Acqualina Resort and Residences

We had a wonderful stay at Acqualina Resort. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with an exceptional level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout. The food was consistently excellent, with high-quality ingredients, great presentation and very good service especially from Conrad and Richard but all the staff was amazing. A special mention goes to the beach team, who were absolutely fantastic especially Caleb and Francesco. Always attentive, friendly, professional and ready to help, they really made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. Their level of service reflects exactly what you expect from a resort of this caliber. Acqualina combines beautiful surroundings, excellent food, impeccable cleanliness and genuinely attentive service. A wonderful experience and definitely a place we would be very happy to return to.

Excelente hotel.

Ruined valentines - missold a ‘champagne package’ arrived and I as told didn’t have the package. Was sat away from any music/entertainment , every time wanted service (drink, food etc) had to go off on search for staff. Ended up walking out. Concierge kept saying would make good but was offered non transferable pool/beach day which is not so useful given live in building on the beach. After having told me would refund for the additional cost of ‘champagne’ package they insisted I hadn’t ordered but charged me for, they did not. Spent 6 months being mostly ignored by Christian the concierge.

We are locals and decided to do a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Aqualina . Wow, was it the right decision!!! Yes, the resort is beautiful , the room was so perfect , the beach was beautiful. But by far, the staff was truly what made our trip so incredible . Everywhere we went people made efforts to welcome us, get to know us and to celebrate our anniversary with us. We felt so pampered and taken care of, in a manner that felt genuine and warm. We were left feeling so grateful and so sorry to leave ….but equally eager to go back as soon as possible . Do not hesitate to stay here; of the local places I have reviewed, this is my new favorite ! Thank you to the staff for all your kindness .

Max and jerick at the beach need nothing but applause the service that me and my family received was on absolutely on par with the top resorts I’ve been too and when it comes to the states this is the best resort I have been too Giancarlo and Brandon the tall gentleman exude absolutely professionalism as managers as well !

I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the beach at Acqualina Resort, and I have to give a huge shoutout to beach attendants Jerick and Max. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed.

My stay here was impeccable, the amazing facilities and rooms aside, I would like to point out the generous hospitality of 2 workers by the name of Jerick and Max. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed my stay nearly as much without the help of these 2 kind young men, they helped me with everything I needed in a hasty manner and seemed more than happy to do so, 10/10 would come back again.

I loved the location so much. I went with my family over break, It was absolutely stunning and a great breath of fresh air way from regular life. Jerick and Max were our beach assistants and they were nothing short of amazing. I definitely would recommend going here again.

Very disappointing post-stay experience. I was charged a half-day late checkout fee even though I was not in the room. I was at the spa, and when I tried to return my key had already been deactivated. More concerning, I’ve emailed twice over 24+ hours requesting my folio and a review of the charge and received no response. For a hotel at this level, both the billing and lack of follow-up are unacceptable.

It's been a bit since I wrote about the amazing Aqualina. We love it here and it's time to shout out our favorite folks. Let me first start with recognizing Gary- South Tower Security. He greets us with love and a smile that warms your heart. He sees our family as his family. Mike and Pashyn- security out by the pools- greet us with joy and genuine interest. Nayance at the adult pool- is hard working and looks out for us to have all the best amenities and all that we need to be comfortable. The beach attendants- Gabby, Kevin (welcome back), Sarah, Isaiah, Brendan, Dickenson, and of course the leaders Brandon and JonCarlo create a beach experience that is unforgettable. Their hustle and dedication to meeting guests' needs shine through in their hard work and smiling faces. Aris, Jorge, Ricardo, Monica, Melissa, Kate, Dylan, Valeria....YOU all are family to us, and you treat our guests and family as such as well. Knowing that you all will be there for us allows us to relax and enjoy this beautiful resort. Daved, Jose, and Carlos, the food runners, present us with the food with smiles and attentiveness. Their warmth is appreciated. Having Nicole at the bar is an added perk. She greets with such a welcoming attitude- so happy you joined the team. Finally, Richert and Pedro go above and beyond to welcome us as family and make EVERY visit special. We have missed some folks here but we will catch you next time. This is a 5 star resort for a reason. Thanks to all who make our time here feel like home away from home.

