Gute Lage. Garage im Hotel. Nähe zur Altstadt.

Hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Behinderten-Zimmer. Dadurch wurde das Duschen recht kompliziert.

De ligging is perfect met parkeergarage onder het hotel en net buiten de oude stadsmuur. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in. Kamer is prima, ruim en precies wat je van een groot hotel mag verwachten. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Vor den Mauern gelegen, deshalb Anreise mit dem Auto unproblematisch, trotzdem zentral. Sauber, gepflegt und alles in bester Ordnung. Vorsicht: Pool ist kalt :-)

Présence de liquide jaune au fond des toilettes avec du papier toilette. Une prise cassée et déboîtée dans le couloir. Lit défaillant et présentant un bruit de ressort métallique extrêmement désagréable. Vitre opacifiante de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle. 1 grand lit, 1 matelas sur le canapé et le quatrième lit par terre. Seule la piscine extérieure est comprise dans le prix, le reste est en supplément et a l'heure. Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre sans qu'aucun dédommagement ne soit proposé par l'établissement. Je ne le conseil pas.

Contrairement à ce qu annonce le Novotel, la chambre n'est pas faite chaque jour, ou bien à moitié.( une serviette sur 2 est changée ).

Goed hotel met nette kamers en leuk zwembad midden in centrum. Loopafstand naar de restaurants.

Toch wel wat prijzig

L’emplacement sympa, le confort et la propreté rien à redire.

La piscine c’était chouette par ces températures, mais dommage elle est trop profonde avec des enfants.

Ottimo ristorante, la qualità di alcuni piatti (carne) vanno rivisti.

Pysäköintialue erittäin ahdas, käytännössä sähköauton lataaminen erittäin haastavaa - varsinkin jos joku on kyydissä mukana tai tarvitsee tavaraa autosta. Lisäksi hintaa tulee pysäköinnistä ja latauksesta jo tuplat.

Just outside the old city walls, the Novotel is perfectly located to enjoy the city by walk. The structure is new, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Small but nice pool with extra towels offered at the reception. Our family room was cosy and beautifully designed. Nice breakfast & very useful parking on site. We definitely liked it!

Per il prezzo che ha questa struttura, la camera deve essere tenuta meglio: il lavandino non scaricava bene l’acqua e solo lavandosi la faccia si riempiva per metà. Il wc aveva dei segni di usura: una lunga striscia marrone/arancione nel punto in cui scorreva l'acqua. Devo dire che era molto antiestetica, ma sarà stato un caso della nostra camera…

Wat wel? Slecht onderhoud, schimmel overal in de badkamer , plinten waarvan het verf los liet. Avignon zit vol met junkies letterlijk & figuurlijk! Auto op doorgaande weg parkeren want parkeerplaats van 1.9M hoogte dus kom je met dakkoffer? Helaas op doorgaande weg parkeren!

L'hôtel est idéalement placé aux abords des fortifications, 2 parkings sont à disposition, un appartenant à l'hôtel, l'autre indépendant. Les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est généreux et très correct.

Notre chambre n'a pas été faite alors que nous avions mis un panneau stipulant notre absence (de 10h15 à 15h15). Il y avait une cafetière nespresso à disposition, mais pas de capsule. En dessous la télévision se trouve un bureau, aucune lampe pour éclairer.

Het is perfect gelegen (zo te voet het centrum in voor een hapje en een stadswandeling) en het zwembad op de binnenplaats is top als je op doorreis bent met kids!

Water dispenser op de gang deed het helaas niet en persoonlijk vind ik in hotels als dit dat er wel een flesje water in de kamer mag staan. Maar verder top.

Todo, la habitación sucia. No nos dejaron acceder hasta pasadas 3 horas pasada la hora oficial de entrada que ya eran las tres. Encima la habitación estaba sucia. La pica del lavamanos se atascaba. La ducha no iba bien, no había champú. Ascensores lentos, vistas interiores a nada. Cama un plegatín a ras de suelo....

L'hôtel est bien placé, le repas au patio était très bien. La piscine est agréable.

Nous avions demandé un lit parapluie, nous avons rappelé a 22h car le lit parapluie n'était toujours pas installée et a ce moment nous avons appris qu'il n'y avait plus de lit parapluie de disponible ( 1 lit était disponible mais sans matelas )

L’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Un restaurant pratique et bon.

Les chambres, la lingerie n’était pas assez propre et mal rangé. Pas de place au parking pour les coffres de toit.

Location was what I was looking for. Train access to hotel location, literally straight out of the station, and then walking distance from restaurants and shops. . Room were comfortable, there were inconsistent daily care. We had 2 double rooms some got refill of tea coffee light snack and some did not. I discovered the "sommeil" Kusmi tea at the hotel but some day it was not refilled.

Breakfast was good, what would have made it excellent would have been the variety in eggs. Scrambled eggs only. There was option to do a fried egg ourselves but 3 little pans on an electric mini stove, not efficient enough for the high demand.

La chambre était spacieuse

La clé de notre chambre ne marchait plus en rentrant après dîner, le petit déjeuner n’a pas été servi en chambre comme convenu (le personnel n’est jamais venu chercher la fiche comme il était pourtant indiqué), le ménage laissait à désirer (présence de miettes sur les étagères) et le minibar était entamé à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déçus de notre nuit à ce Novotel, cela ne correspond pas à nos attentes vu le prix de la nuit d’hôtel !

La ubicación, al lado del muro y se puede ir andando al centro. La habitación muy grande y cómoda, el baño muy grande. Tiene piscina y SPA ( nos dimos un masaje súper placentero)

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Sehr gut hat uns der Pool gefallen und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Bad ist neu. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Das Zustellbett für die Kinder war etwas unbequem.

