The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Information were well communicated in advance and they were readily available to answer questions even after midnight.

Hostel confortevole, pulito ,silenzioso. Mi sono trovata bene. Idoneo per raggiungere facilmente il centro e anche le spiagge. Ringrazio la ragazza, che il 1 settembre, nel pomeriggio, mi ha accolta amorevolmente, e ha tenuto conto delle mie necessità, professionale.

Las habitaciones eran amplias y las camas tenían cortinas para la privacidad. Hay una terraza en el primer piso. Los baños tienen bastantes duchas.

No hay una sala común de estar. Solo hay 3 sofás en la recepción. Hay 3 plantas pero solo hay baño en las 2 primeras.

i was sleeping in the top bunk, and it was far from the wall; I was afraid of falling the whole time.

This is honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at, and probably the best one I've experienced during all my travels. Everything is so well organised and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell that a lot of attention has been put into making the stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Everything is clean, neat, well maintained, and simply very well thought out. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Athens, and the value for money is excellent. But what really made my stay special was the host, Diana ( if I remember correctly). She was absolutely lovely and made me teel very welcome with a perfect Espresso Freddo!!! She even gave me a Greek hug, which was such a lovely and genuine little moment. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. If you're looking for a clean, well-organised, perfectly located hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this place! Pertect value for money and a genuinely lovely experience.

If you sensitive to AC ask a bed far away from it, but that's a personal thing, not a big deal.

Everything was quite good; I’d say it offered great value for money. Cleanliness could have been better, though I am a bit of a stickler for cleanliness, so it might just have been my impression. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

De locatie. Om de hoek van het metro station en cafeetjes.

Er was veel mis tijdens mijn verblijf. De douche(s) overstroomden waardoor er plassen water op onze kamers lagen, de airco droop water (ook op mijn koffer enzo) en de deur van onze dorm ging heel erg stroef open en dicht waardoor we hem op een kier open moesten laten staan en er standaard licht naar binnen kwam. Ik had eerst het bed recht tegenover die streep met licht waardoor ik niet kon slapen en last had van geluid, en ik heb toen gevraagd om een bed in de hoek van de kamer. Dat kon gelukkig meteen geregeld worden en was veel beter. Het personeel vond het ook heel vervelend allemaal wat er allemaal gebeurde maar desalniettemin heeft het mijn verblijf wel een beetje aangetast.

Great spot, metro's right there, tons of places to eat and drink nearby, super helpful staff, clean and roomy bathrooms, AC in the dorms, and it's nice and quiet. Definitely recommend it.

The curtains were nice and the people were friendly.

La cocina si bien no la utilicé se veía bien equipada y grande. Los baños estaban limpios y eran cómodos. Y la habitación tenía un buen tamaño para la cantidad de camas que albergaba. A su vez, destaco que tienen un locker individual y te proveen el candado, para tener las pertenencias guardadas de forma segura. Pude dejar mis cosas durante el día después de realizar el check out, así como también utilizar los espacios comunes sin problema.

Mi sono trovata benisismo: ambiente accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile, nonostante fossi in una stanza con molte persone, ho sempre sentito di avere la mia privacy. Atmosfera rispettosa e tranquilla, nonostante la condivisione degli spazi. Molto felice di essere stata qui.

Qualche punto del pavimento vicino alle pareti della stanza poteva essere pulito meglio, ma devo dire che il letto e il bagno non mi hanno mai delusa come pulizia.

It's very close to the metro, friendly staff, no problems

Es war sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Alles wurde sauber gehalten. Außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten kann man im Notfall trotzdem jemanden erreichen, was echt klasse ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann auchvdraußen in einem kleinen Hof entweder sein Essen genießen oder einfach etwas entspannen. Die Unterkunft hat auch eine Top Lage, unweit der Akropolus, Tram und Metro Station.

Location and price was the key factors for my decision.

