono la mia scelta ed era immaginabile tutto freddo e duro tipo le patate e i funghi il bacon non ne parliamo rimandato in dietro perché rancido l’ho dovuto sputare!! Per finire abbiamo chiesto un caffè in più ci è stato addebitato alla camera pur sapendo che il giorno dopo avremmo lasciato una colazione pagata e non consumata perché saremmo partiti prima di certo l’anno prossimo non ci tornerò

I booked this hotel on purpose because it was my last day of holidays and there was supposed to be a pool but the pool is on maintenance. They offered breakfast instead for the 2 days I booked, but each timeI went for breakfast, I had to justify because they told me it was not include and t took 3 persons to understand so I left without breakfast on the last day They have another hotel with a pool 1Km far away Loud smell of mold and humidity in the room .

Very great I was there for 3 nights and had an amazing experience the staff was very helpful and polite and they had an wonderful swimmingpool. Very comfortable hotel I will be back again next time I visit Bangkok.

The only issue was that it was not so close to Khaosan road so you had to walk a bit.

sehr gute und ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung und bequeme Betten, aber doch ziemlich unpersönlich gute Frühstücksauswahl Leider war der Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt wegen Renovierung gesperrt.

Personale gentile ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade di camera gratuito. Ottima pulizia, posizione in pieno centro e ottima colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo top!

We absolutely adore Chillax! It’s our go-to hotel whenever we come to Da Nang. The rooms are always spotless, the staff are fantastic, and this time we had a partial sea view from the 18th floor, which was incredible. The infinity pool is also second to none floating around while looking down over the beach and streets below is just magical.

Nothing to fault! It’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we always look forward to coming back.

We booked Premier double 40m sq so very spacious. Huge spa bath which we didnt use, good pressure walk in shower, bed, air con, pillows all excellent, wonderful pool area with plenty of loungers, very large pool. First time in Samsen area and really liked it, yiu can still walk ti Rambuttri and Khao San in 10 mns. After check out last day, we were able to relax at pool area, hv our luggage minded till our 7pm departure

The 40 m sq is nice, but honestly next time I would pay 1,000 less baht and go for smaller room. Staff are unrelenting about you paying for entire stay up front, most hotels you pay upon leaving. It makes you feel a bit like a backpacker!

Good location, near to Khao San Road. Front desk personal friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, bar and gym at the top floor were very pleasant.

We tried the break fast once. Nothing wrong, but nothing special. Nearby restaurants served better for a little less.

Top Hotel 😉... Alles da was man braucht. Super komfortable Zimmer. Super Lage, schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber, Frühstück auch alles da was man braucht. Ich empfehle dieses Zimmer/ Hotel zu 100% weiter. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Piscina molto bella e curata. Reception disponibile e gentile. camere pulite. Posizione ottima.

Condizionatori senza telecomando e molto rumorosi, Sulle piastrelle sotto il condizionatore si formava condensa con rischio di scivolare camminandoci sopra. Camere con illuminazione artificiale insufficiente, vasca con doccia non comoda, sarebbe stato meglio una doccia fissa. A quel prezzo ci si aspetta qualcosa di più.

We had an excellent stay in Chillax Resort. It is located in a cozy part of Bangkok, near major historic sites and the river. There were good restaurants nearby and a 7-11. The room had the perfect size. The view from the roof is beautiful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. Lots of healthy choices at breakfast.

We had no view (it didn't bother us). The staff at the reception wasn't very friendly. They helped when asked, but without any enthusiasm and no greetings. The matrasses of the bed could have been better (but also a lot worse).

I haven’t stayed long enough to appreciate anything to like

I arrived late at night. I reported an AC (air conditioning) problem in my room. I was told I was wrong. I asked to change the room and they were not able to give me a similar room. I asked to be reimbursed, as it was too hot in the room. They refused despite Booking contacting them as well. I left the hotel in the middle of the night and I lost my two nights' pre-payment.

The room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was nice and there was a small balcony. The added extra of having a jacuzzi in the room was amazing. AC was great and the water got very hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good - next to the pier to get the tourist boat to different sights. Overall, very relaxing stay.

We arrived at 2pm for check-in to be told the room wasn’t ready and had to wait around 20 minutes, then our key card wasn’t working so we had to get reception to reactivate it the next day. Apart from that, no complaints.

Ottima posizione in centro, carina la stanza, buoni i servizi presenti in hotel e immediatamente fuori (massaggi, bar, ristoranti). Il signore all'ufficio informazioni è troppo carino e gentile. Si fa in 4 per aiutare e fornisce ottimi consigli sugli spostamenti. Fate prenotare a lui eventuali bus.

