주말에 이용했는데 수영장 라이브공연이 너무나 좋았습니다

객실 내 시설이 노후화된 것 말고는 딱히 없었습니다

This is the nicest resort property I have ever stayed at. The service from every aspect--welcoming at front door, check in, concierge, housekeeping, every dining venue we tried (parkview, glamping), pool facilities --was exceptional--always kind, thoughtful, and helpful, never pushy, high pressure, impatient, or dismissive. The lounges, lobby, and exterior grounds were well laid out and very clean with beautiful views, artwork, fresh orchids, and plenty of room for strolling while also providing plenty of seating. Parking is perfectly located and complimentary. Room was beautiful and good size with beautiful views over pool and gardens with ocean in distance. All food services we tried were outstanding and plentiful. Business center services outstanding. Pools, sauna wonderful. Overall value of service and amenities is extremely high. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.

There is nothing I did not like about the property. It was perfect and exceeded expectations in every way for what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked would be access to beaches nearby.

늘 항상 방문할 때 마다 기분이 좋아지는 곳 입니다. 비록 비가 와서 이번에 많은 것들을 즐기지는 못했지만 항상 설레는 방문입니다. 특히 파크뷰에서의 식사는 말할 것도 없이 완벽하며, 다른 곳들과 비교가 불가능합니다.

파크뷰의 식사는 정말 만족하고 붐비지 않아 좋지만 4박을 있다보니 조금 메뉴의 변경이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 하지만 너무 만족하고 있는 숙소라 이 역시 아쉬워서 하는 이야기일 뿐 절대 불만은 아닙니다.

아이들과 함께 방문했어요~~~ 온돌방으로 예약하니 아이둘과 엄마는 침대에서 자고 1인 요가 따로있어서 거기서 남편이 자니 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 온돌방이 저는 아이들과 활동하기에 좀 더 청결하고 좋았던것같아요 처음 방문했는데 너무 만족스러웠어요 수영장도 이용 가능하고~~~~ 미리 준비안하고 갔는데 수영복 대여 가능해서 (유료) 편하게 이용했어요 왜 신라호텔 추천하는지 알겠어요~~~ 다음에도 제주도 오게 된다면 신라호텔 고려할것같아요! 아이들 시간 보낼 수 있는 공간들(키즈클럽, 짐보리)도 있고 아침에 동물 먹이주기 프로그램(무료) 도 있어서 너무 좋았어요!!! 조식도 먹어봤는데 계란요리도 직접해주시고 어쨌든 전체적으로 너무너무 좋은 방문이었습니다.

편안하고 부대시설이 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 사우나 너무 좋네요

시설이 낡은건 어쩔수 없지만 드라이기같은 교체가 가능한 디바이스들이 낡은건 조금 아쉽습니다.

Room was large and refreshed regular by the wonderful house maids. The pools and spaces around them great with nice menu at the pool bar. Again impeccable service.

Disappointed the adult pool was addition fee for all the surrounding sunbeds. The Hinode Japanese restaurant was pretty disappointing considering it was the up market choice in a 5 star hotel… It’s a huge resort complex with traditional (perhaps dated) styling. We had a garden/pool facing room which meant every evening from 7-9pm you can hear the performing acts, some may like this (we didn’t so much)

아침식사가 기대 이상이었습니다. 메뉴도 다양하고 맛있었어요. 직원들도 전부 다 친절하고, 방 내부도 깔끔했습니다.

카페트 바닥이라서 먼지 알러지가 있는 저로썬 힘들었어요. 그리고 방까지 찾아가기까지 한참을 걸어야 했어서 불편했어요.

워~낙 유명한 특급호텔이다 보니 방문 전부터 기대가 많았는데, 기대를 뛰어 넘는 곳이었습니다! 아주 훌륭한 위치, 아름다운 자연 경관, 해외 리조트가 생각나게 하는 내외부 인테리어(연식이 느껴지긴 합니다 ㅎㅎ), 그럼에도 클래식한 분위기, 적당히 친절하신 직원분들, 영유아 가족을 위한 여러 가지 프로그램... 뭐 하나 모자람 없는 곳이었어요. 신라호텔이 왜 신라호텔인지 너무나 잘 알겠는 경험이었습니다! 컨디션이 안 좋아서 수영장 이용을 못한 게 너무 아쉬워서 반드시 꼭 다시 오리라 다짐했습니다 ㅎㅎ

