Our stay in general surpassed my expectations, the grounds are beautiful, rooms are perfectly clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. I likes the restaurants Guilty and Seen, both were VERY delicious. The burger at Guilty blew my mind, ill be dreaming of it until our next visit to this beautiful island.

We are a family of four and have stayed in many 5-star hotels in the area over the years. For the last few years, we had visited SEEN for lunch and drinks, and this year we finally decided to take the plunge and stay in July 2026. All I can say is that we made absolutely the right decision — in fact, we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our stay for next year! Normally, when we stay somewhere, we like to head out during the day, whether it’s for a walk, lunch or to explore the area. However, we enjoyed the hotel so much that we actually never left! The atmosphere, facilities and overall experience were just fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and everything was exactly what we could have hoped for from a 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to the entire Tivoli team for making our stay so special. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to return next year. See you in 2027! ❤️

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is big, bright and clean and all the staff are very friendly. Don't be fooled by the marketing materials that may make it seem like an exclusively adults-only venue; the hotel is very family-friendly. There is a nice beach just a few minutes' walk away and various restaurants and shops around. I wanted to call out our experience with my daughter's multiple food allergies (dairy, nuts and sesame). We stayed on a half-board basis and had every breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant (Gusto). The buffet has allergy labels on most items, which is already a great start. But having informed the hotel of her allergies in advance, the front desk of the restaurant met us every visit, asked what she would like to eat on that visit, and then went to the kitchen and got them to double check the allergens on all the items and prepare a fresh dish for her to avoid any cross-contamination from the buffet. She was able to have specially made dairy-free pancakes every morning, and was able to try a good sample of the evening dishes over the course of the week. Best of all, they always brought out a special surprise dessert for her at the end of every night - and some of these desserts looked (and tasted!) incredible, like Michelin-star quality! This level of service is more than we could have hoped for, and we were truly grateful that our daughter felt so included in all the meals over the holiday. She felt very safe throughout and definitely very pampered.

A truly beautiful hotel, very luxurious, with spacious rooms, great facilities and brilliant location. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Concierge team are very good and go above and beyond to personalise your stay. Carly was exceptional. Great location - out the front of the hotel there is a supermarket and a small group of restaurants. If you exit the hotel down by the beach, you can walk 15 mins left down the promenade towards Plaza Del Duche with it's shops and lovely eateries and white sandy beaches. If you turn right instead you can stroll 15 mins down the promenade to the small fishing village of La Caleta. Beautiful. Restaurants on site are all lovely. Seen is very popular across the island. We stayed 11 nights and could have stayed longer., Siam Park water park is brilliant day out - worth paying for fast passes! 10 minutes in a taxi. Los Cristianos is 15 mins by taxi. Playa de las Americas is 10 mins by taxi. Big Smile Charters are great for whale and dolphin watching, Safari Submarine is 20 mins by taxi and also very good, We also did the Knights Castle evening show at San Miguel and that was great - our son lovely the show and was very animated all night but the food and entry queueing system was not good!! But still he enjoyed it. Not sure the VIP element was worth it on that show as we only benefitted from front row seat and I don't think we needed that! Fantastic holiday!!! Thank you

We enjoyed a wonderful stay - everything was great: the huge bathroom, one of the best I’ve encountered at a hotel, the serene adult pool, the breakfasts with the fresh orange juice, our room and most importantly the staff, everyone we encountered was friendly, warm, professional and welcoming. Couldn’t find any faults, not that I was looking, and will most definitely return. Highly recommended.

