Bella struttura che già conoscevo, camera confortevole con un ottimo bagno.

In camera il frogobar era vuoto, c'erano solo 2 bottiglie di acqua. Non c'è la macchina del caffè che ormai in un 4 stelle è normale trovarla.

Niks. We hebben direct uitgeboekt. Ze hebben wel meegewerkt aan de terugbetaling.

We hadden dit hotel geboekt mede door het restaurant. Daar aangekomen werd gezegd dat we er niet konden eten ze hadden een groep. Het geeft een landelijk uitstraling op papier. Maar ligt ingesloten in een dorp. We konden de auto negers kwijt.

6 jours passés dans ce cadre exceptionnel. L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la régularité dans l'entretien des chambres. Les petits déjeuners étaient somptueux. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

My air stoped working, not hotel fault

Struttura appena ristrutturata, pulita e ben tenuta. Staff professionale ed accogliente. Ottima scoperta per un weekend di relax lontani da caos della città. Camere spaziose e di livello. Parcheggio interno, al costo extra di €15,00 a notte, non necessario ma di cui ho apprezzato la semplicità nell’entrare/uscire. Se possibile da installare mi permetto di consigliare una tettoia in legno/pannello solare, così da ombreggiate le vetture in sosta creando un’attenzione in più.

Le village un peu triste le soir, la salle du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas terrible par rapport à l'établissement, la qualité des produits du petit déjeuner malgré un large choix, chambre propre mais désuète.

Aussenpool. Zimmer war gut und die Betten auch. Da wir am Abreisetag vor dem Frühstück abgereist sind, haben wir ein Lunchpaket erhalten - super.

Hätte vom Service erwartet, dass sie nachfragen, ob man einen zweiten Kaffee wünscht. Habe einmal einen zweiten bestellt, aber nicht erhalten (wurde vom Personal eventuell vergessen.

Soggiorno perfetto! Struttura bellissima e curata, personale gentile. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa e della piscina esterna, dove abbiamo potuto sorseggiare un aperitivo portato dai ragazzi del bar. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Siena. Super consigliato!

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La struttura è accogliente e molto pulita con Personale gentile e disponibile. Si percepisce che ci tengono a far sì che il tuo soggiorno sia piacevole. La Camera è molto spaziosa, con letto grande e comodo e bagno finestrato!!! Fantastico! Molto comodo anche il Parcheggio pubblico e gratuito a due passi dall'albergo. Ho sfruttato tanto la Piscina, circondata da un giardino ben curato. La piscina ha buone dimensioni, tenuta bene, con zona idro e cascata (fantastici) e zona spiaggetta con acqua bassa dove sdraiarsi. Lettini con ombrellone e tavolino, comodi e ben tenuti come tutto il resto. C'è anche il sevizio bar in piscina e ogni giorno ti consegnano i teli mare. Abbiamo anche usato la palestra, piccola ma ben attrezzata. La colazione è eccezionale, con tantissimi prodotti freschi, sia dolci che salati. La SPA e il ristorante non li abbiamo provati.

Hotel bellissimo, camera pulita e completa di ogni necessità. Personale cordiale e sempre a disposizione. Colazione completa e alimenti di alta qualità. L’unica cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è la mancanza di cibo per fare aperitivo in piscina, potendo proporre solo patatine e noccioline. Nonostante ciò, esperienza consigliata sia la camera che la spa.

Hotel molt comfortable. Bufet d’esmorzar molt bo i amb moltes opcions. Personal molt atent. Habitació cuádruple amb llits pels joves molt amplia. Zona de piscina ideal per descansar. Situat en un poblet molt bonic i perfecte per veure una part de la Toscana.

Manca llum al lavabo. Teníem una banyera jacuzzi però era molt alta per entrar i sortir. El parking es de pagament i la recàrrega de cotxes elèctrics te un altre suplement a banda.

