Pavilion Samui Villas and Resort

Lage ist toll. Am Lamai Beach. Hotel ist schön. Wir hatten die Hydro Suite. Ist ein kleiner Whirlpool. Für uns sehr schön am Abend noch einmal zu entspannen. Night Markt direkt nebenan. Viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen.

Hotel muss wirklich mal anfangen zu renovieren. Es ist offensichtlich das die Fassade bröckelt. Frühstück war gut. Allerdings wenn wir vergleichen mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in Thailand ist da Luft nach oben. Es sind Kleinigkeiten. Aber dennoch sind sie uns aufgefallen. Wir können das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen.

Posizione e gentilezza del personale

Es muy completo. Nos hicieron un cambio de la habitación que teníamos reservada por otra, pagando la diferencia, ya que la primera estaba en el edificio de enfrente a la recepción. El personal muy atento y amable. La verdad que 10/10.

Could have offered more morning yoga or pilates sessions

Pavilion is in a perfect position - central to Lamai, right by the night markets but its serene and peaceful all the time. The pools are excellent, the stretch of beach outside is beautiful and the staff are incredible.

We booked one of the villas with a “plunge pool” - the pool itself is tiny and shallow. It only went just over my knee ! Ludicrous. We took to calling it “the puddle”. Completely useless except for the smallest of kids. The room itself was dark and not too comfortable. The hotel facilities are great but the rooms could be better.

Frühstück war ok- Der Strand ist schön und man kann gut baden. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt.

Stark überteuert. Sehr kleine Portionen, hohe Preise. Stark renoverungsbedürftig insbesondere der Pool ist in einem gefährlichen Zustand. Hier fehlen unzählige Fließen.

Beachfront hotel. Comfortable rooms. Multiple swimming pools.

The rooms are very dark. Bathroom areas quite small and didn’t love the layout.

Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et efficace. Nous avions une villa avec piscine privée, elle était confortable et très belle. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien, la nourriture thaï et européenne est très bonne (bien que chère) Petit déjeuner top. Restaurants, supermarchés et salons de massage à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel.

Le prix très élevé pour la Thaïlande mais les prestations étaient excellentes.

Hotel avec un très beau cadre, tant sur la vue que d'un point de vue architectural. Directement sur la plage. Bien placé car pas besoin de reprendre la voiture le soir. Tout se fait à pieds, le night market est à 5 mn et les autres commerçants à 2 mn. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Tout était parfait

2 voksne og 1 barn (3 årig) Villa og pool var perfekt. Der var sol på terrassen og den private pool havde en behagelig temperatur. Venligt personale, dejlig strand, god restaurant og beliggenhed.

Da 2 villaer kan slåes sammen, så var der en anelse lydt (gennem den låste dør) ind til naboen.

The location was excellent. Staff were delightful. Pool facilities with beach access and sun lounges on the beach with bar service.

Beach towels not available on beach or pool and had to be taken from room. Only one key given so aircon can’t run or electrics can’t charge when you are not in room .

Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum von Lamai.

Das Management war nicht freundlich. Sie hielten es nicht für nötig die Einführung in Englisch abzuhalten. Das Personal im Restaurant und allgemein war sehr freundlich

One thing I didn’t like was smoking at the restaurant. I had to ask a guy not to smoke every day whilst I ate my breakfast. He said eat inside if I didn’t want to smell the smoke. I wanted to punch the guy in the face but he was an older man. We should NOT have to put up with smoke whilst we eat our food. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! I hope this is something you can rectify before the next time we stay there. That would be the deciding factor if we do or not.

Definitely the distance to the beach from the hotel, so nice to have a hotel property right on the beach. The pools were nice as well and restaurant/bar has good quality food especially local cuisine. The staff team at THE LOOKOUT RESTAURANT were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy the food. The hotel room is very unique, spa feel environment the minute you walked into the room.

The bed was a little too firm and the room AC water kept dripping.

Loved everything, especially the pools, the beach, and the wonderful staff. Especially the older gentleman Thandi I think his name is. So attentive and helpful. Thank you sir you are a big asset for the hotel.

All the staff were amazing but one guy didn’t seem too happy. Didn’t catch his name but he always seemed angry. Especially at the Thursday night steak dinner event.

スタッフがとても親切で徒歩圏内に夜市、レストラン、マッサージ、ランドリー、コンビニ、マルシェ、ロータスがあるビーチ沿の素晴らしいホテル でも予約の時は気をつけて！ ビーチフロントのホテルで見つけて予約したのに、部屋は道路を渡った方だと言われ、(予約の際表記されてませんでした) 結局現地で追加料金を支払って、道路を渡らなくて良い部屋に変えました。 最初に明記して欲しかったです。

6泊の滞在中、服の収納スペース、引出しも無く、ハンガーも足りず困りました。 あと、姿見があれば便利なのにと思いました。

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Hatten erst eine Grand Poolvilla gebucht und haben dann ein Upgrade auf eine Residence, die über 2 Etagen geht. Diese erreicht man über einen privaten Weg.