저희가 조식을 늦게 먹으러 간 걸 감안해도 더 파크뷰 명성에 비해 생각보다 먹을 게 없어 아쉬웠어요...ㅜㅜ 겨울에 롯데호텔 라 세느를 방문했었는데 라 세느 조식이랑 비교돼서 더 아쉬웠답니다. 그리고 제 입맛에는 간도 좀 짠 편이었어요. 그래도 더 파크뷰는 빵, 아이스크림 맛집이라고 느꼈어요 ㅎㅎ 아이스바로 제공되는 생과일(망고) 아이스크림이 진짜 진짜 맛도링... 더 파크뷰 브런치(점심)랑 저녁은 워낙 맛있다는 말들이 많아서 다음에 방문하게 된다면 점심이나 저녁을 먹을 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

I have no words to describe how amazing Shilla was, it felt like an escape/getaway from the usually bustling cities - me and my husband absolutely love nature and the Shilla really showcased how a hotel can be modern and simultaneously retain the beauty of nature in a balanced way ✨

Luxueuze installatie met alle comfort. Perfecte, vriendelijke en attente service. Paradijselijk strand met helder zeewater. Prachtige afdaling naar het strand tussen struiken, bomen, schuifelende vogels en fladderende vlinders. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.

Ondanks meerdere zwembaden, geen mogelijkheid om mijn uurtje baantjeszwemmen te doen. Ondanks dat er nauwelijks of zelfs geen andere gasten zich in het zwembad bevonden kwam een vriendelijke, zeer toegeweide opzichter me mededelen dat ik na tien minuten zwemmen, om veiligheidsredenen, een pauze moest inlassen. Dit zou volgens de Koreaanse wetgeving moeten en zou ook belangrijk zijn voor de kwaliteit van het water(?). Het schitterend ontbijtbuffet opent pas om 7:30, wat laat is als je met een georganiseerde excursie wilt meegaan. Je moet je na het ontbijt nog verplaatsen naar de ophaallocatie, en dat is dikwijls een uur rijden. Ook bij een vroege vlucht mis je het buffet.

Food choices could have been better

Très bel établissement, avec un jardin magnifique. Un escalier (un peu raide) vous conduit à la plage. Les prestations sont à la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles. Personnel très attentif et au service du client.

L'hôtel est placé dans un complexe hôtelier, loin de la vilIe. IL y'a quelques restaurants autour, mais pas de vraie vie locale. Il faut prendre un taxi ou des bus pour se déplacer dans la ville la plus proche, à une vingtaine de minutes de là. Faire la queue tous les matins pour le petit-déjeuner, décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles! Faire la queue le matin!

The 3 times that I went to the restaurant for either lunch or dinner because I was a single traveller I was put into a corner and then left. Was not asked if I needed anything else after the initial greeting. It was a shame as the food was very good.

The heated pools are great and so are the hot trubs / jacuzzis. OPening times for the bars were a little confusing but there was always somewhere you could get a drink and a bite to eat.

Chambre très bien décorée dans le style colonial et très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien fourni et tout est excellent. Venant seule, 2 petits-dej étaient inclus dans le prix. On m'a proposé le lunch à la place d'un des ptit dej.

Un peu excentré à 12 kms du centre de Seogwipo dans un endroit très "bétonné" de grands hotels. Ceci dit le jardin est agréable. Vraiment trop cher pour les prestations

시설은 오래됬으나 관리가 잘 되어있고, 고급스러우면서도 고전적 느낌이 나는 인테리어가 요즘 새로 지어진 화려하기만한 5성급 호텔에서는 느낄 수 없는 편안한 느낌이 있어요 잘 가꿔진 정원과 어우러진 수영장, 야외스파, 핀란드 사우나는 다른 호텔과는 확실히 다른 차별점이 너무 좋습니다. 이용하는 내내 편안한 휴식을 느끼게 해줍니다. 요소요소 직원들의 적절한 친절함이 이용하는 내내 기분좋게 해줍니다

전반적인 직원들의 친절함은 좋았는데요, 일부 젊은 직원들의 이해할 수 없는 상황에서 객실을 확인하려고 물어보는 부분이나 방식이 약간 불편했습니다. 오래 전 방문했을 때 정원에서 봤던 미모사 나무도 없고 3층 테라스도 꽃은 없고 허브로만 채워져 있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 어딜봐도 칙칙하고 쌀쌀해서 여행하기 좋지 않은 3월에 봄을 일찍 느낄 수 있게 해주는 부분들이었는데 꽃들로 한껏 채워져있던 공간들이 줄어들어서 아쉬워요

호텔 안이 넓고 잘 되어있어 구경하기에 좋았어요 아기랑 같이 지냈는데 아기용품 대여 서비스도 만족했고, 이유식 데워주시는 것도 좋았습니다

화장실 수압이 약했어요

친절하고 맛있는 조식 호텔위치 특히 안외수영장 수영이 가능해서 놀람요 두고온 물건도 살뜰이 택배로 보내주심 또 갈께요~~ 서울 신라와는 또다는매력이 있습니다^^

Отличная работа персонала гостиницы. Очень большая и ухоженная территория. Отличный ресторан.

