Breakfast was below par .bacon and eggs were overcooked and cold .we were kept up by drunken visitors making noise so we were up most of the night .although great location it definitely wasn't value for money as on top of the 157 pound for the night we still had to pay an additional 22 pounds for parking per night .we received an email from the property but very unsi pathetic with our complaint which means they could care less .we were just more cash cows to milk

The bottom sheet on the bed was not tucked in and rode up over the corner of the bottom of the bed and I had to remake that.

Breakfast lukewarm. Definitely needed to be warmer. Had to wait for bowls for cereal as none available. I would recommend having pots of jam made available. And the mugs available for tea could only br filled half full as hot water in the machine stopped halfway up the mug.

You could locate the bins outside in a different place, sat in a lovely garden area to the rear looking at bins!!

Loved the style, modern look. Loved the cosmetic products in the bathroom. All the products were there and full. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo and absolutely for me necessary conditioner. Beautiful brand as well. Kettle was in the room, great selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits and we also had a coffee machine with coffee pods. I think that’s fantastic. If I remember well, there were some soft drink cans in mini fridge. Glass bottle of water was also lovely touch.

We arrived very late and were given a really lovely room. Staff member was very helpful.

It would have been helpful to have a shelf or table to put my case. My mobility is not good and l found it difficult accessing my case on the floor.. l did not like to put my dirty case on the bed

Carpark fee of £22.00 extremely overpriced for overnight parking & allthough the bar & waitress staff were exstreamly polite & helpful do not agree with service charge added to the overall bill & on our departure my wife stripped the sheets from the bed & discovered several stains on the mattress protector.

Everything was excellent...from the moment we were greeted by the lovely receptionist to our friendly departure early the following morning. The vibe was comfortable, with lots of space for relaxed eating and drinking. It was the best stay in a hotel ever!

Charging of car parking it’s a shame that they are making more profit from customers who enjoy staying at the brand hotel.

The location is a good distance from the airport and a bit remote. They run a shuttle £10 per person.

The customer service was very good. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is well maintained - the room / facilities good. It's conveniently located to Bristol Airport & the breakfast is good ( plenty of choice). Staff very friendly & standard of service is high. Very quiet location & very comfortable bed. With the air conditioning, means you can get a very good night's rest.

As the airport is servicing a busy regional airport, the price is a little higher than I would have expected, but to be expected.

The family was initially small when we checked in for 3 people sharing then staff moved us to a bigger room. The bathroom is quite small Unhappy with paying £22 for parking instead of a reduced amount for hotel clients as experienced at Doubletree by Hilton where I paid £5 for the day. Breakfast

Staff were nice, room was very clean, breakfast was good.

The room size was a bit tight with the sofa bed - we've stayed in other family rooms with two double beds which were more comfortable. The sofa bed itself was not particularly comfortable for two people (we were a family of 4). Parking was 22 GBP, despite that we'd arrived at 1am and were leaving at 9am, and the car park was less than half full. The receptionist did reduce the charge to 15 GBP when I requested as it was very expensive. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport - it's a shame Bristol airport doesn't have more on site airport hotel facilities.

Great location for Bristol Airport. We came back to the UK on a late flight and the hotel welcome was very nice.

I'm not a great fine of being charged £20+ for parking the car for one night. Seems excessive to me. I've not stayed in many essentially rural hotels where I've been charged for parking my car during a stay.

Breakfast was fairly basic although not expensive. The breakfast area was a little too utilitarian and could have been more comfortable.

It was clean, easy to find and had a very pleasant smell! The breakfast was good and easy to access, and it was good to know that the continental version was accessible from 4am if needed. The room was clean and well-equipped. But the best feature was the staff: they were outstanding, so welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

I would have appreciated instructions in the room for the air con unit.

Easy stip night before flight

We booked at last minute as another hotel let us down. We found it very expensive but it was a lovely hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and bed was excellent. Staff were excellent and food was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to leave at 03.30 as we were getting a flight from Bristol Airport. So we did not have breakfast. Great Hotel in a lovely position .

We were given a perfect disabled room, it was large, very comfortable and well thought out, thank you.We left our car for 6nights and took the Airport transfer bus. All worked exceptionally well also had a good meal and enjoyed our breakfast. Special thanks to Inder, Srushtj, Ishra and our transfer drivers who were brilliant, we have stayed before and will continue to do so

Convenient location close to Bristol airport for an early morning flight

The extortionate cost for the overnight car park of £20 which was NOT advertised and charged at our arrival. Also the advertised EV charging points were non-functional with prohibited complicated subscription service, which when subscribed still didn’t work. The reception staff was extremely helpful and apologetic but was unable to make it work.

Lovely and modern, on arrival (4am due to plane delays) the staff were incredible, so accommodating to us, ensuring we could get a later check out and made sure our children were accommodated for by providing them with some food before we went to our room. We had a fantastic sleep, albeit not long due to the delays; but it was a lovely room, lovely bed; all round great. Definitely will be back.

The journey had gone well, but 2 miles from our junction, the traffic was horrendous & it took another 2 hours to get to the hotel - not sure if it was an accident (hope not) or just the volume of traffic.
