J’ai passé un séjour absolument impeccable à l’Hôtel Belvédère Fourati. J’ai été très heureux et entièrement satisfait de mon expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel très professionnel, sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre était confortable, propre et agréable, et l’ensemble de l’hôtel était très bien entretenu. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

J'aimerais comprendre pourquoi on a voulu me faire payer 250 dinars au check out avec beaucoup d'insistance, pour un plat de pâte que j'avais réglé en espèce 30 dinars dès la commande , avec une facture qui comprend des produits que je n'ai pas commandé ( 3 bouteilles d'eau, salades...) et qu'on a signé a ma place? J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps en discutions à l'accueil alors que j'avais un avion à prendre!

J'apprécie particulièrement la tradition hôtelière du Belvédère avec un service chaleureux mais très professionnel. C'est vraiment rare à Tunis. Le lobby est entièrement refait et cosy, on se sent à la maison. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et spacieuse. C'est devenu mon point de chute lors de mes déplacements professionnels dans la capitale.

Tunisia was a spur of the moment trip and it was an excellent choice! Staying at the Belvédère was an amazing experience. The room was really spacious and the staff was very accommodating and patient as we asked SOO many questions. Rania and the entire front desk navigating us and keeping us busy with different activities and restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and again the F & B staff again was truly attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

L'équipe nous les a gardés en toute sécurité jusqu'à notre retour, une attention extrêmement rare et précieuse qui témoigne de leur grande fiabilité. En plus d'être d'une gentillesse et d'une sympathie formidables, ils sont d'une réactivité exemplaire. N'ayant pas la possibilité de les joindre par téléphone, nous leur avons envoyé un e-mail et avons reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. ​Côté restauration, c'est un sans-faute : que ce soit au restaurant ou via le room service, tout était délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner est également incroyable, avec beaucoup de choix, le tout toujours servi par un personnel aux petits soins. ​Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil, leur honnêteté et leur dévouement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

I was traveling alone and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and lovely shops; since I dined at a different restaurant each time, I noticed the wide variety of options available. There is also a metro station nearby. I stayed there quite recently during a trip to Africa and was able to easily reach the Medina of Tunis from the hotel, so overall, it was a great experience.

A wonderful, modern hotel with staff who make you feel very welcome – special mention to Mohammed Ali, Badr al-Din and the whole team. We were there during the summer heatwave, and the air conditioning was absolutely brilliant. Thank you

We stayed at Hôtel Belvédère Fourati for two nights and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff were very attentive, which was kind, but sometimes a little too eager to assist while we were choosing food. A bit more space for guests to browse on their own would be welcome. Overall, a good stay with friendly service, but improvements to the breakfast experience would make it even better.

The main area for improvement is the breakfast. The variety of food could be better, the quality of some items and cooking could be improved, and I noticed that some cups were not completely clean. More options for children, such as proper chocolate not just sauce, would also be appreciated.

I was traveling with a group of French teachers and we stayed here during our time in Tunis. The staff and owner were incredibly hospitable and warm. The owner even interacted with us each morning (something you don't often see)! They provided great service, a convivial atmosphere, and a great introduction to Tunisia for us.

We had a fantastic time at the Belvedere Fourati Hotel and we were really glad that we booked this modern hotel. The staff at reception, in particular Ons and Rania, were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. They gave us sightseeing and restaurant tips and organized all our taxis around Tunis. They speak fluent English, French, Spanish and Arabic and are so friendly that we instantly felt at home. Our bedroom was extremely clean, spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were all helpful.

It exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et veille au moindre détail afin d'offrir la meilleure expérience possible à chaque client. L'hôtel, récemment rénové, est impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une propreté irréprochable et équipées d'une literie très confortable, idéale pour passer des nuits reposantes. Le calme est également un véritable atout grâce à une excellente isolation phonique et à des rideaux occultants de grande qualité. L'emplacement est parfait : tout est accessible à proximité, avec un parking sécurisé et surveillé 24h/24 par un agent de sécurité, ce qui est très rassurant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, sous forme de buffet à volonté, avec un large choix de produits de qualité pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Si vous recherchez un hôtel alliant confort, calme, propreté, sécurité et qualité de service, je vous recommande vivement cet établissement. We stayed at Hotel Belvedere Fourati for 5 days, and we were truly amazed by the kindness and warmth of everyone working there. From the moment we arrived, the porter kindly carried our luggage to our room, and when we checked out, he even helped us all the way to the taxi. The security staff outside always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome every day. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional. There was a gentleman who helped arrange a taxi for our trip to Sousse. As first-time visitors to Tunisia, we greatly appreciated his assistance. He organized everything for us and recommended places that were worth visiting, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. There was also a female receptionist who was incredibly elegant, kind, and generous. I was truly impressed by her constant smile and warm attitude throughout our stay. Her genuine kindness left a lasting impression on us. The room itself was spotless. Housekeeping cleaned it every day with remarkable attention to detail. Even the smallest things were never overlooked. During our entire 5-day stay, everything was maintained perfectly, and we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness. The restaurant staff, both during breakfast and dinner, were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Unfortunately, we did not learn the names of all the wonderful men and women who served us, but we are certain that they work with sincerity and dedication. I sincerely hope that everyone working at this hotel remains healthy, happy, and blessed with abundant rewards for the genuine care they show to their guests. Their kindness taught me something valuable about hospitality and humanity. When it was time to return to my home country, I felt emotional. I almost cried because everyone at the hotel had made us feel like family. It is a feeling that I may never find in any other hotel. They have really great rooms, nice, well-decorated and have all the modern comforts. The hotel has excellent service, for instance they were able to arrange our last-minute request to have a driver pick us up at the airport at midnight! All of this was coupled with their excellent food service. An amazing breakfast buffet with hot and cold delicious options as well as excellent dinner plates, going from appetizers that could be shared, up to meat, pasta, vegetarian and typical dishes, which were just as great as the other incredible restaurants that we visited in Tunis. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our visit! The others with as many or more stars, were also great, but this experience was particularly rewarding as our first hotel and then we changed plans to have it be our hotel for our final night before departing Tunis. Thanks to everyone at the hotel, their efficient and kind personnel, and special thanks to Rhania, in charge of the Reception and to Soussi, the manager. Congratulations on having an incredible hotel!

Some noise during the night

The location is very central. Being central has its pros and cons. In my case the pros strongly outweighed the cons. The lobby was being renovated during my stay, but it did not bother me one bit. Excellent service.

Ce fut une agréable découverte que cet hôtel que je retiendrai certainement pour de prochains séjours à Tunis. Avant même d y séjourner j ai ete séduite par le contact et l accueil de Mme Ons qui a ete particulièrement serviable et efficace. Qu elle en soit ici chaleureusement remerciee. Le personnel est, dans son ensemble professionnel, aimable et courtois. Les equipements sont de qualité et la propreté irréprochable. La cosa che più mi è rimasta impressa è stata la gentilezza dello staff, camere molto ampie e silenziose, palestra e rooftop all'ultimo piano. Graditissimo il cesto di frutta all'arrivo e la pulizia della camera ogni giorno. Colazione ricca e varia, ottima la zuppa di sorgo.

cuscini troppo alti, la posizione non proprio vicina alla medina.

Le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté, le restaurant, la salle de sport avec vue la ville et l'emplacement.

The experience in this hotel was more then amazing I'm really touched with how they operate In fact after a 8 hours trip coming for an organized event we found out me and my friend there was a big problem with our reservation.and yet they solved it very professionnelly thanks to the amazing ones and Ramzi without getting us feeling uncomfortable. Not to forget the great restaurant staff Karima and abdelkader with there warming smiles and professional service The food was amazing too In this place they offer a human experience and a professional experience.not to miss

Camera all'ultimo piano, non servito da ascensore. Siamo arrivati al ultimo piano servito dall'ascensore ma, per accedere al nostro piano superiore, abbiamo dovuto letteralmente attraversare la sala ristorante/colazioni ed il che non è proprio piacevole. Il problema è che per accedere al piano superiore occorre fare una scalinata e, portando delle borse, non è proprio agevole. Va comunque detto che il servizio dell'hotel si è prontamente messo a disposizione per trasportare le valigie più pesanti.

I’ve been staying at the Belvedere for several years when in Tunis for work and have always enjoyed it but especially after the recent renovations the rooms and lobby areas are even nicer. The staff are always incredibly helpful, top service. Excellent value for money.

Nuestea estancia aquí fue genial y si vuelvemos a Tunisia este será al hotel que vengamos, la atención fue excelente por parte de todo el personal, no hemos sentido muy bien, me gustaría nombrar a cada uno de las personas que nos han atendido, la chica de recepción Ons nos resolvió cualquier duda o gestión y nos ayudo muchísimo.
