Personale molto disponibile, ambienti spaziosi e posizione ottimale.

È mancata acqua e corrente quando dovevamo lasciare la struttura e questo ci ha impedito di utilizzare il bagno prima di andare via ma sappiamo che non dipende da loro. L’unica nota negativa sono le asciugamani macchiate.

Bar people were rough and weird to speak with, its like you have to beg them for water and they dont greet you back

Kind and respectfull people only at the bar the workers were little weird. When you ask for a bottle of water they look angry at you and they in a weird way give him the water and look weird at you.

Si vous souhaitez être au calme, ne prenez pas de chambre côté piscine, il y a des soirées assez bruyantes mais de l'autre côté aucun bruit

El personal és molt atent i t'ajuda en tot el que pot. El servei de recepció és de 24h. L'habitació triple on ens vam allotjar era grossa, moderna i espaiosa, i el lavabo també. Aquesta tenia nevera, la qual cosa va ser molt útil per refrescar les aigües. La varietat dels serveis de l'hotel fa que l'estança allà sigui molt còmoda: l'esmorzar és de bufet lliure; la piscina (es pot fer servir després del check out) obre de 10:00 a 18:00 i té tombones, taules i servei de bar/restaurant, el qual a partir de les 18:00 es transforma en un Longe Club. A la primera planta, a més hi ha gimnàs i un SPA amb hammam (si la teva moneda és l'Euro, estan molt bé de preu els serveis que s'hi ofereixen).

Cada dia havíem de recordar al personal de l'hotel que érem tres a l'habitació i ens faltava una tovallola. Hi havia dies que tot i l'avís no arribàvem a tenir-les. De dijous a diumenge al Longe Club de la piscina posen música molt alta des de les 10 del vespre fins la 1am o més. Se sentia molt des de l'habitació (6a planta) i era força molest. Nosaltres vam fer els àpats a l'hotel (restaurant L'Atelier o al bar/restaurant de la piscina) perquè als voltants no hi havia massa oferta de restaurants i els quatre que hi havia no eren "massa decents" (són "cafeteries barates"). Per anar a la Medina o a Cartago, etc. des de l'hotel cal cotxe o servei de taxi. Recomanem fer servir aplicacions com ara l'Indrive per demanar-los. Com a proposta de millora, tenir servei de canvi de divisa a la mateixa recepció de l'hotel seria un punt molt bo, ja que els bancs dels voltants no oferien aquests servei i vam haver d'anar a la Medina per canviar els Euros.

Les chambres étaient grandes, propres et très bien pensées pour un 4 étoiles. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le lit et oreillers très confortables. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable et souriant L'emplacement au centre de Tunis

La piscine est petite et le bars à côté organise des fêtes (pour adultes) tous les soirs, ce qui dérange les résidents dans les chambres jusqu'à 1h00 du matin. Le personnel du restaurant (petit déjeuner) n'est pas souriant. Le petit déj pas très varié pour le standing de l'hôtel.

Nous avons reservé une chambres pour 3 personnes , le matelas une place n'était pas très confortable , beaucoup trop mou .au niveau de la salle de bain , les robinetteries ne sont pas en très bon état.

C’est dommage il n’y a pas de coin familial pour pouvoir se rassembler boire un café dans l’hôtel sans forcer de sortir de l’hôtel à l’intérieur il n’y a que des personnes qui boit de l’alcool

Trato excelente por parte de recepción, como no podíamos desayunar nos dieron una bandeja de frutas así como un sorbete de limón mientras esperábamos a que nos dieran la habitación. Tiene una zona de masajes muy interesantes.

Proche de la médina à pieds. Pratique pour se rendre à Carthage, Sidi Bousaid et musée Bardo en voiture

Je n'ai pas compris ce qui se passait avec les serviettes. On nous les prenait autour de 9h30 le matin. Et ensuite pas de serviettes toute la journée... et nous n'avons jamais eu le nombre exact de serviettes pour 3 personnes. Rien de grave. Mais Mystère.

Hôtel super bien situé, le personnel est très agréable et ils font le nécessaire pour qu’on se sentent bien.

Nous avons eu quelques désagrément avec la climatisation mais la responsable a tout fait pour arranger le problème.

Posizione abbastanza centrale e strategica per spostamenti fuori città, per chi è dotato di auto (come noi). Colazione ottima, con tante pietanze. Aggiungerei solo della carne, come delle scaloppine, come ho visto fare in altre strutture. Ma i piatti sono davvero tanti, con dei cuochi che preparano su richiesta omelette e crepes. Le camere hanno tutto quello che serve, come l'aria condizionata efficace e semplice da settare (cosa non scontata), il minifrigo, la cassaforte, ecc.

