San Juan Airport Hotel

The property was decent and great for a pit stop.

Nice clean room. Situated within the airport. One complaint. The handicapped rail is between the toilet and sink. It's connected to the floor in two places. My wife hit the floor connector with her toes and possibly broke one of the toes. The TV setup sucks not being able to find the listed channels.

We really enjoyed our time there. Everyone was absolutley lovely, the room was nice, and it was super convenient to just stay right at the airport.

Defective air conditioning. It Housekeepers knock on my room door at 10:30 am, woke me up from resting, while check out is at noon. Her reply was it's ok, we were just checking. I find tha inappropriate.

This is an excellent property just to spend a night. Very convenient for a late flight and getting your rental car the next morning.

Although the property is old. It is directly connected to the airport terminals, signage to find the hotel with in the airport could be better, it is not that hard to find overall walk through the baggage area, all the way to the end of this area, stay to the right of this area and look for the elevators, once there you will find signage to direct you to the hotel, The rooms are spotless, beds are firm and extremely comfortable. First thought of the room, it appears very small because it is long and narrow. The room had a safe, coffee maker and a desk for writing or working at along with usb charging ports. The room is a descent size although first thought was it seemed small. Sheets bathroom carpets were all spotless. Breakfast was included with a good selection and all food was fresh even though not many people were eating breakfast and the room was almost empty. Over all,the hotel is not a Hilton or holiday inn, no glitz, fancy chandeliers it is a wonderful place to rest after or before a flight. I would 100% rebook because of the location friendliness and cleanliness of this hotel.because we were taking a cruise the next day we did not need a beach or shopping, staying here saved us 1 cab ride, at our time of the stay sept 2025 the hotel was $150 cdn cheaper than a holiday in express, and 1 cab riide less,

Clean room and friendly staff

Flying in and out of San Juan often message early morning or later evening flights. This hotel offers a restful way to arrive at the airport without any stress while still enjoying the best of San Juan. Clean, conveniently locked right in the airport but minutes away from the best of San Juan. The hotel is immaculate, and the staff is attentive. Great breakfast in the morning.

Requested handicap access and the room didn’t have a bathroom for me to take a shower. When I tried to call front desk the phone wasn’t working. So, I was unable to take a shower and sleep because of the noises in the building. So for the amount of money and the unsafe space this stay was horrible for me.

Convenient local buses to go to the cruise port for free. Lots of easy sight seeing from the hotel and easy walk through the hotel to the airport.

Please add that parking is the dame airport parking

Our flight arrive late and we were really tire so decided to stay in the hotel and drive the next day to our destination in the island. We were able to sleep well and recover energy

Staff very helpful and professional! Check-in at the counter was a breeze.

It’s too bad people give 3 stars this hotel is 4.5 easily service was perfect, restaurant was a 5.0 we had tuna tartar, Martini cordials happy hour and a great night sleep. Definitely our place to stay moving forward.

I was only there briefly since my flight got in very late and the airport hotel was a convenient place to rest for the next day. Again, LOVED the breakfast and options they offered ! I would definitely consider in the future!

Conveniently located in the airport. Late flights arrivals stay here and get breakfast in the AM. Then pickup your car.

My pass key to my room did not work and necessitated a trip back to the front desk. I was giving another pass key and this one worked after a few tries.

It was clean fast to get to from the gate. I feel it as the furthest from the hotel in the airport. It took maybe 10 minutes to get to tsa check area from the hotel the next morning.

The rooms are cement walls you feel like an old dorm room box the rooms are not modern whatsoever. The food in the restaurant is low level processed garbage nothing fresh. Do not waste your money go to Condado or Isla Verde avoid this place at all costs

Staff was pilot; room was a nice size. Bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded. They need to mention that they do not have an onsite parking - it’s actually the airport parking lot that guests can use. Worth the stay for a quick no frills trip.

Nice refurbed hotel , laundry machines were free which was a nice surprise, Breakfast in the morning was okay. We did have a issue with the shower handle falling off when I got in the shower we were able to put it on enough to turn the water off but my wife was not comfortable with using it that way we informed the front desk and all they did is was give us the managers number. Other than the shower it was a decent place to stay

Although convenient due to its location inside the airport, I found it overpriced for the type of rooms offered. The room also lacked a mini fridge, which was disappointing.

Hotel is connected to the airport terminal so nice and handy. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Paola on the front desk was super helpful. Will stay here again for an overnight stay when catching a cruise ship.