We (2 adults, 1 teenager) spent 7 nights here in mid August and we had an ocean view room, with terrace. Was definitely worth the upgrade in rooms as we had loungers, a large space and 2 chairs so we could all use the space after we left the pool area around 5pm most afternoons. 2nd stay at the Tivoli, but numerous at the previous incarnation (Sheraton) We were super happy to see a lot of familiar faces (Inma, Joe to name a couple) but recognised many more from memory. So, the breakfast.... simply the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Starts with a glass of fresh OJ and a coffee order, then onto the banquet that awaits you. I can't think that anything is missing. Everything tastes amazing and the beetroot was a staple every morning. The overnight oats were full of flavour, the iberico ham, the cheeses, the bread selection, the salads, the fruit cooked food (eggs, omelette made to order). Then onto other juices and the pastries. For those who enjoy a tipple at breakfast, there is a bloody mary station and chilled cava. I've seen breakfast videos from other hotels on the Island and they do not come close to The Tivoli offering. Staff including Miguel, Stephen, Sarah, Deicy (not sure if spelt correctly) were all super attentive and helpful We had food at the pool bar a couple of times (Guilty rolls are my favourite!) and finally had the evening buffet (twice) after never going in all of the years (suffice to say, we've missed out). It kept up from the breakfast standard. Housekeeping was amazing (Samar) and the turndown service with chocolates and extra coffee / milk etc very much appreciated. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. We are already thinking of when we can come back. A truly 5 star experience all round. Big thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely holiday.

Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife is a truly exceptional resort — beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and everything you would expect from a genuine 5-star experience. The resort itself is stunning, with wonderful swimming pools, beautiful surroundings, spacious and extremely comfortable rooms, and impeccable service throughout. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, with an impressive variety and superb quality. One of the things we appreciated most was the peace and quiet. We stayed in room 263, on the left-hand side of the resort, and it was incredibly comfortable and wonderfully quiet. We strongly recommend this side of the resort if tranquillity is important to you. There is only about an hour and a half of some gentle live music in the evening coming from the neighbouring Riu resort; apart from that, the silence is almost perfect. Our room was exceptionally well equipped: an incredibly comfortable mattress, a coffee machine with capsules, an ice machine conveniently available on the corridor, and an ice bucket in the room. The air conditioning was excellent and completely comfortable. Housekeeping was absolutely impeccable. We particularly loved the little touches that made the stay feel genuinely luxurious: complimentary still water and chocolates replenished every evening. These thoughtful details, together with the outstanding service, made us feel truly pampered. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife, while still enjoying the serenity and privacy of the resort. Everything was beautifully thought out, from the comfort of the room to the quality of the food and the impeccable attention to detail. A complete 5-star indulgence and one of the most relaxing hotel experiences we have had. We would return to Tivoli La Caleta without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, exceptional service and, above all, peace and tranquillity.

Tivoli La Caleta Resort Review We had a wonderful stay at Tivoli La Caleta Resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. A special mention to Veronica, who was so warm and helpful when we arrived and really helped to make a great first impression. Another very special mention goes to Fanni from Concierge. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She arranged our tickets for Siam Park and the horse riding, making everything so easy for us. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was with the children—she even went the extra mile to make sure they had a little picnic to take with them. That small gesture meant so much to us and showed genuine care. The resort itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was very relaxing and family-friendly. Thank you to the team at Tivoli La Caleta, and especially Veronica and Fanni, for helping make our holiday so special. We would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely break great hotel and service staff food drink all of it! In a good place local to shops and bars restaurants

Having travelled around the world, it’s always a delight to stay in a hotel that matches the quality of service that was delivered from Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort. From the moment we arrived it was not only a feast for the eyes; beautiful interiors and atmosphere, but the service was what stuck out to us. The warm smiles and exceptional hospitality we received from Fanni after a long travel day made all the exhaustion go away. We became excited to explore the rest of the resort. It was truly a magical and wonderful feeling. There are two other people we want to shout out for displaying world class hospitality: Elena, who we first met at the Guilty restaurant, then dinner and breakfast throughout the week. Her knowledge and enthusiasm shone through every interaction, and it was a delight to meet her. The other person was Roberta. Her level of service was incredible. She seemed to be everywhere all at once, from breakfast to dinner, and all around the resort! She was always smiling, no matter what time of day it was. We got so excited to see her wherever we ended up as we knew we would get world class service and just a beautiful personality. Thanks to you both for making our days brighter! Overall, wow. What can we say? We chose the perfect place to spend our 5 year anniversary! There’s nothing to fault, and genuinely can say it was the perfect getaway. Thank you so much to everyone who made us feel so special, and we cannot wait to be back one day.

Location is nice, the atmosphere is quiet and calm at most times. Rooms are spacious and cleaned very well, good value for money. Cleanliness is very good. All staff are very friendly and welcoming and have good service. We used the padel courts, pools aren’t too crowded, gym has room for improvement but it isn’t terrible. The padel courts are good, I have had one massage which was a bit disappointing to say the least. Breakfast is nice and seen restraint is very good - good dj and food very good value for money.

