The only thing I didn’t like was we took our cases down to put in luggage hold and when we returned to our room the cleaner was already in there it was 10.30 and check out wasn’t till 12

I was slightly suprised to see a Security Guard patroling the Reception Area who was not wearing an SIA Badge which is a requirement under current regulations.

I had booked before as the location is perfect to get to the airport without any stress for my early flight the next morning. And the wine tower is a must see! Love the colours. Great hotel and it feels familiar now when I go there.

We needed to be close to the airport and this location was great. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly.

The food in the hotel restaurant was over priced paying £11 for approx one third of a tub of humus with insufficient flatbread to eat it.

Large, clean room as one would expect. We ate supper at the on-site restaurant. We got there early (6pm) so did not have any issues with seating or service. It did get busier later. The food was perfectly adequate.

Sold as runway view but view was of a building site, and a large metal clad building and a distant view of plane approach, when they got closer they vanished from sight. Curtains dirty, furniture worn, cables hanging out of wall and window and mirrors not cleaned with hand marks and dust. Feel totally mislead by the description used in the description.

The corridors needed hoovering. The taps and other chrome surfaces needed cleaning with Viakal. Pillows were too firm or bouncy

A tre minuti dall'aeroporto raggiungibile attraverso un percorso sicuro e controllato. Struttura moderna ed elegante, dallo stile internazionale e business. Ristorante bellissimo all'interno della struttura e con ottimi piatti. Colazione all'altezza. Stanza ampia, letto molto comodo e bagno ampio.

Ci hanno assegnato un'ampia stanza doppia comunicante senza avvisarci al check-in. Non abbiamo fatto richiesta di cambiare sperando in vicini silenziosi e ci è andata bene.

We were directly above a function room with a loud disco that went on late, the toilet was stained, there was no on site parking and the reception staff were slow / disinterested. No on site parking and had to pay £30 for overnight parking. Been using Radisson hotels for the last 20 years, this time i would have had a better experience at a Travelodge and spent less money

El que la habitación no tuviese una ducha moderna. Era con bañera y una ducha muy antigua.

Unfortunately, neither of us enjoyed the food in The College Restaurant. I initially ordered the sea bass but was later told it was no longer available. I then ordered the Chinese chow mein, which was extremely salty and not enjoyable. The calamari was also disappointing. Overall, the food did not meet our expectations.

Handy to the airport, although it is quite a hike from the airport.

From check-in, the staff would rather chat to each other or looking at their phones. The room was musty, they had tried to hide the smell with some sort on pungent air freshener. The pillows and pillow cases smelt like they had been washed and left a long time to dry, that kind of musty smell. The restaurant, the service was bad! The food was average and we waited over 30mins for water and that was after asking for it 3 times. We were going to have a drink at the bar before we went to our room. This is no exaggeration it was 3 people thick waiting. The rooms were small, maybe ok for a single person but not a couple. The bathroom either needed a good clean or refurbished.

Die Live-Musik am Abend - eine sehr gute Sängerin. Die Bar war gemütlich und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal, wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt.

Restaurangen! Upplevelsen var under all kritik. Vi fick vänta över 35 min på vår dryck. När vi äntligen kunde tillkalla kypare (som ej var uppmärksamma utan stressade trots att de var många och restaurangen ej var full) fick vi vår dryck utan ens en ursäkt. Maten samt att få beställa tog också extremt lång tid…

Muito caro para um hotel já antigo. Precisa de obras de remodelação. A limpeza não estava muito boa para o preço cobrado, havia pó por baixo do movel Tv, o espelho apresentava alguma sugidade. A casa de banho estava bem limpa. A janela di quarto é interior, dá para o hall da recepção e bar. De um modo geral não é mau mas esperava melhor.

The room and service are excellent, one thing I very dislike is the twin room, why two beds are stuck together? Twin room is called twin room for a reason, please have some distance between two beds, and perhaps for some privacy.

Two beds in the twin room are wayyyyyyy too closed to one another. Reflected this problem to the manger but so far I haven't get any reply yet.

Convenient hotel just a few minutes walk from Stansted’s terminal. Big, bright and airy. Staff were brilliant. Food was ok.

Very dated, old furniture, strange lighting and a Fridge that wasn’t plugged in - when I tried to plug it in I had to move it closer to the socket, that with the constant noise of a radiator/generator made for a negative experience

The location is perfect if you have an early flight out of Stansted. The bar area is nice. Food at the restaurant is good!

If you book a room for three, you'll get a (very soft) folding bed (or at least we did). It's absolutely ok for one night, but just be aware of that.

View out of the window was not good at all . I expected to see the runway with planes taking off not overlooking drab hotel rooms facing each other . Also food and drinks were double what they should have been priced at . Very bad business . No wonder people weren’t spending much time in the bar and restaurant . Due to this we won’t be returning .

Walked in on a rainy day after a 12 hr red eye flight at 1 pm for a 2pm check in and were told that it was 30€ to check in 1 hr early or we could wait in the bar or restaurant. Really? We were exhausted & hadn’t slept. Seemed expensive for 1hr when we’d already paid $250 for the night- on a week night! Understandable if it was hours before check-in

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast and bar areas were nice too. Also the proximity to the airport couldn’t be better.

The room was not very nice. Upon walking in I immediate thought it looked like a hospice room without the pictures. It was soulless and not somewhere I particularly wanted to relax for the evening. The room was tired with quite a few marks in the bedroom wall. The bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear too. I accept there is probably a lot of turnover at an airport hotel like this. It was my birthday the following day and it would have been nice to wake up somewhere a bit nicer and for the price I paid it was nowhere near worth the money. I had an early breakfast and left pretty much after that. Sorry, but this was so disappointing.
