Car parking pulling up to the hotel was little difficult and always backed up.

The decor was beautiful and cozy! The bellman were great. Beautiful views and balcony.

Staff was rude. My suite had mold in the bathroom. My toilet would barely flush. There was dust accumulation on sides of bed and night stand. Staff kept giving me one face towel and suite was booked for 2 guest. The beach staff was rude especially the girl that works the hut.

A gem of a hotel on the beach in Miami. Splendid hospitality from a friendly group of hotel staff. Delicious food as well! Definitely will be back! We had some cloudy weather but still wonderful!

Very big and nicely equipped apartment. Super comfy beds. Though the two huge tvs were not SMART so we couldn't watch Netflix or Prime. The beach service was very dedicated but the lounges were way to close to each other, unnecessary. We could barely walk through. Greatly recommend Baleen, awesome chef and servers!!

We were room only so cannot comment on food or drinks as we did not eat at the hotel. Hotel was well lovely, well maintained, friendly staff however you are out of the action if you want to do the typical Miami attractions - it’s a 30 minute taxi ride from South Beach and further to Wynwood or Little Havana. The surprising part of our stay was to be present with a $400 bill when we left - we stayed 4 nights and that was the cost for parking and ‘resort fees’. Even if you use none of the amenities this is a mandatory daily charge - really adds another $100 per day to your all ready expensive stay unfortunately.

Party of 5 (2 teens) Very comfortable beds in rooms (the couch would not have been good for me, but seemed ok for teenagers), we slept well, nice location on beach, friendly staff, have not heard noise, our small request were dealt with in a timely manner. Our room lacked some equipment, but we did not request (small table and chairs to eat would have been very helpful since there was a fully equipped kitchen). All the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you

The location is excellent and the staff is very very good. My room had an awesome view, what can improve is the room maintenance, I could notice some minor fixes not on schedule.

Stayed at Sole for a week while renovating a condo nearby in Sunny Isles. The good points were service was good and terrific restaurant and happy hour each day. The room was a good size for my wife, myself and daughter ( pull-out couch ) with kitchen that we never use on vacation. The bad part was bathroom, as shower only had a half panel of glass and was basically open, so water went all over the floor no matter how you angled shower head. I guess they cater to a European clientele, or they just hope that makes you take shorter showers to save them water, but it was a mess. The tile on floor was always grimy no matter how many towels you put on floor. On top of that the beach was a disaster as this beautiful beach over the years has been ruined by sargassum ( fancy word for seaweed ) By late morning it would be piled up high on the sand and water was black. It was first time in 30 years I didn't put a toe in the ocean or go swimming. That lead us back to a small overcrowded pool that was not very relaxing. Would not stay here again even if beach recovers!

We stayed at Solé for the weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Chelsea and Marlene for making sure every detail was taken care of. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here!

incredible sunrise over N Miami Beach. The room is designed perfectly, especially tall people. I loved the comfortable bed and large open shower. The staff is so sweet. I felt very welcomed and I loved the food and the service staff in the restaurant. One day I will come back and hopefully not for business.

Miami Sole resort The concierge at the beach and the valet were very good! Very friendly and professional! one complaint is that the bathrooms could be more amenable, ie more towel bars. also no dresser in the bedroom to put clothes. The location was excellent with good restaurants within walking distance!

The room I was shown in my reservation is not what i got when we arrived at the hotel . It was super small , lights didnt work , bathroom very outdated and tub was dirty. The knob for the sink in BR was broken .There was a small closet in the room but was half way blocked by side table next to the bed …The host did not reply to my messages after we checked in . The hotel staff was nonchalant about our concerns. I can say the valet service was great! I will be visiting Sunny Isles again but definitely WILL NOT BE STAYING AT SOLE’s !!!

I was there for 7 days on Saturday night we lost water for 8 hours no water whatsoever you couldn’t flush the toilet or wash your hands, I called the front desk they told me to go to the 5th floor to shower and go to the bathroom. Come on your paying more than 3 thousand for this to happen and your on vacation in the states you can do better! I was staying in the 23rd floor the struggle was real for me to go up and down to the 5th floor to use the restroom. They told me the manager was going to call me till this day nothing I haven’t heard from them. Never again Solé !

