Location and overall facilities

Location is good. Reception ok. Swimming pool area good.

Lobby was stinking. Repetition of the same item like samosa in all the meal. Like mini samosa in breakfast. Samosa chat in dinner. Potli samosa in next day breakfast 😁. So it can cause question about freshness of the food. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working.

Breakfast was quite good and decent, as was the location of the hotel, and the staff were quite helpful and kind in nature

The place situated was very nearby to statue of unity.

The kitchen staff was rude and they pushed to have their buffet for dinner. The male staff was very impolite and not at all helpful and cooperative. They were in panic mode due to gas shortage so we understood limited dishes are there but there is a polite way to handle the situation. We didn't feel the support and warmth which we expected from the Ramada brand. We were 2 females and 2 kids only.

Location was ideal - close to transport to Statue of Unity (1min walk from hotel). Room & bed were comfortable. Buffer breakfast excellent with lots of variety and good service. Hotel environment is beautiful overlooking the Narmada River. Ideal place to stay as surroundings are quite flat with outside dining facilities nearby. SOU district is well kept & clean, pleasing to see as other tourist areas may not be so comforting.

Excellent service and staff was polite and cooperative.

The breakfast was the best part of each day's meal. However, the serving staff is fairly poorly trained and was utterly overwhelmed on the first day of our stay by a largish group of guests (apart from us) that had arrived. The dinner was pathetic in terms of both the extraordinarily limited choice and the really poor quality of the food. The serving staff seemed to have been recruited literally from off the street and were hopelessly untrained. Our view from the room was of the parking lot -- hardly the most edifying of experiences! The room safe was dysfunctional in both rooms (124 and 125) that we were given. We did ask for safe keys (since the safes were locked) but these were never provided despite daily assurances.

The tea mug was chipped at the rim (it was, of course, promptly changed). On the one occasion on which I decided to take the stairs to the lobby, I was disappointed to see the lack of cleanliness. Despite the stairway also being the designated fire-escape, the lobby level staircase landing was strewn with old furniture and assorted disused equipment! The entire atmosphere was that of aa two-star establishment and certainly well below the standard expected in a hotel of the Ramada chain. Basically, I fear the internal training and inspection needs very significant and sustained remedial attention. That said, I must commend the reception staff, who were very gracious and efficient.

Close to everything. Leave your car at parking throughout your stay as all transport is only a few steps away.

Travel Desk & Telephone booking - Not easily contactable. Always busy. Phone numbers also had network issues probably. Got disconnected multiple times.

The location was perfect, staff extremely nice, room was big and the bed really comfy. Bathroom was nice with big shower and good water pressure. Restaurant was beautiful and the food absolutely gorgeous, one of the best hotels we stayed for a long time.

To be honest there is nothing to complain about, maybe only that I wish we had time to stay longer.

Food was good.

Upon arrival, the reception staff requested identification proof for the children. However, the booking confirmation contained no instructions indicating that such documents were required for minors. I was carring id prooof for myself and my wife. But didnt know its required for lids. When I raised this concern with the manager, Mr. Manoj, he threatened to cancel the booking and involve the police if the children’s ID proof was not provided. As a result, I had to contact my relatives back home to retrieve the documents and send photographs of the children’s IDs. The manager and his supporting staff behaved in an unreasonably rude manner, which left my family with a negative impression and significantly diminished the overall experience of our tour.

Property is not well maintained. AC operation is not smooth. Staff not well trained and very inefficient. Quality of food and variety are poor. At best a rwo star hotel.

Level of staff responsiveness was poor- they seemed under staffed and kept us waiting for small requests. For a hotel charging such a high premium price this is unacceptable

Very well located property. Staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Mr.Puneet, executive Chef Mr.Manish Singh and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The property is next to the transport hub, shopping mall and eateries. Ideal location and good value for money.

We did not have a good experience dealing with the travel desk managed by M/s Aaha Ambe Group, Mr.Sandip Patel. We paid for chest level view deck but ended up at feet of the statue. Mr.Patel said he would try but did not succeed and did not refund the excess charged. We also paid Rs.3000 for dinner cruise in Narmada, which got cancelled after a grueling wait. Even this expense is yet to be refunded. We tried reaching out to Mr.Patel, he took and promised to turn up the next day at the desk but did not fulfill his promise for refund. Very bad experience and we recommend guests to make their own arrangements online instead of booking through agents. Do not book the dinner cruise.

The food was very good, a lot of variety to choose and at the same time the taste was excellent. The non veg menu will keep the taste buds alive for many hours. The room service was very good, cooperative staff , polite behavior, and prompt response.

The check-in and check out timings. 1.00 at noon is too late to check in. The timing should be friendly with the incoming of train facilities.

The ambiance of the hotel was excellent 👌. Had a great time watching the river. All the staff of the hotel especially Ms. Unnati from housekeeping and Ms. Priya, in the reception, we're very cordial.

This hotel is perfectly located, nearest place to all the area.

Breakfast options were lovely. The food was delicious and a great way to start the day. The restaurant staff were all very delightful, accommodating and paid attention to each and every wish of ours. We had a great time.

There isn't anything to dislike about this property. It was spec clean, beautiful pool area, great river view, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and the hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend it.

A Hotel with all required facilities in the best location for visiting Statue of Unity. Nice food in the restaurant. Dinner cruise starts from the backyard of the hotel.
