Pavilion Pool Residence Samui - SHA Extra Plus

Very friendly staff. Stayed in two bedroom pool villa and the pool was a great size. Never any issues getting sun loungers on the beach. Hotel provides towels for the beach as well which is a nice touch.

Occasionally had to chase housekeeping for room to be made up.

The staff the location was great.

Not that I didn't like it. But the cleanliness of daily cleaning could have been a little better. But the cleaners were lovely and very friendly.

A ne pas manquer : le barbecue sur la plage et le fireshow.

J’ai fait un massage pour tester et j’étais déçue: très en dessous des massages qu’on pouvait faire à la plage.

Gute Lage, freundliches Housekeeping, direkt am Strand, gute austattung, schöne Anlage.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Wlan eine Katastrophe. Gehört mal wieder Renoviert.

Es war unser erster großer Urlaub mit unserem 6 Monate altem Baby und einfach alles war super! Das Personal war so freundlich wie man es sich wünscht. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr sehr lecker. Die Preise waren super fair. Die Pool Villa mit direkter Strandlage war ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder.

The location was perfect the property was very nice and clean, spacious with a lovely outlook onto the beach which was lovely.

We stayed in the property towards the end of the season and as such, it was showing some signs of needing some attention, whilst this was a little disappointing, it didn’t spoil our holiday. On our last few days the staff started to repair and repaint where required around the complex so I imagine this is normal for end of season, and whilst this is mostly wear and tear, it may be worth bearing in mind. Saying all this I would return to the same property another time.

Petit déjeuner au top. Personnel souriant agréable et disponible en permanence. Un grand merci à TIK pour sa gentillesse ainsi qu'à toute la team. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'est la première fois que la team nous accompagne jusqu'au taxi lors de notre départ de l'hôtel.

Malgré une excellente qualité le restaurant de l'hôtel est un peu cher.

The property had a traditional wooden hut style which was lovely. It was spacious with its own swimming pool.

The lighting inside the property was very poor and so you struggle to see things in great detail in the evening. We had some serious thunderstorms and rain water leaked through multiple places of the villa which was not good at all. This needs addressing. I think the cleanliness could be better- when we arrived, limescale around taps, one of the teaspoons was dirty, sink not very clean and the floor did not look as though it was deep cleaned. When a new guest arrives, these things should be spotless. I also did not like that housekeeping kept the villa doors open whilst cleaning which let in several mosquitoes and even a gecko/ lizard which we needed assistance with removing- and which was not found!

Breakfast was great and staff very friendly, great view of the pool and beach.

Just a fan could have been installed in the outside entertainment area.

We moved from a beach front room to the grand pool villa and it was FABULOUS !!! This is our third stay at pavilions , we love lamai and this is in the most perfect sport for us !! Beautiful staff , easy to get to anything , yummy food and absolutely beautiful room! Loved it all and I am FUSSY

Excellent villa with private pools. Include large kitchen and living area - perfect for family of 6-8 people.

The room with pool and terrace right on the beach. The excellent service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very polite and efficient staff members.

Lamai beach is one of the most beautiful places I know. Nevertheless the appearance of Pavilion on the beach is one of the worst ones

Hotel have been subject to our complaints very heavily and they acknowledged and paid a partial refund, since private pool tiles were broken and we made shots of many other stuff which was not even at the level of 2 stars. Not even worth a visit from the outside. We asked to change our room while there was space in Booking.com but they said they were full. Nothing made sense including breakfast where It can take you 20 minutes to get 2 soft boiled eggs and most of coffee machines or toasters were broken...

One word, excellent! Service, comfort were perfect! We were in a pool villa bordering the beach. The only thing is that all cocktails are too expensive. Better going outside for cheaper cocktails.