I think it's an amazing place with amazing people!!... Always clean,organised, very polite and caring hostesses and of course, a great place to meet people all over the world! There is respect among guests, it's fully equipped and literally, 2 steps away from metro station. Close to it there's supermarket, mini market and everything you need. A great,warm "thank you" as well to Anastasia, hostess there, for being so supportive,caring and lovely. She made me feel instantly home! Coming back soon definitely!!... 🍉🍋‍🟩🍈🌈🌊🌊

Another pleasant stay in Bedway. It has everything I need for a restful stay. The staff are helpful and use of the facilities (like left luggage) before and after check-in/out is appreciated. Convenient access from public transport (metrol/tram/bus).

Todo pero principalmente las chicas que trabajan ahí son un amor de personas, las mujeres q limpian también y la limpieza es todos los días. Me sentí muy bien en el lugar ellas son super amables y dulces. Además las instalaciones son perfectas la cocina bien equipada y está perfectamente ubicado para que puedas ir a donde quieras. Realmente volveria

Todo esta genial pero estaría bueno que mejoren el tema del baño del segundo piso ya que se comparte con el 3er piso y eso hace q este siempre bastante ocupado o usado a diferencia del que esta en el primer piso. Además, agregaría arreglar la luz del baño que tiene el lavamanos adentro y la puerta de la habitación 21 q hace mucho ruido para abrir y cerrar. Pero todo increible y son pequeños detalles que no cambian mi puntaje

Está bien ubicado hay una parada de metro y tranvía muy cerca

Las puertas de las habitaciones no pueden cerrar. Y el ascensor lo apaga a partir de las 8 o 9 de la tarde hasta esa misma hora por la mañana estoy en una 4 planta. Los servicios solamente hay en la 1 y 2. Todo el tiempo subiendo escaleras

Buena ubicación muy cerca a una estación de metro y a varios restaurantes. La cama estaba en buen estado y limpia.

El aseo en los baños no fue el mejor pero es aceptable. También podrían incluir jabón de cuerpo en las duchas.

The bed is wide with curtain and the lock can deposit everything I carried with. Bathrooms and the shower rooms are separated. I especially like the kitchen downstairs. Very easy to make coffee.

The shared bathrooms with shower rooms (all separated with locks) are for all genders. The door of the dorms can be closed but cannot be locked.

Bien situé à quelques station de métro de tous les trucs à voir ! Personnel très sympathique !

Les douches sont partagés entre hommes et femmes, donc quand vous réservez un dortoir uniquement de femme, prenez ça en compte, c’est une très mauvaise surprise ! Le dortoir où j’étais (femme uniquement) était bien équipé, avec casier et rideau. Par contre, il n’y a pas d’espace commun dans l’auberge, à part une petite cour ou peut de gens se trouvent, et il est difficile de rencontrer des gens si vous êtes un voyageur solo!

Gostei bastante da localização do hostel. O atendimento da equipe foi bastante solícito e muito agradável. O quarto era limpo, a cama com uma cortina e privacidade. Havia o armário com cadeado para guardar os itens e o banheiro era bem limpo e equipado. Valeu muito a pena. O ambiente ao entorno pareceu bem seguro e tranquilo de caminhar

Não tive problema em nada no geral. Houve pequenas confusões da minha parte, mas nada sério.

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff.

The showers and toilet areas need someone who will keep them clean throughout the day. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything happening in the room next door. My mattress was not very good.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, right next to the metro station but no noise from outside, nice small outdoor area on the ground floor, shared kitchen, helpful staff. Awesome view of the Parthenon, on the 4th floor at least

I stayed on the 4th floor which is completely exposed to the sun, and as a result the room was burning all day. There is an AC which is very helpful, but I had to keep it on even during the night. The bathrooms are only on the 1st and 2nd floor, so it's kind of annoying if you stay on a different floor. Small detail, but I would have also liked some kind of chair on the balcony of the floor

同室者次第。4名一室に3名滞在。同室者のカップルのうちの日本人の女がわがまま。エアコンを使用しようとしたが毎回消された。設定温度を当初入室時の20度から26度へ変更し極端にはひどくないと思うけど。外国人であればもっと下げることが多い。

All of the staff were so friendly and even roommates were so nice to me. They are sharing space like kitchen and the bathrooms were also very clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will use this hotel again when I come back to Greece

The location is perfect, 2 min from the metro, a carrefour and a lovely bakery. The staff is exceptional and this to our 28 young students who did not always behave perfectly. Thank you! Rooms are cool thanks to AC, beds private thanks to curtains.