Migliorerei gli sdraio e gli ombrelloni a bordo piscina (piccola peraltro), rinnovandoli e\o tenendoli più puliti e aumentandone il numero. Ma anche come è ora, la piscina è stata comunque una parte piacevole della permanenza in questi giorni (fine luglio 2026) di super caldo. Gli arredi delle camere sono carini, puliti e ordinati, ma con delle parti un po' usurate (legno degli armadi) e i tavolini tondi traballanti. Niente di grave, intendiamoci, ma è un aspetto migliorabile.

The rooms here are incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the staff Amel, Reda and Amal who are exceptionally well-trained and truly make you feel like royalty throughout your stay. The breakfast is easily a five-star experience—absolutely perfect with nothing to complain about. On top of that, the managers Amna and chef Sami are highly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. I will definitely be back!

Las instalaciones son muy modernas y amplias. La habitación estaba muy bien, con vistas a la piscina. Por la noche había música en directo y mucho ambiente. El restaurante tiene una carta muy correcta y los platos principales son muy completos. En el desayuno tienes la posibilidad de pedir una tortilla con verduritas o sin, o una crepe al momento. Fantástico!

El desayuno estaba muy bien pero diferente al desayuno que puedes encontrar en un hotel europeo. Quizás nos faltó pan mas variado, sobretodo porqué en el país la oferta de tortas y pan es diferente a las opciones del hotel.

Pourtant, le responsable nous a affirmé qu’ils étaient payants. Je lui ai montré la preuve sur ma réservation, mais il n’a rien voulu entendre et n’a fait aucun geste commercial. Le service de restauration est également à revoir. Dans l’ensemble, le service ne correspond pas aux prestations annoncées. Je m’attendais à un bien meilleur accueil et à un meilleur respect des services inclus dans la réservation. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison de ce manque de professionnalisme et de la mauvaise gestion de la relation client.

I was treated like family member Emna who was the guest relationship manager looked after my dietary requirements and great help . Made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.. such a lovely lady and good at heart. I was allowed allowed by head Sami to prepare my own meals. Never had such amazing experience. Big thanks to Sami The Chef.for his generosity. Hena who is a cook was so nice, helpfu and always smiling she cooked things for me, specially today she made mosli for me. It was absolutely delicious. Amal and Amel at reception were also very polite and helpful, i can name a few more amazing staff. They were all so nice and made me feel like family member. Was sad to leave them today for London. I would come.again and again to Golden Tulip el Mechtel. Big hello & love from Satvinder

Le monsieur qui nous accueille m’a demandé 25DT soit 8euros pour 4 feuille à rouler acheter à l’épicière en face.

La proximité géographique du centre ville et de l’aéroport le personnel était au petit soin et le rapport qualité prix

الفطور متنوع ولذيذ، موظفين الاستقبال لطيفين ومتعاونين جداً خصوصا الأستاذة سهام ، كل الشكر والتقدير لها علي اسلوبها وتعاونها وترحيبها الطيب، موقع الهوتيل مناسب ومريح وسهل الوصول.

لدي ملاحظة واحدة ، بخصوص مياه الشرب في الغرف، استغربت بانه يتم وضعها مجانا فقط في اليوم الاول، بينما اعتدت عند زيارتي لأغلب الفنادق ان عبوة المياه المجانية يتم وضعها طيلة فترة الاقامة.

Ειναι ενα ξενοδοχειο στην τυνιδα παρα πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο και το αεροδρομιο. Φιλικη συμπεριφορα της ρεσεψιον(μιλουν αγγλικα), σε αντιθεση με ολο το υπολοιπο προσωπικο που απλα αν δεν μιλας γαλλικα δεν μπορεις να συνενοηθεις. Παρολλα αυτα ηταν μια ευχαριστη διαμονη τα βραδια διοργανωναν βραδιες mundial στη πισινα και μετα ζωντανη μουσικη αρκετα ευχαριστο κλιμα.

Αν πρεπει να πω κατι που δεν μου αρεσε...ειναι οτι στο μπαρ της πισινας θα μπορουσαν να ρολαρουν καλυτερα με τον κοσμο και τις παραγγελιες και θα ηθελα να πιανουν τα παγακια που βαζουν στο ποτο με τσιμπιδα και οχι με τα χερια.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. La chambre était confortable, bien entretenue et propice au repos. Le déjeuner, bien que proposé en supplément, était varié et de qualité, avec des produits frais qui donnaient un excellent départ à la journée. Quant à l’emplacement, il est idéal : facilement accessible et proche des commodités, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour a été très agréable et je n’ai pas rencontré de difficultés majeures. La seule petite amélioration que je pourrais suggérer concerne la prise en compte du petit déjeuner dans le tarif de la chambre, ce qui rendrait l’expérience encore plus complète.

Good value for money if you need to stay at walking distance from the city centre.

The rooms were not clean at all, the AC system functioning at 50% and for no precise reason we had to ask for teaspoons at breakfast every single morning. The swimming pool is very small, not suitable for swimming.