Had an incident at the hotel with my child and I cannot thank the staff enough. They were so calm and patient and really went out and above to help me. Special thanks to the reception and bar staff.

Ontbijt appart betalen v 19 per nacht pp

La piscina era invasa da bambini che urlavano , facevano tuffi e schizzavano alle persone che erano sdraiati in relax sui lettini . Non è colpa dell’hotel , maleducazione dei bambini e dei genitori che li invitavano a fare tuffi . Forse un cartello per vietare certi comportamenti , che sono anche pericolosi , ci sarebbe stato bene

Le personnel était exceptionnellement patient et souriant surtout pour un weekend de départ en vacances avec un hôtel complet. Bravo à eux.

Der er en lille pool, med et cafeområde, fin morgenmad og fin størrelse værelser. Badeværelset er i direkte forbindelse med soveværelset. Køleskab på værelset og god service til morgenmad og i baren. Håndklæder i poolområdet og vogne til bagagen. Hotellet ligger lige ved en stor park med direkte adgang.

Hvor skal man starte ... vi kom sent og måtte skifte værelse midt om natten, da der ikke var dobbeltseng som bestilt. I det nye værelse virkede aircondition ikke og vi måtte bruge vores egen ventilator. Vi skiftede værelse 2 gange på 2 overnatninger. Elendig parkeringskælder - den er besværlig at komme ind og ud af og vi kunne ikke parkere i de små båse med en alm. størrelse bil, der er betonsøjler overalt og porte der skal åbnes af receptionen. Vi fik desværre også en skade på bilen, da der kom en stor bil samtidig med at kørte ud, en skade til flere tusinde som skal laves på værksted. Ærgerligt midt i ferien. Parkering i p-kælder er 19€ per døgn. Vi forhørte os om vi kunne tjekke ud sent, det var ikke muligt. Hotellet har derudover memory foam madresser, de er meget bløde, det skal man vænne sig til.

Nous venons depuis plusieurs années et cette fois, tellement de monde à la piscine qu’il n’était plus possible de trouver une serviette ou un transat. Nous avons compris qu’elle était ouverte désormais à des extérieurs. Ce n’est plus la même tranquillité.

L’accueil chaleureux et l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel, à proximité du centre-ville, ont été très appréciés.

L’impossibilité de réserver le parking est un vrai stress. La cuisine n’était pas non plus à la hauteur de nos attentes. Cependant, l’équipe est incroyablement sympathique et accueillante, ce qui compense largement ces désagréments.

This is a lovely hotel! Staff very friendly & professional. The restaurant is excellent & had live music on the night we stayed - great atmosphere. We look forward to a return visit.

Wir wurden in einer Suite eingecheckt, in welcher die Klimaanlage bei über 40Grad nicht funktionierte. Personal leider nicht freundlich und unprofessionell.

We loved our stay here which is a few blocks from the city center. The breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff is professional. Our AC was broken so when they couldn't fix it (we were out all day), our room was promptly changed. Nice having an attractive hotel with all the amenities from a spa to a lovely pool and bar.

Modern, sehr sauber, tolles Bett, gut klimatisiert, gute Lage, gleich an der Stadtmauer, kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr freundliches Team.

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets erreichbar, die Ausstattung zeitgemäss, der Pool passend und das Frühstücksbuffet auswahlreich. Auch die Lage beim Stadtzetrum ist perfekt.

Great location - very walkable to sightseeing, museums, and restaurants in Avignon. The rooms were a little weird - nice enough, redone within the last 5 years, but the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is glass that can be shaded or clear - but even with it shaded, if you turn on the light in the bathroom it shines into the bedroom. That means if I'm up early and in the bathroom, no way to use the bathroom without a light shining in the bedroom. I've seen this in other Novotels I think in NZ or AU, so maybe they are known for it, but I found it odd. Also, if they have AC it doesn't work - we turned it down but the room was still quite warm. It was 91-93 degrees when we were there, and we had a few very warm nights that it was hard to sleep. (Others we traveled with in a group said the same thing, so it was not just our rooms.) Breakfast is nice, plentiful, with lots of options - kitchen and restaurant staff work very hard at breakfast. The lobby could use a refresh.

Purtroppo il ristorante "Il Patio" all interno dell hotel non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Abbastanza caro e il piatto di salumi e formaggi molto deludente. Inoltre per colazione nessuna alternativa senza glutine priva di contaminazione ma solo del pane in mezzo a tutti gli altri prodotti...

Very close to train station which is why I booked it.

We got given a disabled room which was annoying. It was only one night. It is good for a transit hotel but I wouldn't stay here for tourism as it is outside the wall and not close to restaurants area

J’ai apprécié La taille des chambres et Qualité de la literie , le calme de l’hôtel , l’espace piscine très agréable en fin de journée , le petit déjeuner très varié et qualitatif et le repas en chambre le soir c’était parfait.

Période de travaux malheureusement sur les mêmes dates que mon séjour donc l’espace salon commun était « encombré » et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement.

L’emplacement et la personne qui nous a accueilli

-Le bar qui ne répond pas au room service et lorsque l’on descend tout le monde est disponible. -le mini bar dans la chambre où il n’y a meme pas une bouteille d’eau mais simplement une carafe vide et une fontaine dans le couloir, alors l’écologie oui évidement mais quand nous retirons du confort les prix ne peuvent pas rester aussi haut c’est vraiment aberrant. -la douche qui ne maintient pas la température passe du chaud au froid toutes les deux secondes. Nous avons fait des Novotel dans de nombreux endroits en France et à l’étranger et c’était de loin le plus vieillissant.
