Le manque d’insonorisation des chambres. L’humidité sur les murs d’un côté de la chambre qui serait du à un problème de chambre trop froide à côté de la nôtre. Nous avons préféré quitter un jour avant pour cette raison à nos frais sans demander de remboursement.

Wery clean property in a great location. Excellent pool. Excellent room with small touches like animals made with towels, comfy slippers and glass water bottles. So close to the beach and town! Breakfast was good and dinner buffets were ok. Staff was so helpful.

A great resort all round. We had a spacious room on an upper floor with a wonderful view over Kata and the sea. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout, the pool area is lovely, and it’s only a short walk down to the beach.

-Elevator not working in our assigned building — When we arrived, the elevator in the building of our room was out of service, and the room was located on the 3rd floor. • No ramp access anywhere in the hotel — Even when elevators work, reaching the buildings requires climbing stairs because there are no ramps. This makes it very difficult for guests with strollers or mobility challenges. • Breakfast quality below 4‑star standards — The breakfast offered was not at the level expected from a 4‑star hotel. • Overall 3‑star guesthouse feeling — The hotel gives more of a 3‑star guesthouse vibe. It can be considered if you find a good price, but at similar rates you can stay at much better hotels in Phi Phi.

Very nice property

One of the best hotels in terms of value for money, facilities, breakfast, and location. You really don’t need to think twice about booking it, especially if you’re traveling as a family. There’s a kids’ zone, a beautiful and very inviting swimming pool, and the hotel is extremely clean. The service is excellent, and you’re just a short walk from Kata Beach. I especially recommend booking one of the larger rooms. They are genuinely spacious and very comfortable for families, with enough space for a baby crib and an extra bed or sofa bed. The location is one of the best things about this hotel — you’re right in the Kata Beach area, close to restaurants, shops, the beach, and pretty much everything you might need. Excellent value for money and highly recommended, especially for families staying in Kata Beach.

During my stay, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had such a lovely atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my time there and felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay. A special thank you to the lovely staff, especially Mai, Bambi, and Beer. They were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. They made our stay even more enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The service, the hotel, and the warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily come back again in the future. ❤️

Emplacement, piscine et petit déjeuner

All staff welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The housekeeping was superb by Solly. Everyday he left a message with folded towels in the shape of either a Swan, or elephants with a lovely message, it was just beautiful. It made our day coming home each day wondering what lovely surprise we had waiting for us from him.

We spent five wonderful weeks at the Chanalai Flora Resort in Kata, Phuket, and I honestly cannot remember ever staying at a hotel with such genuinely kind, caring, attentive and helpful staff. The people working there truly felt like family, and it made us genuinely sad to leave. First of all, Solly, who took care of our room and always left us a lovely little surprise or thoughtful touch. Then the wonderful ladies at reception: Tina, Mai, Bambam and Lin, who were always so caring and attentive, especially with our children. A special mention also goes to Too, Ball and Min Min, the bellboys, who never missed an opportunity to play with the children and were always there to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself is also in a great location: only about a five-minute walk from Kata Beach and many restaurants. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has lovely swimming pools. But above all, it is the people who make this hotel truly special. The staff at Chanalai Flora Resort are simply unlike anything I have experienced during my travels. It is because of Tina, Mai, Bambam, Solly, Lin, Too, Ball and Min Min that we will definitely return to this hotel. I sincerely recommend Chanalai Flora Resort to anyone visiting Kata, Phuket. The staff are like a family — truly wonderful people with hearts of gold, who will do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you all for making our five weeks in Phuket so special. We already miss you!

Location is just off Kata beach which is a 2-3 minute walk. Staff from check in - check out were always available to help. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was lovely.

הגישה לחדר כמה מפלסים של מדרגות שמהם מגיעים לעוד מדרגות או לשתי מעליות נפרדות (מקומה 3 ומעלה). אם אתם לא עם ילדים קטנים (ראינו שמשאירים עגלות בלובי) או מבוגרים המלון שווה את הטרחה הזו.

Gym was clean, location was good.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and were assigned a room beside an active construction site. Unfortunately, construction began at 7:00 a.m. every morning, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Considering how much we paid to stay here, this was extremely disappointing. Before our arrival, I had requested a room upgrade through Booking.com. The reception staff who checked us in were aware of the request but did not follow up or provide any update. Breakfast was average, but the food was often cold. Overall, I don't think I would return to this hotel. The biggest disappointment was that we were not informed about the construction work when we checked in. We chose this hotel because it appeared to be in a quiet location, so the early morning noise came as an unpleasant surprise.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had one of the top floor rooms that was large and had a gorgeous sea and sunset view. It was nice having a microwave in the room and the shower was fantastic. Bell’s bar across the road was great for a quick drink as well as laundry and scooter hire right across from hotel. Room service food was good.

The bathroom mirrors and around the basin was not very clean there was toothpaste residue from previous guest, dirty glass and a hair on my pillow. Basically the room needs a deep clean. The beds are extremely hard even with a mattress topper (which is basically a duvet not memory foam- my body got sore from lying on my side, its not a plush hotel style bed. The breakfast was not great, like a budget 3 star hotel style, think sugary concentrate as ‘fruit juice’, soft croissants, no bacon and the cold meat, sausages ect was processed meat.

We stayed at this hotel for 17 days. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the food overall was delicious. On some evenings there’s a BBQ night, and the food there was fantastic too. This is one of the best hotels you can stay at in the Kata area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ploy, Benk, and Nun from the restaurant team for their respectful, warm, and kind service. We were extremely happy with our stay!

A very cozy hotel, excellent stuff and service. The hotel is located not far from the sea (5 minutes walk) and surrounded by many cafes, shops and market. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the bikes (we were in the building 5 which is close to the road) . The hotel has a very beautiful garden, two pools and gym on its territory. Also there is a restaurant where you can eat breakfast (300 bat per person if it's not included in your stay).

Расположение хорошее, рядом пляж и кафешки, обменники, массаж. Номер просторный, 2 бассейна, полотенца пляжные в номерах, а не у бассейнов. Обожаю кофе с корицей.

В номере всегда должен работать кондёр иначе пол мокреет, впервые такое вижу. Ну и завтраки не прям сильно разнообразные, но голодным не останешься.

There are two pool areas, with safer pool areas for children as well as a kids play room. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good and all the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned regularly.