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 11th anniversary. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. Prior to our arrival, I requested champagne and a fruit bowl. The champagne was waiting for us perfectly chilled, and the fruit selection was excellent and thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator. The only minor issue we experienced was with breakfast on Sunday. We ordered breakfast potatoes that tasted as though they had been prepared the day before, and unfortunately, they were not very good. Aside from that small disappointment, every other meal we ordered was delicious, and the service was consistently wonderful. Thank you, Sole, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience — serious maintenance and sanitation concerns. We stayed at Solé Miami with our family for 4 nights. The location and beach access are great, but unfortunately the property condition and management response were far below expectations. The biggest concern was sanitation. We saw multiple rodents around the pool bar area, including near the counter and utensils area where food and drinks are served. My daughter had already consumed food and a drink from this same area before we noticed the issue, which was very concerning for us as parents. We reported the situation during our stay. Hotels.com contacted the property regarding the issue, but the hotel did not provide any resolution or compensation. Beyond this, the property needs significant maintenance. We noticed rust, deteriorated structures, peeling paint, areas that appear neglected, and overall lack of proper upkeep. The room comfort was also disappointing. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sinking in the middle, with very little support left. For a stay costing over $1,500 for four nights, plus additional resort fees, parking, and food/beverage expenses, this was not the standard we expected. Beautiful location, but the property needs urgent attention to sanitation, maintenance, and guest experience.

Don’t often write bad reviews but felt this was needed, stick with it cos it’s going to be a long one. Arrived at check in to a line or other guests complaining about a long delay on something being fixed. Our check in was okay at best, we were misinformed about the pool/beach drinks time. Our bags did take a while to get up to the room which was annoying as we wanted to head out to the beach asap. Again miss informed by staff about the beach bar service. Really slow service getting positioned on the beach itself and found it really hard to understand the girl who seemed troubled to help us. The staff in the restaurant were much better, drinks and food were possibly the only good thing apart from the hotels location. Get to the room to find no running water just when we needed to get ready for the evening. Which thinking back was what the complaints were at check-in. This got fixed in a few hours. The next evening when we got back from a World Cup game, our room was cleaned but we were left only fresh face towels, which I only found out when stepping out the shower. I made sure to wear the only towel available to me once housekeeping arrived with fresh full size towels. My girl called down to guest services to ask for the needed towels and it was made to seem like another ordeal for the staff to accommodate such an odd request. There was a mix up on the room number, even though we used the room phone. I guess you can’t have running water and towels the same day here. Really wasn’t the best short stay, everything just seemed a little off.

Had a wonderful time great facility! Kept very clean managed very well. Parking in valet guys are on point with it. Front desk, ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable of the property, had a great time will be back in a couple weeks!!

The place is very nice and staff are very friendly. The only issue, there was no water, I couldn’t shower.

The plates were not clean even the first day we checked in. We had to wait for 6 minutes before we even feel the warm water in shower. For the high price per night, they should have offered parking free or self parking with lower price, instead they charged $45 per night, this is ridiculous. Being on the beach, they could have had washer and dryer in the hotel where we could pay and use. It was not there either and they charged $45 per night for amenities. I will definitely not stay here again.

Convenient location. Atmosphere: generally nice. The staff was generally very kind. Room: I stayed in a city-view room, with an extremely big bed for the size of the room. The light switch next to the room entrance did not work. Every time I got into the room, I bumped into the bed. Cleanliness: generally clean and tidy, but the bathroom cups had toothpaste stains around the rim. The shower was very uncomfortable. The water splashed everywhere and was wasted. Noise level: There was virtually no soundproofing. Every sound from the hallway could be heard in the room, and noise from neighboring rooms came through as well. Amenities: The only amenities I found in the room were capsule coffee and tea. There were no shower caps, nor complementary bottled water.

The hotel staff was amazing. I requested a crib last minute and it was set up with clean linen by the time we arrived. The hotel is located on the beach and is in a quiet part of Miami beach. Great for families.