Die Residence müsste mal überholt werden. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Très belle plage directement dans l’hôtel, vraiment magnifique. Les deux piscines sont agréables et le cadre est reposant. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec du choix et le personnel reste globalement gentil.

Nous avons été déçus par plusieurs points pour un hôtel présenté comme 5 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner était très chargé chaque matin, avec énormément de monde, au point que l’ambiance faisait parfois plus “réfectoire” qu’hôtel haut de gamme. Certaines parties étaient fermées malgré l’affluence. La “piscine” de la chambre était aussi très décevante car elle ressemblait davantage à une petite pataugeoire qu’à une vraie piscine est de plus très froide ce qui était dommage avec un enfant. Concernant l’entretien, nous étions parfois obligés d’aller chercher les femmes de ménage nous-mêmes sinon la chambre n’était pas faite. Chaque jour, des capsules de café devaient être remises dans la chambre, mais sur un séjour de 10 jours, cela a été oublié plusieurs fois. Enfin, nous avons eu un vrai problème avec le mobilier de la chambre : chaque jour, une sorte de poussière/sciure tombait constamment de la tête de lit et d’un meuble. Même après le ménage, les résidus revenaient quelques heures plus tard et nous retrouvions parfois ces petits grains jusque dans le lit.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was not clean and the overall maintenance was far below what you would expect from a 5-star property. The breakfast was poor, lacked variety, and the food did not feel fresh. Overall, this hotel is definitely not at a 5-star standard.

Resort fantástico, com ótimas condições e acesso direto à praia. O quarto e comodidades são excelentes e o pequeno almoço muito variado. Bem no centro de Lamai, com muitas opções de restaurantes e mercados locais permitindo diferentes escolhas.

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut! Zu Fuß zum Lamai Night Market ca 1 min zu Fuß. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich! Die beiden Pools waren sehr schön, die komplette Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Würden wir definitiv wieder buchen.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel,przy pięknej,szerokiej plaży.Obok hotelu mnóstwo restauracji i punktów usługowych.Na ogromny plus liczba leżaków na plaży ,niezależnie od godziny zawsze były jakieś wolne a obsługa czuwała żeby pomóc w razie potrzeby.Sam hotel bardzo dobrze utrzymany,mnóstwo zieleni,czysto i wygodnie.Obsługa to chyba największy plus tego hotelu,zawsze skorzy do pomocy ale nie narzucający sie.Byłam bardzo chora podczas naszego pobytu i doceniam,że zajeli się nami i zadbali o nasz komfort.

Jedynym minusem jest nocny targ obok hotelu z głośną muzyka do późnych godzin nocnych co utrudnia zasypianie w niektorych pokojach.

Wunderschönes Resort mit einem super Strandabschnitt. Zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Nightmarket gleich nebenan.

Wünschenswert wären Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool bzw. Strand.

Enjoyed our stay and would visit again! Hotel smells amazing (lemon grass) and room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and staff were friendly, we only stayed one night but could have stayed longer but was travelling onto another place. Pool was clean and hotel is directly on the beach.

We had ground floor room and would’ve preferred a room overlooking the pool/beach but this was not a problem for us.

Pokoje są trochę ciemne. Przez specyficzny kluczyk i brak kart do pokoju nie można włączyć klimatyzacji podczas nieobecności w pokoju.

Der Infinity Pool war hammer, der Strand bzw das Meer war wunderschön und super zum Baden. Auch die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge zu machen.

Der Night Market neben dem Hotel macht Lärm (laute Bandmusik) bis ca 00.30 Uhr. Wenn man das Zimmer auf dieser Seite hat, ist es sehr mühsam. Ausserdem sind diese Doppelzimmer bei Night Market Seite älter, kleiner und dunkler. Wir konnten nach 5 Nächten noch wechseln für 3 Nächte auf die andere Seite - dort vieeeeeel bessere schönere neuere Zimmer und weniger Lärm! Das wussten wir leider nicht und man bezahlt für beide Seiten gleich viel bzw sind Doppelzimmer Deluxe… Dann das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht so ausgewogen wie ich es sonst in Thailand kenne, ist aber ok.

Nous étions dans une villa de 2 étages avec piscine privée; Chaque couple avait sa chambre, soit au rdc soit au 1er, avec chacun ses WC et salle de bains et frigo. Au rdc il y avait un salon et à l'extérieur une piscine privée et une cuisine d'été. Chaque logement avait un jacuzzi. La piscine à débordements donnait sur la plage de sable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Had an amazing stay at Pavilion , right next to Lamai Night Market. Great location, beautiful and clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and perfect beach for relaxing. Highly recommended! 🌴

The only downside was that the room lighting felt a bit dim

Chaises longues vieillissantes qui font mal au dos. Pour un 5 étoiles elles pourraient être changées et avoir un revêtement mou. Selon la chambre, très bruyant. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et c'était mieux mais toujours bruyant.