The Acqualina is my favorite place to visit. No place like it! Gabriela is the BEST. Works so hard, so kind, so thoughtful, and very consistent. I’m soooo happy she’s here. Valeria is so amazing; she made me feel so consistently looked out for. Got to know us and always made a point to make contact and make sure we had everything we need. Mike at security makes me smile every day - soooo kind. He is truly one of a kind. Gary at the South Tower Security is the most wonderful, so incredibly generous and kind. Heart of gold. Aris is the very best server - always looks out for us, speedy, and so lovely. Always on his game. Jorge at the restaurant is awesome - what a JOY! He takes amazing care of us. Sarah is a new favorite — took great care of us while we were at the restaurant couches, so attentive. She deserves to be recognized. Jose is the best food runner - the most gentle spirit. He’s a bright light. So reliable and so consistent. Conrad is my favorite always. Year after year, he’s the very best. And Richert and Pedro at Ke-uh are truly like family — few people as special as them on the planet!!!! Endlessly kind and the hardest workers. There are soooooo many wonderful people, but these are the ones who will keep my coming back year after year!

i had the pleasure to spend 3 wonderful nights at this property in late February for a solo birthday celebration to relax in the sun. The staff at this hotel are attentive, genuinely gracious, and embody true luxury service. The spa is fantastic with the cold plunge and wet and dry sauna. They also have a relaxation room which was a treat. The breakfast outside by the fountain each morning was delicious. Highly recommend Acqualina Resort for all types of travelers.

5 star is an understatement. The service is absolutely first class and so personal. There are so many staff that I want to recognize. Aris, our server by the pool was very attentive, kind and social. Equally Nayenci was the sweetest hardest working chair/toweling/watering all the biggest genuine smile. There are others but those are who stood out to me at our days poolside. Food was excellent at all 3 restaurants. Breakfast buffet very good one day but we opted for à la carte other mornings and it was excellent. We splurged for an ocean front suite. Wow what a treat. We'll be back Aqualina, see ya next year! P.S. A trained falcon helped keep the birds away. It was quite impressive.

This was our 4th visit to Acqualina and it never disappoints. The accommodations, restaurants, pools and service are consistently excellent. Nayenci at the pool is so accommodating. If you are considering this hotel do not hesitate to book it now!!

Great all inclusive with the best beach I have ever seen. Snorkeling a 20 minute walk down the beach was amazing. Catamaran trip to barrier reef with ocean vibes was incredible. Shout out for great service and fun on the catamaran to Ross, Erickson and the Captain

Stayed five nights. Five star experience and service. A shout out to Malakai and Jaden who took care of all our needs at the great beach. We will definitely be back.

JDM came in confident and dangerous, but from the opening exchanges it was clear that Islam was prepared for every look he brought. What stood out immediately was Islam’s composure. He never rushed, never chased moments that weren’t there. Instead, he imposed his pace and forced JDM to fight in uncomfortable positions. Each round felt like a gradual tightening of the grip—pressure without panic, dominance without recklessness. You could see JDM trying to adjust, trying to find openings, but Islam was always a step ahead, shutting down options before they fully developed. The hotel didn’t compete with the experience—it simply gave it space. That combination of a defining performance and complete focus is what made the night unforgettable.

Alize’, Brendan, Marc, Jerek and Valentino helped us a lot on our trip. I saw them run a lot and it made me feel very secure that I knew help was on the way. Anytime I needed help with my umbrella they were there. My towel got sandy quickly, and it was like they knew and came immediately. I highly recommend coming here, it has been an experience like no other and it is all thanks to the help.

I have been to this hotel, many many many times all the people are very nice including all the Beach Attendant in poor attendance they always help very good and they always make sure that everybody is on the beach to set up and relaxing and enjoying vacation also so I would like to say that this person that helped me get my cabana this morning. Her name is nela very helpful and professional saying she remembers me from before. This is just amazing that all the people know me here and it’s a great hotel. Definitely recommend.

