La limpieza de la habitación, pero hay que decir que la habitación es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesatio para una buena experiencia y es una pena que la limpieza no estuviera acorde a la instalación. Según llegamos nos encontramos un pendiente de señora grande , obviamente de los huéspedes anteriores, detrás de las camas mucha suciedad y al entrar mal olor en la habitación.

Pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles Les meubles sont très vieux, infestés de fourmis et malgré les demandes rien n’a été fait pour régler le problème. Les équipements également sont vieux voir délabrés les rebords des piscines ne sont pas entretenus, peu de beds à la piscine et généralement ils grincent ou leurs voiles sont sales ou déchirés. Le spa est vraiment moyen et pareil les bassins très petits ou pas bien entretenus et les prix élevés… l’accès pour la plage est dissuasif, une belle pente avec les voitures qui passent à toute vitesse Enfin le service de chambre est sans plus, en 10 jours jamais les peignoirs n’ont été changés malgré ma demande, et même en les mettant dans la baignoire pour le signifier ils ont été replacés en l’état…

The quality of everything in this hotel is exceptional. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, my room was very spacious, the service was fantastic, helpful and personal too. The food options were great, the buffet was varied, the wines I had to try with dinner were delicious and the pool service during the day is also a great addition! The location for what I wanted was ideal, in a quiet area, but close to La Caleta with lots of great restaurants nearby.

My only criticism is the soundproofing is slightly intrusive, particularly for the room above me. The bed was also a bit firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

El hotel presenta espacios y estancias muy amplias, decoradas de forma que resultan muy acogedoras y confortables. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad que se tenga. La villa tenía un tamaño muy amplio, cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El jacuzzi en el jardín está fenomenal, con privacidad. El desayuno muy muy bueno, de calidad y con opciones saludables y variadas, muy recomendable. El espacio de piscinas es muy amplio, no tuvimos sensación de agobio a pesar de estar el hotel con alta ocupación. Nos regalaron un acceso al spa que lo agradecimos mucho aunque no lo utilizamos. Disponen de recarga para vehículos eléctricos, servicio rápido, funcional y a precio de mercado. Perdimos el móvil en el hotel y nos lo localizó el personal muy rápidamente.

We had an amazing stay at the property. It was very clean, spacious, the room was amazing. The staff is also very nice and helpful. During our stay, we’ve also reserved a massage in the spa and the team was very friendly. A special thanks to Kimena, Jenny, and Monica from the spa team, they were great! Lo que más me gustó fue el ambiente durante las comidas, en un restaurante exterior con una terraza grande.

Lo que menos me gustó fue encontrar cucarachas en la habitación. Además, en una ocasión quedó una cucaracha muerta en la ducha durante tres días y el personal de limpieza no la retiró, a pesar de haber tenido tiempo para hacerlo. Finalmente, tuve que avisar en recepción para que se solucionara. Considero que este aspecto debería cuidarse más, especialmente en un hotel de esta categoría.

Acesso à praia dificultado pelo facto do hotel estar numa encosta íngreme não muito longe do mar mas que obriga a fazer um percurso penoso nas horas de maior calor. Na maior das vezes optámos por ir de carro mas era difícil estacionar ou então tivemos que paqar parking junto à praia.

Service is what truly makes this hotel 5 star. The team is amazing, cheers to Tony who deserves all the stars in the world (and an extra bonus ;) - we received the best recommendations from him and his hospitality is unmatched. Overall, the hotel is clean and breakfast was amazing too. We got an upgrade for a good price with a great view. The room was very spacious and we had all we could possibly need. The pool area and pool service was excellent, enough sunbeds and good cocktail selection. There was a spacious parking for no extra price which was a big plus for us. Many thanks to the reception team and cleaning staff, you all did an amazing job!

For us as a young couple, the hotel felt a bit Turkish/Egyptian-style, not the most stylish/modern - the furniture and room design is a bit “vintage” how we would call its, but this is of course very subjective. We sometimes lacked evening entertainment; although there was a show schedule, when we came back around 10pm it was always pretty quiet already. Another small thing - the A/C in the room is quite loud, but for me personally this was solved with some earplugs. The location is overall not bad but the hotel is high up the hill which means some sweaty cardio on the way back from the beach. Honestly, this was not a problem for us too. Overall, all the issues are pretty minor - the hotel is great for the price you pay!

