Quarto de tamanho excelente e cama king size super confortável! Roupa de cama e de banho de ótima qualidade. Ducha muito boa. Bem próximo à estação Omonia do metrô. Super prático de chegar nas principais atrações de Atenas. Funcionários muito simpáticos e ainda ganhamos o café da manhã (excelente por sinal) de cortesia! Recomendo muito!

We stayed here for just one night while passing through, happened to celebrate a birthday. the hotel went above and beyond to make our short stay feel truly special. A special mention and thank you to Stella at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful, warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, with fresh fruit and champagne waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made for the most lovely welcome. The rooftop breakfast is beautiful, and the jacuzzi's there are a wonderful spot to sit in the evening. There is also a small gym, and the location is excellent, with everything conveniently close by. For a one-night stopover, we certainly didn’t expect this level of hospitality. It was elegant, thoughtful and genuinely memorable. We would happily return.

Fantastic hotel to explore Athens. Literally 30 seconds walk to the metro station on Omonoia Square. Very comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast in the roof top restaurant, from where you can see the Acropolis. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us get to where we wanted to explore

A cool retro vibe, comfortable beds, hot tubs amazing after a long flight, fantastic service with lots of treats like wine and snacks. Breakfast was delicious including a good variety of local food.

Sehr schönes, cooles Hotel mit vielen Details, etwas ganz besonderes! Ich würde immer wieder hin. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich, besonders Steve möchte ich erwähnen. Ich hatte meinen Flieger verpasst und er hat mir ein Upgrade gegeben und mir eine Flasche Sekt, Macarons und Obst aufs Zimmer gebracht, so was habe ich noch nie erlebt, Danke!

Great modernist building repurposed as a hotel, with some cool 70s features kept such as the entry hall bas-reliefs, the staircase handrail, and more. Big bonus is the rooftop breakfast, and the few jacuzzis on the same terrasse. Great welcome and help from Steve Maroussis as well!

The TV is from the 80s, nothing works, can’t even play Netflix or Youtube. Poor breakfast quality.

twice we did not eat our breakfast because we travel early and the take out foods are not that good. especially for a toddler. the booking for the 1 day cruise is so expensive compared when direct to the company. we pay for 1 person 140 euro unlike if direct to the company its 75 euro

I had a good stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and overall I had everything I needed for my last days in Athens. A special mention to Steve, who was very generous and made a lot of effort to make sure I was taken care of during my stay. Thank you for the fruit and for your hospitality.

Steve at the front is amazing as well as Panos at the upstairs bar/restaurant. It’s been an amazing experience and stay so far and I continue to extend my stay because the staff is so beautiful here. Angelic if you will. 🤍🪽 I can’t wait to come back and see all of the people here who have genuinely become family. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone wanting a top tier stay in Athens. Exceptional care and true five-star hospitality I am currently staying at Brown Acropol after it was recommended by my niece and her husband, who stayed here on their honeymoon and loved it. My stay has been under very unexpected circumstances, as my mum became seriously unwell at the end of her cruise and came off the ship in Athens needing hospital care. It has been an incredibly stressful and emotional time, and the kindness shown to us by the Brown Acropol team has been extraordinary. A very special mention must go to Steve. His professionalism, warmth, compassion and genuine care have gone far beyond what I could ever have expected. From thoughtful messages checking in on us, to his concern for my mum, calm reassurance and constant willingness to help, he has made us feel genuinely supported and cared for. I have worked in and around the accommodation industry for the past 30 years, so I know true five-star service when I see it. Steve’s care, attention to detail and professionalism have been exceptional and well beyond the call of duty. I would also like to particularly thank Vasilis, the exceptional Manager, as well as Stellar and Aris, who have all been incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. The housekeeping team also deserve a special mention for their kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration. Their small gestures of care have meant so much. Sometimes you only really discover how special a hotel is when life takes an unexpected turn. Brown Acropol has shown us what true hospitality really means — kindness, compassion, professionalism and genuine human care. I will never forget how this wonderful team made us feel during such a difficult time. ❤️

Des détails à réparer. Un peu vieillissant. Le spa est un peu cher à payer en plus. Le nettoyage des jacuzzis et leurs filtres.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend bei Ankunft hab ich ein Upgrade bekommen und kostenloses frühstück, es gibt eine rooftop Bar mit einem schönen Blick über Athen und auf die Akropolis, Zimmer sind im Retro Style eingerichtet, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und täglich wird Wasser bereitgestellt, es gibt eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Türe mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, es gibt einen Sicherheitsdienst der aufpasst und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt.

