Το κτίριο είναι μαγικό. Έχει μια απίστευτη αύρα. Η πισίνα πολύ περιποιημένη και χαλαρωτικη. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το μπάνιο τεράστιο.

Δεν είχε σιτες στα παράθυρα. Ο φυσικός φωτισμός στον χώρο είναι περιορισμένος (κάτι το οποίο βέβαια είναι λογικό καθως πρόκειται για παλιό μοναστήρι). Δεν υπηρχε χώρος πουθενά να απλώσω βρεγμένα μαγιό για να στεγνώσουν.

Unica pecca la strada che passa dietro la piscina per cui spesso si sentivano macchine, niente di insopportabile comunque. Dovrebbero proporre più prodotti senza glutine/lattosio per colazione.

La struttura è veramente bella e particolare, vicina ai principali servizi. Ottima la cucina. è stato bello cenare la sera con musica dal vivo.

Alles top. Günstig gelegen, ruhige Lage. Zentrum von Colle di Val d'Elsa auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Duschen funktionieren. 😉 Parkplatz vorhanden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abendessen nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Miljön va fantastisk. Lugnt och skönt. Rummen va stora och rymliga. Inte trångt vid poolen.

Solbäddarna stod på gräs vid poolen vilket gjorde att det va mycket mygg. Ett trädäck istället för gräs skulle nog göra susen.

Hotelul este deosebit de frumos, cu camere spațioase, curate și foarte confortabile. Grădina superbă este locul perfect pentru o cină relaxantă, acompaniată de muzică discretă. Mâncarea este excelentă, iar micul dejun variat.

Location - local village was not that great. Attic room was dark and hot and eating facilities were limited. Menu was the same all week. Nowhere really to sit and have a pre dinner drink.

The location was really perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the area and the surrounding towns

I notice once I had paid for the room, that the servers charged 17 euros for Coke Zero and called it a Coke and rum. I know this because I don’t drink alcohol. It was the same server at the pool during our stayed and he inflated the prices of the drinks. I also noticed in the receipts they gave to the front desk how he changed the written order (they use carbon copies but you don’t get one), allowing the server to change and add whatever he wants to the bill. It’s too bad as this just shows how desperate the servers are to overcharge you on the drinks to maybe meet the quota or get paid a spiff. I paid almost 100 euros for 6 Coke Zero.

la colazione era ottima, molto fornita e con una vasta scelta sia di dolce che di salato. la piscina era stupenda, tranquilla e spaziosa considerando tutti gli ospiti presenti. la struttura era bellissima, il convento ha un struttura immensa e ha mantenuto il suo carattere e la sua bellezza.

Relais Della Rovere is a beautiful and truly special hotel, full of character and history. The property dates back to the 12th century, when it was built by Benedictine monks, and later became the residence of Cardinal Giuliano Della Rovere, who went on to become Pope Julius II, one of the great patrons of the Renaissance. (Relais della Rovere) Staying in such a historic setting adds a unique atmosphere to the whole experience. We had a very spacious and beautifully decorated room that comfortably accommodated all four of us. The hotel grounds and swimming pool area are gorgeous, breakfast was wonderful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, always happy to help and accommodate our requests. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Il Cardinale, located in the historic cellars of the villa. (Relais della Rovere) The dinner was exceptional—beautifully prepared, delicious, and one of the most memorable meals of our trip. A wonderful combination of Tuscan charm, fascinating history, excellent food, and warm hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Relais Della Rovere.

Chambre vaste, confortable et propre (ainsi que salle de bain), l'hôtel a un certain charme, piscine agréable et spacieuse. Bonne localisation pour rayonner dans la région.

L'hôtel se situe en réalité au sein de la ville, avec une certaine proximité de la route ou d'autres habitations (impliquant bruit de la route ou de soirée). Le restaurant est bon / OK mais pratique des prix surélevés. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand mais la qualité pas au rendez-vous. Globalement l'hôtel ne représente pas un bon rapport qualité-prix et le niveau de prestations (services restauration notamment) n'est pas au rendez-vous du standing que l'hotel prétend avoir.