The hotel is beautiful, stylish and has a very distinctive character. It is located high above the surrounding area, with wonderful views, and its design reflects the history of the site as a former banana plantation. The plantation-inspired architecture and décor give the hotel a unique atmosphere. We were very grateful for the upgraded room we received for a few nights, which undoubtedly made our stay even more special. It was a beautiful, spacious and stylish suite with a fantastic ocean view. We particularly loved having so much space, with a sofa and comfortable furniture, as well as sun loungers, a table and chairs on the balcony. It gave us plenty of room to spread out, relax and really enjoy the stay. One of our favourite features of the suite was the built-in sound system. We could select the music using controls on the wall, and the sound filled the entire suite. It was an unusual and very enjoyable touch that added considerably to the atmosphere. The bathroom was enormous and the toiletries were excellent quality, with particularly pleasant fragrances. We also noticed the same attention to detail in the public bathrooms. Even small touches, such as individual cloth hand towels instead of ordinary paper towels, contributed to the feeling of luxury. This was one of the things we appreciated most about the hotel: it provided those little extras that made it genuinely feel like a five-star experience rather than simply a hotel carrying five stars. The pools were also very pleasant and we enjoyed spending time there. This was the third five-star hotel we stayed at during this trip, and of the three, the food here was definitely the tastiest. The buffet may not have had the largest selection, but the quality and flavour were excellent. Almost everything we tried was enjoyable, which we found exceptional even compared with other five-star hotels. The desserts were particularly good and offered a varied, high-quality selection.

There were a few relatively minor issues. At breakfast, we noticed a problem with some of the cold cuts, something I have also seen mentioned by other guests. Several of them had a strange and unpleasant taste. They looked perfectly fresh and there was nothing obviously wrong with their smell, so I do not know what caused it, but I did not feel comfortable eating them. This was a shame because savoury cold cuts are normally something I prefer for breakfast. It may be worth the hotel looking into their quality or storage. Fortunately, there were enough other choices, so we usually had eggs, toast and other breakfast items instead. The selection was not enormous, but we could always find something we liked. The warm pastries and other sweet breakfast items in particular looked excellent and there was a very attractive variety, although personally I do not usually prefer sweet pastries for breakfast. Another issue was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which I believe has also been mentioned by other guests. We could not identify exactly where it came from – possibly the drains or the air-conditioning – but it was a musty, stale smell that was noticeable at times. The shower was also rather old-fashioned and unnecessarily difficult to operate. Housekeeping occasionally moved or collected some of our belongings that I had deliberately left in particular places because I intended to use them again. There were also occasions when we did not have enough towels. These were relatively small issues, but slightly inconvenient. The pool towel system was also unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. It was not always easy to obtain clean towels or get rid of wet ones, and the service did not seem to work in the way described in the hotel's information. Also, one of the pools was not operating during our stay. Finally, breakfast did not always open at the advertised time.

We had a villa, which was absolutely lovely, very clean and well maintained. The cleaners came in every day and were very quick and prompt. The variety of pools was great and made it easy to find a sunbed, while the adults-only pool was particularly nice. Breakfast had a really good choice with plenty of variety. The staff throughout the resort couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur is an amazing resort.

The main downside for us was the price of food and drinks around the pool. €7.50 for a small portion of chips and €5.50 for soft drinks just didn’t feel reasonable. Unfortunately, these prices did spoil the experience a little for us, as they are simply far too expensive. We really feel the prices need to be reviewed, as this was the only real negative in what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

Very quiet, not crowded, very neat and clean, very well located, very nice pools and gardens, amazing breakfast at the terrace, and good ambience in general.

Finding the parking entrance is a bit tricky.

Excelente trato y atención.

La atencion del personal fue excelente,siempre atentos con todo y dispuesto a que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Tienen fuentes de agua alrededor del hotel. Las piscinas limpias y zonas delimitadas para relax,solo adulto y "para todos". Bufets desayuno y cena,fue algo normal, un nivel intermedio,pero lo que probamos estaba muy bueno. Por ultimo,la tranquilidad que había, a pesar que no es Adults Only, era bastante notoria y se agradece cuando vas a descansar.El tener aparcamiento para el vehículo fue un extra muy gratificante. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, cuidadas al detalle.

Cogimos una villa,y la único que pondría a mejorar es que la zona del solárium fuera algo mas privada, y que la instalación de la bañera de hidromasaje tenga algo mas de mantenimiento.

Чудова кухня. Прибирання в номерах двічі в день. На території 7! басейнів, тим самим немає надмірного скупчення людей. Номер з виглядом на океан. Готель надає кімнату для можливості переодягнутися, якщо у вас пізній виїзд. Поряд два пляжі з різним піском: світлими і темним

До пляжу 10 хвилин пішки, але суттєва різниця висоти - від океану потрібно підніматись на пагорб. Це не недолік, просто слід враховувати

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté et le confort des chambres, qui sont spacieuses, agréables et bien entretenues. L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un très joli cadre, avec des espaces communs soignés et une atmosphère calme et reposante. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité des installations, notamment la piscine, ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui constitue un vrai point positif pour le séjour. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement offre un cadre agréable et confortable pour passer quelques jours de détente.