We felt completely at home at Tivoli La Caleta from the very first moment of our arrival until the day we left. What we especially appreciated was that the hotel looked and felt exactly as we had imagined from the photos beforehand. The atmosphere, the style and the overall feeling were just as beautiful in reality – nothing felt exaggerated or presented better online than it actually is. We stayed in a triple room with partial sea view and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, cosy and well maintained. The housekeeping team was always friendly, kind and attentive. We also really appreciated that the water in our room was replenished twice a day – such a simple detail, but incredibly convenient. In the evening, after we had showered, the towels were replaced again, and a small piece of chocolate was left on the bed together with a sweet good-night message. Such a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. On the first morning we were almost overwhelmed by the huge variety. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and there was something for every taste. The pool areas are also very beautiful and well designed. For guests looking for peace and quiet, the adults-only area is a great option. Food and drinks by the pool were very good and everything was well organised. The staff there were, once again, extremely attentive and friendly. We also really enjoyed having the opportunity to play padel at the hotel. We even got up at 7 a.m. to make the most of it, and it was such a nice way to start the day. We had a very positive experience with the reception team as well. Whenever there was even a small issue or question, they always found a quick and uncomplicated solution. On our final day, we were even able to enjoy the pool until departure and later use a courtesy room to shower and get ready before leaving, which was extremely convenient. The only point we would suggest improving concerns the pool towel system. At first, we actually found it very pleasant that guests did not have to constantly keep track of their towels or worry about being charged if one went missing. However, after a few days we noticed the downside of this system. By early afternoon, many loungers were covered with towels, but it was often impossible to know whether they were still being used or whether guests had simply left the towels behind. Even the staff, who regularly collected abandoned towels, could not always know which loungers were genuinely occupied. As a result, we sometimes struggled to find a free lounger despite the fact that many appeared to be unused. We think the hotel’s intention behind the towel system is very guest-friendly, but perhaps guests could be encouraged more clearly to return or remove their towels when they leave the pool area. This would make it much easier for everyone to see which loungers are actually available and would prevent unnecessary “reservation” of sunbeds. Apart from this small point, we had a truly wonderful stay. We felt very welcome, very comfortable and very well looked after throughout our holiday. We would happily return and can absolutely recommend Tivoli La Caleta.

I have never before left a review on trip adviser but simply had to because of this amazing experience which we had in Tivoli, La Caleta (wife , 2 yr old daughter and myself). Located a short walk along the coastal path from La Caleta cafés, restaurants etc and a slightly longer walk in the other direction to the busier Costa Adeje area where you will find lots of places to shop, eat and drink with sea views. You Can also walk to the designer shopping centres or can get a 10 min taxi or free bus to the Siam Mall for shopping/ food. Located 15 min drive from the airport too so no long transfers which was great. The hotel itself is wonderful. So clean and modern, beautiful rooms, bars, restaurants, seating areas both inside and outside. Various big swimming pools suitable for all and even an adults only pool if desired. Re the food we had breakfast every morning in the restaurant which was fantastic. Again so clean , staff on hand to assist. The selection of food was tremendous with everything you could possibly want. Healthy options and sweet treats. Swimming Pools were perfect for our 2 yr old daughter who could play and swim about in the shallow section of the big pool. Also a heated pool which was lovely also. Gym a bit basic but has everything you need if you want to train, but to be honest who really wants to when on holiday anyway - rest time. My wife also used the spa which she loved. For us, the main reason this hotel is so special are the staff. Every single member of staff work so hard to make sure you have a lovely stay. From the greeting when you check in, to the people to clean the rooms to such a high standard , to the staff in the restaurants , swimming pool bar, kids club and managers who are always around to oversee it all - we couldn’t speak any higher about the treatment we received. Always polite , helpful and nothing was a problem. A real credit to the hotel and make the place so special. We usually try different venues each year for holiday but will 1 million percent be coming back to this hotel in the future. A truly special place and memories to last a lifetime. Gracias

Having never visited or wanted to visit Tenerife, this hotel stole our hearts and we will return. Faultless. Every member of staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and committed to making our stay perfect. It was. A rare find. Says it is a 5 star hotel and it delivers just that! A special shout out to Claudia and Joe at the pool. Our teenage son ( Charlie) was very impressed that they remembered his name and food/drink orders even though we didn't spend every day at the pool. Ditto the staff at breakfast who remembered his preference for hot chocolate each morning! Housekeeping was meticulous, front desk and guest relations available and extremely helpful. Gorgeous hotel and grounds, but it is the exceptional staff who provide the 5 star experience. Thank you all.

