Breakfast is available, but you pay what you need. This was perfect for us. The location was good for a little walk from the center. The staff was very friendly, including their cat Panther. The room and bathroom were clean. We liked the view of the balcony! The staff was not available, however they make sure a self check-in can be done, so you don't need to wait until someone arrives. Also, booking didn't accept our payment via credit, but the reservation was still okay and we could pay in the end at the reception.

The bathroom was a little small, but this is literally all we can say.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—walking distance to both Lake Zell and the Schmittenhöhe cable car, and I was even able to easily walk to the main train station. Even before my arrival, they kindly provided me with my Guest Mobility Card, train schedules, and a helpful app for tracking buses. Thanks to their detailed guidance, I never felt lost in a foreign country. They answered all my questions promptly and were immensely helpful. My room was spotless, and despite being shared, the bathrooms were extremely clean. Everyone was warm and friendly, and they even helped me store my luggage on my final day. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

everything was perfect

Due to a misleading quotation by Booking.com, we did not get the two doublebed rooms with bathroom we expected, however, the manager was onsite and she was extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. For a small fee she provided my companion with a room the same as mine, as I had originally requested from Booking.com. The manager also explained to us how the self-service breakfast worked and I believe we received excellent value. Parking was good, access was easy.

I searched using the same key points I used for all other hotels in this journey but quite a different result which was initially very disheartening. Due to a misleading quotation by Booking.com, we did not get the two doublebed rooms with bathroom we expected - it looked like we were offered two rooms sharing one bathroom when in fact we were offered one doublebed room with bathroom and one singlebedroom without a bathroom having to share with others on the same level - our two rooms were on different levels. I also believe I specified a location closer to the lake's edge, but given the excellent value subsequently on offer, I am satisfied with the final result. A firm pillow would have been very helpful.

Loved the location, just an easy stroll into the main city area with all of the shops. I also loved the ability to get all of the info at the hotel without having to reach out to anyone. Our keys were in an envelope at the front door, we were easily able to find our room. Looking into the main lobby area, we saw the coin operated coffee machine and then an opportunity to sign up for fresh bread for the following morning. We dried a load of clothes that night and signed up for that as well. In the morning we found a basket marked with our room number in the downstairs lobby area with the croissants that we ordered, and spent a lovely bit sipping cafe lattes on our balcony. Everything was so clean and welcoming and comfortable. A large room for the three of us that was just perfect!

I can't think of anything that could have been better, honestly.

Good location with convenient on-site parking. Nice clean room with elevator access. Even though shared toilet and shower on same floor there was no contention for use. Nice to have a sink in the room. Elevator was good. Short walk to old town area.

Reception was only staffed in morning for departure (effectively to collect payment). Breakfast consisted of pre-ordered bread (the night before) and separately charged individual items from the fridge.

Room was lovely spacious and appreciated the balcony area to cool down in the summer heat. Staff members were extremely polite and friendly always greeting me and my son with a big smile . We enjoyed the added bonus of playing table tennis in the evening

The room was well equiped with a full functional kitchen. Both rooms have acces to the balcony, which is really nice. The apartment is very spatious and easy to find and access. You will have a free parking lot. The internet is ok, not great, but does the job.

The soap support in the bathroom had old soap on it. There are curtains, but are not really dark or thick. In the morning, at 7-8, the room is filled with light. If you aren't a morning person, this will be a challenge. The bed is comfy, but we would have enjoyed some hard pillows. The ones we had were very soft. Keep in mind the building is a 10-13 minute walk uphill from the city center. Not a problem, just know that.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, bien localizado y todo muy bien tenido y limpio; cuentan con ascensor, lo que es conveniente para personas de la tercera edad.

No hay baños privados para las habitaciones; creo que el precio justifica un baño privado. El baño compartido estaba muy limpio, al igual que las duchas, y en general todo el hotel.

Příjemný malý hotel, pokoj čistý, dostatečně vybavený, personál milý a velice ochotný. I přesto že zde není restaurace, je možnost si objednat pečivo, udělat kávu v kávovaru, nebo si koupit nějaký nápoj.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles ist in der Nähe: Berge, See, Restaurants, Souvenirläden.

Das Bett war bequem und im EG konnte man sich individuell sein Frühstück zusammenstellen mit Brötchenbestellung am Vorabend. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Das Bad könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen und es wäre schön gewesen einen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon zu haben.

