Personal wirkt demotiviert und man kriegt kaum eine Begrüssung am Morgen oder am Abend. Aussenbar kaum bedient.

La situation géographique au calme dans la campagne toscane à 20 km de Sienne, 40 km de Florence. Proximité de tous les sites à visiter ! Calme et sérénité des lieux. Parking vaste et gratuit. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. 10/10 Le charme d’une maison d’époque avec tout le confort moderne.

The rooms were very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The property is gorgeous and very relaxing. We didn’t need to leave the property at all during our stay.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, in which you can walk even at night with the cute lights and a cooling pool, perfect for a hot sommer day.

Ottima la colazione, era presente sia il salato che il dolce, buona scelta anche per il pranzo veloce in piscina, location ottima immersa nel verde, piacevole per chi vuole staccare dall solita routine e vuole visitare la Val D'Elsa.

Location bellissima, in mezzo ai colli toscani. Personale non all’altezza sopratutto la reception, abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e ci è stato detto che avrebbero risolto il giorno dopo (cioè il giorno del nostro check out).

Das Hotel hinterlässt auf den ersten Blick einen durchaus positiven Eindruck: schöne Lage, ein stilvolles Ambiente, ein außergewöhnlich schöner Billardraum und ein angenehmer Poolbereich. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen herzlich und professionell. Auch die beiden Basset Hounds des Hauses sind sympathisch und gehören offensichtlich zum Charakter des Hotels.

Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt zeigen sich jedoch Schwächen, die insbesondere gemessen am Anspruch und an der Kategorie des Hauses nicht zu übersehen sind. Die Lage ist landschaftlich schön, wird allerdings durch den unmittelbar vorbeiführenden, teilweise überraschend schnellen und lauten Durchgangsverkehr beeinträchtigt. Wer absolute Ruhe erwartet, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf sehen wir beim Service. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit schwanken erheblich und erreichen aus unserer Erfahrung nicht durchgehend das Niveau, das man von einem guten Drei- bzw. Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Besonders befremdlich empfanden wir, dass Mitarbeiter während des Lunch-Service regelmäßig rauchten. In einem Haus mit gehobenem Anspruch ist das für uns ein klares No-Go. Auch das Frühstück kann mit dem übrigen Anspruch des Hotels nicht mithalten. Für italienische Verhältnisse ist die Auswahl eher überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Beim Obst beschränkt sich das Angebot im Wesentlichen auf einen Obstsalat; eine ansprechende Auswahl an frischem Obst wäre wünschenswert. Noch auffälliger ist jedoch der Frühstücksservice: Benutztes Geschirr bleibt lange auf den Tischen stehen, und ein kontinuierliches Abräumen findet kaum statt. Von einem aufmerksamen Frühstücksservice ist man hier leider ein gutes Stück entfernt. Bei Sauberkeit und Housekeeping besteht ebenfalls Handlungsbedarf. Die Treppenhäuser machten während unseres Aufenthalts nicht den Eindruck, regelmäßig und gründlich gesaugt bzw. gereinigt zu werden. Auch die Mülleimer am Parkplatz wurden nicht zuverlässig geleert. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die in der Summe jedoch viel über die operative Führung eines Hotels aussagen. Ein spezielles Thema sind die beiden Hunde. Wir mögen Hunde und fanden die Bassets ausgesprochen nett. Problematisch wird es allerdings, wenn sich der Hundegeruch auf Bereiche und Textilien überträgt, die von Gästen genutzt werden.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Sabolini. The grounds were beautiful and it was in a convenient location not far from Florence and even closer to Siena. We dined at the restaurant twice for dinner which had to have been some of the best food we’ve had during our month long Europe trip. Each meal was 5 stars! Staff were very helpful and friendly and housekeeping always kept our room clean and tidy. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

Unfortunately our room did not always get wifi which wouldn’t have been a problem if we could get phone reception in the room. Our room was a bit of a dead spot for reception. But I understand that is more likely the location rather than the hotel. Additionally, I think small upgrades to furnishings, broken bathroom fixtures and toiletries would make a big difference. Our air conditioner was also not great in the room. Breakfast was just okay and could definitely be improved, the selection was a bit limited and bread and fruit did not always seem fresh.

the cleaning service only came one day of four of total estance; the wifi connection kept interrupted for the whole time; and the breakfast keep offering the same day after day. Evaluating the money paid for a “pleasant stay”, doesn’t worth it at all.

Struttura molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli. Personale disponibile ed accogliente. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e crocchette per il nostro cucciolo, un'attenzione molto gradita. Colazione con buona scelta di opzioni dolci e salate.