I made a mistake of booking the wrong room and the resort was very accommodating by allowing me to switch rooms at a cheaper rate! The service was top notch! The room was magnificent and clean! The atmosphere was calming and relaxing!

My Wife and I had our wedding at Sole recently and it was such a fabulous expereince! The staff was incredible, hotel was clean, and location was nothing short of perfect. Sole is a great location for a small and intimate wedding. We highly recommend Sole as a vacation spot, especially for families. It's quiet, mature, and well kept.

I’m giving the visit a 4.9. The highlight of the trip was the staff. Absolutely incredible and helpful folks. We had a wedding and they were always ready and willing to help. Oscar was an amazing help, as well as the rest of the reception staff. The restaurant food was surprisingly delicious. Pro tip: if you get the turkey club, get it with the chipotle aioli instead of the lemon aioli. Nothing wrong with the lemon, but the chipotle just makes it that much better. For the room, it was great. I had a 1 bedroom partial ocean view, but that was more than enough. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. They are on the softer side, so if you have back pain, that could be something to look out for. The room was very clean and everything was nice, including the bathroom amenities. I think the price was right for the location and what you get with the hotel, especially the staff. There were only 2 downsides. The first was access to the hotel, which is an issue for most of them since Collins is divided virtually the length of the road. The other issue is the bathroom. I liked the bathroom, but due to the design, water did get on the floor. Not a huge deal, and it wasn’t a lot, but the glass does not extend far enough along the tub line. Again, not a big deal but a recommendation for the staff. Excellent trip overall, and I would definitely recommend the hotel if for no other reason than the staff. I travel a couple of times a month for work so I stay in a lot of hotels and I have never met a more friendly and helpful staff. Great job team!

Stayed here for four nights it's about a hours drive from Miami airport as traffic in area so busy in daytime . Vallet parking staff freindly car was always brought back in minutes but expensive at $45 dollers a night . Check in was fast efficient hotel facilities explained . Rooms clean with fridge good wifi bed comfortable side sea view amazing views of beach colins Avenue . Pool was good service pool Bar good friendly towels and sun beds available . Beach service is excellent friendly staff they give you towels set it up for you and drinks food can be brought to you . Hotel overall not bad great location shops bars restaurant walkable from hotel it took about 40 mins to hour depending on traffic to get back into Miami ocean drive .

Stupid pricing. Be very aware if virgin holidays book you here, £379 plus 60 in taxes for a night and a very average room. Booked as part of a package holiday, 1 night stay, 5 day cruise and a week in Orlando to finish. Overall for a bed for a few hours around £700

We were a big group all family attending the wedding of our niece. My husband & I enjoyed the view & the service.

Located in North Miami at Sunshine Isles Beach this high rise construction is closer to Fort Lauderdale than Miami South but is extremely acceptable in that the accommodation is large suites in a good area. We enjoyed a kitchenette/lounge, separate double bedroom and an excellent divided shower and bath combo. The kitchenette is fully equipped to include dishwasher and the lounge area is very comfortable. The hotel has its own pool and beach loungers are included in the suite price.

Elevators are very slow. Coming up from the beach, had to push your room number multiple times cause it wouldn’t take. Also didn’t like the gym. I like to work out on vacation and it just felt too crammed if there were 1 or 2 people. Would like there to be a window to look out

We flew in for our babymoon and upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite - our vacation was already off to great start. The room was beautiful with even more beautiful views of the ocean. Each day we went to the pool and the beach, where we had beach-side service with food, drinks, chairs, and an umbrella. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and service amazing. We absolutely hated having to leave. This was the perfect relaxing babymoon that we were hoping for. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Very worn down and weathered, staff weren’t the most accommodating, all the rooms were quite old and dirty. The central and beach area is nice but apart from that I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