A nice place to stay after a late flight arrival! Check in was fast, efficient, and friendly.

The room is too cold for me. There should be a way to control the air conditioning temperature. That should not be that difficult. It’s very difficult to sleep when the room is freezing. They should also be flexible with their costumers. One should not have to pay 100.00 because of itinerary change.

Excellent choice when travel early out of PR.

We went as a stopover before our cruise the next day. It was a clean and comfortable room that supplied our basic need.

The bathrooms need renovation, and the breakfast food seemed stored and not fresh. I honestly would not return and would not recommend it to anyone.

Not too many signs within the airport to direct you towards the hotel asked several airport employees and they did not know either. Great free breakfast, restaurant food choices very limit and not very tasty next time I will grab something in the airport before heading to hotel

Nice, basic hotel right at the airport. Convenient walk from Terminal D to the hotel. Rather basic room, but is clean and has everything you need including a safe and a coffee maker. The room I am in has a tub/shower, so I would have to ask about ADA compliant rooms. Free breakfast is included and they have a restaurant on the property. It's a nice choice if you wish to stay at the airport.

Parking and checking in are almost imparting for skeins with mobility challenges

Short stay. Just overnight. No refrigerator in the room to save a sandwish for the early morning flight.

All was good for one night

I liked it was right in the airport and the front desk Edwin was very helpful . He called cabs for us and gave us suggestions for places . On the flip side there was a lot of noise at night the next door rooms were very loud , they were hanging in the hallway talking loud for several hours around 2am. Very ghetto.but I liked the gym was very nice. N clean .

Definitely bring cash aswell as water, atm wasn’t working at time of my visit. But there are vending machines.

The hotel is great place to stay while waiting for a flight. Its clean and right in the airport. However you do have to cross through a terminal that is no longer in use and it was a bit scary. There were people huddled in corners and there was absolutely no security to be seen.

Good place to overnight of red eye flight. Inside airport you can walk into terminal. I really can’t say much since I was not there for 2 hours. There is a restaurant/bar on the 2nd floor

I like the fact it was at the airport and convenient for my early morning flight. The room was decent for the night but not a place i would want to stay longterm. If staying longterm you could definitely get some place close by cheaper but the convenience for early flight was perfect forbthe price of one room.

It’s not worth it , it’s horrible. Nothing is near by, if you have a vehicle is 27 for the day parking in not included and on top of having to pay for parking you have to walk a long distance to get to the hotel, it’s very inconvenient.

It’s a convenient location if you arrive late night o need to travel early morning. Breakfast offered is good, better than two years ago. Coffee maker was not clean, too cold the room, and excessive light from the exterior despite the shades. No water bottles as courtesy! Booked only for convenience, excessive price for the services offered.

I had an amazing stay at the El San Juan Hotel! One of the highlights for me was how beautifully the hotel catered to guests attending the Bad Bunny residency. From the music at the pool to the entertainment throughout the property, everything had such a fun and thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. It created such a lively atmosphere while still maintaining the elegance and comfort the hotel is known for. I truly appreciated that extra detail and it made my stay unforgettable. I look forward to returning and continuing to make memories at this incredible hotel for years to come!

This was the perfect place to stay for our short overnight in San Juan prior to boarding for our cruise. The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to the airport, so it was just a short 5 minute walk from baggage claim to the lobby to check-in. The gym was amazing and could rival some small gyms. The free breakfast in the morning had lots of options, including an omelette station. The building does have some age that is noticeable in a few places, but recent renovations make those few places seem inconsequential. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay was fine with the facilities and comfort. Shower facility was leaking, but that is about avoiding the waste of water.

The hotel is quiet, safe, and clean, but the staff doesn’t pay much attention to the guests. I stayed here and my TV didn’t work, the AC didn’t cool properly, and even though I reported it so they could fix it, nobody ever came!”

Easy access to airport.

Overall the hotel is convenient for persons with connecting flights, safe, clean and comfortable. I was dissapointed that there were no recreational activities for the kids since the hot tub area was under construction which they enjoyed at our last stay. This was not advertised before I selected the hotel and would have greatly impacted my selection. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

The room had a terrible mildew smell, the bed sheets were damp, there was a dirty wet wash cloth left in the shower from a previous guest and their were fake eyelashes on the shower floor

Expensive for the quality of place

Amazing stay

This hotel is SO convenient! It is clean and the rooms have been updated. The rooms are small and the bathrooms, while clean, are not updated. But otherwise, sooooo convenient for quick in an out trips!