Omonoia ist ein zentraler Brennpunkte nachts sollte man die Nebenstraßen eher meiden, einige auch tagsüber,ist aber weniger die Schuld des Hotels, das frühstück ist sehr eintönig es gibt täglich das gleiche, die Zimmer sind entgegen der Beschreibung nicht Schallisoliert und man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern, die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht in der Temperatur einstellen nur wie stark der Luftstrom sein soll.

Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal hat durch seinen hervorragenden Service viele Schwächen des Hotels mehr als ausgeglichen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die herzliche Betreuung! Ein ganz besonderes und herzliches Dankeschön an Steve für seine großartige Hilfe und dafür, dass er unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und komfortabler gemacht hat. Seine Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und sein Engagement haben unseren Urlaub wirklich bereichert. Vielen Dank, Steve!

The hotel team were wonderful, super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help during our stay. Particular shout out to Stella & Steve on reception 🙌🏻 The roof top bar was fabulous relaxed service and the food that we had was delicious. Great value cocktails for the location and views as well. The rooms are spacious and beds super comfy. All the top spots are a walk or a very short cab ride away and the public transport on the corner.

Excellent hotel with a cool rooftop, professional and relaxing spa, excellent staff, especially Steve, an excellent and smiling service person, helpful in everything, made sure our stay was the best as possible, due to the disruptions at the airport our flight was delayed and Steve made sure we had a late check-out even though the hotel was fully booked, it's nice to have someone like that who really cares and takes care of the guests. We will definitely be back especially because of him.

The front desk staff was amazing. Mr. Steve gave has 100% great service. Mrs. Lihi was very nice to us.

Die Lage war Perfect Zentral gleich neben Metro Station und zu Fuß nicht weit von der Altstadt Akropolis , Shops und Café gleich um die Ecke , Apotheke alles leicht erreichbar . Rooftop mit Blick auf die Akropolis , wobei es an der Sauberkeit und Service leider scheitert . Whirlpool sind in die Jahre gekommen und auch der Holzboden gehört erneuert . Man muss ich alles selber machen , Sonnenschirm aufspannen das Personal ist wirklich freundlich aber hat keine Motivation auch bei den Getränken es fragt niemand bei den Liege Plätze am Rooftop. Es gab auch keinen Kissen auf den Stühlen man musste am blanken Eisen sitzen bis erst nach 3 Tagen Kissen aufgelegt wurden . Sie hatten Anordnung keine Kissen aufzulegen . ?! Essen ist gut und sehr vielfältig aber das Service naja . Sonst toller Ausblick über Athen .

Sauberkeit und Teilweise das Personal einfach keine Motivation was zu machen . Viele Briten und junge Leute , Frühstück war nicht so besonders , britisch halt für Engländer ausgerichtet , Kaffee im Papierbecher das geht gar nicht und auch so dürftig das Buffet angerichtet weil alles auf einer Bar Theke gestellt ist . Brot Auswahl nur am Wochenende besser und der Kaffee naja könnte besser sein für 4 Sterne ist das zu wenig . Auch bei der Ankunft hatte ein Einzel Zimmer wurde laut Rezeption Upgrade Zimmer bekommen war im Hinterhof also keine Aussicht wollte Zimmertauschen nicht Flexibel und auch nicht das Gefühl etwas zu ändern . Starke Geräusch in den Zimmern durch die Außen Klima Geräte und Hofgeräusche Sauberkeit ist einfach nicht gegeben . Tägliche Reinigung und tägliches Handtuch tauschen hat funktioniert . Plus Punkt täglich frisches Wasser !

