Close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent communication. Food in the restaurant was ok and reasonably priced.

Originally I liked it because it was close to the airport & the owner was available to pick me up. I had a stressful mix up with my suitcase & he went out of his way to take me back to the airport & picked me up again later after spending 2hrs there. He then went out of his way again in the morning taking me to Bristol railway station in the morning. He was very kind & he charged less than any uber or taxis so I was very grateful for his understanding. Also food was still available so I could relax before going to bed.

There was nothing to dislike, the double room was extremely clean with a generous tray of coffee etc biscuits. The bedding was crisp & the bed super comfortable. The price I pd was very reasonable.

We have stayed here twice before the man behind the bar was very friendily it has been changed hands the food was overpriced and not very nice the garden full.of fag ends and weeds

Room was exceptionally hot, and even though a fan was provided, it did little to cool the temperature. Had an early morning departure for airport, had to exit via fire escape steps in darkness... could be made a little lighter for guests.

The location to Bristol airport is excellent as were the friendliness of the staff.

The road noise was terrible from the road outside. Maybe triple glazing with air conditioning would be great. The bathroom was small but worked ok.

Very small room which was so hot. There was a fan which was noisy and the open window meant traffic noise all night. The property also smelt very strongly of plug in air freshener. So strong in the room that it irritated my nose and throat.

The room really spacious and comfy and the bath was delightful. The dinner was l9veky and staff very welcoming

The hotel is family run and very friendly. There are a few Indian/Pakistani meals on the menu and the two we tried were nice. This hotel is literally 3 minutes drive from the airport and even nearer to the Silver parking zone. The rooms are basic but very clean.

The road noise was loud until about 9pm, even with the windows shut.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

It was so noisy due to its location you could not sleep. There was also some sort of ongoing business being run at the side of the hotel with cars coming and going every 15 minutes or so all night long. One person even washed their car outside our bedroom window at 2 in the morning.

Room was clean and fresh, and contained everything I needed. Fan was provided, as weather was very hot. Very pleasant, friendly, helpful proprietor.

Some choice for breakfast would have been good - but quality was good, food was well prepared and well presented. A problem with the automatic turn-off of bathroom light.

The room was incredibly hot despite 2 stand-alone fans running, very noisy. The shower in the room had cold water for ages before it got tepid. The shower tray was very slippery and moved up and down when I was standing on it, dangerous. A man turned up while I was eating and there was a lot of shouting, physical contact and aggression between him and the lady and man who appeared to be running the pub. He was eventually pushed out through the door whilst still shouting and being manhandled. It made me feel quite anxious, being an elderly woman on my own. I didn't want to go out to my car incase he was still hanging around. No on tap beer, everything was bottled.

Loved the breakfast ! It was unfortunate that they didnt expect us for breakfast as they are new owners however that meant it was freshly cooked and very tasty ! Thankyou . We arrived late as agreed and were grateful for the fan in the room . The history of the building was very interesting!

It needed a little updating but I understand this is in process. Good luck to you !

Rooms where very well furnished and clean staff were very obliging ie we wanted a snack but not chips and they made us some ham sandwiches at a very reasonable price .

Our room was up some very steep stairs which some people would not be able to manage but the manager told my husband that they are creating 4 extra downstairs bedrooms that will be ideal

Staff, food. The staff around a year ago were absolutely lovely but now it’s changed it’s a total different unwelcoming vibe.

Food was great, the room was great too.

The only issue was that we were woken up at 4:00am by people trying to get into our room.

easy access to the airport.very clean and staff were polite and helpfull.left something behind so a week later after my trip away they still had my item and when i phoned they knew straight away who i was and confirmed they still.had my item.

only thing i could say i didnt like was there was cricket on tvs and it was on the whole evening i was there.luckily enough the weather was lovely so sat in beer garden anyway.

Lack of draught beer very unusual for a pub!

Great little find this for closeness to airport. We arrived on the hottest night of the year and despite no air-conditioning the staff made every effort to call the rooms with windows open and fans. Food, mix of Indian and uk was very good.

Only one choice of beer on tap but still enjoyed the bottle of Kingfisher. To attract more customers especially passing trade, could you possibly get rid of all the large weeds around the building, doesn't look inviting but once inside a cracking little pub.

Für ein/ zwei Nächte ok. Nett eingerichtete sehr saubere und neurenovierte Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das gebuchte Zimmer lag an einer stark befahrenen Straße, bekamen auf Anfrage sofort ein weniger lautes Zimmer. Busanbindung vom Flughafen aus super(5 Minuten)

Leider hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Haben es dem Personal mitgeteilt, was aber zu keiner Änderung führte, - auch am nächsten Tag nicht. Das war ärgerlich, weil niemand ansprechbar war, während unserer Anwesenheit. ( Wir hinterließen um 10.00 Uhr unseren Schlüssel im Zimmer) Kein Sorry…. Keine Nachfrage… Es fehlten ein paar Standards: Fön, Kleiderbügel, vielleicht ein Bügeleisen. Weil wir aufgrund einer Hochzeitseinladung dort waren , fiel uns das einfach auf. Gottseidank gab es ein Wasserkocher, so war Haarewaschen über dem Waschbecken möglich. Das Zimmer war dafür viel zu teuer.

No air conditioning in the room. The taxi to and from the airport was a ridiculous price.roughly 30pounds each way even though the accommodatiis was a 5 minute journey.they need to do a special deal with a local taxi company

Shambles of a place when it comes to looking after you. Forgot our car ! Waited an hour for return.

Great location for the airport, comfy bed and very visibly clean upon arrival.

Slight cigarette/smoke smell in the room upon arrival, bathroom light was on a motion sensor which made it quite difficult to keep it on during a shower as the shower wasn’t in the “zone” and Road noise was an issue but this isn’t the fault of the hotel.

The location was ok - don’t book an Uber to get you to airport as they don’t quote a fee plus drop off airport parking charge so ends up more than the local taxi. Property was clean but the bar looked like work was still going on and good very basic

Close to Bristol airport.

People constantly moving cars around to the side of the property just looked weird. Menu was aimed towards Asian food. Not a typical pub which I thought it would be. Limited English menu so we went 2 miles away to another village to have our meal.

The interior has been modernised and is not a reflection of the external building, the menu has changed to prodoinantly Indian food which was fine.

The long stay parking while you travel. The car is not kept on site it is driven over 12 miles away and judging by the tyres on my car upon my return it wash parked in a field. I also discovered a small scratch on my front wing that was not there before.

Really comfy room and bed, and so close to the airport. Loved the 'desi pub' feel of the bar, and really enjoyed my vegan curry there!

No complaints, really... Maybe just navigating the very early morning exit down the rear external stairs in the rain with suitcases, but to be honest that wasn't too much of an issue. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend.

Still being upgraded from an apparent poor condition. Steep narrow stairs. Unsuitable for older guests like us or young children . Small room with very uneven floor. Uncomfortable bed. It was not apparent to us that breakfast had to be pre booked on your Booking.com website so we were unable to have breakfast. Broken glass in the crowded car park. The glass was spread as if it had been there for some timer

First impression how welcoming the staff were, property had an upgrade, best thing was the location, 5 minutes from the silver zone parking. Definitely stay again.

The room was clean and comfy with tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of room for a bigger bed. Bed was 4'6 and could easily taken a 5' bed. Excellent home made Indian curries, best we've had in a long time and reasonable prices. New owners are still settling in and all comments are said to try and help them perfect the place.

No hairdryer in the room and the front door open so the downstairs was cold. Once I mentioned this they did close the door.