Le seull point négatif concerne le sol autour de la piscine, qui malheureusement n’était pas suffisamment nettoyé et entretenu. C’est dommage, car cela contraste avec le cadre agréable de l’hôtel et mériterait davantage d’attention en matière de propreté

Me gustó todo muchísimo , mucha tranquilidad , el personal maravilloso , la comida muy buena variedad y me gustó mucho las instalaciones , quizás un poco excesivos los precios de las consumiciones en piscina y bebidas en la comida , pero por lo general muy bien es la segunda vez que voy y repetiré seguro .

The room we stayed in air conditioning didn’t work properly and this did not get fixed during our stay…ground floor room and garden outside area at patio needed upgrading - it looked like the block we stayed in may of been next fir refurbishing. Pool area needed a bit of maintenance- loose tiles and grouting needed replaced.

Everything was great! The staff were incredibly helpful, and there were so many fun activities organized for the guests. The front desk team was especially nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Beim Bezug waren Polster schmutzig (Flecken) und der Teppich hatte auch einen großen Fleck. Bisschen unakzeptabel bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Zum Meer und zum Costa Adeje braucht man fast immer ein Taxi, außer man ist motiviert lange zu gehen. Meer ca. 15 Minuten, Costa Adeje locker 20 Minuten - aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

La atención fue muy muy buena. Especialmente la de Carlos en recepción, fue muy amable con nosotros. Almorzamos y cenamos en los restaurantes y estuvo muy bien la comida (quizás la bebida un poco cara en relación al precio de la comida, por ejemplo dos cocacolas 15€ y un plato de comida 20€).

Quizás podrían mejorar que al utilizar los servicios que te ofrecen con la habitación (agua o café por ejemplo) si lo usas un día, al día siguiente no te lo reponen, en relación a otros hoteles de 5* que si lo hacen.

Fabulous hotel with really friendly staff,lovely spacious rooms and extra large,comfortable beds.The hotel has four pools and there was never any issue finding a sun bed.Due to the layout,it never felt too crowded as each pool was in a small enclave with sunbeds around each one. Can’t fault the place and will definitely be returning.

Where to start..... On arrival and throughout our stay, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and really made the effort! As we were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a beautiful villa, which exceeded all of our expectations. They even gifted us a bottle of champagne and some little treats, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself was immaculate and was in a great location, just enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The attention to detail was superb. All in all we had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

Not entirely suitable for small children. The kids shallow pool has no access for pushchairs. We went with twins which meant every time we went to the pool we had to physically lift a twin heavy buggy up thirteen stairs!!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit genügend Pools (beheizt und nicht beheizt) zur Auswahl. Das Zimmer war überwältigend. Wir sind hineingegangen und waren sprachlos.

Der SPA Aufenthalt ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Massage war nicht gut. Es war mehr eine Streicheleinheit und die Masseurin benutzte auch Gummihandschuhe, was den Komfort ebenfalls stark minderte. Außerdem war die Massage statt den gezahlten 40 Minuten nur 32 Minuten lang.

El trato del personal, Gabi la srta de recepcion muy agradable nos ayudó mucho con nuestra estancia. El buffet del desyuno fantastico, asi como la habitacion y las piscinas. Hotel muy tranquilo.

Pone cinco estrellas pero no está a la altura. La habitación en la que nos alojamos olía a viejo. Las cortinas tenían agujeros, las toallas raspaban y las sábanas y colchón no nos parecieron acordes a un hotel cinco estrellas. Reservamos para cinco días y aguantamos dos.

The hotel truly lived up to its five-star rating. It was exceptionally clean, and the room service was outstanding, with the room being serviced twice daily. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh dishes and plenty of options to choose from each day. The bar was equally impressive, offering a great selection of drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were a standout highlight of the stay—everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to recommend great places to eat and visit, which really enhanced our overall experience.

However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. During dinner, soft drinks and water were not included and had to be paid for separately. While this is understandable for alcoholic beverages, it would be more reasonable for at least soft drinks and water to be included as part of the dinner experience. Additionally, I was disappointed that complimentary water was not provided in the room, especially considering the very hot weather. Although water was available for purchase at the bar, it feels like a basic amenity that should be included in a five-star hotel. As for the location, it is great overall; however, the hotel is situated uphill and about a 10–15 minute walk from the main beach. This is perfectly fine if you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, but it can be less convenient if you prefer frequent trips to the beach or going out in the evenings.

Esta a 10 minutos del la playa pero en lo alto de una colina y la subida puede ser un poco dura en las horas de mas calor. No obstante hay servicio de traslado a determinadas horas.

Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, les buffets du petit dejeuner et dîner sont copieux, variés et très bons, le personnel globalement très agréable, beaucoup de piscines donc pas besoin de faire la course pour trouver des transats, excellent spa.

Le déjeuner pourrait être amélioré et n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Certains membres du personnel étaient un peu froids. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en haut d’une colline et pour revenir de la plage c’était un peu compliqué et long.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Nous avons même été surclassé en suite Junior. Le personnel est au petit soin, la nourriture en demi pension est très bonne avec beaucoup de choix. Il y a un thème et des chanteurs différents tous les soirs. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L’hôtel est propre, le service de chambre passe 2 fois par jour, les piscines sont impeccables. Il y a des zones pour les enfants et pour adultes only. Une des piscines étant en travaux à notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à un accès d’une heure dans les bains à remous extérieurs. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit !!

Les boissons (même l’eau) ne sont pas inclus dans la demi pension ce qui fait que ça revient forcément plus cher. Il n’y a qu’une seule entrée/sortie dans l’hôtel donc le retour de la plage se fait un peu péniblement sous le soleil en pleine montée. Cependant, ils proposent une navette à horaires fixes si besoin ! Attention, hôtel et restaurants non fumeurs. Il y a néanmoins des petits espaces fumeurs proches des piscines.

Colonial type appearance. Several pools, not over crowded. Lovely spacious garden room.

Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer, naar een villa met privé jacuzzi. Dat was een heerlijke start van ons verblijf. Meerdere zwembaden om uit te kiezen, voldoende fijne bedjes bij het zwembad. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt, goed eten in de restaurants (ook de poolbar), lekkere cocktails. Kamer was heel ruim en schoon en het bed was hemels. Goede voorzieningen, voor ieder wat wils. Fantastisch uitzicht.

De locatie lag iets verder buiten de stad, waardoor je wel even onderweg was naar de stad. Er zijn echter ook stepjes in de stad die je kunt huren en als je van een wandelingetje houdt is het geen probleem. Doordat het wat verder weg ligt, is het wel een oase van rust.

Me encantó! El personal estuvo muy atento y servicial desde el primer momento en el que entramos, recogiéndonos las maletas y llevándolas a la habitación y recibiéndonos con una copa de cava. La cena en el buffet estaba exquisita! Nos tocó asiático y el desayuno súper completo y excelente.

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega que tampoco lo es era el horario de cierre de piscinas.

Struttura pulitissima,super organizzata. Staff preparato,efficiente, professionale ed super accogliente. Ad ogni necessità o dubbio hanno una risposta. Cibo ottimo, preparato al momento con prodotti doc. Un particolare ringraziamento a Sara, una perla rara ed un ottima professionista. Appena ha saputo che eravamo in viaggio di nozze, ci ha organizzato una bellissima sorpresa in camera. Senza parole

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service was impeccable and we even got a free upgraded room when checking in. We had breakfast included and ate lunch by the pool most days which was great. The hotel was super clean and perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway. Would highly recommend to family and friends and would consider returning again.

The only downside during our stay was that one of the pools had a leak so was out of use and had some construction work going on but there was plenty more pools to use and we got a free voucher to use the spa pool instead. It also would've been nice to have some atmospheric music by the pool at times.

Desayuno muy amplio pero se echa de menos que cambie ligeramente cada día, siempre había lo mismo, y podrían poner aguacate que es una cosa que desayuna muchísimas personas en el mundo. Las cenas si que varían cada día , siendo temáticas y con música en directo, nos tocó temas ciertamente parecidos, española , canaria, mediterránea, barbacoa ( todo ello podría considerarse español) excepto una noche que era oriental. El personal de lo mejorcito!!! La habitación muy cómoda y amplia al igual que el baño que ofrece mucha privacidad estando bañera lavabo ducha y WC separados.

Hay detalles que cambiaría, cosas que están tremendamente anticuadas y en un 5 estrellas creo q no debería dar esa imagen, por ejemplo el teléfono de las habitaciones, el secador del pelo( por favor, a todos los hoteles, pongan uno de este siglo! También a tener en cuenta que el hotel aunque muy bien situado en cuanto a vistas en contra punta no tiene nada cerca ni siquiera un pequeño supermercado donde comprar un agua, tienes q caminar cuesta abajo unos 10 min y solamente de cortesía te ofrecen una botella de agua a tu llegada ( la bebida aunque sea agua la hay que pagar aparte aunque tengas media pensión...)

We were upgraded to a villa as we were celebrating a birthday & anniversary. The villa was amazing with a sea view. Stunning.

The entertainment. Hotel situated on a hill so would've liked to have been able to stay around there in the evening for a drink rather than face that climb back home! But bar had no atmosphere & the 'entertainment' was very poor.