We have just returned from a family holiday in the Tivoli La Caletta , with our 14 year old daughter . I can say it was no less than one of the best holidays we have had . As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the amazing staff at the entrance and reception , they greeted us with a welcoming smile and checked us in with ease. The hotel location is ideal as is set in a beautiful location with La Caletta on your doorstep , Del Deque and Adeje a 15 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride away . The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed and chilled , from around the pool to drinks at the bar later in the evening , if you want a cool vibe with a nice mixture of couples and families of all ages , this is the place . The rooms were beautiful and spotless , cleaned daily and evening turn down with the offer of extra water or more towels and “delicious “ chocolates . The whole hotel has been beautifully designed and layed out thoughtfully with an emphasis on relaxation and comfort . The staff as a whole were all helpful and very warm and friendly, would go above and beyond to help . Special mention to Joe and all the team at the poolside bar/ restaurant and Luca and the guys in the upstairs bar , exceptional and amazing assets to the Tivoli family ! Lastly Seen restaurant, what a dinning experience, if you are in Tenerife it’s a must ! You definitely get what you pay for ! Will be booking for a return visit with more of the family x

We had an outstanding stay at Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The pool area was a real highlight: always plenty of available loungers, a relaxed atmosphere, and no frustrating early-morning towel reservations. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the different outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. A very special thank you to Luca at the Alma Cocktail Bar. Every evening he created a different surprise cocktail for us, each one original, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything we had tasted before. His creativity, passion, and personal touch made every visit memorable. We also highly recommend the hotel's restaurants. SEEN was absolutely delicious, but Yakuza deserves a special mention—without a doubt one of the best Japanese dining experiences we've had. A wonderful hotel with exceptional service, fantastic food, and unforgettable hospitality. We would happily return!

At the beginning of June, my husband and I spent 7 wonderful nights at the Tivoli Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt that we had made the right choice. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The entire hotel was beautifully maintained, spotless, and well organized, with great attention to detail throughout. The food was delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. Every day there was a wide selection, and we always found something we truly enjoyed. The cleanliness of both our room and the common areas was impeccable. What made our stay truly special, however, was the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank every single member of the team for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It is rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. No matter what we needed, they were always smiling, attentive, and happy to assist. We had an amazing holiday and are so happy we chose the Tivoli Hotel. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. The hotel is modern and comfortable with beautiful gardens and heated swimming pools. The Seen restaurant in the hotel is perfect. I truly enjoyed it.