Camere grandi e spaziose, la piscina piacevole,la prima colazione abbondante, il posto permette di raggiungere facilmente le città di Pisa Firenze Lucca Siena Volterra San Gimignano Panzano e un pochino più fuori mano Livorno, cercavamo un posto comodo per potersi spostare facilmente per visitare la Toscana, e il posto è perfetto

Il parcheggio 15euro al giorno allo scoperto per una moto mi sembra esagerato, il bagno in camera era grande, ma la vasca fatta a doccia non è il massimo specialmente se hai problemi con le gambe ad entrarci rischi anche di scivolare, la spa molto piccola con bagno turco, doccia, sauna finlandese(piccolina), doccia, piscina interna con idromassaggio, doccia, la piscina esterna era bella ma scarseggia di posti, 2 volte siamo dovuti tornare indietro perché non c'erano posti, poi non offre un po'di animazione nulla, non hanno nemmeno un mazzo di carte diciamo che non è per giovani,

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo hotel per 4 notti, la posizione è molto buona c'è sia la possibilità di parcheggiare nell'hotel che in alcuni parcheggi limitrofi fuori dalla zona Ztl. Le camere sono molto pulite e hanno tutti i confort necessari. La zona esterna è molto curata così come la piscina e Spa. Consigliato il ristorante con possibilità di scelta differente tra menù pranzo e menù cena. Personale cortese e attento

Басейна е нов и хубав. Локацията за градчето е добре, наблизо има два безплатни паркинга. Закуската беше разнообразна с добри продукти. Стаите бяха широки, с удобни легла и нови бани.

Единствено, че на басейна нямаше контрол и в нашия период имаше доста тинейджъри, които скачаха много в басейна, което нарушава спокойствието на повечето възрастни хора, които искаха да си почиват.

La habitación era genial, una cama enorme. Muy cómodo. La piscina ha sido un regalo cada tarde cuando volvíamos de visitar los preciosos pueblos de la zona. El personal ha sido fantástico. Olvidamos ropa al dejar el hotel y lo han gestionado para hacérnosla llegar. Enormemente agradecidos por su ayuda

L’emplacement etait idéal, tres facile d’acces avec parking gratuits a disposition. le personnel très pro et très accueillant. Le spa est un vrai plus !

Il n’y avait pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre ( c’était précisé qu’il n’y en avait pas dans les équipements, donc pas de surprise) mais c’est dommage.

La piscine, la grandeur de la chambre et les services du SPA au sous-sol, ainsi que le professionnalisme du personnel du SPA.

La douche dans la baignoire très peu large. Certains membres du personnel manquaient de jovialité.

Sono stata in questa struttura 13 anni fa ed è stato molto piacevole ritrovare la qualità nei servizi offerti. La piscina all'epoca non c'era ancora, è stata davvero una bella novità.

הבריכה כאמור טובה, אבל כל איזור המדשאה של הבריכה מלא בדבורים/צרעות. הבן שלי נעקץ וזה הצריך מאיתנו לגשת לבית חולים עקב זיהום שהתפתח כתוצאה מהעקיצה, כך שיום שלם מהחופשה "התבזבז" על הטיפול בזה, שלא לדבר על טיפול תרופתי שהוא נאלץ לקבל במשך כל החופשה.... קצת התאכזבתי מהצוות שכשסיפרתי להם את זה הם לא התרגשו יותר מדי וגם לא עשו עם זה שום דבר

A fairly large, and spacious hotel, offering a varied breakfast, and efficient, pleasant service. However, its highlight, is the spa, located on the -1 level. It features a relaxation room, with comfortable beds, a steam room, a dry sauna, and an excellent pool—kept at a temperature of 33°C—where we took a dip, every day, after returning from our trips, and before dinner. On-site parking, is available, for €15, per day.

Grande chambre très propre, le cadre de l'hôtel, personnel très gentil, restaurant sur place proche du vieux village

Chien admis...Mais pas au petit déjeuner il faut donc le laisser dans la chambre, pourtant il y a une terrasse et on pourrait y aller avec nos animaux de compagnie.

ראשית כשהגענו גילינו שהבית מלון שידרג לנו את החדר (פתיחה טובה לחופשה וחגיגות ירח הדבש שלנו בטוסקנה) החדרים גדולים מרווחים , מיטות נוחות, מזגן בחדר מעולה!(חשוב מאוד חם פה עכשיו) האוכל בחדר אוכל גם טעים וטוב מאוד השירות של הבית מלון בחדר אוכל, בקבלה, בניקוי חדרים ובכללי פנטסטי ממליצים מאוד!

שלוקחים כסף על הבריכה שבתוך המלון- חבל. גם ככה משלמים מחיר לא נמוך.