Tout était parfait ! Localisation idéale pour visiter les différents villages de Toscane. Lieu plein de charme et très tranquille. Staff adorable. Restaurant et petit déjeuner très sympas. Chambre confortable et propre.

Le prix de 8 € pour un soft nous semble un peu élevé

Ruim zwembad, genoeg ligbedjes. Mooi gebouw, parkeren voor de deur. Aardige dame bij de receptie. Prima kamer, grote badkamer. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken, en ook handdoeken voor bij het zwembad. Koelkastje op de kamer. Er is een super mooi wandelpad vlak bij het hotel, dat is zeker de moeite waard om te bewandelen.

Extreem veel muggen bij het zwembad (niet iets waar het hotel wat aan kan doen, maar doet wel van de ervaring af). Airco is niet sterk genoeg om de kamer echt koel te krijgen. Cocktails worden gemaakt met B-merken drank, dat is echt zonde. Negroni smaakt niet zoals deze hoort te smaken. Zeker voor de prijzen is dat een kwalijke zaak. Een biertje kost al 8€! Er hangt een sterke geur in het hotel en rond het zwembad. Niet kunnen plaatsen wat het precies was. Kon soms wel storend zijn.

El edificio es muy bonito y la piscina para relajarse es perfecta. Tienen todo aclimatado y el aire acondicionado funciona genial lo que se agradece mucho! Hay parking privado para el coche gratuito. El restaurante para cenar muy recomendable! El desayuno está incluido.

El desayuno debería tener algo mas de variedad de panes para tostar por ejemplo y el comedor de dentro la decoración podría mejorar ya que el resto como el restaurante está perfecto! Podrían poner máquinas para coger el café y leche caliente por ejemplo. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar por ejemplo en cuanto a los suelos de los baños y el reponer las cosas. La piscina no tiene bar abierto, es una pena que con todo lo bonito que es el sitio no se pueda tomar algo o picar algo allí. Todo lo demás de 10

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön und groß. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Struttura molto bella e curata, in un’ottima posizione. La piscina è davvero bellissima e rappresenta sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Camere ampie e pulite. La colazione è molto buona, varia e abbondante. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di usufruire del ristorante direttamente in hotel, sia per un light lunch sia per la cena, una soluzione molto comoda per chi desidera trascorrere la giornata in struttura.

Al di fuori degli orari dei pasti, il servizio potrebbe essere migliorato. Ad esempio, fino alle 15:30 il bar della piscina è chiuso e le possibilità sono limitate alle sole bevande. Sarebbe piacevole avere la possibilità di ordinare anche qualcosa di semplice, come un gelato. Anche i prezzi sono piuttosto elevati: ad esempio, 8 € per una Coca-Cola risultano un po’ eccessivi. Un altro aspetto che, a mio avviso, meriterebbe di essere valutato riguarda la presenza di bambini in piscina. La struttura e l’atmosfera sembrano pensate principalmente per il relax, ma durante il soggiorno sono state presenti alcune famiglie con bambini che giocavano con la palla, si tuffavano e urlavano, rendendo a tratti difficile godersi la tranquillità della piscina. Credo che, per la tipologia di struttura e per l’esperienza che si vuole offrire agli ospiti, una formula adults only sarebbe particolarmente adatta. In alternativa, sarebbe utile prevedere regole più stringenti per garantire maggiore tranquillità nella zona piscina.

The food was absolutely excellent, everything we had was delicious. The pool was a great size and really lovely to swim in and sit by. We really relaxed whilst we were here - it did feel like you were in a little bubble which was lovely but also had easy access into the town so we could also easily explore. We loved it here.

The air conditioning in our room was located under a window which, when we wanted to close the curtains, meant you couldn’t feel the cold air. It meant the room felt very hot and close at night time.