До пляжа надо спускаться по длинной лестнице и пляж не оборудован ничем. Очень тёплые одеяла в номере. Спать под ними жарко даже с кондиционером.

역시 괜히 신라호텔 하는 것이 아니다...이 모든 것이 완벽했다.

객실 저층 배정은 좀 황당했다.고층을 기대했으나 그것 빼고는 다 괜찮았다.

전자동커피머신 좀 활용하세요. 커피 마시고 싶을때마다 한도끝도없이 기다려야해요..

풀사이드 선베드 사용이 많이 불편해요. 선착순이었을때가 편했는데. 체크인 늦으면 램프있는 선베드는 아예 기회조차 없어요. 실내수영장은 취식도 안되서 풀사이드바에 있는 식당에서 웨이팅걸고 한시간동안 애들이랑 서서 기다린다음 저녁먹었는데 신라 정떨어지려고 합니다.

We were at the hotel about 20years ago as a couple then we came back there as a family this time. Everything was great including the friendly and polite staff and the clean and comfortable facilities. I had left my backpack there and had to contact the hotel. I was parked but the staff were so helpful and I was impressed. My family will definitely go back there someday. 신라호텔 직원분들 서비스에 감동받았습니다. 가방을 두고 떠나왔는데.. 친절하게 안내해주시고 찾을수 있게 도와주셨고요. 또 뵙겠습니다.👍

조용하면서 격조있는분위기는 여전히 신라의 큰매력이었음. 룸서비스에 요청힌 물품들이 즉각적으로 보충되어서 좋았음 Feel the art 라는 근처 예술단지를 돌아보는 무료행사가 인상적이었음

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, where the delicious lunch and the welcoming staff made us feel cared for. The swimming pool was a wonderful retreat, and the band’s performance added a special touch to our experience. It was a memorable and heartwarming visit.

시설이 너무 오래된 티가남.

말이 필요없는 숙소 신라호텔,또 가고 싶어요.

O hotel é sublime! O quarto é super grande e confortavel com vista para as piscinas e para o jardim imenso que eles têm. Tudo limpo, o staff é agradavel e gentil, as piscinas bem quentinhas. O hotel tem sempre musica ao vivo diversas vezes ao dia. Belissimo!

As piscinas possuem hora marcada, nao se pode usar o equipamento o dia todo; uma pena a piscina de adultos ser paga por fora! E uma pena o café da manha ser pago à parte e bem caro (porém muito muito bom!). A praia é um pouco distante e ha que pegar taxi, talvez um serviço de carro de golf ajudasse! (porém a praia é maravilhosa!!)

Our stay was disappointing due to a series of operational and service issues that made the hotel feel unprepared for an international clientele. The first challenge was communication. Not all concierge staff were fluent in English, and some seemed unfamiliar with the island's key attractions and logistics, making it difficult to get reliable recommendations or directions. The problems continued at the pool. The reservation system is inefficient, as sunbeds remain marked as "reserved" even when guests don't show up, leaving many empty despite high demand. Furthermore, the enforcement of a local rule requiring life vests for anyone under 130cm was inflexible. Despite my daughter being a competent swimmer and my offer to sign a waiver and supervise her, the staff made no exceptions. Basic amenities were also a hassle. Although there were three guests in our room, we had to request the third towel from housekeeping every single day. Combined with an overpriced restaurant menu that offered poor value, these issues made our experience fall far short of expectations for the cost. While the property has potential, it needs significant improvements in staff training and customer service to cater to a global audience.

自然の森が一番良かった。

하드웨어가 이젠 많이 오래되었지만 오랜 추억이 있는 곳으라 편안하고 정갈한 외할머니댁에 온 거 같은 따뜻함이 있어요. 풀파티?풀사이드공연? 너무 호응 잘 이끌어주시고 실력도 좋아서 (그냥 배경음악으로 깔리지 않고..저포함)애들이 너무 즐거운 시간 보냈어요. 신라스테이등 확장으로 신라호텔만 있을때보다 집중도 및 교육 매뉴얼/교육 정도 등 분산되는 점이 확실히 있고 느껴지지만 제주신라는 또 방문할꺼 같아요!
