Very nice welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my dinner.

The breakfast wasn't well managed. I arrived about 8:15 am and there were many people there from a tour bus, I think. The tables weren't set, food wasn't replenished. I could not easily find a coffee cup. I also found the yoghurt service very strange... from a machine. Only small amounts came out. (And there weren't any bowls near the yoghurt.) I think you should have yoghurt in individual containers. So breakfast was disappointing...

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were winderful, friendly, helpful. The dining facilities were very pleasant.

I really didn't like the bedroom. It was very odd. It felt like a student studio bedsit. The layout was strange, the bathroom area was curtained off from the main room, and there was a separate toilet (with a door). As you walk into the room you are confronted by a long, thin desk, with the kettle and phone on it, underneath is the fridge and safe. Then right next to the desk, the other side, was the big bed. If two people were in the room, one would be obliged to climb over the bed to get in or out. It felt very much like a room you might expect in a 2-star or 1-star lodging and not a 3 or 4 star hotel. Then the light switches were all over the place with no indication which switch was for what light. And even more annoying, the TV didn't seem to have any film/international options in English. There was no armchair (there was really no room because of the layout), only an unwelcoming stool. Not a relaxing environment at all. I was very, very disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well designed room

Room was quite small. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the hotel limits the air conditioning to 22C or 72F. So if you like sleeping in a colder room you are out of luck.

l'accueil etait parfait avec un petit cadeau de specialité locales, le personnel tres sympathique et serviable. le parking devant l'hotel est assez petit mais un plus grand a 2 min est disponible et securisé. La chambre est design et bien equipé.

le lit qui n'est pas un grand lit comme indiqué sur l'annonce mais 2 petit lits collés l'un a l'autre donc ils bougent et s'ecarte l'un de l'autre si l'on se met au milieu du lit, donc pas tres confortable.

Excellent in house restaurant and pool was a nice treat. Easy to check in, staff was amazing and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated

The restaurant was really good, I was expecting a more standard basic menu with burgers and steaks etc... but this was much better and the prices were good as well.

L'emplacement près de la gare TGV d'Avignon (que l'on peut rejoindre à pied, même avec des valises) et la jolie piscine sont également des atouts./

The hotel was clean, calm and had everything we needed. Pool was lovely, restaurant was excellent.

L'hôtel est récent mais manque d'entretien. Traces d'algues dans la piscine qui s'enlèvent en les touchant du doigt, c'est simplement une négligence, l'eau du pédiluve pas propre, Ménage correct mais sans plus, il y a des traces sur les montants qui entourent le lit... La housse sous le drap housse en plastique est très désagréable. Les matelas sont très mous donc si vous êtes sujets a des maux de dos c'est compliqué !

Me pidieron los datos de mi tarjeta un día antes de llegar, diciendo que si no los enviaba cancelarían mi reserva. Lo comenté con atención al cliente y me dijeron que efectivamente no podían pedirme estos datos antes de llegar. Fue un poco agobiante pensar que podían cancelarme la reserva un día antes y les comuniqué que son prácticas ilegales.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur bienveillance également le petit déjeuner très complet. La chambre privilège avec le balcon.

Colazione molto varia e di buona qualità, possibilità di sedersi sia all'interno che all'esterno. Bellissima e rilassante zona piscina. Parcheggio comodo per l'auto.

Non abbiamo apprezzato la disposizione della stanza (letto posizionato in mezzo e non contro la parete come solitamente)

Finalmente un hotel pulito e tenuto bene! Letto molto cómodo, aria condizionata regolabile, frigo in camera cómodo per riporre cibo o bevande, personale gentile! Cena un po’ gurmet quindi porzioni non grosse ma buono. Piscina bella e tenuta bene. Sicuramente se ripassiamo per la Francia soggiorneremo qui!

L’unica cosa forse è che il wc è in uno stanzino quindi la doccia e lavandino sono nella camera e si possono separare solo con una tendina quindi il vapore della doccia va un po’ in tutta la stanza e rimane per un po’(non abbiamo aperto le finestre x non fare entrare le zanzare) ma nel complesso merita!

The massage was amazing. The whole staff was exceptional. Very helpful and comprehensive.

We were given a room linked with another. We wake up in the middle of the night by other guests (drunk and noisy). The staff moved us right away and gave us a discount. The issue was solved right on the spot and we had a very pleasant stay afterward.

Bon hôtel à proximité directe de la gare TGV, idéal pour rayonner autour d'Avignon. Très belle piscine et très bon petit déjeuner.

Chambre un peu petite et absence de porte pour la salle de bain (simple rideau). Dommage que la réservation d'une chambre n'ouvre pas un accès gratuit au spa, au moins pour une heure.

