كل شيء ممتاز لكن الشيء الوحيد الذي ممكن ان تذكره عدم وجود حماصة التوست 😂

الاستقبال كان هناك امراءة وقحة وليست احترافية قلت لها بوقف سيارتي هنا قالت لا قلت اوكيه فين اوقف سيارتي قالت لي مواقف السيارات تحت في الفندق اعطتني الاتجاهات خطأ لم تكن محترمة وليست متعاونه عند تسجيل الدخول وقت سيارتي بعيد عن الفندق مشي 10 دقائق اتمنى اني ارجع مرة اخرى لكن سوف اغير فندق آخر بسبب المراءة الي في الاستقبال شكلها طويله ومليانه وقليلة ادب

الموقع وجود موقف للسياره النظافه وجود كروت زيلامسي وكابرون وهذا يوفر كثيرا

السعر غالي نوعا ما(1500 ريال سعودي) المخدات نحيفه جدا وغير مريحه عدم وجود شطافات مياه

The apartment was clean and within walking distance to the center and the lake, and they also provide the Summer Card. However, the reception hours are not convenient — it closes at 18:00, and if you need something, you must wait until the next morning at 8:00. Still, the location was very close to all activities and restaurants. Allerdings sind die Rezeptionszeiten unpraktisch — sie schließt um 18:00 Uhr, und wenn man etwas braucht, muss man bis zum nächsten Morgen um 8:00 Uhr warten. Trotzdem war die Lage sehr nah an allen Aktivitäten und Restaurants. المكان رائع المساحه ممتازه المواقع رائع

المكان خخخيال ونظيفففه حيل وقريبه من السنتر 4 دقايق و المواقف سيفتي وفيها غساله بالدور الارضي تصلح حق عايله 👍🏻

وجود البطاقة الصيفية 👍🏻👍🏻 بس مهم تطلبونه انتم اذا وصلتوا وتذكرونهم بالامر؛ ايضا وجود غسالة مواعين وقربها من السنتر دقيقتين مشي تقريبًا

حط ببالك إن الإنارة خافته بعض الشي + ايضًا غسالة الملابس مشتركة لكل النزلاء وإزعاج النهر لإنه قدام البيت على طول

Location is amazing a few minutes walk into town and just a few more minutes to the lake! Perfect!! We had an issue with our safe and the reception staff sorted it out for us so quickly, they were brilliant.

Could’ve done with some basics in the kitchen, salt, pepper, oil. Wardrobe door in the second bedroom was broken, but didn’t effect our holiday and we reported it.

الشقه واسعة وجميلة ومكانها استراتيجي وهدؤ

الذي لم يعجبني هو مفارش النوم لم تكن مريحة مع الاريكة .

No air conditioner and the bed was only for 4 persons other need to suffer plus the blankets are very small for a person

امان عالي وموقف مجاني لكل شقه والدخول للمبنى والمواقف بمفتاحك الخاص .. مساحة الشقه المطبخ متكامل موقع جيد اطلاله جميله

لا يوجد بلاك اوت والستائر خفيفه .. النور مزعج جدا جدا من بعد شروق الشمس لا يوجد تكييف الغرف وقت النوم تكون مكتووومه وعند فتح الشباك تدخل الحشرات او الامطار قيمه مرتفعه مقابل المرافق والخدمات لا يوجد ريسبشن بعد الساعه 8 الماء ان وصل الى ارضية الحمام عندالاستحمام يدخل على الغرف حيث لا يوجد تصريف ولا اي حاجز يمنع دخوله لا توجد غساله

Великолепные апартаменты с двумя спальнями и двумя ванными комнатами, прекрасный вид на горы. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Есть подземный паркинг.

The location is great, right in the city and close to a lot of attractions. The view from the windows is great, directly to mountains and the river next to the building adds a nice noise if the windows are open. We had a late check-in and the way it was explained and delivered, with the instructional video, was amazing. Very easy to find where and how to get keys from the box. The stuff was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions for attractions around. Also, in the price was included a welcome card with free tickets for public transport and quite a few attractions (cable cars, gorge walk, etc.) The parking space was included in the price, and it is right in the underground basement.

