Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Booking.com charged us Rs. 12000 when the standard rate is Rs6000. Plus we stayed there the night of 12 th December 2025 when ths rate was Rs4000. So we were charged 3 times please explain why? Plus there was work going on on site of a temple being built so there was a lot noise and dust from it . We were given a room facing the temple work. For the amount of money we were charged the food was below standard and not well presented. The fruit juoces were watered down. The place seems run down and needs some TLC. Wifi was a big issue as there was no internwt connection on the day. I would not stay there again at Rs 12000 a night. I would like booking . Com to explain why did they inflate the price so much when it was available at Rs 4000? Please explain

Reviewed Feb 12, 2025The location, the staff and the ambience of the hotel were excellent. In particular Shanu, Sanjay and Priya were outstanding. My wife was feeling unwell so Shanu organised for Sanjay to take us (by car) to see a really good doctor and brought us back to the hotel. The doctor was quickly able to diagnose the issue and prescribe a very effective course of treatment. There was an issue with a leaking sink in the bathroom (more details below) - but the maintenance staff were able to liaise with the management and we were moved to another room within a matter of minutes. Exceptional service. We were due to check out before breakfast service began so a packed breakfast was organised and this was provided to us on leaving the hotel.
The the sink in the bathroom was leaking - so maintenance arrived quickly and tried to resolve the issue. A few hours later the leak was still evident and it was obvious that a more drastic remedial course of action was required. An alternative room was secured and we were moved very quickly to it. Please see above.

Also kudos to the breakfast managing team, always ready to help and talk with lots of grace and respect. The room was nice and spacious. From the moment they arrived, the staff's generous hospitality made them feel incredibly welcome. They were especially touched by the complimentary services provided to celebrate their anniversary. The attention to detail and the warm, friendly service throughout their stay truly exceeded their expectations. Thank you for making this occasion so memorable. They can't wait to return!

Even in sitting also, we have taken our dinner in standing, while one compartment pf resturant is empty, later on we hv seen some families taking dinner there in empty area. I will never stay in any Fern.

It would have been great if the hotel had informed us about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthday on 31st October. All activities were closed during the day and only the statue entry was open after 3pm.