This stay was excellent for me and my family. We loved the beachfront service with Gian Franco, one of our favorite Aqualina beach supervisors. He was able to help us and our kids enjoy our stay whether it was getting lounge chairs, amazing food at the beach, and any other requests!

Every minute of this trip was incredible. The attention to detail is next level in every regard. From the moment you step on property you become the staffs most valued guest! Every need, before you even know it’s a need, is met with exceptional attention and care. Malakai, Anthony and all the beach staff (I wish I remembered all the names) worked above and beyond to provide unmatched service to each guest. We keep shaking our heads at the unbelievable service!! We cannot wait to return!

I stayed with my mom at Acqualina Resort & Residences for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! Everyone from the team was super friendly and always ready to help with anything we might need. We had an oceanfront suite which was very spacious with all the necessary amenities and the most incredible views of the beach. We also had daily breakfast at the property which was diverse and tasty. As for dining, we tried Il Mulino NY and also Ke-uH restaurants which were both very good. For an even more relaxing experience, we highly recommend going to their spa, which has beautiful outdoor and indoor areas and the massages we did were phenomenal. Thank you Acqualina for making our stay so memorable!

We have been staying in the Acqualina for many years, since my now adult kids were small children. There is a reason we keep coming back time after time. It is phenomenal in every way. This hotel is incredibly warm, highly professional, and absolutely genuine. There is nothing they will not do for you to make your stay special or to simply put a smile on your face. The building and its grounds are immaculate. Rooms and public spaces have been recently updated and are elegant, spacious, and refined. I never want to leave when I’m there! Special shout outs go to Valentina who is such a hard worker, always with a smile on her face, Gianfranco as always, Mike at security who is amazing and such a positive person, Francisco at Reservations, Julien, Andrez at breakfast m, and Ion of course as you always make us smile! The Acqualina is our favorite hotel, and we have stayed at many five star hotels around the world. It’s a very special place filled with very special people. Amazing experience. We sat by the pool with our family. Margaret was amazing and provided wonderful service. She was extremely attentive and came many times to offer us water and new towels. She was very friendly and nice.

My mother, brother and I stayed at the Acqualina in early October and it was simply the best resort we have ever stayed at. During our 4 night stay, we all agreed that while the resort itself was stunning, from the beautiful room facing the ocean and the most convenient beach access and daybed setups and the well equipped gym, it was really the staff that made all the difference. The level of service, kindness and thoughtfulness that the staff showed were top notch. We were greeted by our names often, and always with a smile. While the entire staff was amazing, there were a few that really went above and beyond to connect and be kind to our family. Alize, who managed the beach front, showed a level of compassion and care to my mother that epitomized exemplary hospitality, providing a thoughtful gift to my mother to remember our time there. The family picture she took of us, and printed and provided in a frame, moved my mother and brought her such joy. The framed photo stayed perched on my mother’s nightstand for the remainder of our stay, and no doubt front and center on her desk at home now. And Nahuel from the valet staff, who was so friendly and kind, also shared a gift with us as well, a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed as a family and opened up a whole evening of stories. And Siva from the dining staff, who greeted us with warmth at breakfast everyday, attentively checking in on our needs. And for whoever else I did not get to name specifically, everyone was so kind and thoughtful. We were all very touched by everyone’s consideration during our stay. (The only minor item I would suggest as an improvement to the resort is to add wall hooks into the bathrooms, so that we could hang towels or clothes. A few of those across the wall would have made that stunning bathroom even more functional!) Thank you again to everyone at the Acqualina resort for such a memorable time, we look forward to visiting again one day!

The beach staff is very attentive and prompt. They're often running to set up lounge chairs. Upon our arrival, Ivan, Aris, and Jorge made us feel more welcomed than anywhere else that we have ever visited. Conrad, Gianfranco, Nicolas and Malakai went beyond accommodating our need to be in the sun:) Acqualina will definitely be our go-to weekend spot from here on.