Super organisiert, nettes Personal, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Ich habe mich hier sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

住2晚，3人，一晚230歐元，但房間並沒有寬敞、新穎，覺得性價比不高，可能是風景區價格都偏貴吧！他的交通卡是紙本列印出來，所以要進房後才拿得到，但他的卡並不是Summer card，搭纜車約有九折，如果可以的話還是會想找有Summer card合作的住宿，這樣可以省很多纜車錢，另外從火車站推大行李箱上坡大約快15分鐘才抵達住宿，覺得蠻辛苦的呀

Location was excellent. View out of the balcony was amazing. Room was decent-sized and comfortable. We did not avail breakfast option but it was there. There was constant contact with the owner regarding check-in and she was very helpful. Ample car parking available in the property. The guest house is very close to the lake (10 mins by foot), there is even a bus stop nearby which one can take to Schmittenhöhebahn.

The exhaust ventilation in the WC could be a bit better, Room is pricy but it was still ok for us.

Nice, quiet location a few minutes walk from the central tourist area and Bahnhof (there is a gentle incline the whole way but that cannot be avoided when visiting a mountain town), with a little stream right in front. Snacks and drinks are available on-site 24/7 for a small fee, including coffee and other breakfast items, which is nice if you want options in-town. Room was cute and cozy with a modern bathroom and a balcony that included a table and chairs. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor with only a small set of stairs to additional rooms so it is quite accessible. Rooms are serviced daily. Keep in mind there is no A/C and no Sommerkarte, but the Guest Mobility Ticket is included and quite handy if you'd like to explore other towns and attractions outside of Zell Am See. There are also nice modern windows that can be propped open at the top for some cooler air at night. All in all a very charming and budget-friendly, but still excellent, family-run spot in the mountains.

It's a place with kindness, nice gestures and tidiness. Very quiet and super location.

a bit retro furniture and bathroom but well equipped. everything is exceptionally clean, a higher standard than many higher category hotels! perfect place for hikers to relax in a quiet place. good value for money.

Only a few uncomfortable things. 1) the bed we slept in had large dips in them where clearly people had slept prior. Felt like memory foam so that’s probably why. 2) there was no AC which isn’t there fault. I just must have missed this when booking the hotel. We opened the windows to let the room cool down 3) there wasn’t any facial tissues so we had to use toilet paper which was uncomfortable.

Gelegen net buiten het centrum, dus heel rustig en op 5 minuten wandelen ben je in het centrum van Zell am See, 10 minuten naar het meer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamer/appartement is ruim en er ontbreekt niets voor een fijn verblijf. Aan de ingang van het huis is er een koffieautomaat, drank en snoepbar. Ook leuk is de minisupermarkt, eigenlijk een ijskast met wat kaas en andere producten dat je kan kopen zodat je niet naar buiten moet als je iets vergeten bent om te eten. De decoratie in de gemeenschappelijke delen is ook heel mooi met aandacht voor de natuur. Een aanrader en ik keer zeker eens terug.

Utterly perfect, comfortable and welcoming! Gorgeous location, zen qualities, picturesque views, beyond close for skiing and the beautiful zell am see. The postplatz bus station is 6 minutes away and from there you can ride in comfort to the airport, Tauern spa, Krimml falls, (highest in Europe), and many more. direct and comfortable! loads of great places to eat and drink with friendly people and breath taking scenery. The property is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The host is so warm and friendly she makes you feel you belong from the moment you arrive! The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. My balcony was delightfully positioned to see the mountains and I spent quite a bit of time relaxing out there. Great window and door to the balcony for fresh air. you get TV, kettle, cups a safe and a hairdryer. There was a good sized fridge in my room and there was access to microwave, toaster, egg cooker and so much more. There was even a washing machine and dryer which meant less packing and no need for hold luggage! The coffee machine there provides a truly outstanding local coffee. Delighted in many of those! There also snacks and drinks available. Upon leaving the host presented me with a gorgeous book and let me pick a card. She really is a fabulous lady in touch with her customers! I truly hand on heart can not recommend this place enough. so accommodating it felt like home. I completely relaxed xx

The location is a fairly short walk from the Zell train station, and closer even to the bus station. The staff members were really friendly and helpful bringing a good vibe to the whole place. Our room was comfortable with a sink and a small balcony - perfect for our needs. Separate toilet and shower rooms were fine. Breakfast worked a bit differently than usual - you indicate the bread you want the night before and then note what extra stuff you use - butter, cheese, ham, etc., and you only pay for that. We ate plenty but it was still lots cheaper than most hotels.

At some points in the day there was an unpleasant smell in the corridors (NOT in the room); this could have been due to other guests in some way. It wasn't always there so hopefully just a short-term thing.