Location is 10 min walk from tgv Station. Breakfast was delicious, with gf options for toast. Could have had bran flakes as an option with the muesli choices... and maybe a different non dairy milk? That would make it 10/10 with slightly cheaper prices for the meals/dinner. But we ate an evening meal there and it was really excellent. Pool was super clean, very good working aircon (in the hotel and the rooms) - as soon as you walk in you know it'll be cooler and you'll survive the fierce summer heat! Very refreshing break in a hot summer.

Le personnel est au petit soins, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. La piscine est agréable.

Pas de machine à café dans les chambres

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la literie, le calme de l’établissement, la piscine très agréable, ainsi que la climatisation, particulièrement appréciable en été. Le parking est également un vrai plus, tout comme l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel de l’équipe.

Le restaurant : pendant notre séjour de 4 jours, nous avons pris deux fois le repas et deux fois le petit-déjeuner. Malheureusement, lors d’un de nos repas, le burger était beaucoup trop salé. Nous avons signalé le problème, mais aucun geste commercial ni aucune explication ne nous ont été proposés par l’équipe.

We were so happy that we stayed in Mercure Avignon TGV hotel for several reasons. We needed to be close to TGV station in Avignon because we rode TGV from Avignon to Madrid later. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the station so it would not be a problem to walk there if a taxi did not arrive to pick us up. The hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. Good size room, comfortable bed, balcony, very relaxed environment. The room was separated from the bathroom by a curtain, but the toilet was separate. It is not unusual for European hotels and was not inconvenient for us. There was a kitchenette, microwave, dishes, fridge in the room as well. The hotel staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. They made our arrangements with taxi to go to Avignon center and to TGV station. The taxi service they work with is very reliable. The location is 2 miles from downtown, but we would not exchange this distance for good night sleep. It is very quiet area. The swimming pool is nice so is the hotel restaurant Gustaves. The restaurant is very popular in Avignon. No surprise that they served outstanding French breakfast buffet with high quality food. We enjoyed a lunch and dinner there as well. We wish we stayed in that hotel and in Avignon a couple of days longer. Loved 100% and absolutely was worth staying there in all respects.

We hadden een mooie en ruime suite die goed schoon was. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Er is tevens een fijn zwembad en een fitness. Het restaurant is ook zeer goed.

Chambre propre, moderne et confortable .Personnel accueillant et très sympathique y compris au restaurant ou le repas était vraiment délicieux. La piscine est un vrai plus, très bien entretenue.

La propreté de l'entièreté de l'hôtel. Personnel poli et bienveillant tant à l'accueil, qu'au bar, que le personnel de chambre. Heureuse d'avoir découvert des mocktails à un prix raisonnable (souvent presque le même prix qu'un cocktail avec alcool). Le calme de la piscine était vraiment apaisant et agréable.

Certains clients qui sont au téléphone en haut parleur - appréciable que le personnel puisse inviter ces personnes à converser dans un lieu dédié aux échanges téléphoniques.

Recinto da piscina deve ter sido planejado por um incompetente. Guarda sóis difíceis de armar e desarmar com vento. Sem qualquer bar ou serviço . Para alcançar a piscina há uma portão com trave dificílima de abrir e sem qualquer assistência. Perigosa a entrada da piscina para a idosos. Distancia do último degrau para o fundo superior a 79 cent e só pequena e perigosa barra lateral para se apoiar para subir ou descer. No Brasil , por questão de segurança, não liberariam o uso dessa piscina. Um absurdo. Maioria dos funcionários mal humorada e nem cumprimentam. Falta total de gerenciamento! Preço absurdo pela acomodação. Não deve ser recomendado. Pente

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr liebevoll gemacht. Wir mussten uns um alles selbst kümmern. Auch das Besteck und die Servietten suchen. Es muss nicht bis zum Schluss alles in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden sein, aber ein bisschen nachfüllen wäre dein gewesen.

La propreté autour de la piscine, le prix et le choix restreint au restaurant le midi , l’augmentation générale du prix de la chambre depuis 3 ans qui n’est pas justifié pour moi (980€ il y a 3 ans pour 6 nuits, 1600€ aujourd’hui pour 5 nuits )

Gutes Hotel, wenn man es als Zwischenstopp nutzt, super zum TGV Bahnhof gelegen, wirklich schöner Pool, man konnte super das Auto laden, nur der Aufzug war sehr langsam und das Treppenhaus leider sehr verdreckt und auch der Türgriff zum rauskommen war kaputt (war auch der Notausgang) sodass man es nicht verlassen konnte.