Efter en mindre god oplevelse på et andet hotel i Athen, bookede vi en overnatning hos Brown Acropol midt om natten. Jeg spurgte om vi kunne få vores værelse tidligere end kl 15.00, hvor der er normal indtjekning. Om morgenen modtog jeg en mail, hvor de hilste os velkommen når som helst. Vi tjekkede ind kl 10.00 hos det mest venlige, imødekommende og omsorgsfulde personale. De hjalp os på plads på værelset, som var meget stort og smagfuldt indrettet. Den kæmpe seng var lækker, ligesom resten af værelset med alle fornødenheder var dejligt. Den store altan var rar at kunne gå ud på og indånde storbyens hektiske puls på og nyde udsigten til springvanden i rundkørslen. Badeværelset fungerede super fint. Dejligt stort og godt disponeret med lækre produkter til badet mm. Min kone var kommet til skade og det værelse og hotellets Rooftop restaurant, samt personalets hjælpsomhed og omsorg, gjorde en kæmpe forskel for hende og for os. Min kone var sengeliggende og hotellet sendte en bakke op med lækker Prosecco, frugt, kage og snaks med de varmeste hilsner og ønsket om et godt ophold. At Hotellets rammer er lækre og de har meget at byde på i en varm storby er en ting. Man kan blandt kan tage den badekåbe der hænger i skabet på værelset og tage på rooftoppen og smide sig på en liggestol eller i jacuzzien der har udsigt til Akropolis. Dette er med i alle overnatninger. Men en anden ting er den varme imødekommenhed og fine service man bliver mødt med. Der var en rigtig rart atmosfære overalt. Vi oplevede reel og velment omsorg og service, på en måde der er utrolig sjældent. Kronen på oplevelsen var deres morgenmadsbuffet som ganske enkelt var outstanding. Vi vil altid bo her når vi genbesøger denne spændende by. Jeg ved det en meget positiv anmeldelse, men personalet og de fysiske rammer var lige det, og også meget mere end det, vi havde brug for i den pressede situation vi stod i - så tak til jer på Brown Acropol.

We had a really lovely stay and the service was excellent throughout. We were upgraded on arrival and given complimentary breakfast, and they had also left fruit, treats and a bottle of prosecco in our room, which was such a nice touch. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping team, who always asked if we needed anything when we saw them. We felt really well looked after and would happily stay again!

Brown Acropol è una bellissima struttura nel cuore di Atene; posizione a pochi metri dalla metro ma comunque comoda per spostarsi a piedi. Staff super accogliente e in particolare Steve ci è stato molto prezioso per organizzare i vari spostamenti in centro e verso l'aeroporto.

Alloggio perfetto. Colazione ricca e varia, veramente fantastica, con tantissima offerta. Bella terrazza con vista sulla citta'. Camera molto spaziosa e letto grande e comodo.

Réservation avec lit King size pour se retrouver avec deux lits simples rapprochés. Longues négociation pour enfin avoir ce qui correspondait a la resa. Hotel vieillissant pour son standing, moquettes usées, serviettes tachées, joints sdb a refaire, meubles chambre abîmés.

شخص واحد بالاستقبال كان غير احترافي طلبت منه مكوة ملابس وانتظرت ساعة كاملة وكل مره اتصل اتابع معه يقول انها جايه الان بالطريق لك ويوم نزلت لهم قال مافيه ولا وحده متاحة كلها مشغولة والجاكوزي كان بكل مره اروح له بارد والحار ما يشتغل نهائياً وغير نظيف

Great hotel near the city centre. Good connections to metros, hop on hop off busses. Close to the vibrant city, but very quiet rooms. Steve was an amazing host who really pampered us!

Very cozy beautiful inside hotel , location close to everything, the style of the hotel is really amazing with small interesting features in design that are adorable. restaurant on top roof with amazing view, great breakfast, several jacuzzies with the view. rooms are very nice, spacious with very good bathroom and amenitites. Staff is really very friendly and helpful, I stayed twice in the hotel and will come again. highly recommend.

Adoramos o hotel, ele fica bem no centro então em menos de 100 metros você já está em frente ao metrô na mesma linha das principais atrações turísticas, se você gosta de andar da pra ir até Monastiraki andando sem problemas, além de ter lojas e restaurantes nas proximidades. O café da manhã é muuuuuuuuito bom e os funcionários fora super atenciosos. Info extra, do lado do hotel também tem umas farmácia.

A minha única critica é a academia só abrir às 9h, em viagens eu gosto de treinar às 6h ou às 7h para aproveitar o café da manhã.

The receptionist was very unfriendly every time we arrived and made unpleasant faces I noticed that it was not only for me but for many other guests in a really unpleasant way, she ruined our experience The rooms are very dusty and dark and need renovation and cleaning properly In addition, the breakfast was very poor and not all the food was fresh We made 2 reservations because we had to continue our stay in Athens and in our 2nd reservation we already took it without breakfast

The hotel well located and convenient for seeing the sights, the beds were comfy, loved the natural sea sponge.