It was our first visit in Tenerife, and we stayed at the Tivoli La Caleta. We were very warmly welcomed right from the moment we arrived at the entrance. After the standard check-in, we were very kindly assisted by the Guest Relations Team, managed by Yaiza. Lois, Fanni and Adolfo made our stay an unforgettable experience filled with great memories. Lois gave us a short walking tour through the hotel, giving us a first view of the beautiful, well-maintained resort with its plants, palm trees, pools, and bars. Fanni took care of our hotel room since we had arrived before lunchtime. And what a wonderful surprise—we were assigned room 508. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the complete team. From our perspective, the hotel’s location is perfect. The promenade, beach, and shops are all within a short walking distance. You can find everything from Spanish boutiques to high-end brands as well as supermarkets. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms are very nicely furnished. The beds are excellent, and the bathroom is very large and comfortable. The park with its rich greenery and the pools embedded in the landscape leave nothing to be wished for. We really appreciated the adults-only area with pool. We also loved the service at the Guilty Restaurant and Bar. The breakfast at Hotel Tivoli La Caleta is truly five-star. Nothing is missing here. Special requests are always fulfilled. The same quality was presented for the dinner at the buffet restaurant. We’ve never had such a relaxed experience choosing dishes as we did here. The quality was very high and the food is prepared fresh and always refilled. On theme nights, there are additional fantastic options such as lobster, T-bone steak, Iberico steak, or beef tenderloin. We were also very impressed by the Asian night. Here, too, we had a fantastic Service Chef in Philippe. And a charming woman on the service staff—whose name, unfortunately, we no longer remember. Another highlight was our visits to the SEEN Restaurant. What a wonderful atmosphere and outstanding cuisine! It’s an experience you must see and enjoy for yourself. Later, we also met Alvaro (front office manager) when we requested a late checkout. Here, too, we received excellent service, and we even got a lovely thank-you gift for our stay as well as a voucher for the bar as a goodbye present. We were very impressed and are already planning our next visit for February 2027. We’ll contact guest relations with our reservation request soon. We had an amazing stay at this hotel last year. It's definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in. From check in to departure, I genuinely couldn't fault a thing. We usually stay in Costa Adeje, but this hotel is on the quieter outskirts, which suited us perfectly as we now prefer somewhere a little more relaxed. Our room was spacious for the three of us, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has a lovely, luxurious feel throughout. The pool area was immaculate, with a choice of different spaces depending on the atmosphere you were looking for, which we really appreciated. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of choice every morning. The location was ideal too, with lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket nearby to stock up the minibar. We also spent a day in Los Cristianos for a bit of shopping and a change of scenery, which was an easy trip. The only slight negative for me was the pricing of soft drinks around the pool. If I remember correctly, having drinks brought to our sun loungers cost more than walking the twenty steps to the pool bar ourselves. We felt a little hoodwinked on the first day when we were offered table service without realising there was an extra charge. 😆 That aside, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, and the whole hotel exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay in the area.

What should I say, apart from Wow.... What a great holiday we had and this place is truly Ultra Luxury. European standards to define a 5 star property are so bad when you start comparing to Middle East, India and South East Asia. But Tivoli La Caleta has restored my faith that some brands especially in Europe do truly try to own upto what a 5 star hotel and resort should be. From the moment we arrived, it was Wow. Reception was amazingly welcoming. Never have experienced such a warm and interactive welcome at any other European so called 5 star resorts. Tivoli Management do really need to appreciate and applause Reception and bell boys staff. Our daughters were so happy just because they made them feel truly at home and that is a very big statement. Our room was amazing. Very big and had everything to make us feel comfortable. We cannot fault it at all. The hotel itself is very very good. The mudhouse design and terracota design does take you back and makes you appreciate the true beauty of the place. But its the staff who make this place truly amazing. They are so pleasant so welcoming and just shower their love onto you to make you feel they are truly very happy to have you their and make you feel welcome. I came name a few members of staff to show our appreciation but it would be unfair onto the rest of the member as each and everyone of them made sure we are comfortable and are truly enjoying ourselves. If I do have to pick out one thing, I would say that is evening entertainment can be much better. What they currently have on offer is very disappointing and very bad. No wonder not many guest are there to enjoy it, as is it awful. An animation team like evening entertainment would be amazing with kids disco, adults entertainment with different themed styled entertainment each evening. Management can help design these to be sophisticated rather than tacky. Management also needs to undertand if there is enjoyable evening entertainment it does not take the charm away if it can be designed in a sophisticated way. Animation team can help bring more guest to the bar area, resulting more people ordering more drinks and generating more revenues. When you think about it, they will pay for themselves with generating more revenues in F&B and adding that guest actually have something to enjoy in the resort rather than trying to find entertainmemt outside of the hotel where security might be a concern. Managment think about it. Will we be back again, yes 100% but fix the evening entertainment. Rest everything else is just perfect.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. This trip we were 4 adults + our 7-month-old grandson on his very first holiday abroad, and the hotel made it effortless. Everything is set up to help you relax and feel looked after — the staff really do go above and beyond. Our grandson was in his element. Mornings in the big saltwater pool, afternoons in the freshwater pool, then playing on a towel on the grass in the shade of the trees with granddad - Perfect. My husband and son loved their padel lesson and ended up playing again. The gym got plenty of use too. Location is spot on — a short walk to La Caleta in the one direction, and in the opposite direction the promenade runs for miles towards Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos which my son used for his morning runs. Food was excellent. The buffet was great, my son and his partner had an amazing date night dinner at Yakuza, and we all did two nights at SEEN - live music then a DJ made for the perfect vibe. We’ve already booked to come back at the end of September — just the two of us this time. Can’t wait.