Geweldige plek! Prima uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips in de regio. Heerlijk zwembad. We hadden een prachtige kamer met airco en gevulde minibar. Aanrader!

Tuscan mosquitoes …although using the spray sorted that problem out.

It felt really luxurious and special! We loved the pool bar and light lunch options. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff are super attentive and professional.

There were lots of mosquitos during the day at the pool area - everyone was covered in bites!!

The spilt level rooms were great for a bit of separation. So close to the bluest river walk. Well thought out spaces that are decorated well. Lovely view.

God seng, og værelser og bygninger er smukt toscansk indrettet. Morgenmaden er fantastisk og kan indtages udenfor med flot udsigt over den gamle bydel.

Mesés környezet, egy igazi kis autentikus oázis. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli bőséges és mesés, a vacsora is pazar volt.

Booked this hotel to attend the Andrea Bocelli event and explore Tuscany. The property is beautiful and it was wonderful to be able to cool off and relax at the pool in the afternoons. The team at Relais Della Rovere were really great and were always so helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool, location, historical building and staff were the bonus’s for the hotel.

Apart from the pool there was no other places to properly relax, the staff were great but the bartender was split between both bars. The food was nice, but they’re charging 5 star prices and you can drive 10 minutes for the best steak on the planet for 60% less cost, plus nowhere should be charging €8 for a can of coca-cola.

Vi var over oss av begeistring over absolutt alt ved dette stedet, det er helt perfekt. Gammel, renovert bygning, lukter supergodt overalt, absolutt alt der inne var et skue, moderne, deilig rom, bassengområdet med mulighet for kjøp av forfriskninger var helt herlig, barna elsket det også, og personalet var supervennlige og hjelpsomme. Middag serveres i en helt fantastisk bakhage, maten var himmelsk, og frokosten likeså, denne ble servert ved en annen utedel av anlegget, også her så det rett og slett helt vidunderlig ut. Praktisk parkeringsplass med mange plasser, og velfungerende ladestasjon med to elbilladere. Vi må tilbake hit.

Absolutt ingenting annet enn at jeg gjerne skulle vært der mye lenger.

La camera era molto bella, spaziosa, fresca e confortevole. Mi hanno permesso di effettuare il check-in anticipato, visto che ero arrivata prima dell’orario previsto, e l’ho apprezzato davvero molto. Ho adorato la piscina, dove ho potuto rilassarmi davvero e godermi un momento di tranquillità. La colazione era ottima, ricca e varia, servita in una sala davvero bellissima. Anche la location è stupenda e lo staff è stato sempre gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

L’unica nota negativa è che si sentivano abbastanza i rumori provenienti dalla camera accanto e dal corridoio. Per il resto, soggiorno assolutamente consigliato!

Die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel! The location is perfect if you have a car and would like a place that’s between San Gimigniano and Siena but I would not suggest it if you’re not driving. The front desk staff were all lovely and so was the guy at the bar.

We had both dinner and lunch during our stay. Dinner was excellent both the food and the service were outstanding. Unfortunately, our experience at lunch was very disappointing. The service fell well below expectations. We waited around 30 minutes for our wine and it only arrived after we had nearly finished our meal. Naturally, we were unhappy with the experience. Rather than apologising for what was clearly substandard service, we felt the waiter responded with attitude, which made the situation even more disappointing. Other than that, cannot really fault it.

Make sure you book for dinner, the pasta was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. Such a calm, relaxing space, absolutely loved my room. Nearby village is delightful, spent a productive afternoon doing laundry there while exploring the town. The nearby waterfalls are particularly photogenic, but ultimately you won't regret any time spent outdoors by the beautiful swimming pool. My only regret was not booking to stay longer... hopefully there will be a next time. This is what a stay away from the masses really feels like.

In our room, it seemed the shower was slightly leaking through the wall, so that is my only quibble.