It’s a bit shabby and needs a good clean, the record player didn’t work. The service in the restaurant was nonexistent, literally never got served by a waiter not even once , tables weren’t cleared and there were empty glasses scattered around where people had left. The bartender was lovely. Lift B smells of vomit… choose lift A if you can !!

The staff were amazing throughout my stay-everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also really loved the rooftop. It’s a great place to relax, whether during the day or in the evening. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and the main shopping streets, making it easy to explore Athens. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The Cozy Room is quite small. It was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler, but I think it might feel a bit cramped for two people.

The terrace. It was a mess and there was zero service from the staff working there. Even at breakfast there was no service. Their jobs was simply to clear tables. For dinner, we waited 30 mins for a staff member to come and take our drinks order. Dinner order took even longer (close to 45 mins from when we arrived).

We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. with our 1.5-year-old daughter after a long journey. Despite requesting a baby cot, there wasn’t one in the room. After waiting around 30 minutes, staff finally brought one, only to realize it didn’t even fit in the room. We asked to be moved to another room but were told the hotel was fully booked. At that point, we requested a refund so we could leave and find another hotel, but were told they needed to speak with the manager. After another 15-minute wait, they suddenly “found” another room for us. This made it seem as though a suitable room was available all along. The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress at 1:00 a.m. with a tired toddler. This is not the level of service you expect from a hotel. Additionally, the Cozy Room looks nothing like the photos advertised. It is much smaller and less appealing than expected. If you choose to book this hotel, I would only recommend the Twin Room. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the city center and all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff, especially Steve. I have never experienced such genuine care and outstanding hospitality. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and looked after throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality made every day special and turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service, and a very special thank you to Steve for making me smile every day. This was, without a doubt, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. תרבות המזגנים באתונה באופן כללי דרושה שיפור. איפה שאוכלים ארוחת בוקר פשוט קשוח מאוד להנות ככה מהאוכל שהיה מאוד מאוד טעים! מה שהכי יפה זה בערב לראות את האקרופוליס מהמלון. פשוט וואו.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ מהרגע שנכנסתי למלון בראון באתונה הרגשתי שמדובר במקום מיוחד, כזה שמשלב בצורה מושלמת בין עיצוב, נוחות ושירות ברמה גבוהה. ❤️ החדר היה גדול, מרווח, נקי מאוד ומעוצב בטעם מצוין, עם תחושה של נוחות ופינוק לאורך כל השהייה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, עשירה, טרייה ומגוונת, והייתה דרך מושלמת להתחיל את היום. אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את מנהלת המלון, לילי. אי אפשר לפספס את הנוכחות שלה. היא מקצועית, אדיבה, מלאת אנרגיה חיובית ודואגת שכל אורח ירגיש מיוחד. רואים שהיא מנהיגה את המלון מתוך אכפתיות אמיתית, וההשפעה שלה מורגשת בכל מקום. המיקום מצוין, האווירה צעירה ונעימה, הצוות מקסים והשירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הגענו למלון במקור ללילה אחד בלבד, אבל מהר מאוד הבנו שזה המקום שבו אנחנו רוצים להישאר והארכנו את השהייה לעוד מספר לילות. בכל סוף יום, אחרי הטיולים באתונה, היה לנו תענוג לעלות לקומה העליונה של המלון, ליהנות מהבריכות, מהג’קוזי ומהאווירה המפנקת, ופשוט לסיים את היום בצורה מושלמת. אני תמיד אומר שאם לא הייתם במלון בראון, כנראה שלא באמת חוויתם את אתונה כמו שצריך. זה לא רק מלון, זו חוויה שלמה. תודה גדולה ללילי ולכל צוות מלון בראון על אירוח יוצא דופן. אין לי ספק שאחזור שוב ואמליץ בחום. ❤️

Amazing hotel with beautiful, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. The service was exceptional—everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially Steve, who made our stay even better. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had an amazing rooftop bar and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The staff, especially Steve, were exceptional. We were greeted with a free glass of wine and made to feel very at home. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had a wonderful view of the Acropolis. Excellent location, very friendly and professional staff. Our room was upgraded to a spacious room and we had a lovely terrace. We really enjoyed the whole stay. Thank you! We will cone again.
