Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for money in the off-season. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is good as well as the room was large and spacious. Food is good. Service is good.

Needs more cleanliness, bed sheets were stained and there was leaking water from commode. Towels provided were not cleaned up to the mark.

We reached late but came to know that our room was upgraded. Very good behavior of the staff. Breakfast was good. Very neat and clean room with all amenities.

Location is very convenient. Near to ekta nagar CIty center, Railway station and ekta Mall. Good eateries around like kathiyawadi dhaba and Domino's etc. Rooms are good and hygiene is maintained well. Breakfast is average but that is not a big issue.

Очень комфортный номер. Есть интернет, хорошая кровать, чайник, горячая вода и хороший душ. Чисто и есть все необходимые удобства. Шикарный завтра со шведским столом и приятный персонал. Также рядом с отелем есть несколько заведений фастфуда Гостиница находится на пустыре недалеко до Статуи Единства. Чтобы добраться до статуи, нужно пройти 30 минут пешком до автобусной станции и проехать 20 минут на автобусе

Food quality not so as per hotel standards

It was close to the station

The service was slow, even though it was not peak.thw hot water had to be told and requested which was irritating.the tvs too were jot checked before check in..even the bill was not given after several reminders.

Beautiful property near Ekta Nagar Railway Station.Rooms are spacious & help-desk was cooperative.Breakfast buffet was satisfactory.Cleanliness & hygiene was thoroughly maintained in and around the hotel premises !!

All the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of this hotel is close to some good restaurants. Good breakfast at the hotel that felt mild and tasty. Highly recommend you to stay here if it's within your budget.

i accidentally left my $150 shirt and my son’s t shirt in the hanger when i checked out. Next day, i called and nobody showed any concern and the guy on the phone said its not here, its gone. Ridiculous.

Breakfast was good, however had it been hot it would have been best. As about the location, the same was bit far from the station, the commutation was the problem as one need to depend on the auto!

There is nothing as such, but the water was not draining fast enough while taking the shower. The water was spilling out of the bathroom.

Very poor room services , I ordered tea and cheese sandwich in room they bring cheese sandwich without tomato ketchup when we call they said they gone a send person to bring tomato ketchup but they didn’t and after 1 hour they called and asked anybody bring tomato ketchup for you ? So I said no and they asked do you want now we already throw our cheese sandwich in trash. Next day morning when we went for breakfast 7:30 am there was no hot water for coffee and in tea port we found red ants so many we were went from there and asked for water bottles for room coffee nobody bring water. We checked out without coffee and they charged us for room Rs 7200 for one night only, in room towels quality was very poor. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

L’accueil du soir était très mal, le lit n’était pas propre, les draps n’étaient pas propre, il y avait une drôle d’odeur dans toute la chambre toute la nuit. L’isolation était nulle. Les serviettes de toilette étaient sales. Je suis arrivé à 0h30 à l’hôtel, j’ai dû faire changer mes draps même après ceux-là c’était sale.

Stay was excellent. Service and Management is also very nice. If you don't have private vehicles then connectivity with tourist spots is little difficult, otherwise it's very good place to stay. Only thing we miss in property is swimming pool. We anybody doesn't want swimming pool, then this is highly recommended place

Very nice rooms - clean and pleasant. We got an upgrade, so the room was bigger. Clean and well done bathrooms. Staff was very helpful. The Hotel is about 15-20 min drive to the gate of the SOU - The hotel can arrange for a car. There was a couple of local restaurants that serve Kathiyawadi food outside the hotel.

The breakfast was very average, the spread options were decent but with limited options. They actually called up the room about 45 min before the breakfast was about to finish for us to come and eat - which did not make any sense.

Breakfast was really delicious with a variety of dishes.

Our checkout was at 10.00 am and our train to Mumbai was at 9.30 pm. If late checkout was given, we would have appreciated it more better as we did not have a room to relax or change clothes the entire day. But I guess because of the Diwali festive season, the hotel was at full occupancy and could not accommodate us.

Property is fairly new and decent.

Hospitality is missing, especially front office staff at the reception. Second day buffet breakfast most of the food was over and not replenished Rooms were not clean after we went out for day activity as they claimed room keys were not left at the reception. I wonder where u do that.

Big spacious room suitable for comfortable stay. Sofa cum bed for third person was very good. Staff was prompt and polite to serve. Food though totally vegetarian was good. Hotel is located some 5 kilometers from the parking so one has to have his own transport.

Rooms did not have mini freeze. As mentioned earlier it was pure vegetarian so choice of food was bit restricted. Scene outside window was not very flattering. Overall it was a good experience
