Excellent location for a relaxing end to a busy vacation that included Seoul and Busan. We loved the beautiful views, excellent facilities and easy access to a nearby beach and trail walk. It was also an easy drive (within 1 hour) to local sights and our favourite Korean BBQ restaurant was only a 15 minute drive away.

Nuestra experiencia en Parnas Hotel Jeju fue decepcionante, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel y el precio de la estancia, aproximadamente 400 € por noche. Reservamos una habitación Deluxe Family Ocean Front precisamente por sus vistas al mar. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con una terraza en un estado de conservación que, sinceramente, no esperábamos en un hotel de este nivel: barandillas y diferentes elementos metálicos con una corrosión muy avanzada, uniones y fijaciones oxidadas, manchas de óxido en el suelo y una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento. Viajábamos además con nuestro hijo, por lo que el estado de los elementos metálicos de la terraza no era únicamente una cuestión estética, sino algo que nos preocupaba también por seguridad. Lo más sorprendente fue la respuesta del propio hotel. Nos explicaron que, debido a la exposición al ambiente marino, estaban sustituyendo progresivamente los balcones y que los de nuestra zona, el East Wing, todavía no habían sido renovados. Como solución nos ofrecieron trasladarnos al West Wing, donde los balcones sí estaban renovados, pero perdiendo las vistas frontales al océano por las que habíamos reservado y pagado nuestra habitación. Decidimos no aceptar el cambio porque consideramos que no deberíamos tener que elegir entre una terraza en buenas condiciones y las vistas al mar contratadas. Solicitamos entonces una compensación acorde con la situación, pero el hotel consideró que no correspondía ningún ajuste en la tarifa. Nos ofrecieron fruta, vino, late check-out y acceso a la piscina, gestos que agradecemos, pero que en nuestra opinión no solucionaban el problema principal ni eran proporcionales al precio y categoría del establecimiento.

La ubicación es muy linda y cerca de una playa. La piscina infinita es muy bonita y la habitación fue muy amplia y con balcón. El desayuno y el buffet excelente!

Sus horarios tan estrictos para usar la piscina. Solo puedes usar o en la mañana o en la tarde. Además te tienes que registrar previamente por su aplicación! Si sales de la piscina no puedes volver a entrar! Demasiadas reglas para usar la piscina sobre todo cuando uno va de vacaciones a relajarse! Creo que su servicio es bueno… pero no al nivel de un 5 estrellas!

No estaba mal pero por el precio es súper súper algo para lo que es

La piscina no está bien, tienes que reservar un horario y aún que lo reserves no tienes hamaca

Weird rules regarding the pool. You have to book one of two sessions each day.

Parnas is a wonderful property and extremely comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the rooms were very comfortable with storage space as well. I enjoyed the morning yoga classes.

Having to book the day or evening session at the pool. I understand why, however I think the pool size and seating available was poorly planned based on the number of rooms.

Amazing location, beautiful design of hotel and pool. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful bar.

The fitness box is really just a small box with no windows. The balconies of the older building need some new painting, they are very rusty and it’s not very nice to touch.

The location was perfect. Very family friendly. The breakfast buffet offers local cuisine and I loved it.

The pool check-in staff was very strict. I understand that they have to manage it that way, but they could say it with a nicer manner.

Whilst evening buffet was great there were limited other options to eat. The à la carte menu was small and the same for the restaurant and room service. For a five star hotel I would have expected an alternative restaurant.

We stayed there for a week, much of which for me was work but it was a delight to stay here and get a breather from conference work. The staff were outstanding, the location is simply lovely, and the room(s) very comfortable. Because we extended our stay we had 2 different rooms, both of which were really nicely appointed with comfortable beds, balconies, and terrific views. We will be going back.

Nothing to report on what could be better. The dining area is a little open and therefore noisy when there are lots of people around, but the food is good and again the staff are lovely.

The rooms were very nice with lots of natural light. The location of the hotel is close to many attractions.

