Cleaning and maintenance it's necessary.I can sleep anywhere and is not a complaint, I just helping Marriott to do better . Thank you overall I slept good.

Los platos son súper pequeños para desayunar , las mesas sucias , el trato no fue agradable , la habitación olía mal , no nos dieron clinex el segundo día, no pusieron jabón , no hay máquina para dispensadora para galletas o gaseosas

El precio en diciembre del 2025 yo pagué 1673 en booking cuando directamente en el hotel están cobrando 1430 o sea que lo encareció la comisión de booking

The front desk was serious the whole didn't even bother to make eye contact or even smile at least once. After check out there was a staff member who asked to tip before leaving.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2024Hotel lost ppwer due to storms and gained back partial power but with no AC. We couldn't stay there since the room was too hot. Hotel staff Jesus, would not refund my stay via Expedia and lied to them saying that power was back on immediately but failed to mention without AC. Also, told Expedia that there were no storm warnings in Nuevo Laredo when the warnings have not stopped since 9pm the night before. I recommend you stay somewhere else.