We saw a beautiful listing to book this hotel but as soon as we arrived it was nothing like the photos. The room was so small it was actually claustrophobic. You couldn’t walk AROUND the bed to one side because the desk was up against it , you literally have to swing one foot over and hop . It was advertised as a balcony and our balcony was so small with no furniture we sat on the concrete floor of it over coffee and that was cramped. I guess my fault for not inquiring the square footage. The cleanliness was 2/10 the tub had a ring around it and flaky looking material at the bottom. After the first shower the water didn’t even drain so you were ankle high in filthy water. There were brown stains all over the linen toilet paper holder on the back of the toilet. The head board had small stains and general filth in the fabric. The door handles in all parts had visible sticky fingerprints all over them. Thankfully I had my own Clorox wipes with me. The staff was all great and very accommodating and friendly overall. The food in the hotel restaurant was fresh and good and servers were great. Also don’t plan on relaxing on the beach on a normal day. It’s so small people are pretty much on top of you with their chairs and umbrellas. Super disappointed in this stay and wouldn’t recommend. I’m not sure if it was just a bad weekend but will never come back. Thankfully the staff was pleasant and friendly and made for a plus during our stay.

Parking is way too expensive. In the rooms you could hear every word from the neighbours and listen to their tv. Staff is not very friendly and impolite. Would definitely not recommend this hotel at all.

Clean and very conveniently located place, and it offered a great view of the sea. But it was expensive for the amenities it offered, and we believe the bathroom was not on par with the price range for this facility.

The shower had only cold water in it. We’re complained to front desk 4 times, they send their technicians but still nothing. It was very annoying because we paid extra for the upgraded room and it’s crazy to take cold showers every day😡 and we are study guests in this hotel In Baileen cafe the service was extremely slow and they brought to us the wrong dishes 🤨

Arrived to check in. No crib in room despite request being confirmed. This was 8pm with a 1 year old traveling with us. Arrived to the room and the AC wasn’t working. In fairness they fixed it as fast as they could but it was past 930pm when it all got sorted. Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests. Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more. No bay changing facilities anywhere so once we had checked out we were out of luck changing diapers except finding a quiet corner in the floor. Overall just a little disappointing. Nothing hugely disastrous but you expect better! We are definitely not coming back there.

Beautiful experience nice rooms food was good and breakfast was also amazing. I loved the beach and it had great views of the ocean from our suite. I appreciate that they upgraded us which was nice. you can not go wrong this is the quiet part of Miami so if you're looking for a nice getaway which is still in Miami but not on the side of South Beach this is a definite must!

The location is extremely convenient, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, and the value is excellent compared to many nearby properties. Cleanliness is well maintained, and the environment is calm and free of noise. Service across the property is consistently strong, from the restaurant and bars to the beach and swimming pool. The front office team is especially helpful; although I can’t recall every name, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The valet and doormen teams also provided great service. Thanks to Juan at the front desk for arranging a complimentary late checkout until 12:30 on a busy day! Overall, a beautiful property with good hospitality. Thank you to the entire team!

Great location and views from the room- loved the well-equipped kitchenette, and good sofa bed for child. Nice little boutique hotel- not too massive, always room at pool and beach even during spring break, not too loud. Beachside team were lovely, staff throughout were very nice and pleasant. Drinks / in room dining was pricey but there are plenty of local options to eat or cook instead.

Stayed at Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort with my family last weekend, five of us total, and it was a great experience all around. Check-in was smooth and fast. We were in our room in under 10 minutes, even with the hotel running close to full capacity. Valet was just as efficient. Never had to wait long for the car, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling with kids. The room had an incredible view overlooking both the ocean and the intracoastal. Easily one of the highlights. What really stood out was how easy they make the beach experience. You show your room card, they handle everything. Towels, chairs, umbrella, all set up for you. Then staff comes by for drinks and food. It completely removes the usual hassle of going to the beach. No parking stress, no hauling gear. Just show up and relax. For the price you’re paying, that alone makes it a great value. Poolside bar was solid. Fast service, good drinks, and a friendly staff. Same vibe across the board. Everyone was responsive and had a great attitude, even with the place being busy. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is good and the convenience makes it worth it when you don’t feel like going out. Location is another big win. You can walk to nearby restaurants, the area feels safe, and the beach itself is beautiful. Overall, really strong value for Sunny Isles. Would definitely come back.