الموقع و نظافة الشقه و أدوات الطبخ و استعادت الوديعة خلال يومين و فيه مواقف تفتح بمفتاح الشقه نفسه

عدم وجود شطاف

حسن تعامل الموظفين وكذلك شرح مفصل لسياسة الفندق واخذ كل معلومة بعين الاعتبار لزبائن والامانة وحسن الخلق نسيت بوك شخصي في الخزانة وتم التحفظ عليها وساعدنا شخص آخر بتوصيلها لنا في نفس اليوم

لم يعجبني الصالة كانت صغيرة جداً وكنت اتمنى ان تكون الشقة في الادوار العالية ولكن صارت في الارضي قربها من الشارع وازعاج الامارة عند فتح النوافذ

Erdvus butas, didelė svetainė ir virtuvės zona. Keliavom penkiese, todėl du vonios kambariai labai pravertė.

Raktų atsiėmimas kitoje vietoje. Butas švarus tik paviršutiniškai. Nepatogios lovos.

عدم توفر تكيف في المكان .. هذا مزعج نوعاً ما في فصل الصيف

مجمع شقق فندقيه جميله ومرتبه ونظيفه والموقع ممتاز ووسيعه للعائله 3 غرف نوم و3 حمامات

بعض المرافق مكتوبه انها ضمن الشقه وهي مشتركة مع الشقق واقصد غسالة الملابس والمجفف .. الاستلام والتسليم في موقع اخر وليس في مكان الشقق يطلبوا تامين للشقه عند الاستلام

The toilet and some of the sinks smell terrible.

الأمان جدا عالي. شقة 505 مطله وجميله. التلفزيون كله عربي مع يوتيوب للأطفال. الموقق قريب جدا من بحيرة زيلامسي والمطاعم العربية. أتمنى توفير شطاف في الحمامات. وشكرا.

رائحة المطبخ لم تكن جيده أبدا. المفارش فيها رائحة ولم يتم تنظيفها للأسف.

Centrally located lovely apartment with amazing mountain view. Apartment was nice and clean and equipped with all necessities for a pleasant stay. Train station, bus station and zell market is just 5-7 min walk. Had a wonderful stay with my family and kids. Would definitely come again.

There's nothing you cannot like about the apartment and overall the place.

Everything was just perfect! It was one of the amazing stays I've ever had in my travel history as I the apartment is located in the center of Zell am See. Everything is nearby and within a walkable distance. The view from windows and balcony is breathtaking. I wish I could extend my stay little bit longer to enjoy and got relaxed more. The tourism card which was provided by the property is a bonus as we enjoyed lots of free and discounted events at different locations around Zell am See. It was the first time and won't be the last time to stay at this property for sure.

Nothing. Everything perfect and I recommend this place for family.

كل شي استثنائي و جميييل بإستثناء صاحب المطعم التابع للفندق للأسف(الرجل التركي) Everything is exceptional and beautiful, except for the owner of the hotel restaurant, unfortunately (the Turkish man).

مرحبا.. لقد واجهنا مشكلة من صاحب المطعم التابع للفندق آثار الرعب للاطفال و فتح عليهم السيارة بطرقة همجية و اتهمنا بأننا رمينا القمامة عند المطعم من غير التأكد من ذالك اتمنى من ادارة الفندق ان يتخذون اجرائا به ..هذا الأمر غير مقبول على الإطلاق Hello.. We faced a problem with the owner of the hotel restaurant. He terrified the children and opened the car door on them in a barbaric way. He accused us of throwing garbage at the restaurant without verifying that. I hope the hotel management takes action regarding this.. This matter is absolutely unacceptable.

The apartment is in a very nice location. Parking: you have your own underground parking. Easy access to the elevator from the garage. Location: city centre and everything around you. View: perfect view to the mountain. Plenty of space in the apartment. Easy to move around. The apartment had all the kitchen requirements.

Although the apartment was clean but there was cooking or food smell in the apartment when we entered. The ventilation at the apartment was bad especially in the bathroom where they work for seconds only. The laundry room is downstairs and it require money for using it. Some lighting in the rooms were not in good condition. Check in at a different place than the apartment.

Very well furnished modern apartment with a 360 degree view of snow covered peaks and a view of the lake. Clean linen, modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Photos do justice to the property. Incredibly spacious living area. Included the Kaprun summer card which is an absolute must in Zell am See. Do not choose a property without the summer card included.

Nicht gerade billig! Beim öffnen der Spülmaschine rutscht die Schublade mit heraus da schief eingebaut, Geschirr könnte kaputt gehen!

Alles, vom Standort bis hin zum Apartment selbst. Sehr groß viel Platz alles super sauber und gepflegt. Betten sehr bequem und jeder hat sein eigenes Bad. Einfach super.