Mi è piaciuta la stanza e la colazione

The hotel is very well located - Colle is one of the prettiest towns we visited in Tuscany. It is however a small property, more of a standlone building than a sprawling estate. For that, the price didn't match.

Low value for money

The pool was small but lovely during a scorching heat wave. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities - the hotel and especially the spa - were dated and a bit worn (though everything was clean). It reminded me of a Ramada or Omni. The breakfast was very ordinary. Nothing about this stay was luxurious, but everything was serviceable. We booked a junior suite, though; perhaps the larger rooms facing the pool are nicer.

La struttura è molto bella e pulita, piscina grande e con ampia zona relax. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose.

Poca organizzazione nel servizio bar. Siamo dovuti andare a cercare per tutta la struttura qualcuno che venisse a servire un aperitivo.

La pozione e la possibilità di un servizio spa completo, oltre che l’ottima piscina e le camere sicuramente molto belle

Die Lage mittendrin in der Toskana, der Ort Colle di Val d‘Elsa an sich, die Zimmer mit einer guten Klimaanlage, die Außenanlagen mit Pool und Liegewiese und die sehr freundlichen Service Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück.

Leider lädt die Bar des Hotels nicht zum verweilen ein.

Établissement bien situé entre Florence et Sienne dans un petit village charmant. Piscine appréciable, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité

Die Lage, die allgemeinen Einrichtungen des Hauses.

Die Poolbar hatte erst ab 15:00 Uhr geöffnet, der Barkeeper hat sich überhaupt nicht um die Gäste gekümmert, man musste ihn erst suchen, er kam auch nicht hinter der Bar hervor und hat die Gäste nicht gefragt ob sie etwas möchten - quasi Selbstbedienung. Zu essen gab es nur Chips, die Gartenstühle waren von Vogelkot verschmutzt, Aschenbecher wurden tagelang nicht gelehrt, schmutzige Gläser blieben einen ganzen Tag lang stehen. Sehr viele englische Gäste und trotzdem kannte vom Personal niemand in der Küche „ham and eggs“. Nach mehrfacher Erklärung bekamen wir dann die Hotelversion davon 😂 Das Frühstücksbuffet war maximal Durchschnitt. Die Zimmermädchen waren dafür schnell, fleißig und sehr ordentlich.

Ideale locatie om verschillende bezienswaardigheden in Toscane te ontdekken. Mooie, grote kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie tuin met voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad. Hygiëne was top.

Spijtig van de badkamer met ligbad en een veel te klein douchescherm. Plaatsing van het toilet achter de deur was zeer ongelukkig. Airco op de kamer kon de intense warmte niet aan. De temperatuur op de kamer geraakte niet onder de 24,5 °C.

The room was comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. The swimming pool was lovely. Good selection and plentiful breakfast. The location was great. Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. However this was available in the reception area.

Very nice hotel inside the historic walls of Colle di Val D’Elsa. Room was comfortable with crisp linens and bed. Spa facilities were clean and enjoyable as was the pool area. Front desk staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet!

Camera Confortevole, buona colazione, staff gentile e disponibile. Bene la SPA e ottimo, davvero ottimo per servizio e qualità del servizio il ristorante.

Die Lage des Hotels zu den unterschiedlichen Destinationen war übertragend. Es gibt ausreichend gute Lokale um das Hotel. Der Pool war sehr schön und modern. Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber!

Die Parkgebühr sind eine Frechheit sowie die Getränkepreise an der Bar. Wenn man Café in der Früh bestellen möchte, muss man das Personal suchen. Frühstücksauswahl war schlecht. Nach 5 Tagen immer des selbe.

É um hotel “básico”, para ficar pouco tempo.

We arrived tired and grumpy. The warm welcome was excellent. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. The restaurant was not open for dinner but the arrangement with the nearby restaurant in a beautiful location worked well and we were served promptly.

I did not want to use the spa on that occasion but had I done it seemed a bit of an expensive add on

Odličan smještaj, sa još boljim doručkom ( toplo, hladno, kontinentalno ), sobe prostrane, krevet udoban i velik.. Lokacija izvrsna, odlična za obilazak Siene i okolnih mjesta.

Nemam prigovora.
