عدم وجود تكييف لكن غالباً الجو بالليل يبرد اذا فتحت الشباك وموفرين مروحه صغيره

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The hotel was very peaceful and offered a beautiful sense of privacy. I really appreciated that it was adults-only, so there was no noise from children. The views over Lake Zell were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. The suite was very clean, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the breakfast was simple, healthy, and fresh.
The room did not have air conditioning, so it relied on the naturally cool mountain air. Also, if you walk into town, the walk back to the hotel is uphill and can be quite steep.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Потрясающий дизайнерский отель. Продумана каждая деталь - льняное постельное белье, хлопковые халаты, удобные матрасы, качественные фирменные продукты в душе. Очень приятный вежливый персонал и владельцы отеля. Вид из окна на озеро и горы - фантастический. Очень тихое место, только птицы поют. Завтраки очень хорошие - выпечка, сыры, мясные нарезки, яйца, мед, джем....все, что нужно вначале дня. После прогулки нам подготовили сауну, прекрасное завершение дня. Буду всем рекомендовать это местечко с красивым озером в окружении гор с заснеженными верхушками Zell am See и этот изумительный отель Senses Violett

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Fantastische plek en zeer gastvrije mensen. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten geweest en tot in de puntjes verwend. Mara zorgde elke ochtend voor een fantastisch ontbijt, vervolgens brachten Anastasia of Alex ons naar de skilift en ze haalden ons op, vervolgens kregen we een massage of stond de sauna aan en konden we aanschuiven bij een overheerlijk 3-gangen diner met lekkere wijnen. De kamer heeft een hoogwaardige luxe afwerking en een uitzicht waar je uren naar kunt staren. Ontzettend lieve en gastvrij mensen, zij hebben onze 4 dagen in Zell am See onvergetelijk gemaakt!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Personligt och välkomnande bemötande. Allt är genomtänkt. Parkering i garage med direkt tillgång till skidförvaring i värmeskåp och hiss upp till hotellet. Rymligt rum och badrum och balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Mycket god och varierad frukost som serveras vid bordet av gullig personal. Vi kommer tillbaka!!
Hotellet ligger i en backe vilket gör det lite knöligt att gå med skidor till och från pisten. Å andra sidan kör och hämtar värden hotellets gäster vid pisten varje dag👍

When we arrived, we met Anastasia (the owner) she was incredibly kind and personally gave us a tour of the hotel, explaining each area in detail. Later, we met Alex, who was super friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. And a special thanks to Chef Mara, who prepared the most wonderful breakfast and dinner for us. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so warm, happy, and memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering it you’ll definitely feel welcomed and impressed!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Gorgeous property - small, boutique hotel with stunning, high-end design. Super clean and comfortable! Very kind and friendly staff. The spa area is small, but lovely. The dining area has an awesome view out to the lake.
The "chef", "lady Mara", has no place in the kitchen. We had dinner there the night of our arrival, and I got terrible food poisoning and ended up in a hospital. My husband tried her eggs the following morning, and found them severely overcooked.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Architecturally and aesthetically stunning property with the views and location to match. Beautiful furniture and interior design throughout. Good parking facilities. Summer card included. Nice breakfast/dinner and friendly staff.
No kettle or tea/coffee etc. In room. No air conditioning. Communication and information could have been much better at the start of our stay, this would have explained why certain rules and restrictions are in place. Past issues with certain guests has meant the rooms are being monitored without knowledge or consent (seperate to the cleaning), we found this out first hand which left an uneasy feeling of mistrust and an invasion of privacy. I sympathise with the owners of course (it's a small, family run place) but, again, communication is key.

There was no kettle in the room and we asked for it they said they stopped giving to residents for misused! The dinner was until 7:45pm, we couldn’t benefit for timing and we didn’t choose the food it’s a set menu everyday changes. There was bad smell in the room from the drain, they fixed it the next day. The room light was too dim for my comfort.