La finestra era appiccicata a quella di un altro hotel, quindi nn si potevano aprire le finestre. A colazione erano presenti due sessantenni nordeuropei con due ragazzine asiatiche minorenni. Assurdo che un hotel di questo tenore permetta certe cose. Non sembravano proprio i genitori

Lovely hotel, rooms and beds are comfortable, rooftop bar and pool is excellent and was the highlight of the hotel, good location and easy to get around the city from here. The staff went above and beyond to send a small birthday gift to my room which was unexpected but so kind and thoughtful of them. I stayed here at the beginning of my Thailand trip and then rebooked the hotel for the end of my trip as I knew it was a winner.

Didn't try the breakfast or food options so can't comment.

The staff was so accommodating and the location was central, close to downtown . The room with a private jacuzzi tub was exceptional.

I was a solo traveler and I was able to meet and book a private driver with the hotel vetting his personal information for safety.

colazione a buffet sempre uguale, da migliorare la parte dolce. La signora che lavora nella zona piscina potrebbe essere più solare e meno musona.

Hotel datato con macchinario per aria condizionata estremamente rumoroso che impedisce il sonno. Colazione molto cara e non all'altezza: reparto dolce non fresco e impossibile ordinare un caffè o un cappuccino perchè ci vogliono non meno di 20 minuti x averlo.

Bellissima camera personale accogliente e zona piscina rilassante.

Lovely hotel at a cheap price. Spacious and quiet rooms, cute pool, delicious food in the restaurant and the service is simply 10/10. Perfect place to rest after touring the area.

The pool and the location were epic. Staff friendly and rooms quite comfortable.

On check out there was a broken glass in our room and they wanted to charge $50 for it??? Towels were very thin- and only good for one use.

Schönes, neues Hotel in super Lage. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und groß genug, das Personal ist freundlich, insgesamt ein positives Ergebnis

Eine absolute Fehlplanung ist das Badezimmer. Dusche und ein Whirpool für 2 Personen klingt toll, nur kommt das Wasser in der Dusche tropfenweise. Shampoo ausspülen ist nicht möglich. Also in der Whirpool Wanne duschen...., wenn es denn mal die Temperatur halten würde. Ständiger Wechsel zwischen eiskalt und verbrühen, je nachdem, wie gerade der Wasserdruck ist und ob die Pumpe läuft, machen das Duschen zur echten Herausforderung. Abgesehen davon, muss man es mögen, im Bad nicht alleine zu sein. Das Bad ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Zimmer getrennt, Geräusche und Gerüche werden großzügig geteilt.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent and convenient. The overall stay was comfortable, and the hotel is a good choice for a short visit to Bangkok.

Some of the facilities feel a little old and could use some renovation or better maintenance. The chlorine level in the swimming pool was quite high, and the food was average and could be improved.

Su ubicación, muy cerca de Khao San Road pero sin el bullicio de este. Barrio tranquilo pero con muchas opciones distinta de comidas muy cerca, además de un seven eleven. Habitación, instalaciones en general, la piscina en el ático y el desayuno bufet correctos y nada que objetar.

Cuestión de gustos pero resulta bizarro que el jacuzzi esté únicamente separado del resto de la habitación por una cortina.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Si può arrivare a piedi alla famosa kao san road. Nei pressi dell'hotel un 7 Eleven e diversi ristorantini per mangiare o bere. Buona la colazione, varia e abbondante. Ottima la piscina sul rooftop per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro a visitare. La stanza ampia, dotata di ogni confort. Al check-in abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade della camera. Il personale gentile e cortese.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt! Sehr schöner und sauberer Eingangsbereich und auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück! Sehr liebes Hotelpersonal ☺️. Wir hatten zb nach einem Sektkühler für den Whirlpool gefragt und alles bekommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmerupgrade, ein Traum. Ich glaube aber, dass auch das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer sehr schön gewesen wäre. Danke Trotzdem. Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, geräumig, … nichts zum meckern für den Preis . Am Dach gibt es einen Pool und ein Fitnessstudio. Wir haben es nur kurz angeschaut, mit einem schönen Blick über Bangkok ☺️.

Alles war einfach sehr ordentlich und durchdacht. Tolles überaus freundliches Personal, das einem alle möglichen Wünsche erfüllen!

De ligging, schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, leuk zwembad op het dakterras met barretje en goed ontbijt. Zelfs een keer een ontbijtpakket meegekregen. Leuk straatje met goede massages, barretjes en 7-Eleven.

De druk van de douche was minimaal. In bad was de douche wel goed. Beetje hard bed maar dat is persoonlijk.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-In und nach nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Trubel von Bangkok. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man überall. Die Zimmertüren schließen nicht richtig. Es ist unglaublich hellhörig. Manchmal dachte man, dass die Zimmertür offen sei. Das Bad ist mit einem Duschvorhang zum Schlafzimmer abgetrennt - ist nicht so toll. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