The hotel F&B options. For the size of the hotel I think it didn't offer a casual dining option. We went for coffee most days at the cafe just outside the hotel.

Room was very comfortable, clean, and plenty of space. The "partial ocean view" felt like a "full view" it was absolutely beautiful to look out at the ocean and see the gardens and infinity pool. The pool and hot soak tubs were wonderful, especially after a long overseas flight plus travel from Seoul. The hotel is beautiful and every staff member was very kind, welcoming and easily communicated with us in English because we do not speak Korean. We did enjoy coffee and cake at the lobby lounge "Fondmer" and that was a nice treat.

We would have liked to try breakfast offered in the mornings or dinner but the prices in the restaurants are incredibly high. We ate at the bakery cafe on-site and at outside restaurants. The beach is very beautiful and we took a nice walk but we did not see beach chairs, or lifeguard (although it was bit rainy during our stay). It did not seem set up for guests who want to swim in the ocean, although we saw many surfers.

The facilities L, especially the pool! The apartment was exceptionally beautiful, friendly staff. Wonderful!!

Excellent property with beautiful water views. As a family we really enjoyed the heated infinity pool. Beach is also a short walk from the hotel which was a big hit amongst the kids.

The hotel is perched right on the shore line - excellent views of the ocean and proximity to beach (it's a bit of a hike down to the beach and a pretty steep climb back). The junior suite with ocean view (east wing) gave us a great view. Size was luxurious for a couple and we appreciated the complimentary amenities (nespresso machine, coke and sprite, beer). Bathroom was luxuriously large as well..

We were given a room in the older east wing - while luxurious in its own antique way, the west wing looked much more modern. Request the West Wing if possible.

Everything was absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect, right by the sea with its stunning white sand beach, a massive, crystal-clear swimming pool, and plenty of relaxing hot tubs. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and genuinely attentive, always ready to lend a helping hand with a warm smile. Their English is flawless, and their hospitality is next level - I was so deeply touched when some of them even remembered me from my stay last year! The room was pure bliss: spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a magnificent view of the ocean blended with a serene forest where a flock of grey herons nests. A special thank you goes to the restaurant - the dining experience was phenomenal, with exquisite dishes crafted to satisfy every palate. I am absolutely thrilled with this top-tier, luxurious getaway. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit! ❤️

The location of the hotel is on of top of a cliff, giving breathtaking views of the sea. İt has a very beautiful compound and infinity pool overlooking the sea.

We stayed at the old tower which has the infamous lobby featured in one of the kdramas. Other than that the railings in the balcony is quite rusty and the housekeeping staff don’t clean the balcony every day.

Lage direkt am Strand und am Golfplatz. Die Wasserfälle und Lavagesteine sind auch in Fuss-Entfernung.

Leider wechelt das Buffet am Abgend nicht. Das essen ist toll, aber 3x das gleiche wäre blöd, also haben wir am 3. Tag außerhalb gegessen. Auf der Hauptstraße nach links ca. 4 km gibt einen ganz tollen Korean BBQ.

Rien à dire l’hôtel est juste magnifique ! Le personnel est au petit soin et les chambres sont splendides !

Fantastic!!! I'd like Parnas Hotel Jeju to people who are looking for cozy and relaxing experience in Jeju Island. I have already missing my stay after checking out. Good view, nice service and the 5 stars breakfast. Specically, they are baristas who served fresh coffee in the restaurant. I'm sure I will go back somedays.

Wonderful pools, beds comfortable. Minibar contents free. Great location adjacent to Olle Trail. Sea view.

Faucet didn’t extend into sink far enough so water was always accumulating around the sink. Restaurants were terribly expensive though cheaper options were nearby.

Tremendous Buffet for breakfast and dinner: incredible quality, amazing choice and unbeatable price/quality. Big pool with warm water, which was extremely appreciated. The crew is high professional, everyone extremely nice, helpful and always smiling. The smile in Korea is really contagious. Thank you to all of you for such amazing staying.