Rooms and bed was nice

On my floor there is no toilet and shower, so I have to go to other floors for that. It's very inconvenient. Also they close the elevator at 9 pm so have to take stairs after that. There's no shower gel or shampoo provided.

L'hébergement est à 15 secondes de marche de la bouche de métro c'est vraiment fantastique ! De plus, l'endroit est calme même si il est collé sur une grande rue, on n'entend pas les voitures.

« CRITICAL WARNING: BEDBUGS. Found bedbugs during my last night. I sent photos of the bugs via WhatsApp the exact second I found them. The hostel did nothing, and I had to spend the whole night at the reception desk (I even sent them photos of myself stranded there) before catching an early flight. It has been a whole month now, and management is completely ghosting my messages despite the irrefutable live proof I provided. Disgusting hygiene and zero respect for guests. Avoid at all costs! » ils ignorent mes email et relance à plusieurs reprises ainsi que message whatsapp pour le remboursement suite à la sécouverte des punaise de lit dans mon lit et que j ai dû passer la nuit à la recption malgré la jpurnée chargée que j ai passé ce jour là ainsi que le lendemain car j avais de vols à prendre un le matin trés tot et l autre vraiment le soir ! au lieu de me reposer et dormir dans un lit, je lai passée à la réception ! j ai demandé un remboursement mais cela fait preque 1 mois que j ai quitté l auberge ( 31 mai 2026) il n em ont répondu qu une seule fois par un refus mais depuis ils repondent plus ni à mes plusieurs mails ni sur whatsapp ! ignorance total

I did not encounter any of the reception staff during my stay, but after I left, my stay was marked as unpaid. One recommendation for the property is that you might want to let the guest prepay with booking in advance iso chasing the payment after the stay.

Bardzo fajny hostel, blisko metra. Do Akropol 20min pieszo. W miarę bezpieczna okolica, tuż za rogiem sklep spożywczy. Ręczniki są za 2 eur, można powiedzieć za darmo 😀. Świetna opcja na weekend. Bardzo dziękuję dziewczynie na recepcji za ciepły usmiech, która była w sobotę oraz niedzielę.

Kupcie widelce 😅. Fajnie było by mieć lustro w pokoju 😉

The staff were excellent, welcoming, and very responsive. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I like that each bed has its own light, plug socket, and little shelf and that each person is given a locker (with a padlock) that is big enough to fit any handluggage sized suitcase.

Not the hostel's fault, but the other guests did not always clean up after themselves in the communal areas, mainly the kitchen. It was taken care if by the wonderful staff quickly (cleaned up by the next time I went there), but in the meantime the kitchen were a little unpleasant to use.

A localização é boa, perto do metro e poucas estações até a área turística. Perto de restaurantes e mercado, tem cozinha e vc pode deixar as malas lá depois do check out, pelo preço vale a pena

O banheiro é bem sujo e não parece muito ventilado. Podiam deixar especificado um horário para silêncio pois no meu quarto havia uma menina falando alto no telefone até 2h da manhã, só parou depois que outra foi reclamar e ainda assim achou ruim.

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything about the check-in process and gave useful information about the hostel and the city. I felt safe during my stay, which was very important for me. The cleanliness was excellent. It is not easy to find a truly clean hostel, but this one was spotless. I also loved the fresh-smelling bed linen. The lockers could be locked, which gave an extra feeling of security. The location is amazing, close to everything. The kitchen was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything looked nice and cared for.

The only small issue was the shower area. Some shower heads were broken, and there were no shelves in the showers to put shampoo or personal items. This caused a little inconvenience.
