La colazione.. Pane, pan carré e altre cose simili come le torte, rimanevano sempre le stesse per giorni e le tovagliette non vengono pulite. È brutto e stranissimo, visto che tutto il resto viene tenuto bene.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel in Tunisia e siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale si è distinto per una cordialità e gentilezza eccezionale e un’attenzione premurosa. Si sono dimostrati sempre super disponibili nel fornirci consigli e suggerimenti davvero utili per esplorare al meglio la zona e godendoci il viaggio senza pensieri. La struttura merita il massimo dei voti anche per quanto riguarda i servizi. Camera spaziosa curata e dotata di un letto grande e comodissimo. Ottimo servizio di pulizia in camera. La colazione internazionale è semplicemente spettacolare, ricca anche di piatti tipici, opzioni fresche e deliziose. C'era di tutto. Un’esperienza fantastica che consiglio ad occhi chiusi a chiunque visiti la citta di Tunisi. Non so se mai torneremo in Tunisia ancora ma se dovesse capitare, sicuramente ritorneremo qui. Consigliatissimo.

Tamaño de la habitación. Instalaciones nuevas

Falta de organización. Se saltan hacer una habitación, y en toda la tarde no la hacen

Poca organización. Se dejaban las habitaciones sin hacer, no las hacian al pedirselo...nos hicieron cambiar una habitación sin motivo (algo "grave" comentaron en inglés)

Douche se bloque et se remplit d’eau Le breakfast pas à la hauteur

Personnel accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon et l’hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir Tunis. J’ai également apprécié le calme de l’établissement.

La douche se bouchait régulièrement et les environs de l’hôtel ne sont pas très beaux. En dehors de cela, le séjour s’est bien passé.

The hotel is beautiful, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The reception staff are very kind and friendly. The location is excellent, and the internet connection is fast. I would recommend staying at this hotel without the breakfast option.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment. There were many items available, but at the same time, there was very little that was enjoyable. Many of the items seemed old and were poorly prepared, which made the experience quite disappointing. The TV does not offer any international channels, which is something you would expect from a hotel with international standards.

hotel très recent, les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien agencées Clim très efficace meme si un peu bruyante le petit djeuner est excellent et il est servi à partir de 6h du matin , ce qui est un vrai plus lorsque l'on a des rdv tot le matin Enfin j'ai beaucoup apprécié le service de "taxi gratuit" (compris dans le prix de la chambre) que j'utilisais pour la premiere foiss : le chauffeur était au rdv, il était sympa et la voiture climatisée ( il faisait 48 degrés dehors !)

la salle de gym non (encore) disponible SVP changez périodiquement la musique dans l'ascenseur .... au bout de quelques jours c'est insupportable :-)

The location was very close to the city center. The food was great! The rooms were supper clean! Staff was amazing and helpful. Overall the stay was 10/10.

The shower light wasn't working.

- Room facilities are sufficient and the room is large enough for 1 ~ 2 travellers. Especially, the physical separation of shower, wash basin, and toilet is highly useful. - The front staff dealt with my request of "room at the quiet side" - The hotel building is new. - Breakfast buffet offers wide variety of cuisine, hot foods, omelets, salads, breads, smoothies, desserts, and more. It really is a good thing to start a day with nice breakfast and coffee. It would be better if they also offer rice, pasta, gluten-free wheat, and, more variety of tea options. - Carrefour is within 5 ~ 10 mins. - Terrace offers good view if you are a LRT or tramway funs in other cities or countries. Even though the terrace is also serving as a smoking space, the guests can see the view of LRT (Métro) running in the curves from west side. This hotel is located within just 2 mins to République station by foot.

- Kyriad group, as a worldwide brand, should provide sufficient training to the employees at Kyriad Prestige City Center Tunis. I doubt whether the service level satisfies their internal criteria. - Hardware is good but soft resources needs high improvement. - Front service and room service are, not a 4 star level at all. Helpless quality. 3 star level. Here goes several specific examples that I experienced. -- Response for my message was always extremely slow. Or, even it's lucky if they reply. -- Incorrect information from the front staff on their laundry service. Laundry service was not available just because of Sunday, though I asked this question one day before. Moreover, staff directly replied "I don't know ~" towards my enquiry of seeking alternative in the neighbourhood. -- Room service ignored my requests of "Pls Clean Up" sign at the door. Funny thing was that they entered my room for putting some snack but the towels etc are left as they were. When I requested front staff to bring the new towels etc right away, he also looked to be shocked. Room service didn't come to my room soon, but did with lacking goods. So I requested the room service to bring the lacking goods but room service finally didn't show up. - The behaviour of management level staff are just an arrogant one, rather than taking care of demands or wants from the guests in front of him/her.