There's nothing to think about when staying at this hotel other than just enjoying yourself, because everything works perfectly, the food is excellent and the staff are amazingly lovely, as well as being highly efficient. The buildings are beautiful and the hotel is in a prime location so there's simply nothing to dislike and so many things to love.

I celebrated my birthday here and received top-notch treatment. Special thanks go to Deyanira, she is the one who made my weekend unforgettable! She organized everything to perfection, proving to be a true professional and simply a wonderful, attentive person. The overall service and atmosphere are outstanding. ​The grounds are beautiful and immaculate - essentially a vast garden right by the ocean. There are numerous superb pools, stunning restaurants serving excellent cuisine, and the spa - featuring a renowned brand is simply magical. ​I recommend it 100%!

Our group had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while hosting an international conference, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are incredibly spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The huge floor-standing mirror is definitely the highlight of the room and adds a touch of elegance and luxury. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—they visited our room two or even three times a day to ensure everything was perfect. Towels were replaced every morning without fail, and in the afternoon they would check the room again, provide fresh towels if needed, and replenish the complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was outstanding: delicious, fresh, and with an impressive variety of options to suit every taste. The pools and sunbathing areas were exceptionally well maintained. The water was always pleasantly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler days. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!

We've not left the hotel yet, but I had to write this now to say how wonderful the hotel is and most importantly, the staff. On arrival, meeting the lovely Paola and her colleague on Reception was a joy. She is the perfect person to be greeted by on arrival; warm, friendly and engaging. The catering staff deserve a big shout out. They work so hard to ensure, that we, the guests have a good dining experience. The breakfast... absolutely amazing; everything you could ask for, even Cava, as well as vodka and the additional ingredients to make Bloody Mary's :-). Our room is lovely and visited twice daily, if required. My only teeny weeny criticism, is that we don't really need the additional bath mats laid besides our beds with slippers on.. Just from a sustainability point of view; it means additional washing. I am very sure that guests would not mind if that extra touch was taken away, but thank you anyway. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, very well maintained. Great pools and no rushing to get a sunbed. The staff at the Guilty Bar are amazing. I am sure with all the running around, they shattered, but they are always smiling and so helpful. What I must mention, is that I spoke to one of the lovely ladies and a gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast yesterday, as my daughter was unwell, and asked if I could take some food up to her. I received a call from a member of staff later that day, to check if my daughter was doing ok, and asked if I needed anything, to call. I was touched by that. Thank you again. Honestly, our experience so far has been amazing and I am sad that we only have 3 nights left. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for an amazing stay. X

The beach with good sand is not that close, maybe 10 min till you get there, the one with black sand is closer, like 5 min, but it will burn your feet if you step on it. The food is ok, but if there are more people you will have a big time to wait until they prepare the meats or fish, last day at breakfast there where more than 6 people waiting at the omlet station... Hotel is ok, but i had higher expectations, that's beacouse at the Grand El Mirador everithing is on another level

Hay otro detalle que, aunque en principio no tenga importancia, nunca lo había visto en otros hoteles. De noche, el personal de limpieza echa un vistazo a la habitación, recoge lo esencial y pone bombones. Creo que este hotel destaca con respecto al resto de 5 estrellas por estos motivos.

An outstanding hotel, a room with a view and very friendly staff, the pools were the ultimate in tranquility and very clean surroundings with ultra efficient staff, Lovely chill out bars and cocktails by the pool and the buffet breakfast and evening meals on a different level with real attention to detail.

Die Umgebung ist etwas dreckig. Es ist sinnvoller ins Auto zu steigen und die Insel zu erkunden. Auch badet man anderorts definitiv besser. Der Check-in war etwas komisch. War nur zwei Tage hier, da nur Transfer zum Flughafen. Aber einen ganzen Urlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen.