Camera un po' piccola e con box doccia accanto al letto e non all'interno del bagno. Il ristorante un po' al di sotto delle aspettative per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La villa nel complesso è bellissima, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la comodità del letto e la dimensione della doccia

Huone oli tilava, erittäin siisti ja sänky poikkeuksellisen mukava. Aamut alkoivat runsaalla aamiaisella terassilla ja iltapäivisin oli ihana palata päivän retkiltä altaalle. Sijainti on erinomainen, jos haluaa tutustua Toscanaan; Siena, San Gimignano, Chiantin viinialue ja monet pienet kivikylät ovat kaikki sopivan ajomatkan päässä. Silti hotellilla tuntui kuin olisi ollut keskellä omaa rauhallista keidasta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelu lämminhenkistä koko vierailun ajan. Tämä oli yksi niistä paikoista, jotka näyttävät luonnossa vielä kauniimmilta kuin kuvissa. Suosittelemme lämpimästi kaikille, jotka etsivät aitoa toscanalaista tunnelmaa, kauniita puitteita ja rentouttavaa lomaa. Me palaamme varmasti vielä joskus ❤️

A személyzet nagyon nagyon kedves, nyitottak. A szobába kényelmes, tiszta. Különálló parkolója van. Medence is nagyon jó, sok napozóágy. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve.

Nem volt ilyen. Egy dolgot mondanék csak, meglátásként. A szobánkban nem volt hol tároljuk a törölközőket. Ha a falra tennének néhány fogast, akkor teljesen tökéletes lenne.

The pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were friendly. The location is a nice base for exploring Tuscany.

The room was very basic and lacked some amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as a kettle for making tea, coffee or sterilising baby bottles. I also developed several itchy bumps the day after staying there. I can’t confirm the cause, but it may be worth the hotel checking the room and bedding as a precaution.

Il Personale tutto (reception, sala colazione, piscina) molto gentile e disponibile. Late checkout alle 12.30 richiesto per impegni personali e concesso senza supplemento. Posizione comoda per visitare i dintorni. Molto apprezzati l'ampio parcheggio gratuito e la piscina.

Tout d’abord l’accueil est excellent et il n’y a rien de plus agréable que d’arriver dans une chambre déjà illuminée et parfaitement climatisée. La restauration, qu’il s’agisse du dîner (avec une mousse de ricotta excellente) ou du petit déjeuner est parfaite. Le personnel est également très agréable. Cet hôtel est également parfaitement situé, à proximité de Sienne et San Gimignano notamment. Mention spéciale au maître d’hôtel, le Basset 🐶

Restaurantul lasa de dorit. Calitatea servirii a fost foarte slaba, am asteptat jumatate de ora sa ni se ia comanda. Calitatea mancarii a lasat de dorit, mai ales pentru preturile relativ ridicate pe care le aveau. In baie, lipseau cuierele pentru prosoape.

Die Unterkunft ist idyllisch in der Landschaft der Toscana gelegen. Die Gebäude im toscanischem Flair vermitteln ein südliches Ambiente. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Küche nur zu Empfehlen.

The Villa is a dream location, very pleasant and with a movie-like setting. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was complete, there was parking for guests, and it also has a great restaurant. We want to come back with more time to better enjoy everything the hotel offers.

The area doesn't have many things to do nearby, but the hotel itself is worth the trip for relaxation and enjoying the accommodations.

It's a nice hotel, comfortable and well presented. Some of the staff was friendly and nice.

I don't think is a four star hotel. The amenities are basic and the breakfast options are poor. Nothing to show for all the amazing variety of pastries, chesses and meats Italy has to offer. The coffee is from an automatic machine and if you ask staff for a proper coffee they give you attitude. It's a good hotel but more a nice 3 stars hotel.

La amabilidad del personal. Nuestra bebé se enfermó y fueron muy atentos siempre con nosotros tratando de ayudarnos. La vista desde el desayunador es muy linda y el desayuno está muy bien. La comida del restaurante también muy rica.

The location is perfect to have daily trips in the area. The villa's garden, restaurant and breakfast is really amazing. The hotel staff is really professional, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place to start discovering northern Tuscany.

For chilly evenings it would be suggested to have some heating bodies (with infra) in the garden sitting area. As the garden is so beautiful, it would be cozy to spend the colder evening at the terrace.

The location is beautiful and serene, and the hotel interior is so elegant! Often places don’t live up to the pictures but this one does not disappoint! We only wish we had spent more time here.

My partner was surprised at the amount of traffic noise at night in such a remote settlement.

Excellent stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It has a wonderful, elegant atmosphere, and the staff are exceptional at anticipating guests’ needs. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed every meal! Overall, an excellent stay that we’d gladly repeat.

My only recommendation would be to provide separate pool towels. Although our room towels were lovely and replaced daily, if you showered in the morning, you had to bring a damp towel to the pool area. If pool towels were available, this wasn’t clearly communicated.

Atitude menos cuidadosa de alguns funcionários do hotel, sempre no telemóvel e a fumar em frente dos hóspedes. Restaurante tem de ser muito melhor neste tipo de propriedade. Foi das piores refeições em Itália.

Spacious room w/ balcony, beautiful well-kept grounds, delicious breakfast, friendly and accommodating personnel and (robots), centrally located and great for exploring the area. Having the parking on-site was also convenient.

Cleaning person was visibly sick - heavily coughing the entire time while entering the rooms and hallway and was not wearing a face mask. Several days later I became sick despite myself taking precautionary measure such as wearing a mask in crowded places. I don't know whether I got sick from the cleaning person but I should not have needed to ponder if only the person and Villa Sabolini took basic precautionary measures such as having sick personnel wear a mask. No screens on windows to prevent insects from entering the room. Instructions on where to initially park while checking in could be a bit clearer.