The accountant showed me the price in tunisian dinar but I thought it was Euros so I thought it is waaaay too expensive haahhahaha

The room was good.

The reception was highly unprofessional and unpolit. The quality of service was very low. I did not feel welcomed. I felt like in the army only orders and instructions.

Konumu harika. Otelin tam karşısında tramvay durağı var. Ayrıca her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tek hayal kırıklığımız kahvaltı oldu. Biz açık büfe kahvaltı bekliyorduk fakat son gün hariç continental kahvaltı verildi. Bunun haricinde temizlik ve rahatlık bakımından harika. Ayrıca son gün ücretsiz şekilde valizlerimizi 6 saat boyunca muhafaza ettiler

L'emplacement était en plein centre ville, le personnel est vraiment a l'image du peuple, chaleureux bienveillant disponible et volontaire. Le ménage se fait a tout moment et même après 15h. La chambre est grande douche et toilettes séparée.c'était formidable

Seul bemol (ca c'est parce que c'est moi) les rideaux ça manquait un peu de voilage derrière pour rendre hermétique le soleil... Je suis photosensible, donc la lumière du matin me gênait un peu.

We stayed at this hotel with our family during our holiday abroad and had a really lovely stay. The location was great, very close to the old town, so it was easy to walk everywhere and explore. The staff were all so friendly and helpful — they helped us book restaurants for dinner, gave us great recommendations, suggested the best taxi app to use, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was really good too. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 5-star experience and we would happily stay here again.

Il était difficile de regarder la télévision, car l’image se figeait fréquemment. De plus, les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées.

L'emplacement au coeur de Tunis dans un quartier très animé est parfait pour arpenter la ville à pied et découvrir le vrai Tunis. Le personnel est discret et à notre entière disposition à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit. La chambre est calme, spacieuse, luxueuse, propre. Elle n'a pas de balcon, mais la petite terrasse au premier étage de l'hôtel est très agréable pour prendre le soleil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, très varié et très bon, le restaurant propose à toute heure quelques plats qualitatifs, à un prix abordable. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement.

Pour atteindre la perfection, manque un jacuzzi et/ou un hammam et/ou une piscine. Work in progress si l'on en croit le personnel. En effet, la signalétique dans le hall d'accueil indique la présence d'un hammam, mais depuis ma dernière visite en juillet 2025, le chantier n'a pas avancé.

Hôtel récent. Chambre très confortable et bien équipé, literie de qualité. WC séparé de la salle de douche. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Bien que proche de l'avenue de Paris, l'environnement de l'hôtel est dans un triste état (trottoirs défoncés, bâtiments délabrés...) L'hammam ne fonctionne toujours pas. Les petites fenêtres de la chambre donnent l'impression d'être dans un bunker, et si regarde on ne voit que des immeubles délabrés à l'extrême. Pas d'alcool au restaurant et bar de l'hôtel. Pourtant un hôtel international !

The hotel is very central, in walking distance to the bazaar and busy streets as well as Lafayette. There are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, grocery stores around. It is situated really close to a street car station. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was open buffet with lots of delicious choices and there were staff present at all times in case you wanted or needed something else, including chefs, who were lovely. I also tried the room service: chic presentation and delicious. What made my stay even better were the staff. All was super friendly and helpful; from the reception to the housekeeping, whom I'd like to thank to.

The only tiny thing I did dislike was the elevator music. It kept playing one particular song whenever I used it.

Very luxurious hotel in the center of Tunis. 15 minutes walk from old medina. Private underground security parking for your motorcycle. The staff speak English very good. Breakfast very good.

Superbe expérience dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé, à moins de 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport. L'accès à la médina se fait très facilement à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont super propre et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés.

Almost nothing! 2/10 that’s all i can give, only for some people who works there! Other than that 0 easily.

The location, room partitions, clarity, flexibility, shower, toilet, room service, they missed to make up my room for two days. Breakfast fine 5/10. Not up to the value of money we pay at all and not even a 4 starts Hotel. Ahh the worst thing ever, everytime you have to wait for 10 15 min and call the Hotel so the parking guard wakes up and open the gate! Worst stay ever had.

Staff friendly & professional

Restaurant, lack of organisation (tables not cleaned until your chose a table, they come and clean it), even tje ground sometimes is not dell cleaned. Staff is amazing and helpful.