الفطور محدود للغاية .. و المكان يحتاج للسيارة للوصول للسنتر نظرا لارتفاع المكان و غير مناسبته لحركة العوائل للسنتر .. المكان مناسب للازواج فقط .. لان دش الترويش لا يوجد له باب و لكن هذا لا يلغي جمال الفندق

Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre schön, da es nur eine im Übergang zur Garage wo der Kaffee aber auch gleich mal 3 Euro kostet. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer entschädigt dafür aber. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr schön, Alex gibt sich größte Mühe, ein guter Gastgeber zu sein und ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt kein Buffet, sondern das Frühstück wird einem an den Platz geliefert. Das ist einerseits gut, andererseits ist dadurch die Auswahl etwas begrenzt. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt gern wieder
Eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer wäre wünschenswert, gerade in dieser Preislage der Unterkunft. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

I want to especially thank Alex 2, who went above and beyond every single day. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. He was always there with a smile, helpful suggestions, and a genuine kindness that made us feel truly at home. A big thank you also to Chef Mara, whose cooking was simply amazing—each dish was full of flavor and heart. And of course, to Anastasia, the lovely owner, whose vision and personal care are felt in every corner of the hotel. Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were fabulous and it was designed and decorated very nicely . This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Alex (owner), Alex (chef), Anastasia and the whole staff were friendly and treated us as family. The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly baked croissant. You have your own parking spot, very quiet and classy Neighbourhood, Free wifi. I am pretty sure that I will come back and book the larg family suite next time.
The fact that yoh have to leave.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025المكان نظيف وتصميم راقي ورهيب خصوصًا السويت المطل. الغرف وسيعة ومريحة جدًا والإطلالة رائعة للغاية. المواقف مجانية عبارة عن جراج داخلي. يوجد شطاف. الموظفين ودودين للغاية بالأخص الشيف أليكس 2 والشيف مارا وينبهون بخصوص الأكل الحلال والحرام. والسيدة أنستازيا والسيد 1 أصحاب المكان أيضًا محترمين ويشرحون كل شيء من البداية.
ما فيه غلاية ولكن فيه بالجراج آلة قهوة وتقدر تاخذ موية حارة ب30 سنت. المكان مرتفع وبعيد عن السنتر 15-20 دقيقة مشي والنزول سهل بينما الصعود صعب جدًا لذلك ما أنصح النزول على الأقدام.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025I stayed at this hotel and my experience was excellent. The reception was great, and the lady, who is the owner’s wife, was very kind and showed us all the facilities in detail with care. The room was very spacious, large, and incredibly clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the chef (Mr. X) was extremely professional and put great effort into preparing the food. He was also very friendly and polite with us. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Zell am See center. I really liked everything, and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025المكان مريح جدًا وبعيد تمامًا عن الإزعاج، كانت رحلة استجمام رائعة قضيتها مع زوجتي. الفندق جميل من حيث التصميم والنظافة، لكن يُؤخذ عليه نقطة مهمة: ما فيه موظفين متواجدين طوال اليوم. من الساعة 5 مساءً إلى 9 صباحًا ما تلاقي أحد في الاستقبال، فخذ هذا الشيء بعين الاعتبار إذا كنت تحتاج لأي خدمة خلال هذه الفترة
الإفطار محدود جدًا: كروسان، فطاير، أجبان، وبيض. والبيض يتكرر يوميًا، فقط يغيّرون طريقته—يوم مسلوق ويوم أومليت. الكافي حاطين مكينة تحت القهوة 3 يورو الغسيل حاطين غسالة المره الواحده اللي تغسل فيها 3 يورو اللي لاحظته إن صاحب الفندق صارم جدًا بخصوص وقت الإفطار. إذا جيت قبل ما ينتهي الوقت بـ10 دقائق، حتى لو كنت موجود أنت وغيرك من النزلاء، ما يعطيك شيء! حصلت قدامي: كنت أفطر، وكان فيه مجموعتين من العرب ما يعرفون بعض، وصلوا وباقي 10 دقائق على نهاية الإفطار، رفض يضيفهم، وقال لهم بالحرف “سوري، الوقت انتهى”. المزعج إن الفندق مو رخيص أبدًا، والتعامل هذا ما كان في المستوى