The pools are great and very clean. The only counter thing I could say is that the food is expensive in the restaurants. We went out to local restaurants in the area for dinner instead. Favourites were Fañabé del Sol (about few minutes drive near playa de fanabe) and the Chinese just outside the hotel. Both yummy

There was nothing not to like about the property & as it was only a 5 min walk to nearest beach with sheltered swimming I didn’t feel it missed being right on a beach.

This hotel definitely has the wow factor from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Everything is spotless 10/10. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is amazing ive never seen such a variety of things its all delicious. The waiting staff are so friendly we loved Marlene she was very helpful and nice. All the staff are nice on reception. The cleaners keep the rooms lovely bringing us water/chocolate everyday. Fantastic heated pools and comfy sunbeds. I could go on forever ❤️highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and service is that good that at moments they hep you forget about your daily tasks and worries. For me, this was a business trip, but in the end it was relaxing that much that it turned up being a very pleasant stay.

Great stay except the incident in Seen. Highly recommend the pool bar for lunch. Make sure you have at least bed and breakfast booked for your trip. Bar in evening excellent service for both food and drinks. Towel’s service was excellent and if you needed fresh ones you could get them anytime.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this property as well as the facility itself. As a solo traveller - stopping in for my birthday - they took care of absolutely every detail all week and showered me in little gifts and treats and notes that made everything so special!! Ada planned all of my excursions and got all of my tickets, she was such a doll. Loved to check in with her throughout. Reception, room service, service in every single restaurant — the hospitality was 10 out of 10.

We had a fabulous stay at Tivoli La Caleta! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Paolo at reception. His customer service is outstanding and immediately made us feel welcome. Along with Yaiza and Fanny from Guest Relations, they all went above and beyond to make our holiday truly fantastic. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the team made it extra special. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories! We stayed in Room 539 with a beautiful ocean view. The housekeeping team were exceptional, keeping the room spotless every day. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and despite the hotel being busy, it always felt relaxed and never rushed. The pools and gardens are absolutely beautiful, filled with lovely flowers and a variety of palm trees. A special mention to Joe, who looked after us by the pool every day, ensuring we had everything we needed. Anma and Andrea were also fantastic. We spent most of our time at the adults-only pool, where we found the loungers much more comfortable and cooler to lie on. We also enjoyed playing padel and taking long walks, as the hotel is perfectly situated between Adeje and La Caleta. We will definitely be returning—not only because it’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, but because of the exceptional staff who made our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! We went in the school holidays, so appreciated the adults only pool.

Had an amazing week, the staff are very attentive and friendly and nothing is too much out the way, so many people i could mention but Joe at the pool, Paolo the duty manager and the whole guest relations team. To be honest you can see they drive the culture of customer come first across the whole resort, would 100% come here again. Room, comfortable with great view of the sea, even though it was meant to be a partial view, pool area, always enough beds and just the overall ambience and facilities were excellent. Great time to come before the kids break up for a couple.

We stayed for 10 nights in early June 2026, booking via Jet2 indulgent escapes and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Our room was a garden facing balcony room, with an amazing shower. The staff on every location were welcoming and friendly, not too busy to answer any questions. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in early June, we would recommend it.

An excellent stay here at Tivoli perfectly situated away from the main strip so it’s a peaceful and relaxing place. The room we had overlooked the fish pond and was fully furnished with all the amenities. (Along with the two room refreshes!) I personally have multiple allergies and the way they looked after and catered for that was exceptional. A fantastic hotel I would absolutely recommend not only for a family trip but also a couples retreat!

Husband & I stayed here for a week B&B. We had a fantastic week & absolutely loved every minute of it. The standard of everything was outstanding. The staff especially were brilliant, so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent, we ate in Seen restaurant twice & it was lovely - the outdoor atmosphere of the restaurant was fab ! Only disappointment was the food at the poolside bar - we got nachos with processed avocado & cheese and very basic enchiladas. It didn't spoil an otherwise perfect holiday 😎

Still here now with my wife and 11 year old son.Having stayed in various hotels in this area including the gf gran,the baobab suites and the jardins de nivaria I would say this tops the lot.Such a relaxing place to stay it’s like paradise around the pool,nice chilled music and nice staff who are constantly available for poolside service. If you walk 15 minutes one way you can dine in various seafood restaurants in a lovely fishing village and a short taxi ride in the other direction will take you to more lovely restaurants with a bit more ‘hussle and bussle’ The hotel itself is immaculate and the rooms with walk in showers are lovely too Will definitely revisit again and will be choosing this over anywhere else