Det var lugnt och precis som vi tänkt oss det skulle vara. Frukosten var helt fantastisk och även drinkarna i barnen samt maten i restaurangen. Rummen var otroligt mysiga!

Vi saknade balkong men det visste vi om.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Siamo arrivati venerdì sera circa alle 22 (per via del traffico, abbiamo chiamato per avvisare) e avevamo una prenotazione alle 21 al ristorante del Relais, avevamo paura che ci saltasse la cena perché il ristorante chiudeva alle 22 precise. Invece, al nostro arrivo, sono stati tutti molto comprensivi e ci hanno fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo e cenare. Location pazzesca, stanza spaziosa, pulita e molto bella.

Il sistema di condizionamento in stanza troppo rumoroso.

De ligging is top! Het restaurant bij het verblijf is echt qua entourage en kwaliteit van het eten geweldig. Daarnaast is het zwembad de perfecte toevoeging aan het verblijf, want tussen de stadjes door kun je ook heerlijk relaxen en bijkomen.

The swimming pool. In dire need of an update. It felt tired and in dire need of a make over. Tiles old and cracked snd some looked stained. Steps in snd out of pool almost impossible for older clients to use.

God frokost og hyggelig personale. Det var en fin bakhage vi fikk benytte for oss selv etter middag. God mat i restauranten.

Det så bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Rommet var mørkt og enkelt uten noe særpreg. Det kunne trenge en oppussing. Litt lite stemningsfull restaurant selv om det ble fint da mørket kom og lyktene i trærne lyste.

Grundsätzlich sind die Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Der Poolbereich und der Innenhof zum Abendessen sind sehr nett und die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sehr bemüht. Das Abendessen war gut.

Das Personal wirkt ein wenig demotiviert, dies spiegelt sich bei dem Mitarbeiter der Rezeption wieder, der zum Beispiel keinerlei Hilfe bei dem Gepäck anbot und auch sonst eher unfreundlich wirkte, aber auch bei dem Mitarbeiter der Poolbar, welche zudem erst gegen Abend öffnete. Unser Zimmer war leider nur mit einem Fenster nahe der Decke ausgestattet, sodass man nicht aus dem Zimmer schauen konnte und die Klima funktioniert nahezu nicht. Das Frühstück ist leider wirklich schlecht. Wie andere Gäste schon beschrieben, ist die Qualität eher mittelmäßig. Es wirkt so als würde der Aufschnitt vom Vortag erneut verwendet werden, die Säfte sind aus dem Tetrapack und auch das Obst und Gemüse ist nicht frisch.

Top locatie, centraal gelegen, dicht in de buurt van mooie stadjes. SUPER Vriendelijk personeel en de accomodatie straalt rust uit.

Het eten is lekker maar vrij prijzig. De drankjes met name frisdrank en bier zijn erg duur. Dit zou anders kunnen. Erg veel muggen rondom het zwembad maar daar kan de accomodatie niks aan doen denk ik.. zorg dat je bescherming meeneemt hiervoor.

La première chambre proposée était très sombre et donnait sur la piscine. Nous avons demandé de changer et la seconde chambre était très agréable. La localisation est idéale pour les visites mais il faut impérativement avoir un moyen de locomotion. Le bâtiment est très joli.

Le service est vraiment mauvais. Il n'y a jamais personne au bar et lorsqu'ils amènent des consommations à la piscine, ils repartent les mains vides. En fin de journée, il y a donc des verres sales sur toutes les tables. De plus, les bières (en canettes de 25cl) sont facturées 8€ ce qui est vraiment abusif. C'était notre voyage de noce et j'avais commandé une bouteille de champagne. Ils l'ont mise dans le frigo avec deux coupes dépareillées. Il y a des axes routiers importants à proximité et la piscine n'est donc pas un lieu de quiétude avec des bruits de voiture constants.

Stunning property and amazing pool! Lovely breakfast- lots of choice! Very friendly staff who were very helpful- one of the receptionists was brilliant at helping us plan our day and where to park around the area.