By far the best hotel in Tenerife. The property is just simply amazing! The team members especial from the Guest Relations and Concierge team were fantastic. I stayed for a week with my husband and they have made special touches for us to enjoy. Please do not hesitate to book a massage at the spa!! Its the best and super relaxing. Cocktails at the pool or near the lobby are also exccelent and the service is very attentive. We had dinner and lunch at 2 of their restaurants as well and I also recommend ordering room service, everything was delicious. Thanks for the paradise experience!

Luisa, in the Groups Dept, was very easy to work with, and like Carla in Guest Relations was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and accommodatingTivoli is also in a great location for activities, dining, and shopping! Carla gave the best service. This resort and the entire experience have been amazing. The food is great and everyone is extremely kind. Carla made our experience so much better with her help and kindness.

I got a sinus infection from the air- condition system in the room and had to seek medical assistance. There are not nearly enough umbrellas around the swimming pools. Constant music in the pool area and smell of food. Pool life savers constantly talking on the walkie -talkies so with ringing sound from the equipment. When I politely asked the young boy with braces to put it on low volume he looked at me arrogantly, and said "don´t worry, I am leaving". And then it continued next day. Very little or no assistance with moving umbrellas or turning sunbeds.

Just returened from a 7 night stay at Tivoli La Caleta. Haven't stayed here since 2018 and the transfer from Sheraton to Tivoli. From arriving at around 7.30pm until departure, the staff and team were simply outstanding. All were similes and very pleasant throughout my entire stay. My room 160 on the ground floor was perfect. Cleaned every day and a turndown service provided in the evening with complimentary chocolates and water every day. Room size was perfectly adequate for myself and my daughter. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding with so many options to choose from and the food/drinks provided were very fresh and good quality. The grounds and pool areas throughout the property are outstanding and it's great that the pools were heated. All in all, can't wait to return to this beautiful property.

An amazing hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to the time that we left. Beautiful pools and bedrooms. Every aspect of the hotel was impeccably clean, and in an ideal location. I think that you would struggle to find a better selection at breakfast anywhere in the World. The prices of food and drink is very expensive, and the need to pay €600 upon arrival to cover food and drink purchases did come as a surprise, and only being given a small bottle of water each day in the room was not sufficient for a family of three - more water should be accessible.

We were a family of 4 and had an absolutely superb 7 nights stay. All members of staff were helpful and polite, the room and balcony was fantastic, the gardens were well established and very green/lush and the hotel’s atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay again

Had a great holiday at Tivoli La Caleta. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a great area for those who prefer to not experience the likes of Las Americas. We were half board and the choices at meal times were very good, with a changing theme for dinner. While we were there our daughter turned 17. The concierge Fanni couldn’t have done more. Without asking, she had organised balloons, writing on her room mirror, a cake and Nosecco. It made her birthday even more special. A shout out to Darian in the sports bar too, who was very helpful and looked after us very well.

This was the 3rd time we had stayed here in this hotel as a family so we were very familiar with it. The hotel is very clean, breakfast has plenty of offerings and its location is situated well for a walk into La Caleta or into Adeje for dinner in the evenings. The hotel only does light entertainment in the evenings which I think sometimes lets it down a little. The pool is a great size and well maintained with plenty of pool towels for use throughout the day. The Northern Irish guy at the pool is a real asset to the hotel as he always strives for sales and interacts well with the customers suggesting drinks etc. I think from a loyalty perspective returning customers should be acknowledged-this was our 3rd time visiting for a week and whilst I know upgrades aren’t always possible, a bottle of Prosecco or a personalised note in the room goes a long way towards feeling the loyalty has been noticed.

Beim Frühstück war alles dabei was man brauchte! Zimmer war schön sauber! Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gabriel und die Dame mit ungarischer Mann (leider habe ich den Namen vergessen) super lieb!

Kaum freie Liegen am Pool, da bereits früh, VOR dem Frühstück, fast alle mit Handtücher reserviert sind!