Everything was great! The room was spacious with a gorgeous bathroom, the breakfast was sensational with a lot of options and a fantastic views (if you ate outside). The swimming pool area was gorgeous too!

Our only downside was the AC is located just under the windows so you couldn't feel the air if you closed the curtains.

Soggiornato qui dopo qualche anno dalla prima volta e la struttura conferma tutto il suo potenziale. Già dall'ingresso si viene accolti in una struttura dall'evidente storicità, situata in un contesto tranquillo e molto ben curato. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, dotate di letti comodi e bagni spaziosi. La colazione è molto variegata e permette al viaggiatore numerose possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Piccola chicca è la zona piscina, dotata di un rilassante spazio verde, con tavolini e ombrelloni e di un fornito pool bar. La struttura mette a disposizione anche i teli da utilizzare in piscina. Tra i servizi aggiuntivi vanno senza dubbio menzionati l'ottimo ristorante Il Cardinale ed il servizio di noleggio Vespe, per poter scoprire su due ruote le verdi colline circostanti.

I prezzi del pool bar sono leggermente alti, soprattutto per le bevande analcoliche, ma in linea con il contesto della zona.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer 202 im ersten Stock, leicht modrig und nach Chemie. Ein gewünschter Zimmerwechsel war wegen voller Belegung nicht möglich. An vielen Stellen im Hotel wird mit Raumduft gearbeitet.

Struttura pulita, spazi verdi curati, in generale si tratta di una struttura molto bella e ben mantenuta. Colazione varia ed abbondante con una selezione di prodotti freschi e locali. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante piatti molto buoni con ottima materia prima (squisiti i tagliolini al tartufo e la mousse di cioccolato).

Il Ristorante e il bar della piscina hanno dei prezzi leggermente cari.

De hele ambiance was geweldig, echt wat je verwacht in Toscane. Mooie schone kamer en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk zwembad op goeie temperatuur.

Het diner viel echt tegen, smakeloze gerechten, erg duur en heel jong onervaren personeel. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was top, jammer dat ze die lijn niet doortrekken naar het diner.

Camera superior ampia e bagno grande. Ottima la cortesia di due bottiglie di acqua offerta nel frigo bar. Piscina ben pulita e con pavimento perfetto.

I prodotti da bagno mancanti di conditioner e crema corpo. Positivo che c’erano le ciabattine. Aria condizionata malfunzionante e molto rumorosa specialmente di notte. Scaletta in piscina scomoda per persone meno giovani e meno aitanti fisicamente

Overall the experience was nice, the pool was amazing.

The bed was super uncomfortable, even when we turned off the air conditioning, it kept turning on again by itself. The breakfast can be better compared to other hotels I have been in Italy

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Das Bett war bequem und groß, das Badezimmer war riesig und sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Restaurant ist toll und alles schmeckt sehr gut.

Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend, das Zimmer war für uns etwas zu warm. Leider gab es in den Zimmern nur Pappbecher und keine richtigen Gläser.

The actual hotel is lovely and very clean. The bed in the room was huge and very comfortable. Being able to order drinks around the pool was also a plus.

The area isn’t what we expected, I would want somewhere in Tuscany where there is a bit to do around the hotel, the town is very quiet with not much going on. The pool area is very nice but next to a main road so there is the sound of cars and you can see electricity pilons. Somewhere with views.

Beautiful grounds, comfy beds, spacious room. Delicious restaurant. Local city so quaint and lovely.

They allow small children so got a little loud at pool and lunch.

A long walk to the old centre. Close to a busy road.

Hotelul este în stil conac, foarte îngrijit și curat. Micul dejun excelent și diversificat . Piscina și șezlongurile un mare plus , de asemenea restaurantele deschise atât pentru prânz cat și cină. Camera deși la mansardă a fost spațioasă și curată.

Pernele , deși sunt 2 nu am putut să dorm deloc pe ele .
